Airtel dth has suspended our all tv channels... I have talked them more than 4 times.. They always say"mam we have registered your complain and it will be resolved.". But they are befooling.. We are paying it for every single day and they are not solving any grievances.. We are from middle class family and cannot let it go like that.. Through this i request to resolve it as soon as possible..

Customer care still didn't reply..our set up box was not working so an engineer came to replace it and he took the amount of his service plus the cost of set up box..so the company deducted 200 rupees, the amount of set up box from our previous recharge..when we made several calls to them the said we want proof that engineer took total amount and they asked engineer's name and number..since I dont have his number ...I said to customer care that they appointed engineer so they should know his detail..but they refused and didn't help..after 3 days my father went to engineer house and asked him to tell company..then through this our problem was resolved..the company was not at all answerable and we had a very bad experience ...as today no one has enough time to make 10-12 calls to customer care and then to stay at hold...

    Resolve this Otherwise I'll go for by another way...
    It seems like it is frustrating me...nd harrassing me... somebody wants to call me but it is not showing that who had called me...

      My airtel prepaid mobile [protected] migrated from postpaid to prepaid on 7th jan 2019 service stopped working from past 12 days due to the error sim card registration failed. Tried inserted sim using a different phone but never worked. I tried contacting airtel customer care many times and said that they resolve the query in 48 hrs and there is no response from them and none bothered to look in to this matter. I tried following the procedure of restarting the phone and manually selecting the network on raising complaints from airtel customer care.

      I had already contacted airtel store where i migrate sim from postpaid to prepaid. They asked me to recharge the sim on 7th jan 2019. I recharged for rs. 229 and wait for a whole day. Network shown in my mobile is "no service" and restarted many times and manually selecting the network. No luck from my end. I again contacted same airtel store and narrated the issue. They said that there might be a damage in the sim. So replace the old sim into a new one. I replaced the new sim with a cost of rs.30 and asked me to wait for 4 hrs to activate the network. I again wait for couple of days. Still issue was not resolved. Again i contacted the same airtel store they said that they will escalate the issue to airtel customer care and issue will be rectify in one day. Still the issue exists.

      I have never got an update and my phone is dead for more than 12 days now. This is not acceptable since this is the primary number to my family and relatives use to contact. I cannot able to do any further transactions and missed all the important calls.

      Since it is too late i want some higher authorities from airtel to look in to this and do the needful asap. I want airtel to compensate for the loss that they have made to me and should pay for the difficulties i had to gone through because of their poor service.

      Airtel customer care taken forward this issue and resolved. Thanks for your valuable support. I can't able to log the grievance against the airtel store who dosn't guide the right way to solve. Please do the necessary action against this to improve your service in a better way.

        My airtel number is [protected] but now i regret why i have port my previous connection to airtel. I am facing this slow internet speed in every location so far though internet setting is already on data roaming and LTE but i am not able to experience so called fastest airtel internet. Even i have complained on customer care number in this regard (Ref no. for my request is C4GSP[protected])
        I dont want to stand on terrace in this winter to send a single message to someone because of this so called fastest airtel service.
        I was suggested by someone to abuse those customer care people 2/3 times to get resolved, but i guess never the less my problem will be solved by this complain as soon as possible.
        Else i have to port my sim again to any other company network.
        Put my complaint on the top of your priority list or forward it to the concerned authority.

          I paid Rs.6007 on[protected] for booking of Airtel Broadband connection.Payment screen shot attached - Transaction ID[protected]
          After 5 days i received a call from Airtel saying that we can't provide you a connection in this area due to some technical issue and your money will get refunded in your account.

          Its[protected] today, I am yet to get the refund.I think it is a case of fraud where i can't even track status of my booking after paying Rs.6007 in advance.
          Biggest shock is that there is no way of logging a complaint through the customer care number or portal/ my Airtel account as there is no record of my payment.
          I have been using Airtel services from last 3.5 years and this is how they treat their customers.
          Please look into it at the earliest as this is a serious process gap from Airtel and how they fool their customers.

          I received multiple calls from Airtel where they asked about my bank account details and other proofs.After a week i got my money refunded

            I seek your intervention to correct a mistake made by airtel, bowenpally
            Office, secunderabad (See attachment). All my attempts to get this
            Matter resolved have failed.

            Airtel has registered a weird address as my residential address. I have informed airtel several times about this mistake and asked them to make corrections immediately. Airtel seems to be just dodging and telling
            Lies. Please take action asap.

              Recently deposited an amount of rs. 2000 through upi in my airtel wallet. Now when i try to do any transactions from it a notice appears and says "debit for this account is not allowed". I would like a refund if airtel can't process transcations beacuse it sure as hell can accept addition of money into the wallet. Neither can i transfer the amount to anyone nor can i use it to recharge my or anbody else's number.

                Your airtel provide says give new card and give me 500 rs i have give him 500 rs before 2 month but till date he not give new sim card and he says you are not able to new card and your 500 rs is not refunded.. I have never bad experience in your airtel company. I am so worried.. Let's give me solution. Plz give me the solution. I am very in tension about my permanent number. I request to you please understand my situation my give me solution about this problem.

