I tried booking train ticket through irctc using airtel wallet, the amount was deducted from wallet although the transaction was not completed. I have been trying to reach airtel customer care through all the channels possible but they are not reachable on phone for airtel payment bank. No response for the email sent as well. I want my money to be refunded back in my wallet

    I am resident of chennai (Tn) and got my broadband land line
    No: 044 β€” 4864 3062, connected on 6th decr.2018 with the help of mr. Prabhu, your representative (His mobile no:[protected]). I opted for "super fast home wifi 1000 @ 100 mbps sor r.699/-" scheme. I paid a sum of rs.5, 640/- by cheque on iob, annanagar branch, chennai as annual down payment. Cheque no:828667 dt.4 β€” 12 β€” 2018. The cheque was not presented so far and i am getting messages demanding payment failing which line will be disconnected. I did my duty of payment and if cheque is lost or misplaced i am ready to replace the same on receipt of a writtden request from you. Ref: my request no:[protected] dt.17 β€” 1 β€” 2019.

      I have recharged airtel prepaid for the amount of rs 468 for the airtel no [protected] on 13 th jan. The amount was debited from my sbi credit card but recharge not done and the ref no is 042896 and i spoked to sbi credit card customer care but they asked me to connect you so i am filling a complaint regarding refund of amount 468 to my credit card kindly refund the above said amount to my credit card

        I have ordered 2 product from myntra onn 14th jan 2019 and selected airtel payment bank option as they are providing cashback facility total payment i had done was rs 1828/- and i received cashback of 182/- from the airtel in my wallet.

        After receiving product from myntra i found on of my product was defected so i returned the product and request myntra for refund and same has been given by the myntra.

        I received msg from airtel saying you have received a refund of rs 779/- your updated account balance is rs. 779.15.

        But, when i checked my balance it was rs. 596.35/- i called to customer care on 400 and they are saying as you cancelled your product we have reverse your wallet amount rs. 182/-, i told them if myntra is giving me rs. 779/- then why you're not crediting the same amount.

        I also told them it was defected product that's why i returned that product one product is still with so at least you give me 50% of the cashback.

        I am asking for at least 50% cashback as my product value was 1828/- and i have returned the product with the value of rs. 779/- only.

        Request to you please take care this query.

          Sir,
          The airtel network in my area is so poor that i can't even buffer google page. It is not because i haven't have 3g or 4g services, i'm a airtel 4g service user from 2018 starting. Please take a look on my complaint and reply with an action needed.
          Further you can find intensity of network problem by that only that after pusing search button it took 8 min to reach here.πŸ™‚

            Airtel sent me a bill of rs2, 28, 690 when my credit limit was 31, 000 and after that falsely deducted my money from my account after telling them not to deduct any money. Airtel people have done fraud as they don’t have explanations to things, and they’ve falsely charged me and are harassing me and i’m being charged for something i don’t have to pay for. Airtel has sent me mails offering me credit adjustment for the same, but not for the full amount.in today’s world i had to shed out of more than 2 lacs for just a phone bill that was airtels mistake.

                I am from chennai using 4g handset, but the network is very bad not even up to the speed of 3g. This case will become even poor when you get out of city. A day back o found the sim found to be malfunction its a mistake from the airtel side and they suggested to replace with new sim. After a i found that i am not receiving any message to my number. When i asked about this to customer support people they said that it will take 48 hours to enable it.. Since all accounting and process are phone verification base who will bear the loss i am facing. Will airtel bear it? Please be sensible to customer. Make your network and support better not the ads... If you are the best you doesn't need any ads to get customer... Stop working on ads rather to work on betterment on service

                  They are not giving the free channel dd sports while the live cricket match was going on, i asked and contacted customer care and they not providing proper information. As i tried to contact customer care now, they put my call in the waiting list and not attending, so please take necessary actions to resolve it. I need dd sports channel, and i need to know whether it free or paid channel.

                    Why am i getting messages that airtel will deduct my balance if i don't recharge, wherein i did a recharge for lifetime validity. Now suddenly you change the process and plans, and ask me to recharge the account, else you will stop the outgoing services.

                    It is so freaking hard to reach out to your customer service associate and after such a struggle, they disconnecte the call right on my face!!
                    Wow!!!
                    That's such a great way of dealing with the problems!!!
                    I need resolution for this!!!

                          We would like to inform you that, the airtel network available at our location (Pin code : 833223) is very poor. The said location is meghahatuburu iron ore mines, a captive iron ore mines of m/s. Steel authority of india limited.

