My airtel no convert to postpaid to prepaid. I visit the airtel store near huda complex rohtak 10 to 15 time or dec 2018 to till march 2019. I pay my bill and clear my account on dated 14 anuary 2019 or due on 14 january rs 100 and submitted my aadhar no and photo. Airtel store employee convey me three to four day your no convert to prepaid but my number not covert the prepaid and i complaint 26th january to airtel. Not convey me or closed my complaint. Thereafter visit the airtel store say me clear my bill after your no convert to prepaid i saying tat i pay my bill on 14t january after again complaint to airtel dt 22nd march 2019 complaint no is 89958122 e saying me tat clear my bill

My area has very poor internet connection. I request Airtel to install a 4g tower in my area. I tried to complain it on the website but there was no response. I want some action to be taken or I will port my number to another sim card company.

    I had done online recharge of rs.169 on 26th march 2019 through amazon app. It was shown successful on their site and also provide operator reference no. Regarding recharge. But, till date no recharge has been done so for on the number. Airtel customer care executive was not able to provide satisfactory information regarding this. Kindly help me in telling the status. Else, i have to go to consumer forum regarding this harrassment of customers.

      Greetings sir or mam i try to port my airtel number to bsnl. I am unable to send the sms to 1900 because they have stopped my outgoing service. I need to port my airtel number to bsnl immediately since it is my primary number. Also airtel charges too much so i decided to port. So i requested you to please solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

        The worst network service they providing.

        Till date i have never got satisfied with this network, most of the time complaint also even though them service is worst only.

        Based on them ad's it means no should try airtel network for any cost.

        I have attached my speed test result have look.

        They not even providing the 100 kpbs speed, that to in the bengaluru like cities.

          My name is prof s. L. Hiremath, a retired dean, and registrar of central university of gujarat. I was repeatedly contacted by airtel sales people, unsolicited, requesting me to port in to airtel with my cell no. [protected]. Promising to send their technical/sales representative to my residence for filling up the form and collection of photo and documents. It is disappointing to hear from airtel the same song that i have been hearing from their people one after the other every time i seek help in getting the service activation. There must be something seriously wrong with them in understanding my issue. It is a very cheap sales strategy to contact and pester the customers to port in, repeatedly contacting them over phone unsolicited, send the representatives to the residence promising services that they can not provide, compel them to send port requests, make them pay outstanding bill of current service provider, take the upc, take the documents and photographs, give a sim card promising that they will get a activation sms in 6 to even days and abscond, never be available for contact then keep sending mails to the customers to visit your relationship centre with documents for activation of services despite having taken all documents. This is a cheap sabotage sales practice airtel is practicing. I have written eleven replies to their mails after falling pray to their sales people twice and porting twice on the promise that services will be activated in a week’s time starting from 4th march. Every time a different sales person contacts me for the fear of me slapping the earlier for having cheated me.
          It is disgusting for me as a senior citizen and a senior retired government servant to go begging to their so called relationship centre with documents for activation after having been pestered and promised service at doorsteps.
          If they have targets of sales to achive it should not be at the cost and inconvenience to the customers.

            This is ratnakar.
            I have requested for broadband connection on 2nd march and paid 2702/- rs. Through paytm to [protected] (Vedulla yarram naidu) with transaction id: [protected]. Then created airtel account number [protected].
            After 10 days customer care executive called me and said connection is not feasible at your location and we are initiating refund process on 15th march and the refund reference no. (Arn) is[protected].
            But still money didn't got credited to my account.
            Customer care people saying refund completed. I called customer care many times and broadband person many times. But still refund is not given.
            Alliance Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              Maine karib 5 din pahle ek dht operater ke guide karne pe 160 ka recharge karaya jisme batya gaya ki sare channels aayenge par prob ye hua ki avi tak dth work nahi kr rha hai complaint krne ke baad bhi nahi work kr rha aur avi bol rhe hai ki 150 ka aur recharge krna padega ye chij ussi din bata diye hote to kara leta mai kuch din baad batne ka kya mtlb hota hai aur avi jab mai complaints ke liye call krta hu to na call koi uthata jaldi na hi prob solve krta hai koi plz isse jaldi se solve kiya jaye

                I had done an online prepaid recharge of rs199 on march 11/19. The amount got debited from my bank account but the recharge failed.

                I even raised a dispute after one week and received a message that the amount will be refunded in 2-3 weeks. But i still haven't received any refund.

                I have also sent a feedback today. I thought the amount will be credited within a week but now i'm doubtful since it's almost 20 days since i recharged.

                Kindly look into the matter and help settle the dispute as soon as possible.

                  Myself a senior citizen from keonjhar, odisha, received a call from an unknown number introduced himself as a bank employee and on trick taken the card no., cvv and the otp password for 6 times. Then i found that 6 transactions has been done from my account. 4 transaction has done at airtelmone and 2 at yesban. Please let me know where is it possible to track the fraud and return my money.

