I am unable to use internet using aietel 4g data connection. From sep2019 onwards i am being told that there is new tower is coming up and this problem would be resolved. But till now there is no progress. I have paid rs.480 for 82 days 4g data connection without using internet and voice as poor signal. And again 5th dec 2018 till now i rarely use interenet and voice call as the poor signal. It force me to think to switch over to other service provider. I purchased bsnl sim for voice call because airtel poor connection.

    My airtel outgoing incoming calls have suddenly stopped i restarted my phone atleast 5 times and its intetnet is working but calls have stopped please see to it as quick as you can . I love airtel about its fastest internet quality and unlimited plans but this time what went wrong i have no idea?? plz see to it. It had been whole day i had no calls . I missed my important work of the day no one could connect me plzz help me .

        Hello,

        This regarding the my airtel digital tv id [protected].

        I had a internet airtel digital tv connection earlier and now i have taken a additional hd connection as well.

        Unfortunately both are not working. Internet tv connection is showing signal not found and in a day it works may be for an hour or less.

        Hd connection mostly in the evening time does not shows hd channels. Only non hd channels are showing.

        I have connected several time to customer care and the vendor who comes for installation of internet tv.in spite of requesting to change the setup box for internet tv which is faulty for beginning, they are not changing it.

        My money is wasted as i am not able to watch. As i have taken yearly subscription it is a loss for me.

        1. I need to get internet tv setup box changed immediately but airtel is not changing it.

          I'm a airtel dth costumer for 5 years and today when i'm choosing my dth package as per trai regulations i noticed that airtel is charging 153 rs. As ncf charges which is 23 rs. More than actual charges.
          Trai have set the ncf change at 130 rs. So why airtel is changing me 153 rs.
          That's why i'm here to complaint against airtel for condemned the trai rules.

            My mobile no.[protected] is a prepaid having airtel sim card.in spite of regular recharge i receive a voice from airtel that you will not able to make any outgoing calls with immediate effect while the printed message says the balance amount of ₹44/ with 100 mb data. Today i got another voice message that your incoming calls are blocked with immediate effect. The airte is providing a txn i'd when the amount is paid. Then the question arises where this money goes? When the complaint is lodged thru e - mail to airtel there answer is that the above no. E-mail i'd is not registered with them and they ask to click on some address which does not exist. I told them to convey their reply by sending sms on my mobile to which they never respond.
            I sincerely hope to receive a clear cut reply from airtel or they would plunder my money as they had done earlier for tune melodies which were never asked by me. Satish tikekar

              installation of internet pole in front of my house without permission

              Airtel team have installed a pole infront of our house without permission.

              As we reside in different location, they installed a pole without even consulting anyone. When my neighbour asked they did not give any reply.
              Igot shocked to see 10 ft pole infront of my house. I request airtel to remove immediately.

              Following is my case

              I have first email to airtel payment wallet customer care email "[protected]@airtelbank.com" for a clarification of a cash back which i have not receive to my airtel wallet as promised in app and after 4 hrs of my email i have receive a phone call from this no [protected] who claim that he is from airet payment wallet team
              And he told me that he will add the cash back to my airtel wallet and he also verify my debit card no with last 4 digit no and
              By mistake i forward him my airtel app mpin reset sms and after that money were debited from my hdfc bank account. Total debited amount is rs 15k

              One qustion i have from this, how the guy know that i have email to airtel customer care? Airtel must have leak my data to suspicious person thats
              Why the guy call me.

                I lost my sim card which i've been using for aroung 4 years. The sim is linked to all my official purpose and banking areas. Upon approaching the offline store with an fir (Lost and found) copy i was informed that the sim card was not registered on my name. The pathetic consumer support includes employees like mr. Narayan ([protected]-odisha) who clearly lack the basic principles of consumer support i. E listening and understanding, i have been a loyal coustomer of airtel for 4-5 years and i am shocked at the ways the company is treating its coustomers. Due to a shopkeepers negligance and due to airtel not taking proper validation. My number was registered to someone else and i encountered this only when my sim got lost. I am not able to block my sim card and issue an alternate number even after having proper fir and reissuing documents. I am greately dissatisfied as an airtel consumer and i see how the company has transformed over the years from coustomer oriented to money oriented

                  Dear sir, i purchased international roaming pack of airtel on 27 dec 18 for 28 days for my mobile number [protected]. I was not provided any service ie i could not make a single call anywhere including india. I could send only two or three sms. Incoming sms also are free in roaming. I sent numerous compalints by email to [protected]@airtel.com and [protected]@in. Airtel.com. Only once they replied that network services are provided. I want to know the details of all calls made by me which were successful as i have complete record of screen shots showing 'network not available'.

                        The network coverage of airtel in my area is very poor. Airtel didn't provided me the services that you promised on my number. The network in of airtel in my area is very poor. I have made hundreds of complaints but each and every representative of airtel had given false information. Many representatives told me that a new tower is going to be build in my area by end of october 2018 but by the help of airtel open network i got to know that the new tower is going to be build by january 2019, the time when my offer would be ended. It's the end of january now, neither the new tower is build now, nor is the network improved, instead it had degraded a lot more. I was not at all able to use my internet data and make any clear calls on my phone number [protected]. Airtel team told me to wait but now its around 100-120 days till i've waited. Airtel team didn't helped me at all (121, 198, nodal department, airtel appellate). The airtel open network also show my home out of coverage, but in their emails airtel always write that the network coverage is excellent in my area. If the airtel engineer told me that there is no network at all in my area neither outdoor nor indoor/roof. But they didn't took any action at all.

