For my no.[protected], message came from airtel at 8.39 am on 20.1.2019 that rs.23 deducted for validity extension for 28 days further. Surprisingly, today at 10.55 am message came from them informing that outgoing services expired and asking me to recharge.
Why does airtel wants to harass customers? First of all their new procedure of asking customers to recharge or deducting rs.23 for continuation of outgoing services is wrong form life time sim cards issued. Added to that, even after recovery of the amount, they are sending messages threatening to stop services.
I have 3 prepaid connections with them. If they continue to harass me like this, i shall port all connections to other service providers. Meanwhile i want clarification from them on the issue.

    Credit limit shows to be Rs.3600/- but my bill has reached Rs.6480. My outgoing has been barred without intimation.

    When called customer care they say they have given me chance. But, outgoing
    was barred after 24 hours stating "fraudulent usage".

    My usage has never exceeded Rs.400/-

    If they have set Rs.3600/- as credit limit, why did my usage crossed this limit and why have not informed me untill I called customer care.
    I have seen many such cases online and here on this forum. Why is there no end to such issues.

    It has been three days since I paid the amount of Rs.6480/- and still they have not restored my connection. Why is there no response from Airtel.
    I have contacted Help desk twice and their response is we will send email to backend team.

    I have visited Airtel customer center twice and same response- backend team is working on this. Just to uncheck a box they need almost 4 days.

    Most irresponsible team of services ever.

      06.01.2019 / received a call from airtel dth service regarding recharge sine dth is not used for 3 months account got suspended so for regional pack (1month) + HD subscription (1 month) + suspended penalty (3month) - they said to pay - 360 INR But after recharge the account got suspended 28.01.19
      Service Request Number is 85575744. once asking with customer care the executive agrees that the fault is from their end and she said she will do investigation on it but no one turned up.poor service even using broadband, postpaid connection and DTH Service of airtel facing issue in all the sector

      also Poor network coverage in PIN Code : 560093 no actions taken from the past 8 months, once if we enquire they ask to tell that new tower installation is gonna get happen with in 2 months as they use to justify

        Hi,

        I have been following up with the Airtel Store and customer care executives too for Postpaid to Prepaid conversion for almost a month now.

        On top of that, the Amazon Unsubscribe option is broken in Airtel TV app because of which I was charged the renewal fee even after unsubscribing it from Airtel TV(as asked by customer care executive).

        I feel that I am done with the Airtel services now. Request you to close my postpaid number ASAP.

I am in international roaming and my services for roaming are not working. I need all my amount refunded as recharge done.After calling customer care as well the recharge was not working.               I am extremely disappointed to say that my airtel sim is not working. I got a duplicate sim, even then it has not been activated after 24 hours. Initially i thought it was phone problem, but when i inserted sim cards of other networks it is working. Except for airtel. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                I'm staying in medavakkam from last 3months. Airtel network is very worst. It shows 4g sometimes but no data connection at all. Most of the time it shows only e edge connection. Please don't says india's best network. Previously in hometown network was good but not now. Everywhere airtel becomes wors network. Where i'm having jio on the other hand for the data connection.

                I'm thinking of to switch to jio, but i'm not aware weather mnp is avaialble for jio or not.

                  When i purchased the sim of airtel, pre paid sim, they told that lifetime incoming is free and for out going calls it is rechargeble based on we recharge.
                  Now they are charging for incomming calls also. As this was my primary number i have given this number to all my friends, banks and all govt id proofs.

                  Now i am not receiving calls from the same.

                  Usually people we go for the cheap and best networks available in current market.in the same way i have choosen jio for my budget.
                  But the airtel people forcing me to do recharge or else they are saying they will block the incomming calls and the number for the same.

                  If the people dont have money to recharge means they will block the number.

                  Is this the right they have on prepaid customers?

                  Sir/madam, yesterday on 25 jan i made a transaction of amount 119 from Airtel app .
                  Money deducted at that time. But recharge was unsuccessful due to technical issue.
                  & Also i didn't get the refund yet.

                    We are using airtel postpaid and prepaid simcard in office, but we are not getting the signal inside the office so please do clear my issue as we 300 persons are using airtel in same office it as became a big issues with clients, so please try resolve this issue.                     I have received a message from a number saying I have won some bike or some money in Airtel survey. In true caller it's showing a name from Bihar. It's a spam message in the name of airtel. Hence i thought of intimating you about it
                    One year recharge 799 to 12 month but stop the my service in 4 month.
                    Showing no network even after ported from jio to airtel. Worst experience I ever seen and also from airtel customer service

                      My airtel number incoming calls are not coming. The other end message is "my number is in not reachable condition". I have full range signal/tower 4g.
                      Incoming sms, and outgoing calls are working.