                          There are about 5000 population in the said locality and we are facilng difficulties in communication in our mines, plant area as well as at our township also.

                          Every day valuable guests like, chief minister of the state, different ministers, senior government officials are visiting our location and staying at our guest house and facing difficulties in communication.

                          So, we request you, to look into the matter and arrange to improve airtel signal or install a new tower of airtel at our locality for which we will remain greatful to you.

                            I had called up airtel customer care @ 198 to report for mobile sim loss. From there since my card was prepaid it was transferred to prepaid department, there a executive by name of vishal started enquiring about the card. After giving him relevant info about the card hes asking me what was the last recharge and where was it done from. The recharge amount was not significant at all and i countered him what sense did that info make about. The guy said rudely that it was needed without explaining it. On top of it when i asked him about his name he replies rudely saying ki ' pehle hi maine apna naam bataya tha ' as if asking his name again he was assaulted and he was obliging by repeating his name. Call was done between 4.30pm and 4.40pm.

                            Need a call back for an apology from his side. One should know how to talk to customers

                            Ihave left the company in 2001
                            I have never seen such a bad net speed of any 4g network in all of india. I live in Silchar (NIT Silchar) and in the entire campus the net speed is [censored]. I urge airtel to kindly set up a tower or something near the campus or else you will lose the entirety of airtel customers in the college.

                              I am satish rajani, having business of optical in dewas - madhypradesh.
                              I have already 5 airtel fixed line and broadband connection. Now i applied for one more connection. After regular followup of 15 days, today dated 22/01/2019 i visited retailer office located on a. B road dewas (Where owner is mr dabi). He talked so rudely and said airtel will take time, you can take bsnl. Also he suggested disconnect all connection and shift to bsnl or jio.
                              How any airtel person can say like this. Are airtel policy is not customer focused?

                                I went to dubai for a vacation, i called airte suport asking for a plan.. They provided me a plan of 2999 for ten days in which 3 gb data was included...
                                I used data in dubai and i came back to india... After few days, i recieved a bill of rs6000...
                                I called airtel, i asked about the bill, they said that you over used the data due to which you have been charged more...
                                I was never told pr informed if my 3gb data is over or if it is going to be over...
                                I kept asking the agent that who will tell me or inform me if my data is going to be over so that i dont over use it...
                                The agent says sir i am sorry i cant help you in this because this is this works... If you have over used we dont send and inform if you are out of india...
                                If this is how airtel so called india’s number 1 network works then i would change my network... Thank you airtel for you service... Will never use you guys again and will make sure ll my family changes from airtel to a different network.

                                  I am not receiving any incoming calls & Outgoing calls from last few months and sometimes it suddenly starts working.

                                  But from the last 2 weeks it stopped all incoming call and have not received any call on my airtel number.

                                  I have tried to contact customer care but every time (I have called & informed my issue to them total 5 times now) they tell me the problem will resolve soon, but no action nor any return call I have received from customer care so far.

                                  Please resolve this issue ASAP.

                                    I had a Airtel dth connection ..id no[protected]
                                    Sorry to inform one of the worst service I had ever recieved from any of the dth subscriber.
                                    I had raised a query regarding installation of dth intena which is damaged due to cyclone fony.. Every time they say enginer will visit tommrow but enginer never came..

                                    I am following last 10 days there is no solution.
                                    Summer vacation is going what will children do they can't watching there favoright channel.

                                      While travelling abroad (Spain). I have taken the one day roaming packages at paid cost of 680 inr/day.
                                      To my surprise, they have extended the package for next two days without my consent.

                                      Airtel team is telling me that this is continuous roam package until i deactivate the same.
                                      However the service should automatically stop as i have bought and done the payment for one day.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am a medical doctor and a subscriber if airtel digital tv. Customer number [protected]. I received the above quoted message from your esteemed organisation.

                                        But when we tried with our service provider airtel digital tv, they have already designed some packages for us. Also with an option of ala carte.

                                        First and foremost some brainless fellow has made these packages which have most of the channels not required by us and do not have channels we need.

                                        Next their stupid ala carte is so confusing and misleading we need to put efforts to make a selection. More over it is not having many of the channels we are already watching.

                                        In our experience airtel is the most fooling organisation which does not provides what it claims in their idiotic advertisements.
                                        We had 3 airtel numbers in the family. We got relieved from their harassment after we moved to other service provider.

                                        Pl help us to choose the channels we want as per your new provision for us. Pl teach lesson to such fooling service providers. First i am posting in consumer complaint forum so that millions be educated.
                                        What is the next step i have to take. Pl guide.
