I Ported my IDEA number to AIRTEL on 10th March 2019. But since then, I was never ever able to make a phone call in a single attempt. if by luck the call got connected it ends with voice break or call drop issue. I was offered 1.4GB of 4G data; which is an irony that I never ever got 2G network in my home. Not only in my home, rather while I am in office, I have to step out from office to make a call. And my office in the center of city Rajahmundry.

While generating bills, you guys don't even get delayed by 1 second, you charge for every second the call is made. But tell me how am I supposed to make a call while having such network issue.

I am a IT professional and most of the work is carried out on phone with clients. But now i have to take an other alternate number to call them.Most of them complaint that my mobile is not in network coverage area. This issues escalate to my superiors and they think i'm always out of office and work.

At that time i called customer care but only thing i heard from them is common unproductive answers like, "we have registered your complaint", "network migration works are being done". The best urological answer i've heard is
"all servers are active on your number, coverage range is very good in your area, but we dont know why?, Keep using airtel it'll get better".

so you want me enjoy using airtel with signal and call drop issue, slow data.cool that's great.

I've called 6 times to customer care and the call dropped every time(you can see in attachment), and on 6th time it got connected and then I've heard all that explanations from your customer care. if the call is not getting connected to your own network then how can it connect to other.You can hear that call recording if you want to.

Do something about the issue or keep losing your customers.

    I have deleted my account in airtel payment's bank but npci mapper is showing that my aadhaar is linked to airtel payment's bank. I tried to contact the airtel payment's bank but there is no any effective way to communicate with them. I have given application in other banks (Where i already have an account) to seed my aadhaat to my bank account but nothing is happening. Please help me!

      getting bill based on rs 299 plan instead of rs 259 plan which i took

      Hi,

      I am facing issue with airtel since nov 2018. I have co-oporate postpaid plan of rs 259 and since november 2018, i am getting bill based on rs 299 plan. After continuously complain, on february 22, 2019, i recieved a mail from airtel that your issue has been resolved and from now onwards you will get a discount of rs 40 and will refund money rs 160 which were deducted since nov 2018.

      My new bill generated...

      I am writing this mail regarding my contact number [protected], as i am getting several calls from my current operator (Jio infocom) that my contact number is having a due amount from last operator (Airtel). I just want to inform you that i didn't receive a single call, email or any message from my previous operator (Airtel) then why i am getting calls from current operator about the due amount.

        As per trai guideline i have selected the channels which i want to see and i have did it 3 times. 1st i have selected in starting of the feb month and scanned the bar code and sent the sms to airtel. But my selected pack has not been activated. So i called to customer care and they have replied that due to some technical issue they are not able to change my plan. Then i have waited for some days and again called the customer care if the issue has been resolved but they informed me that i have to choose again because they did not get any request to change my pack. So i selected it for the 2nd time and sent the sms through the barcode scanner. But again my selected pack has not been activated so i again called to customer care and asked the issue. They have informed me again some technical issue and requested me to choose the pan again and send the sms. Finally for the 3 time i have selected and sent on 9th march and till date the pack not activated. So today again i called customer care and they told the same thing, sue to some technical issue they can't see my package status.

        So what is the use of govt (Trai) rule if the service provider can't provide the service as per the regulation. For normal customer like us it is very frustrating to select channel and sent to service provider again again without getting any service. It is totally wastage of time. Now i have to pay the amount what airtel by default gave the plan and it is very high.

        Please help me to change my package as per the govt rule.

          I have raised requests for disconnection of airtel landline and broadband services but till date, no action has been taken. My previous request number was[protected].

          I have raised a request for disconnection in the month of december but still, i have got a bill for the month of february.

          Please look into it as airtel is keep on adding bill amount for the same.

            I have a land at prime location of villsage - ahirauli rani mau distric - ambedkar nagar uttarpradesh -224137 that location have need airtel tower.
            The tower can provide coverage to all the nearest village chaurahas etc. Residential population is also very well in the line of sight. And there is no no signal of airtel.

            I have unlimited plan but when I'm making call it saying 'you have insufficient ballance' but I have active plan right now... ...

            and when I am taking loan it's saying that you have unlimited pack...
            So I'm not able to make single prepaid recharge and I have active plan too, so kindly resolve my problem ...

              Hello,

              I am having problem in porting my number from vodaphone to airtel. On 05/03/19 i went to airtel relationship office, new panvel, submitted my port pin number (Vm485243) and all the documents they said me to submit and also given rs. 10 for that as they asked me to pay for airtel sim. They told me this process takes 7days and after 3 days i got message from airtel.
              Dear customer, your porting request for mobile no. [protected] to airtel has been validated by your current operator. The number will be ported-in to airtel by[protected]:50. Once your phone displays no network, please insert the airtel sim and restart your device to call 59059 for tele-verification of your number.
              My previous network was gone 08/03/2019 and i puts airtel sim.
              There is airtel signal showing on my phone but phone cals aren’t activated.
              Now this is 12th march and my number not yet been ported into airtel.in 4days i missed the lots of important cals and messeges i made phone call to airtel 59059 many times and once they pick my call and said to your document not showing on our system whenever i am visited to airtel office they told me they submitted and forwarded my document further. But still my number not been ported. Is any body their who can give me feedback and when my number will port.