                      I am missing lot of important calls because of your network issue.
                      I have 146 rs main balance at my account.
                      For sometime you have blocked my outgoing calls, and forced me to buy a recharge pack, even i have main balance.
                      Now the scenario is, you are allowing me to make outgoing, but you are stopping my incoming calls.

                      You have very very very poor and worst customer handling system. I have tried contact your customer care rep via 121, 198 numbers from my airtel number. But you have just routed the options round with pre recorded voice. No connection to real customer support.

                      As i am mainly relying on my incoming calls for my career, i request you to please activate the service instantly. I have main balance about 146 rs, but why you are disconnecting services to my number.

                        My self nitin kumar and i have a prepaid airtel mob.[protected].

                        The network in sec-58 noida is very bad and near about to zero from last one month. No any outgoing/incoming calls can be done on this no.

                        Regarding this i have complaint on 14th jan-19 (C4gsp[protected]). Airtel customer executive said, that there is some network work in airtel. It will be completed very soon and the network issues will be resolved.

                        But there is no any improvement till now in network.

                        I am 10years old customer of airtel and not want to port no with another service provider.

                        Kindly do something as my office in noida sec-58 and i am unable to receive and call in office hours.

                        No any action taken till now, when we talk customer care, they simply said that we are planning to correct network in your area. It may be takes two to three month time. What can be do in these days, as i have paid three month plan.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I am very disappointed from your service in airtel office.
                          I am unable to use my internet since 4 days and i visited the office the mall shimla the representative told me that my number is not tagged for volte service and after that i visited the store 4 times since two days. And next day in morning i received a call from store about feedback the representative ask me why to give 5 marks for the store services.
                          The office have many issues like server issue, connectivity,
                          Electricity etc. After that whem my number was tagged then they say that primary number was also not tagged to that service it was to disappointed to me that i have pay 664 per month for my postpaid number and i am unable to use the internet services.

                            I have ported my JIO sim to Airtel prepaid, before 2 days SIM is on and tele verification is also successful. FRC also done.
                            but when I am calling it is saying that your verification is not done and please OFF/ON your phone after 30 minute and it will be activated...
                            Facing this issue from last 2 days, I called to airtel customer care also but they are saying that SIM is activated from our end.
                            I have sent email to [protected]@in.airtel.com also, they are saying your email id not registered with your no.
                            How could I register as my SIM is not activated so I am unable to receive OTP on mobile number.
                            Please suggest what should I do ??

                                I took the Airtel DTH connection on june 2018. They gave me 3 month HD pack free till august and told me after that HD plan will be deactivated but they not deactivated and deducted the money from my account on regular basis. When i asked to customer care they told me that you did not tell us to deactivate the HD pack so the company deducted the amount and they also not provided the HD pack after 3 month expiry and deducted the charges for HD also they slowly slowly deduct the amount from my account without telling me. When i asked they were rolling the reason. Kbhi ye kbhi ye.

                                Finally i asked them to disconnect my connection then they said we will not refund the amount remaining in account and also they will take back the set up box also for which i have paid 1600/- The company is cheat company and doing the fraud with the customer. This is very ridiculous. This is the worst experience i had ever. My Airtel connection no [protected].

                                  My mobile number is 9980*******. I have recently travelled to Maldives and was surprised to see the the international roaming charges of around Rs. 20, 000/-. When I was activating international roaming pack to Maldives, the Airtel website shown me, unlimited incoming calls free and 3gb data free. Suprisingly the data charges for this month is charged as are.9790/- inspite of me not using the internet. Hence, I request to kindly look into this issue and waive off the internet charges. Also I request to cap the voice calls to the best available monthly international pack to reduce the bill.
                                  Failing which I would discontinue using the Airtel services due to non transparent tariffs.
                                  Also I am surprised on how the billing has exceeded my credit limit of Rs. 3600/- without noticing me.
                                  Please resolve this at the earliest possible time.

                                    Iam the customer of Airtel for the last 10 years.But now iam unhappy with the airtel.Recently i have a Rs.32 balance in my account but on[protected] an amount of Rs.23 is deducted without any information.So I Called to the customer care they didn't give any information and call can be connected to Supervisor(Mr.Rajesh) .He is also very rude and worst behavior with the customer and suddenly the cut down the phone call.And day after tomorrow again i call to customer care now this time another Supervisor(Mr.Naga raju), he is also not given any information.Immediately i want refund my amount or other wise company has to take action against the both supervisors.Thanking You Sir.

                                        Trai has provided 100 channels limit initially to choose, and beyond that we pay rs 20 extra for 25 channels. Airtel dth is counting each hd channel as 2 each and thus increasing the no of channels chosen, forcing us to choose extra channel limit.

                                        Similarly when i choose sony happy india hd pack, it contains 11 channels. But airtel adds 15 in selected channels number. Kindly resolve this before 31st january else we will be forced to opt whatever airtel is providing and the whole purpose of fairness will be dumped into garbage....
