We are paying 99 rs. Per month on airtel secure for insurance of mobile handset since 2017, the phone was gifted by my childhood friend, recently my screen broke but these people are not giving me claim amount but earlier (2 years) back for the same case they gave me the amount. Now they are saying there terms and conditions are changed moreover airtel is playing ball game, they are putting on one asist and one asist is putting on airtel. They also said that you just email that it's gifted from a friend, we emailed them but now they are not giving us the claim. We will put a legal case on airtel and one asist

i bought a new sim card but it shows registeration failed so i went to the seller and bought again a new one but it still shows registeration failed. i tried changing cell phones but nothing worked. please help.
i sent email to [protected]@email.com but still helpless.