                I was using sim from last 1 year and suddenly today it's showing no service at all, and i am not able to call or text or use internet in my phone, please do as soon as possible or give me solution of this problem, because i was having internet pack on that sim so i can't even do my work properly and can't even talk with my friend and family. So please so some solution of this problem. Asap

                  As an existing airtel broadband customer, under 899 plan (40 mbps, 150gb data per month) i was offered amazon prime subscription which i had activated through the airtel tv app successfully on oct 28th 2018. (I have proof of service activation from amazon)
                  Around last week of january 2018, i got a mail from amazon saying my prime subscription has been terminated. This was unexpected as amazon prime subscription is valid for a period of 1 year.
                  Subsequently i raised a mail chain with airtel 121 customer care on feb 8th 2019 seeking clarification as why my service has been illegally terminated??, that too after me activating it from their own app... Through the mail deliberations they were convinced that my service was wrongly terminated (I had attached the proof of activation in the mail chain to support my claim). The complaint number for the same is[protected].
                  It's march 11th 2019 today and being more than a month airtel has still not provided me with the amazon primeactivation link stating that my plan is not eligible and i need to switch to 999 plan.
                  My question is if tomorrow this 999 plan becomes ineligible for amazon prime, then will you illegally terminate the valid subscriptions of all the people under the same plan immediately??
                  This kind o[censored]nprofessional service is not expected from airtel which claims to be the no 1 telecom service provider of india.
                  I need my service back asap. Please do the needful airtel.

                    Have done airtel recharge from the phone pe on feb 2nd 2019 and the amount is deducted from my account and airtel pack is also not activated, when i called airtel customer care they told to check with phonepe. Phonepe is saying to contact airtel.

                      I am trying to access websites via airtel 4g connection. But it is getting redirect to one. Airtel.in. None of the website is getting opened. Which ever website i enter it it's automatically redirected to one. Airtel.in. I called to the customer care but they could not fix it. One of the representative said, since i have not subscribed to unlimited pack, my internet is not working. I have sufficient data balance but also they are not allowing me to use the internet. Between the rivalry between jio and airtel, customers are suffering. I wanted to take a serious action against airtel company.

                        Hi, my last working day was december 2017 at the organisation, but until now they have not given my relieving letter to me, i have done lot of calls to the genius office kolkata but they are not responding properly, they are calling me to the office to talk about the relieving letter, but it is not possible to go to the office because i have been shifted to hyderabad, kindly help me out of this and let they provide my experience certificate and relieving letter.

                          Not response the customer care service portal and i call many time but they not attend the call and disconnect the many time my call, and my airtel digital tv recharge amount will be deducted to the before 10 day in 1 month pack. Last four month i have a problem create airtel call centre and my account number take the blacklisted and please immediately action the my complaint and solved as shortly.

                            I have an airtel postpaid 4g connection with the number [protected].in the month of february 2019, my account had 30 gb of data. When i checked it today (Mar 11, 2019), it had reduced to 14 gb. I do not remember using up 16 gb of data anyday (I have not downloaded any heavy item). Request airtel to disclose my last month usage or i will have to discontinue my postpaid connection.

                              In above cited subject it is state that details of amounts reacharge from month of dec.2018 to feb.2019.
                              (I) 13th feb.2019.- rs.300.00
                              (Ii) 07th feb.2019- rs.148.00
                              (Iii) 06th feb. 2019 rs.10.00
                              (Iv) 03rd feb2019 rs.235.00
                              (V) 24th jan.2019 rs.200.00
                              (Vi) 13th jan.2019 rs.200.00
                              (Vii) 09th dec.2018 rs.300.00
                              In month of feb.2019 all the channel is disturve approximate 20-25 days due to technical problem from service provider end as many times contact to customercare as he replied technical problem and rectify shortly so refund the charges for this period.
                              As also inform you in my tv id only alacarte is activated already. No communication has been made from our end to change my plan from registreed mobile no as well as other no in befor jan.2019. But service provider i. E. Airtel change my plan without permission. Kindly investigate and rectify the above problem.
                              Therefore it is once again request to rectify the above problem otherwise i proceed to take action as per trai norms.

                                Dear team,
                                I am holding airtel number, [protected].

                                My bill amount always changes. My starting bill plan was of rental 199/- pm
                                Now it is changed to 399. If you see my usages, i hardly use this number,

                                The bill plan was changed without my consent, i am not going to pay this amount.

                                Change my bill plan or i have more options in the market to port the number.

                                    Form last 10 days i am not able to receive otp for any kind of online transaction from hdfc, sbi, paytm, phonepe. I am not able to do any online transaction because of this issue.
