After 48 hours o[censored]pdation sms servics is still not resumed for my airtel no. [protected]. Pls help me with it.
Update for airtel mobile [protected] has been registered for sim change from[protected] to[protected]u. Sms service will be resumed after 24 hrs. If you have not requested for sim change, please call 121 immediately
It is urgent for me... Pls resume the sms service as soon as possible

I have airtel mobile since 2006 bearing number [protected] .I have recharged Rs 35/- on 10.01.2019 at 7.10 PM but today there is alarming balance without any call . It presumes any thing has been attached with my connection without my consent. It may kindly be removed and return my balance .
It just stopped working while I was using the internet and it's very annoying

    Without informing deducted from my prepaid balance please take action every month without informing deducted in my Airtel prepaid amount without knowledge deducted

    Prepaid amount without knowledge deducting in mobile balance Rs.23/- why deducted I need interest will be recharge other wise once discantied

    Please arrange to refund 23/- Airtel prepaid only recharge

      Hi,

      I do not have network on my airtel from more than 24 hours. just feeling handicapped. Please resolve the issue, i have complaint many times but not resolved yet. I have night shift, just imaging travelling in night without having network in phone. what will i do during emergency. Airtel is being very liberal in this issue. I cannot even make transaction because not receiving OTP.

        Most of the time it is happening. I am fed up with this. When i visited airtel gallery and complained about it, He said, i should port to other vendor who is offering good service. I felt angry but could not do anything. I have waited long enough to get service in working condition but still it is not resolved. Call getting disconnected in middle of conversation is still going on. If you cannot resolve it then give me in written that you cannot provide better service than this and return my all money that i have spent on buying plans.

          I submitted the claim for my handset as i have my phone insured from airtel secure
          Now after continuous follow up for 7 days they are telling me they rejected the claim due to
          Improper handling
          Are you kidding me
          I dropped a glass bottle on my phone while watching tv
          And the back panel now has a crack on it.
          Can you guys explain what is accidental and liquid damage cover if you call this improper handling?
          And the customer service people dont even reply on emails
          When you call them they have no clue what to do.
          I have been using airtel service from more than 10 years now
          And this experience may result in me moving to another network.
          I request you guys to process the claim as this is false advertising.
          And i[censored] guys will not process the claim
          I will take this matter to consumer court.

            I have sent multiple mails regarding balance update as "even though i have recharged the balance not getting credited hence forth not able to connect 121 to speck with executives" to convey the same query

            Stating the same through mails to [protected]@airtel.com. But i was getting response from 121 air tel team is contact by dialling 121 for more help.

            As i have already mentioned without balance i can not able to connect 121 service executive through ivr service. But the team keep on sending the same mail as contact 121 for more help

            Email & ivr both services are worst

              Dear sir,

              I purchased on airtel 4g hotspot in month of oct to use at home, but at our home there is no speed coming with that instruments. I frequently made complaint in airtel customer care, they every time said that issue will be resolve very soon, but till today its not resolved. It is such a shame that airtel people are not able to resolve the issue in more than 80 days. Every month paying rental but not using the equipment. I request to airtel customer care to refund my and take this instrument back they also not agree with it.
              So sir would to complain against this issue, kindly try do favor for me.

                By the typing error, I have recharged wrong number([protected]) with ₹399 but wanted to please recharge it back to my correct number([protected]).

                  Hi,

                  This is regarding my airtel prepaid number [protected], i tried several times to get the recharge done from various wallets be it amazon money, paytm, and even airtel money.

                  Every time amount is deducted from my card and then i receive sms from airtel customer care stating
                  "transaction failed due to technical reason and money will be credited back in 7 days".

                  I need understanding if integration even in between airtel money and airtel numbers recharging facility is not proper then why customers are being put in pain.

                  Also need solution whether online recharge will ever happen on my number or shall i seek number portability on some other network.

                  Also it would be much appreciated if you can release some manual for all the ivr options which pop up while call is made to customer care number as reaching to any representative for seeking solution is as equivalent to solving mystery of bermuda triangle.

                    Airtel has started charging for validity on pre-paid Mobile number in J&K. Monthly validity recharge is ₹35. If recharge not done they stop Incoming calls to the number. This has started recently . Before I used to recharge with my choice. But now it has become compulsory to recharge every month. It has created problem for people and is burden .

                      I am following up with airtel for more than 3 months for simple name transfer request.. Some one is saying it wil be done.. Someone is ssying visit store... Some are saying document lost... Airtel store employees are not supportive at all.. This is a very simple request, needs to be done asap... J. M into service sector so cant visist store time and again.. Also my self attested docs are with dem... They cant just lose it... I need to get my docs back...

