Dear trai,
I am amar, a airtel dth user, i have selected 95 channel @ ₹320 as per trai guideline on 17 feb '19, and confirmation received from airtel through msg. After that i have recharge 350 on 26 feb, 19, then tv suspended on 13 mar'19,
I have complainant multiple times on customer care numbers. But not taken any action till now.

It is possible to rechage the phone at the recharge outlet in your city / town within 15-30 minutes from 09:00AM till 07:00 PM,
if you have
