I have recharged 499 pack through online in Airtel prepaid mode.. Payment mode was netbanking. Money got deducted but recharge is not done and not received any message till now ..This is happening for second time . transaction reference is mentioned in attached image .. Please resolve this issue ASAP

    Dear sir, i have sent the port message more than six times. But airtel is not sending upc. Though they have wanted to know the cause of my leaving airtel.
    I know, this is the right of a customer. Please take necessary action against airtel for their intentional inconvenience. Otherwise people will not believe in the mobile portability. I believe proper steps will be taken by you.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Got call from [protected] customer service they asked me to recharge my airtel dth with rs 1506 and said it will be valid for 6 months pack but now they are denying it so plz settle the matter as soon as possible my dth I'd is [protected] .

        My airtel postpaid mobile [protected], which was ported from Vodafone to Airtel about 2 years back, had been functioning smoothly till 19.01.2019. However, all on a sudden from 20.01.2019 onwards, the SIM service stopped working without any indications. At first instance, I tried using a different phone but of nil result. On Monday, i.e., on 21.01.2019, I went to the airtel customer care at YMCA Cross Road, Calicut (contact no.: [protected]) and as their entire exercise to rectify the old SIM was futile, they issued a new SIM after informing that the same would be activated within a period of 4-5 hrs However, as the same was not successful, on the very next day, i.e., on 22.01.2019, I again visited the same customer care and informed them about the situation. They again reissued another SIM and registered my KYC afresh along with a new photo, which was taken then and there itself. However, even after a gap of two days, the SIM was not activated. As I could not come out of the office, I send another person on 24.01.2019 along with my Aadhar ID card (original), alternate contact number, address slip and the reissued SIM for rectifying the issue. It's just disgusting to inform you that none of your staff at the same customer centre has shown the courtesy to contact me over the phone to appraise the issue. As there is no response from your staffs' side, I contacted them at the above said phone number around 5.30 PM. To my surprise, the staff who took the phone advised me to again come to the office for re-registration. At this point, I also got irritated and informed him that only on 22.01.2019 I updated my ID and photograph. He informed to revert, but till now no response.

        Sir, I want to know is this the way your customers are treated. I am without my contact number for the last 5 days and suffering both mentally as well as financially as this number ([protected]) is utilised for many of the online financial purposes.

        I have never got a proper updated reply from your staff and my phone is dead for more than 5 days as of now. This is not acceptable since this is the primary number I have been utilizing. I have not been able to do any of the online transactions and also missed various important calls from my Top Officials, which tarnished my name and also created issues on my professional front.

        Since this type of casual approach by your staff is not at all acceptable, it is high time and also request some higher authorities from airtel to look into the matter. If this way casual approach and poor service is your staffs' main identity, I am sorry to inform you that I may resort to some other mode to redress my issue.

          Inquired for a broadband on 8th jan, got confirmation from airtel sale person that connection is feasible in my area & asked me to submit documents & rental amount 4803, i deposited documents & amount on 10th jan. On 14th after many followup, i was told that there sales person has mistake & new connection not possible in my area. Then i was told that refund will come in 3-5 working days. But even after many followup with sales person his senior. I being asked to wait it is under process, but money is not received back.

            I am one of the airtel subscriber, using pre-paid connection since one year. Recently i have been receiving messages from airtel your outgoing / incoming will be stopped, if you are not recharge within the particular period and some amount will be recovered from your balance available to continue your services. What is this non-scence creating by telecom providers. Is there any option / facility given by trai for stopping services even i have sufficient balance in my account. Is it compulsory to recharge even i have balance and telecom service provider can recover amount from the service receiver account to continue services. Please let me know is there any provision / option / facility / authority given by trai for their blackmailing for getting revenue from customers unnecessarily to enable me to continue with the service provider.

              I am unable to use my credit balance in airtel payment bank. The required details had been provided to them. Firstly they shouldn't take money if there required system is not completed secondly they their customer handling us very poor and non responsive. Even after sending mails of required documents they are not responding.

                  Provided portal for pack selection not user friendly in compare to dish tv. Frequently logout automatically. After chanel selection when you try to submit, id automatically logout.
                  No delete and edit option available. After pack selection no option for delet and edit. No search option available for chanel selection. I could have submitted my pack after trying three times. Two times logout during channel selection. Totally tedious. I think deliberately not given these option as costumer not able to create their own pack. My suggestion portal should be user friendly. A common man can choice their own pack.

                    I am facing issue with my Mobile Number 77XXXXXX20 during recharge. This number belongs to pune (Maharashtra circle). Earlier it was postpaid and I got it converted to prepaid 2 months back. I started facing this issue since a month from now. The details regarding the issue are:

                    1. Unable to recharge from Airtel Wallet. There are alot of pending transactions in my account and all are going to refund to the bank. Even a 10 Rs. recharge is failing.

                    2. Unable to recharge from Internet, PayTM and other modes. It gives message airtel rejected your recharge. This is happening only with my mobile Number 77XXXXXX20 and other airtel number 99XXXXXX20 is working fine.

                    I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed twice but still my problem is not resolved, its been more than 40 days. Please suggest what should I do?

Your plan has been upgraded to 299 unlimited... The double the bill... Please do the needful... Me and my friends using this same 149 plan... I dont want to change my plan...

                        I am a student of nitk an institute of national importance. I have been using your network may be from my childhood, our parents may be from beginning of your company. We were very happy with your service but now a days the network in the college region i. E., in nitk surathkal mangalore campus is very slow that sending a whatsapp msg is also delayed some time i confirm that more than 1000 students in campus use your network. May be much more.
                        Continuig the same may cause u loosing many of your customers, including me. U spe d much money on promotion may be thousands together for just. 100 sims instead of it please think about thinking safe guarding your present customer

                          I have a Airtel Wallet with some balance in it. Few days back Airtel (Mahavir Nagar Branch, Kandivali West, Mumbai) told me that Wallet is discontinued by Airtel and I need to convert it into Airtel Payment Bank account to use it.

                          When I went for the same, they said I have to give Aadhaar Number and Biometric verification (Thumb ). When I argued why they are asking for Aadhaar Number as Supreme Court has already given verdict that Aadhaar Number is not mandatory for Banks. They said It's RBI rule.

                          I refused to give my Biometric verification. I also asked other Payment Banks like PayTM and they said to me on twitter that any OVD will do (like: anyone these original document Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, NREGA Card ).

                          So Airtel definitely lied to me. What should I do now ? Please Advice.

                              I am of a very very old customer of airtel post paid. This month i have received a very highly inflated bill amount on my account. On investigation i have found that around 2750 sms charges have been added to my account. These sms have never appeared on my mobile and are not from my side. It seems to be some wrong information of about 125 sms on the same set two mobile nos every day. I have no knowledge of them and are not responsible for there appearing on my account. Seems to be some system deffect. Please make arrangement for correcting the same. I am a senior citizen & can not afford to pay the inflated amount. Logically also i should not pay.. As you have asked me, not to write my number, ihave not mentioned the same

                                After every call made from Airtel, I get an SMS from 'TFAROT' which shows the validity of my prepaid pack. I understand this kind of messages being sent when my validity is about to expire, but in this case, even though I have more than 3 months of validity, I still get the messages. Even after calling customer care, they say nothing can be done about this even though this is sent by Airtel.
                                These messages are continuously spamming my message box.
                                This is not even a flash message.
                                Please, can you have Airtel stop spamming customers?