                        Set up box stopped working. we are not getting any picture on the screen and even sound. First we use to get full colored screen now that also stoooed. So i request you that As soon as possible pls make it repair because just before 2 days we have activated the pack.so I request you guys to send your engineers within 2 days otherwise I will remove airtel connection

                          Really shame on U i[censored] have little bit shame then recharge from your side.
                          Really shame on you greedy hungry beggars kunain, amreen, vaishnav, arjun, pradeep, kaveri for eating the benefits of rhe customers as you people don't have self respect and respect for your parents then how you people give respect to the customers. You people have made the mentality to disturb the customers and nothing else. Now the situation is that Airtel and U people become thief fraud to loot the customers. Once again you shown your poor fraud mentality to loot the customers and don't have guts to earn your income. If you have little bit self respect and respect for your parents and for the customers and llittle bit shame then reduce my call rates from your end. Earlier also many times Airtel from its side reduced my call rates to 25 P/M for 3 months time period everytime. If you have little bit shame and respect for the customers then reduce the call rates from your end instead of making the nonsense and bull [censored] excuses.

                            I have been using airtel services from past 10 years. From the last couple of months, i have been facing frequent unsubstantial balance deduction issues. How can i move forward this issue in consumer court. They are responding to my complaints in a rude manner by stating fabricated data usage. I'm facing this issue frequently and the service provider has been in denial mode yet. So i would like to highlight this issue in public domain.

                              Airtel 4g it seems...chatta..I swear that I hate that speed seriously...it slower than bsnl 3g...what's the matter with the ad saying that its the most faster network it seems...if it is not faster than lifetime mobile bills for free, , in such cases airtel have to pay each and every airtel customers lifetime mobile bills for free..
                              Plans solve the problem as soon as possible...the speed is 0.16 kbps

                                My post paid number [protected] is having voice and sms incoming and outgoing call issue from the last 10 days.
                                I can't able to make any incoming and outgoing calls from my number and my sms services also not active from my airtel post paid number from the last 10 days

                                As per the advice from airtel team i have swapped my sim for 5 times but still no use. I went jntu location airtel store on 12th of jan 2019 and they tried a lot to solve my issue and they confirm me that the problem is with the network only.in-front of me they send email to their back-end team and also intimated to network team about my issue but still no solution provided to me.

                                Airtel team is playing with me, i ask them to send raise port request but they are not responding properly.
                                Every time they will tell some story. Please advice me how to solve my issue.

                                Few weeks back the Indian Network Company (INC) has made his own rule for recharge every month if you want to continue your service Incoming and outgoing calls (IOC) fixed the validity till around 2019 whereas my validity till was 2037 approx. So this is not good that company do anything. Please resolve it and my Airtel number [protected]
                                My area Airtel Network problem it is big problem from my area

                                  Long time user of prepaid Airtel mobile service.

                                  I recharged for the Rs. 119 pack offered on the Airtel mobile application. This recharge is supposed to be for 28 days validity.

                                  However, immediately after the recharge it shows only 26 days validity.

                                  This has occurred both today (15-Jan-2019) and the previous recharge as well.

                                    Hi Sir,
                                    i have taken airtel broadband connection and made payment of 2474/-on 8th January with sales executive([protected]) and he promised me with in one day installation will be done.

                                    After my payment the sales executive run away and his mobile is in switch off mode for 7 days and am not able to even track my connection as i have called customer care more than 6 times and contacted through facebook(airtel messenger) and also through local airtel technical representative.

                                    Nobody is able to provide solution and the irony is they doesn't have any information regarding my connection.

                                    Airtel is clearly cheating customers with fake promises and wasted my valuable time and effort.

                                      Citrus airtel deducted money 1060/- from my hdfc bank account while i didn't recharged anything. How is this possible? My reference no. Is[protected]. What is happening with this, kindly do needful about this. It looks like a fraudulent activity. I want to know about it and airtel will have to answerable for this.

                                      Dear Sir i have an airtel mob no [protected]. I am not wants to renew my validity. The velidity is automatic renew its not your right.you did not debit coustmer s a.c without permission of coustomer.
                                      I have done recharge through Airtel Money and it was told that I am getting Cashback of Rs.20 but I hadn't got. This had happened with me twice. Plz see what's the matter.
                                      Since yesterday my phone has been showing no service. I've literally tried every method possible. I googled a few methods and did those. I took it to the shop and they too seem clueless. It's really frustrating. Please do something as soon as possible.

                                        Recently I have ported my number from BSNL to Airtel. After 7 days it changed to Airtel and got a message from Airtel to restart my device. From then SIM2 is showing " no service". I am missing many important calls and also unable to do bank transactions. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
