I'm unable to use internet as service has stopped automatically last month for 2 weeks and then started automatically,  then internet worked for few days and then 4-5 days ago internet stopes working automatically. called airtel cc and logged a complaint as well. Today again when i called in came to know that detailed bill is showing internet usage for yesterday's date. Which is quite hilarious as on my handset internet isn't working and i'm using wifi and still it's showing the data usage. I'm completely fed up from this garbage service of airtel. my life's biggest mistake is to choose airtel.Â
Till date network issue and no internet service at all.

I sent 2000 rs from airtel payments bank to kotak mahindra Bank through upi. The amount is deducted from my account and not received by beneficiary account.

    My connection id is [protected]. I am unable to watch any channels and there is total blackout. After calling airtel dth customer care they are responding that it will take 3 more days to solve the issue.
    They initially misguided me that long term packs which i took on 7 dec 18 till 6 dec 20 will get terminated as per trai guidelines and only way to watch without interruptions is to select a new pack.
    I selected and now 2 days completed.
    This same issue is there with other consumers also..
    I am sending a copy of complaint to trai and organisation also.
    Will go to any depth to punish airtel dth company

      Hey guys,

      As per trai’s new notification i have created my own custom package (List of channels) on 25th of jan 2019 and forwarded to airtel and they confirmed the same that and even i got a message too from their end that it has been received and will be applicable from 1st of feb 2019.

      But it has been more than 80 hours now and no channel is working. I have tried to reach them (Airtel customer care) via phone on various occasion and they say that wait for few hours more and so on.
      Channels are still not working and now their number is not connecting either.

      Simply these people are humiliating the customers now.

      I am also going to raise the same complaints on other forums and social media too.

        Airtel dth went to suspended state.in order to select the channels i need, it asked to recharge for 480. After i recharged, the account is still in suspended state. Now if i click on "choose now" for selecting channels or "change plan" its saying balance is low and recharge for 100. I even did that once, still its in suspended state and i'm not able to change plans or select a la carte channels. Please look into this issue and let me know asap.

          Hello everyone,

          As per new guidelines from trai, i have opted out few channels before 31st jan. Also received confirmation sms that will be activated. However since 4 days my all channels are deactivated. Error code is 4. And customer care are reiterated only one lines that sorry for inconvenience. Tell me guys. I'm paying for the service which i haven't received and my daily cost are auto deducted by airtel dth. I'm really fedup chasing airtel company each day and still problem is same.

            I have selected the channels as per trai, but it didnt get implemented on 1st feb, when i contacted customer care, the customer care says trai hasnt implemented it yet. It seems the airtel dth are fooling customer. Trai should seriously look at the schemes they have implemented as the dth companies continue to fool customers. Really bad experience with airtel dth

              In dec 2018 i called airtel digital for the pack they replied last date is 31st we will inform after 27th jan. On 27th i select my pack and sms generated code to their 54325 number. I got confirmation sms that thank you for selecting pack but after that on 31st i receive sms about to select the pack again i called up them they said again you have to do. Same thing i done on 31st jan and 2nd feb but still my pack is not updated and i am not getting any type of help from tairtel side only they are sending the sms saying select your pack otherwise they will automatic change to closest value pack. On 2nd feb i talk with their senior but still not got any solution.

                Hi sir,

                Actually i recharged online (To my airtel sim) on 03/02/19 for rs 199 at 9.25 pm but it didn't reflect in my balance so again i recharged online at 9.31 pm for rs 199 but my bank balance got deducted twice (199+199) of rs 398 so i'm paniced whether i'll get refund from airtel of rs 199 because of twice recharged or will the pack get transferred to the next month or will my current gb is going be 3gb per day because 199 recharge service is 1.5gb per day soo will it get doubled? And after a lot of sruggle i got this platform plzzzz slove this i need the confirmation so that the extra 199rs recharge how's it calculated!

                  I have recharged dth registered with mobile number [protected] today with rs. 210 at 3:30 pm.
                  1. I have requested for new pack at date 02/03/2019 at 5:00 pm.
                  3. My balance is deducted rs. 15 for today already but after four hours still pack is not updated.

                  I scanned the generated qrcode and sent it to "54325" : "it says keyword not defined".
                  After that i sent it to [protected], but pack still not updated after four hours as it said by customer care executive.

                    Sir i have recharged my airtel mob [protected] on 01 feb 2019 with an amount of rs. 46/- and it was deducted against hellotunes charges. On receipt of sms i responded quickly and stoped this service immediately. I didnt use this facility but amount deducted not refunded after complaints through my email. This company deducting crores of rupees from customers illegally. So i request to carry out a facts find by the govt agencies regarding unnecessary harassing the customers and looting their money. With regards.