                  My pre paid number [protected] has been deactivated i have recharged on 17th jan 19 from airtel care to activate it but still it is not activated. It been 48 hrs of recharge. I have tried reaching to customer care but there no response i have sent mail to [protected]@airtel.com but there no proper reply. Really fed up with airtel. Airtel customer service people very rude too.

                      On 18-jan-2018 suddenly my phone showing that no network available. While i was trying to search network then its showing that your sim doesn't support these networks however my 3 months data and voice subscription is yet to over.

                      Please take necessary action on this. I am unable to do anything because i have only single sim card.

                          I have got airtel braodband connection and while they giving airtel promised to give "bookmyshow" offer but not received. I have raised complaint with airtel on deceember 1st 2018 and i have been following almost 20 time called to get the status but neer got solution. Airtel customer care guys says will call back and update you within 24 hours but never got call back. Now it has been 50 days not yet resolved. Seems to be they cheated me to take braod band connection.

                          I got a call on Jan 19 2019 12:01 PM and they have told me that they will call back within 24 hours to provide update/solution but i have't got any update een after 20 hours. This is what it's happenig last 50 days. same (24 hours) respose they say when ever i called .

                          This has been 11 days so far no updates for my query. This is what problem and frustration .
                          Now 2 months since i have raised a request about just offer and its not difficult.
                          Offerring sme promitions taking customers and after that no alue to customer.
                          Very bad customer care .. I never saw such a worst customer care.

                          When i call to customer care they are ready to disconnect my connection immedietly after using my amount. disconnecting connection they process very fast but offer which promised not ready to gie last 4 months.

                              I am facing very serious issue regarding recharge of my airtel number. I had ported my number from vodafone to airtel (Postpaid) but since i shifted to prepaid the problem is arising. The executive said my number is neither postpaid nor prepaid and it’s somewhere between. Every recharge is failed, no response from executives.

                                Actually, i bought my new airtel 4g sim and i activated successfully...but after activation i cant recharge my airtel number from online as well as retailer shop also... don't know what to do...while transaction it says it was unsuccessful...and i can't connect to customer care also..it says ur outgoing services are expired...

                                  My self pushpendra kumar & i am using airtel network since 2010. My mobile number is [protected]. From aug'18, i have faced issue related to network & i register complaint against it. After that airtel team visit sight & found same issue (Network problem). Few day later airtel team update me that they have issue in bend width & they plan to add 1 network tower near my location. But after that there is no update from there side. When i call airtel team, they simply said, we are working on it. But nothing done. When i ask customer care to provide senior employee contact detail, who provide me solution, they deny to provide it. Many time they just put my call on hold & said our seniors are busy with other customer, so we can not transfer your call & disconnect my call. Kindly look into this & help me.

                                    This is maj. Ashwath, proprietor - lahari gas sgency ; rajiv nagar - mysore. Being your one of the poor customer of airtel, having about 10 mobile connections, 02 land lines & internet modem for our office from airtel, we had contacted your mysore office about 15 -20 days back requesting them for replacement of handset of our office fixed line no: [protected] which is not working since almost one month.
                                    Though they (Mr. Pradeep: [protected] at your mysore office) had assured us to replace the handset by 16jan2018, to my surprise, neither they could replace the hand set nor they attend our tele calls since last three days and their mob is either busy / ringing but not picking up our calls since then.
                                    Inview, i am escalating the matter to formally lodge a complaint to airtel customer care to kindly arrange to provide a suitable replacement hand set immediately on high priority orelse suggest us alternate arrangements if any so that we can serve our large customer base of 18000 customers trying to contact our office land line & unable to get through to us due to delay in replacing the faulty handset. We are facing a serious problem / complaints from large no. Of our customers complaining their inability to contact our office for their lpg related enquiries.

                                      Secondary airtel dth setup box was installed on 12/01/2019 by the airtel technician and made payment of 950 and the technician was saying it will be activated within 30 mins, but it was not activated and called the technician it is still not activated getting error code b003 dth is not activated, he was saying they are having server problem definitely it will be activated on tuesday but still it is not activated and the technician not picking my call in-spite of calling several times, called customer care and told it is not activated they was saying it is still not registerd give us 4 hours will do it but they had given false commitment and airtel is very lethargic and not professional in their work, called on 12 and complain has been raised 84909368 and escalation no 84924714 it has been raised but still it is not activated, on 16 this is the complain 85019219 and on 17th again complian raised 85050033, consecutively i had been calling in daily basis and the customer care gives false commitment it will be activated within 4 hours but it is not happing at all from airtel end, primary setup box no: [protected] and the secondary setup box no : [protected] this secondary setup box is still not activated and airtel are very negligent today also i had called they are giving false commitment saying tomorrow will be definitely activated but i am sure they secondary dth setup box will be activated, request to please look into it and intervene and to activate the secondary dth setup box asap.

                                      Consecutively calling Airtel daily but the Secondary Dth Setup box are not activaed, neither do I get a call from Airtel and Iam calling them but still they are giving false commitment and put my call on hold and did not respond to my call today 18/01/2019

                                        I am using this no since last 10 years, but since last one year iam not getting any network signal in my house (No 2g, 3g, 4g). My number is postpaid & paying only rent without getting any services. After so many calls to customer care but no resolution found till today. Kindly resolve.