                  The way to go ahead is to first inform your bank about this fraudulent activity straight away and see if they can put a stop to these transactions.
                  The second thing you need to do is call the police cyber crime department and lodge an FIR.
                  I highly doubt that without a police complaint a bank or any financial institution will provide you with any information, until and unless you are a customer of that institution. And even so, a police complaint would be highly beneficial if you have any sought of financial insurance to claim for any losses.
                  Please never ever share your cards details and more important your OTP with anyone. They are just for your use only. Even your own bank will never call you up and ask you for your OTP.

                      Sir please resolve my net connection problem in our home at 83 bhisti mohalla, sadar bazar indore i am a very old consumer of airtel and after net connection i get very poor connectivity from your side. We have 4 to 5 net connection from various telecom services but only airtel is one to fail to provide poor connectivity and very low speed of data transfer, i am and old and faithful costume of this company and i need proper response and solution of my problem otherwise i will such over to other service provider company. This is a basic problem and need help and proper data resolution.

                      Fake response, the service which was guaranteed was not given by the company. Validy of pack was unlimited but agter recharge i received a message that it is valid for only 7 days. So i request you to please take a note of my complaint.

I called customer care and they are telling to recharge for 199 again for access.                           I have been using the airtel v-fiber net for the last 3 months now. But every alternate weekend i experience downtime for at least 2 days and have to contact the technical team to fix it. Which means, 4 days a month, im not getting any service from this provider. Whenever i request to stop this service im not getting a proper response and all they say is "i understand" but i dont really think they are understanding anything.

                          Hi this is samiran. On 30th march, 2019 around 10: 44 am I tried to recharge my number: [protected]. Though money got deducted, no recharge done on the same number transaction ref no:[protected].
                          Please let me know if I need to provide more details.

                            1. I am expressing g my unhappiness towards working of air-tel staff.
                            2. I am having airtel sim since 1906 with so called faith on a good service provider.
                            3. I am paying all dues using sbi net banking facility.
                            4. On going through my banking statement, it is observed that an amt of rs.122/- was already paid to airtel authority on 02.02.2019, where this amount is not accounted for to u r company. I can provide screen shot of bank statement, if desire.
                            5. It is great shocking that, there is no any authority to explain all above, except press1, press 2, etc on computerised announcement on help line like 121. For this myself and likewise everybody customers are constrained for this act of you.
                            6. Finally, if it is continue in future too, there will be no alternative for me to transfer this sim number to another service provider who gives me comfort me from all above.

                            I have recharged 3 times from Paytm again 399 and 199 which was in pending mode. It was an emergency so recharge from phone pe which was working instantly. I am expecting for refund.

                                I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking for rs. 399 on 30th march 2019 and received an sms with sequence no reference [[protected]] from my axis bank account. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                Due to old age i got wrng recharge done of rs.597
                                With unlimited calls 6 gb data and 300 msg pr mnth. I wanted to have recharge rs.399

                                  As trai new guidelines i choose my package before 1st fev 2019. Im dth user, currently using airtel dth service. My dth serivers provider adding channels on my account without my desire. I spoke to airtel customer care executive officer but they are trying to fool me. I told them i will file complaint in trai. They resolved my problem but after 2-3 days they added more then 250 channel on my account and refused to help me. Please help kindly...

                                  My Connection ID IS [protected]. I have the digital CAM Card in my smart TV. My Digital CAM is not working since yesterday and i am trying calling customer care number and it's almost 15-20 calls i have already done but no one is picking up the call and the same is disconnected every time.Seriously the Airtel facility have become worst now a days. It's not only this time, i have same issue last week also and after several calls i am able to reach there customer care executive.

                                  I don't know when i am able to connect with them and Airtel have seriously spoiled my Sunday.

                                    my airtel dth ID is [protected]. on date 30/03/2019 i called to 12150 from my airtel number to activate star sports 1 hindi channel but they said that their system having upgrade for 4 hours. i called again on next day 31/03/2019 i request them to activate my channel and she said ok but then i ask for what is my monthly rental she told 23 rupees much then pack i ask for details and she told me that im using one of airtel pack but i didnt activate it then she said that they active this plan to every customer without permissions, i removed it. i check my tv after 2 hours but my plan still not activated and i called again and again they putted that airtel plan without asking i removed it again. but my star sports 1 hindi still not activated. now i am tired with this. this is cheap.they are not helpful. they are like thief. i dont know how i can got my channel.i also tried using my airtel app but my channel rate is 22 rupees and they are charging for it 45 rupees.

                                      My Airtel Digital TV Customer ID is [protected]. I sent for activation the selected channel packs worth monthly subscription of ₹565.22 ( screenshot attached ) and accordingly recharged my account on 25Feb, 2019 with ₹570/= in round figure (scanned receipt attached) which by any commonsense should have been valid till 24 March, 2019. But surprisingly enough, my connection was suspended on 15 March, 2019 itself, i.e., 9 days still remaining before the expiry of the validity of my recharge. An SMS was sent to me saying that my monthly subscription was for ₹814/= and this figure appears on my Airtel Apps also. But how come ?

                                      I would certainly want to know from Airtel authorities why has it happened, and also clarify the value of the my pack I subscribed and recharged for ? The Airtel Digital TV Customer Service Platform presently is just inadequate to address issues like this and many more such problems that customer may come across.

                                      I look forward to your immediate response in this regard and hope the issue would get resolved soon.
