I have ported my sim 2 months ago. I faced the issue of not able to recharge from beginning of march. I wrote tens of emails to csr and also called them. But they were not able to resolve issue. They wasted 1 month of time, my incoming stoped end of march.
I raised consumer complaint, but airtel force resolved without even reply or comment.
I called out of frustrattion to airtel csr, one rep told me, the first recharge should be from airtel store. I recharged like a week ago. I am keep trying every day to recharge with 35 to see if the recharge will happen. But no result.
I am tired. I am tired now. I want to file a case against airtel for harassing me.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Thahseen Judas I recharged with FRC 169 a week ago, but your idiotic system is not letting me to recharge any top ups for balance.

Updated by Thahseen Judas I tried to recharge from Airtel website, Airtel app, Amazon pay, Paytm and Google pay too. Nothing is working. I am writing this to notify you that, I am going to file a lawsuit against your company.
