Sir,

I am residing in mukkampaalamoodu-vembayam, trivandrum area. For the last few months i have fed up with the network issue from airtel network. I have been using your service since 15 years. This is first time i am experiencing this much network issue from airtel network. I made several calls to your customer care number and had long conversations with the seniors in the team also. But till now the issue is still with me.

As per the seniors from the customer care team the network issue has been clearing with the technical team and will clear it soon. But nothing was happened. I have made recharge for data packages for 3 months consecutively. But i couldn't properly used it i am in my house

Therefore i humbly request you to look into this matter for getting prompt solution for my concern.

Your immediate response will be highly appreciated

Refund reference number by amazon is #[protected]. I try many times to call bank customer care service but it doesn't want to resolve my queries. So kindly check it whose fault amazon or airtel payment bank.

    I returned product to amazon and amazon refunded me the amount of Rs 759 amd given me refund reference no. The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is [protected].airtel payment bank account holder name - saloni taknet airtel people are not cooperating and listening instead saying that amazon reference no. Is wrong kindly give. My money its my need i request you to listen and conside it as being a consumer i have these rights i am feeling this form because is not my fault i want my money back

        Our locality is facing call drop.daily day by day network is degrading.to talk to any person it requires 3 4 times calling and if connected then call drops in between the conversation . network signal are full but network services are worst specially with airtel others jio and idea are working fine .so the only option lets for us is to port our number to other service providers

              I am facing network issue and my calls are disconnecting because of lack of network and this is happening for out going as well as incoming calls this really affecting my progress as i am not able to connect to people thorough calls nor from messages and i am not able to use mobile data easily, it is becoming irritation to use airtel network.
              For this i have already make an complaints in toll free number 121 but they did not resolved my issue and they are not sharing me the docket number so again today i file one more complaint number is c4gsp[protected].

                Using Airtel from 2 years, facing severe network issues though am staying in Bangalore. I cannot make calls and cannot even get OTP's. MANY TIMEs raised compliant and requested for port but these people requested and promised to give good network. wasting my money by playing cheap tricks and with out my conscious they deducted money and charged worst ### network cant bare these torch er any more.

                  I chandra shekhar mishra id [protected] buy annual plan rs 700 pm on aug 4 2018 and used only 3 months then temporarily suspension from nov 1 2018 to april 4 2019. Now i on choosing new a la carte channel costs rs 350 pm but they provide only rs 2261 why? If i continue with rs 700 pm plan then i will get next 9 months validity. Rs 2261 consum in next 3 months sir i facing huge loss of 6 months costing 700 pm. Please order for amount or validation in appropriate manner.                     I had been using the number for many years, and it was an life time plan. But in the last few months, my balance gets deducted stating incoming and outgoing facility has expired. I hardly have any outgoing calls to make and therefore I do not understand the need for any such balance deductions. I make a call or two every 1/2 months, and I think that is sufficient to maintain a mobile number active, then why is the balance getting deducted.

                      I am know seriously distressed by the service of airtel and the way your team is treating customer like me. I have installed this connection in the month of November by your sale marketing team (Bhopal) by the person name Shoaib Uddin which was referred to me by one of your technician name Ratan Lal Verma (bhopal). I contacted the sales person he told me all the plans and all the formality was done by Ratan Lal Verma my plan includes

                      16 Mbps of speed and 50 GB of data per month and a bonus of 750 GB for every 4 months which will renew automatically this all were promised by sale marketing team (Bhopal) Shoaib Uddin know he is neither picking up my calls and when I have contacting customer care they r saying this is only one time offer means I will only get 750 GB one time but at the time of taking connection the he has said me that in every 4 months this bundled data will get renew automatically but it is not .

                      Know what should I do to.

                      I want a speed enquiry on this and want higher authorities to look into this matter and provide me a solution.

                      Hoping for a response which will help me.

                        I have done a recharge for the pack of 1699 from MyAirtel App through phonepe. Phonepe has given me the transaction ID stating that the recharge has been done. I have connected Airtel and they claimed that they have not received the payment. I have even asked them to give me the same statement in mail and they have even denied that. So my money has been deducted, the recharge has not been done and they are not even willing to send me a mail stating that they have not received the payment.

                          Airtel do fraud with the customers and disturbs its customers.

                          Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now I want to make a recharge of Rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become bull [censored] hungry fellows who don't have guts to earn your income and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct Rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the USSD code for recharging the Rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting Rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers. Â

                              Since from yesterday i am unable to get the service even though balance in my account. Nobody is responding correctly after 5 -10 calls. Every time they are giving different reasons. Without providing service and problem pertaining at their end (Airtel) money is deducting from account.
                              Tomorrow i will remove the airtel and throw out, eventhough i will loose money. But not want this type of ridiculous service.

                                  My airtel tv id [protected] has been recharge with 550 rs on[protected] which is even more than my base pack of 549 rs still services has not resumed yet.
                                  Its been 24 hrs now no channels are showing.
                                  Please kindly do something.
                                  I have done everthing i can to resolve this issues.
                                  Otherwise i will say never opt for airtel services.
                                  They are no consumer friendly.

                                      Since 29th march 2019 i am requesting aitel custmer care for cancel/block my 2nd connection (002) of digital tv of aitel. But they are not taking any care to do the same and they are charging the amount for both the connections. As per advise of customer care representative of airtel i had recharged rs 437/- towards 1st connection to repeat the existing pack which is in use for one month.

                                      Till date 2nd connection is not booked and charging amount for the everyday.
                                      Also it is grivences that i am unable to watch all channel which are in my old pack named infinite pack.

                                      I have 2 connection in one id [protected]-001 and [protected]-002
                                      Hence i pray and request you to take immediat action to resolve.
