    Ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

      I have recharged my mobile number recently and i am unable to browse due to one. Airtel.in pop up ads which redirect me every time i try accessing any particular site. This has been a problem with airtel for years but instead of taking website/popup down they have done nothing.

      I can't browse for hours what's the use of recharging.

      Genuinely thinking about moving to more customer friendly network.

        This is to bring everyone's kind attention how 'airtel' deduct money without the user's consent.
        I am an airtel network users from years.
        But now i am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. From past 6-7 days, my mobile balance is being deducted with rs 3.0 in every 1-2 days. The message which i received from airtel is:
        "thanks for using fantasticgem. You have been charged rs 3.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
        I called the customer care on 121 to lodge a complaint about this false deduction coz i never activate such service. But, the executive told me that this (Fantasticgem) is some game (Which is not even installed in my mobile) purchased by me and when i cross questioned him about the game he replied that this is a service which is activated by me via sms.
        (Basically himself not sure, whether its a game or a service.)
        I even asked him to stop such service, but he said that he cant do anything regarding it.
        My complaint number is:

        My question is why the reputed company like airtel is doing such kind of cheating to customers. You mean we have send a message and its not even found in 'sent' folder. Clap!
        Completely disgusted on airtel!

        As of now, the least i asked is to stop any such service immediately and refund of deducted amount asap.

          When l type *122*mobile numbber# recharge is not done by the said code. Then i try through airtel mitra app only some numbers recharge which is topup. Scheme recharge and offers recharge are not done by airtel mitra app. The massage appers on the display you cannot access this function from this hand set. I change lapu from one hand set to another but result same. Sir what is the problem in etop plz solution of this problem. Only l recharge done by airtel live portal. Why not i recharge through the said code and the said app. Or airtel mitra app

            In every bill airtel charges rs 5 extra for international sms to[protected] which they say is because of imessages. I disabled the feature but still airtel is charging me.
            This is fraud i can't follow up with apple and airtel every time. You are supposed to do that not customer. Why should i disable the feature which i want to use. Airtel is such a fraud and cheat. I am changing my network.

              I am new customer of air tel dish residing in khanna pb with c. Id [protected]-001 my reg. Mobile no. Is[protected]. I have purchased this setup box with so called dhamaka pack for one year.
              From the day one i am not able to add on any of the channels as message to 54325 is not been able to deliver from my reg. Mobile neither it reflects my balance in my acc.in my dish. I have spoken to c. Care min
              Ten times and sent 5to6 email from which i do have complaint numbers.
              But till date issue has not been resolved. I am now tired of contacting these persons.
              Kindly direct them to do the needful or pls. Take away this box so that i can go for some other option.

                Sir i had complained before on the subject of detection of money in my account with any reason and they said airtel person said they would compensation by crediting money to my account. But it is not done still now and when i am trying to call them based on the issue for atleast 5 month they are not responding to the issue. Second is that sir i had installed dish equipment by paying original bill amount but they dint give me the bill. When i called them to this issue they said they will resolve but not at done it is all ready 2 month.in there present active pamphlet they give channel and when recharged to that channel money is detected and channel is not available.

                  I did not opt for any international roaming plan, airtel people activated international roaming on my number without my permission and now they’re charging me 99000 rs for the same. My credit limit is 4200 and even then they did not bar my services and charging a bomb now. Within a span of few minutes i got all the messages of bill on 14th december.

                  At 3:30pm i got message -

                  Dear customer, we have activated data barring in international roaming on your airtel mobile 990xxxxxx1.

                  At 4:00pm i got two messages at once

                  Usage alert: as per the last update, approx. International roaming usage on your airtel mobile 990xxxxxx1 is rs 79730. Usage breakup: voice-rs. 0, data-rs. 79730. To stop the services, sms no to [protected]

                  Usage alert: as per the last update, approx. International roaming usage on your airtel mobile 99xxxxxxx1 is rs 84940. Usage breakup: voice-rs. 0, data-rs. 84940. To stop the services, sms no to [protected]

                  With tax they have charges me of 1 lac bill (99, 079.50)

                    I’m unable to call 59059 for activating the airtel sim card. My alternate phone number is [protected]. Can someone resolve this?
                    It’s been more than 7 days since the port request and the number hasn’t been successfully ported yet. Every now and then i get the airtel network but i’m unable to call the activation number. It doesn’t connect.
                    Can someone from airtel please solve this soon as it’s a very sub par customer service experience.
                    Maybe i should have just switched to jio.

