Please not that my previous airtel sim lost in transit and due to that i purchased new sim card sim #[protected], imsi # [protected].

I visit your gallery at ghatkopar (Shreyas) they said please mail the issue what you faced. They told us that dob is wrong in your system. Please not we used same number since many years.

So look into the matter and urgently and revert back

    Since the past few days most of the channels are not playing properly. The tv displays an error code "b0001", the set top box is not able to receive signal. Also the signal strength is not optimal in some channels where the pictures are getting smudged and cut. I have raised this concern with airtel but it has fallen into deaf ears. Airtel is denying customers of their basic viewing rights by broadcasting pathetic third grade quality television content which cannot be viewed. I am not able to view more than half of my preferred channels that i am paying for. Have written followup emails to the appellate (Appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) & nodal (Dth. [protected]@airtel.com, dthnodal. [protected]@airtel.com, dthnodal1. [protected]@airtel.com) officers, nobody has responded to the emails. Their satellite's signal alignment has changed due to some up-gradation work therefore my dish is unable to receive adequate signals from the broadcaster which is leading to this problem. Airtel is trying to raise funds and recover your satellite up-gradation/installation/alignment cost from the customer by penalizing the end customer to pay forcibly? This an extortion tactic that airtel has initiated to recover their cost from the end users. Pls bear this in mind. Also no action has been taken by these chutes. Kindly look into this matter.

      Airtel said that on recharge on 400 or more they will give hotstar premium subscription or limited time. When i recharged of 349 something it was showing on airtel tv that i have got premium subscription of hotstar and many other facilities like eros now etc but they are not working. I was not able to see ipl and other hotstar premium feature. When i called airtel care they told me you have to recharge separately hotstar premium subscription. But they have not mentioned this before recharge. Why they are misadversting. Please help us

        I m calling at airtel since 1 week they were selecting packs of tv by there own and today i call then 1st they disconnect my call 4 times then i again tried and i finally talked to senior advisor mr. Mukesh kumar and they were saying that they charge us rs 15 extra bcz we have no recharge since 1 hour... I asked them about this rules and regulations.. And they didn't provide me and after so many request from my side they provide me a fake website (Attached screenshot of website) and recording my airtel i'd is [protected]

            I initiated the process to get my number ported to airtel on 13th april 2019. My old number got deactivated on 19th april 2019 but my new airtel number shows 'no service' when i try to activate it. Airtel consecutive told me that it normally takes 2 hrs for the number to get activated. It's been more than 18 hrs now and it is still not activated. Then i contacted airtel on twitter they told me that it would take another two days to activate. This is ridiculous and highly inconvenient as this is the only number i have and all of my work is stuck.
            Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally, when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately.

              Airtel do fraud and cheating with the customers

              Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now i want to make a recharge of rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become # hungry fellows who don't have guts to earn your income and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the ussd code for recharging the rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers.â  â

                  Hello,

                  I was using airtel postpaid number from last 8 years and when i was on vacation they have disconnected my number. After coming from vacation they told payment was due, we have paid all the bills even after ensuring they have allocated that number to someone else. This is how they treat their 8 year old customer, such a worst and pathetic experience with airtel.

                          Hi, i have an airtel landline-broadband connection since 11 years in the name of mr. Kamal jain.
                          Its been more than 2 months i have been calling customer care services but the problem persists.

The account overview tab on the home page is not working or showing blank. I want to add and remove some channels from my base pack. I have contacted airtel customer care also but they are not providing any information and after some time of hold up, disconnecting my calls.

                              Hi team,

                              I was into 199 postpaid plan but last month my plan get revised and updated with 400 without my conformation. Last month i have played my bill and asked them to revert back my plan and they told me it will be done but this month again the same.

                              My question is
                              How rude you can change the plan without customer conformation?

                              You have just sent me one sms saying plan is getting updated and i have realized that this message is came after discussion with customer care.

                              I will get around 30 sms daily from different vendors and i can't check each sms.

                                I did two transactions worth 2000 each total of 4000 by loading my airtel payment wallet on 15th april 2019. It said"sorry unable to process your transaction" but amount total of 4000 has been debited from my bank account. Morover i am unable to contact customer care by calls, my mails are not properly responded too. Please refund​ it as soon possible.

                                  I have Airtel DTH Connection [protected] and did not opted NDTV at channel #317. Also I opted Sudarshan News channel #327.

                                  Surprised to see that Airtel forcefully enabled NDTV channel #317 on my connection and the channel which I opted i.e. Sudarshan News channel #327 is not available to me. I am sure that NDTV has paid "SOMETHING" to airtel to add it on each connection forcefully.

                                  Please see the attached screenshots and expose Airtel.

                                    My self Surya prakash .my Airtel Dth Id is [protected]. I make a monthly plan for 301 rupees.I recharged on 24 mar 19. And it's validity is upto 21/22 Apr 19.On 15Apr 19 I received a spam call regarding activation of miniplex HD channel which is totally refused by me.After sometimes I saw a message regarding activation of said channel .Immediately I contact to customer care and raised complaint regarding this issue. The customer care deactivated this channel soon and said your deducted balance will deposited soon. But on 17Apr 19 my TV suspended due to low balance.pls do help me in this regard...

                                      The complaint is about Airtel DTHCID:[protected].I choose my plan on this ID with ref.ID289674 on dated January 31, 2019.But some time later the said plan is automatically altered with about twice the value of my choosed previous pack.I have learnt about this when channels of my pack are deactivated and balanced goes to negative.This is gross violation of service &how can company automatically altered the plan without consent.Further I recharged of 1349/-on April 5, 2019&also changed RMN to [protected].The current plan is still not active &yet balance shows negative and also unalteration of RMN.I contacted many times on these two issues on company's customer care platform but failed to resolve. Please provide compensation with difference of plan alteration and inconveinance caused by it with reimbursement of recharge amount.

                                        As per process suggested by airtel customare care i have done recharge of rs. 160 and then select my pack from 998 channel and send message after scanning qr code.
                                        I have received negative response "
                                        Your request could not be processed. To opt for new pack/channels, please visit channel number 998 of your airtel digitaltv or download my airtel app."
                                        Once again i reached to customare care service proivder and they suggest me to recharge from my airtel app.
                                        In this app many of the popular packages are not available which are provided by channel broadcasters.
                                        So requesting to the trai authority to take necessary action and provide solutions.

                                        I am also facing the same problem. Airtel digital tv once has given the option to choose the channel between January and February 2019 and then removed. Now I want to do some changes in the base pack but now option has removed by Airtel gigital tv.