                        Getting neglected a lot i am left with no other option but to contact consumercomplaints.in. You are the last hope.
                        As i didn't get any resolution from airtel team, my complete plan was wasted. Now my appeal is i want a refund/compensation for the money i paid for the recharge that never worked because of airtel's mistake and negligence. That's why i contacted you. I want refund of ₹798 (Two offers of ₹399 each

                        If i don't get any resolution then i am going to file a complaint in consumer court against airtel and their representatives fraud about wrong information and fake commitments. Airtel promised me high speed internet and didn't fullfill their commitment. The allegations against airtel are -
                        1. Not providing the services they promised.
                        2. Giving wrong information to consumer.
                        3. Intentionally embrangling the consumer by giving them wrong contact phone numbers.
                        4. Making flase commitments and promises again and again.
                        5. Intentionally ending voice calls of consumer to ignore him.
                        6. Not contacting the consumer within promised time i. E indirectly ignoring him

                          The airtel sim number owner is gurappa n, doruvu palle, kondapuram mandalam, ap. And he don't open an airtel payments bank account. The case is airtel sim he used just 1 month since years ago that airtel is linked to gas connection and the gas amount is credited to airtel payments bank. The airtel he don't know.

                          Please help me to resolve issue.

                          He don't know the airtel number and so many times he asked and visited airtel payments bank .None of them is responding and saying go and file an complaint.worst behaviour from airtel payments bank.

                            Hi i am facing similar issue as i recharged with 448 pack and i hardly used my data. I might have used 120 mb but it shows as 1.5gb used for the day. When i call customer service they say i have auto updating apps and all which is not true. Previously i had 498 plan and i never faced this issue but after putting 448 pack the issue has come up and customer service are very bad and do not assist.

                              Hi team,
                              I am an airtel postpaid customer. After coming outside india, i can se that entire incoming and outgoing call is barred for the subjected number [protected].

                              This is a very bad experience for me and no one able to connect to me. Can you please enable the facility and remove the call barring from my number on immediate effect.

                              Please consider it on priority.

                              I am trying to connect them via email but they are least bothered to address my concern.

                                I recharged my airtel prepaid number with rs399 with validity of 84 days.1.4gb data is given per day. But after exhausting 1.4gb data, a message usually came that recharge the number with 49 and get 3 gb data with validity same as validity of rs399 recharge. Now after exhausting my data i recharged my number with rs49, data also appeared in my account. But i am unable to use net with this data. Nothing can be done with this data. Within a week i contacted customer care aprox 4-5 times, they don't listen to my problem and if someone listen then he/she give me false hope that it is a network issue and your net will begin running after a while. I recharged my number with rs49 twice. But i am unable to use data after exhausting existing data of 1.4 gb. I am very frustrated and airtel is making me fool only. I don't know qhat should i do. Because airtel is just making my money waste. Please solve my issue please.

                                  It totally frustrating to not have airtel network services in my phone ([protected]) for 5 days.
                                  Even after continuously following up with the customer care, there is no solution provided so i had to take a second sim from the store. Even that sim getting the same issue and customer care is pushing the issue by asking for 24 hours each time (Now its five days) as they are unable to get a solution.
                                  I raised the complaint on 21st jan till today 26th jan issue is still pending. This is ridiculous and extremely irresponsible behaviour from one of the top telecom providers in india.
                                  I am under mental harassment for five days as i am unable to do my daily work through my phone. Please advice where can i raise a complaint about this torture and sue airtel.

                                  I have received a call from Airtel executive today morning at around 9 AM and he convinced me that network service will resume in half an hours but I have not received any call until now.

                                  Airtel Executive/customer care who not able to understand the root cause and resolve the issue and simply extending time and date.

                                  This issue still pending for 7 days, it's totally unethical and mental torture for the customers.

                                    Airtel is claiming fastest 4g speed!!! But the fact is now this is worst in my locality. Unable use 100 mb in a day. And my plan is of 100gb. All wastage of money.                                       That day is not so far when Airtel the no 1 operator becomes 0 operator and loose it's customers and while business.
                                      I[censored] have little bit shame then recharge from your side.
                                      Really shame on you greedy hungry beggars ashwini, kunain, amreen, vaishnav, arjun, pradeep, kaveri for eating the benefits of rhe customers as you people don't have self respect and respect for your parents then how you people give respect to the customers. You people have made the mentality to disturb the customers and nothing else. Now the situation is that Airtel and U people become thief fraud to loot the customers. Once again you shown your poor fraud mentality to loot the customers and don't have guts to earn your income. If you have little bit self respect and respect for your parents and for the customers and llittle bit shame then reduce my call rates from your end. Earlier also many times Airtel from its side reduced my call rates to 25 P/M for 3 months time period everytime. If you have little bit shame and respect for the customers then reduce the call rates from your end instead of making the nonsense and bull [censored] excuses.