                      My airtel customer id is [protected]. Im in mysore city. My airtel dth connection is in the nameof my father p s periyasamy. I have changed my airtrl dth package on jan 31 through my airtel app. All myother channels have bern suspended since feb 1 but my new channel package has not been updated yet. Its now 48 hrs since the service provider has stopped all my channels. I have balance more than 300 in my account. I have called the customer care three times. I was asked fr 24 hrs time maximum for the updation. Its already 48 hrs now. Im also not able reach the customer care executive. I have tried the whole day. Above all this airtel has deducted the money for the two days which there was no service at all. How long should i wait to get my channels working??? I have also sent a complaint e-mail to the airtel people. Still no response.

                        Airtel has not given any details and even the accounting details are not available.
                        I feel really disappointed with the service. My charges have increase and the channel numbers in my package have reduced. I failed to understand the trai rules which says the charges would reduce but in my cas it is other way round
                        Number of channels which i used to see have been reduced and the tariff has increased for less number of channels???

                        I applied on 30 Jan for their reconnended pack but on 31 Jan I updated it by another pack of Airtel DTH ...I.e. Value sports charges Rs 360 channels but they did not amend and applied Rs 496/- plan
                        Secondly my deposit details are mis leading and not getting correct details. I failed to understand as to how, why and where my money has been adjusted.
                        As on 31 Jan my earlier one year package was valid till March 20 and balance money Rs 72/- and I paid another Rs 1000/- on Feb 2 but now I received SMS that my money is valid till April...How, no details...horrible ???

                          After trai new rules, i have choosen even 3 times my new package and channels list via their my airtel app, but till now no one is activated and money keeps on decreasing from account.
                          I have called on 12150 no. But call waiting time is more than 5 minutes but even waiting for 20 minutes no one answered..
                          I am tired from airtel digital tv..
                          I have choosen new pack 1 time on 31 jan and 2 times after that..
                          Here i m providing 2nd time choosen proof..

                            My amount 4100 rupees are deposited with the airtel company but since morning i am trying my best to get info regarding my balance @my a/c executives were not giving proper response i feel i am being cheated as my amount is lying with the said company & time & again they arte saying my monthly pack is 894/- but none of my tv is showing me channels message is due to low balance hardly i get time to watch tv except sundays today i thought of enjoying odi ind vs newzealand but all in hopeless
                            What should i do now? They put my call on hold make m, e to wait for 20 20 mts & then disconnercts call
                            I want severe action against company for not helping me

                              I have port my airtel sim ([protected]) from mumbai to maharastra on date 21jan 2019, now old sim is dectivated and i have inserted new sim and validation is also done for new sim, but sim is not started after 5 hrs and during varification cumtomer care told me it will activiated within 30 min and after 5 hr i have called customer care but they told me your sim will activate after 24 hr we cannot resolve your issue from here and we can not do anything for now, i am totally helpless because of your bad service. There is no help from customer and store also closed because of sunday.
                              I dont understand why airtel deactivate my sim on sunday if they can not support on sunday, it is very unathic behaviour from airtel side.

                                As per trai rules, i have selected the channels on 28th january 2019 which i got reference id #139972. Still my tv got blacked out on 2nd feb 2019 at 3 pm. Once again i selected the channels using channel #998 and send sms as per instruction using qr code. Still it's been more than 24 hrs tv got blacked out. Customer care is been saying it will come with in 2-3 hrs.

                                  Network is so unstable. When I am talking in call, or watching a video or playing an online game, it suddenly stops or disconnects because of your ### network. And it is not just my sim or phone, ny dadand aunt use Airtel too, same thing happens with them. Network is bad in our area, please fix it. I have complained before but no action has been taken. Airtel promises stable 4g network everywhere but in reality condition is so poor. Not only in our area, I have seen dissatisfied Airtel customers from all over India. This is misleading and possibly illegal. Shame coming from such a renowned company.

                                      After i designed my own dth pack with trai's web site and when i tried to make the same pack with airtel web site, it was found that the bouquet of sony happy india sports+english hd 50 was missing from their selection list. Instead, they have provided sd version. The same pack is available in trai website, sony site as well as other dth provider. By listing sony happy india english hd and sony happy india sports hd separately, they force us to pay rs.20+ more. Sony happy india soprts + english hd is the better value pack.

                                        Hi-Yesterday I got my airtel digital TV (HD) recharged with 700. But channels are not coming I am getting an error code 6 with message your account is suspended due to low balance, everytime it is telling me to recharge. I have already contacted customer care for 4 times since yesterday, everytime I have to wait more than 15 mins to get connected and they are always assuring me that they have refreshed and it will come in 30 min. Already it’s more than 24 hours and the issue is still not resolved. I am irritated and frustrated with such a poor service as a took connection. I suggest airtel guys to do something about there digital tv and services because I as a customer can’t take this kind of service when you are taking money from me in return. Avinandan Ghosh