                      My airtel prepaid mobile no. Is [protected]. Airtel discontinued my services due to not recharge minimum balance.in my account balance of rs. 7.50 then also they have been disconnect my service. When i am asking to customer care they told me they did not receive any such orders if the balance in mobile can not disconnect the service, minimum balance recharge will have to die.

                        A recharge of 199 was mistakenly done on 22 dec 2018 Trans. Id[protected]. It was not benefitted in my account as per the customer care the reason as per customer care was the previous unlimited recharge of 199 done on 16 dec 2018 at 7:57 am trans. Id[protected] was still active. I need my money back asap. That recharge didn't made any validity increase. Customer care was not having any facility to deal with my complaint. Kindly make a proper channel to auto reimburse money in such matter and stop harassing consumers by the doing such things you guys are are taking unfair advantage of computer illiteracy in india.

                          My phone doesn't shows any signal and I cannot call to 121 also I am facing this issue more than 4 hrs it is not registering to the network it says error I can't call message and no internet please fix this issue
                          What can I do now please tell me to fix this
                          After my system update only it seems like this before that there is no problem

                          Any way please fix this issue

                          Lots of people are also suffering from this

                          It is one of the leading network provider but it is not talking care to their subscribers

                                Hi Team..,

                                Let me tell you very clearly about the issue.

                                I have been using the Airtel number(I dont want to disclose) since nov 2017. My number's outgoing facility has been blocked due to the non payment of dues since it is a postpaid. I am not able to use the internet and I could'nt make outbound call to anyone since last night(27.12.2018 @ 7.30 PM)

                                I made the payment last night itself but still i am facing the same issue.

                                The thing is that, Today at 8.10 PM I made a call to Airtel Customer Support team, I got an Information that Outgoing was blocked not due to the non payment but I have made a commercial call to someone so that person made a complaint (DND Voilation). I could not Understand what does it mean. Customer service person told me to visit this website to get my queries resolved. I am a HR Person, I might have called them wrongly but for that reason they have blocked number, It is not at all tolerable...

                                Kindly please help me in this issue. If you want my further information, I am ready to furnish that too. but please try to resume the services as soon as possible.

                                  I had visited airtel naupada thane gallery for change of sim from 2g to 4g. At that time they asked for identification documents. When i showed my identity card, they said that my name was spelt wrongly so i have to give all my documents and photo again. So i submitted my government id card, adhar card and photo, self attested documents, for correction of name mismatch. At that time roshni took the documents and told me that my number will be activated in 7 days.
                                  I requested them to make it quicker, so the store incharge told me to avail services of some other service provided and port the number instead of relying on airtel. This was a rude shock to me.
                                  Since the number was not activated till 7th i spoke to sachin who told me that he will do it in 2-3 days.
                                  On 7th night the card was activated but they told me that verification was pending so card will not get activated till then.
                                  I waited till 10th and then visited the shop. They told me that the documents were dispatched to backend team on 7th, but till 28th december they have not received the same.
                                  I wrote to the nodal and the appellate team but they kept on insisting that they have my documents and i need to submit a second set.
                                  If they already have my documents why cant they activate my card?
                                  And if they need a second set, i told them that i am ready to provide, provided they show me that the documents i submitted on 1st are still with them, and not misplaced.
                                  The airtel team right from the store to the appellate authority and the nodal team refuse to accept that they have misplaced my data or misuesd it.
                                  I asked them to send me the cctv footage of the store which they have denied.
                                  I was shocked when their appellate team told me that if someone else goes with my documents, they may issue the card to them.
                                  That means there is no security of data and anyone can just walk in to the shop and take our personal data from them and misuse them, and airtel will not take any responsibility but will only ask us to re-submit the data.
                                  This is really shocking. I wish these people are taught how to provide proper service and to protect the personal data of people.

                                      I emailed to [protected]@airtel.in about rs 23 deduction from my main account balance and also asked company to send me govt. Official notification for same rule or airtel company document.

                                      But i got a reply that my email is not linked with mu number.
                                      Immediately i opened 'my airtel' account, but was shocked because it was showing no account exist with this number (I had an account already, which company deleted probably). But after 2 or 5 minutes, i recreated my account and updates email id.

                                      But, after few hours, airtel mobile network in my mobile disappeared.
                                      I think this is a trick of airtel to not give reply.
