    I lost my nokia mobile having airtel sim by name yelisetty sai krishna bindu in guntur. Since three months. Mobile contains the features of touch screen, so please trace my mobile my mobile is black colour. It is well working nokia mobile. It has touchscreen as well as key pad. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

      This is in regards to my Airtel connection [protected].

      I placed a request to discontinue the services of the same. This had network issues and I hope you can see from the earlier records that this year more than 4 times I have complained about network issues. Each time for more than 10 days I couldn't access internet leading to loss of my work. And this kept re-surfacing without any solution from Airtel's end. I had to pay to a different service provider for continuing my work as my work is dependent on the interenet. Plus I have not been able to access internet at all in December and every time customer service people gave a different solution, neither of which worked. And I have kept making the payments regularly. 4 times is almost equal to no service of 1 month. You don't get paid if you don't work but I paid Airtel for services I haven't been receiving. So I asked to discontinue my services and not pay the last bill of 824/-. I conveyed the same to the appellate officer 'Sunny' who contacted me for a final confirmation. Today, a lady called 'Kakali' calls and asks me to make the payment and when I denied, she literally threatened me and and when I asked her name, she said 'go to any store and ask about me'. Is Airtel keeping goons as pet? Then she asked me if I am doing the balance calculation in my head?? Dear Airtel, obviously if the money is going out from my pocket, I will do it and not you, right?? I am really sorry to say that but her behaviour made me feel so. Airtel, hope you understand I can sue you for this. Further she added I am not available on my alternate contact no, whereas other Airtel executives can contact me, funnily this is the first call from her that came in. If I had to avoid I wouldn't have received this call. You should give me compensation for my loss of work, but as a courtesy you should waive off the bill. If I send you a legal notice for your staff's behavior I hope you know what can happen. There may be millions of Indians whom you fool but every Indian isn't a layman. I am not making the payment of 824/- for my loss of work, but any further misconduct from your end, I am going to escalate this to the necessary places.

      I hope you will do the needful and I would really appreciate it. I am really worried about our nation's future with telecommunications companies like you.

        Further to my discussion with customer support team regarding the complaint no sr 88929784 the issue is not resolved, but your team members has closed the complaint stating the issue is resolved. But actually the issue is still not yet resolved and i keep on sending the emails to appellate and i am getting messages stating the issue will resolve

        I required the proper answer and i need to get this issue resolved immediately

        Otherwise i need to escalate further in the consumer form. Which i don’t like to go beyond you and get this issue resolved

        Hope at least i will get proper support and necessary actions for resolving this issue

          Hai this is thamil selvan. I used airtel prepaid number nearly 2years. 04/12/2018 at the date i give a portability to another number. But still it's not happening. I make call to customer service day after day, day after day. But they never make it. I have proof of giving portability and they send replay for portability. Also call records from customer service executives. So please make action and give some corrective solution.

            Hi

            I purchased airtel 4g hot spot device and sim[protected] and payed 4250 rps (6 month advance on 599 plan) on 18th dec in kumarswamy layout (Bangalore) airtel store.

            There was no receipt paid for the amount paid and was told that i get a mail with bill details post sim activation. And sim activation happens only after address verification.

            It's been 3days and there is no progress neither address verification happend nor sim activated.
            If i go to airtel store they say address verification is pending and it will be done today which never happened till now and if i call customer care they say they don't have information on their system.

            This is ridiculous process and airtel must monitor such pending status and help customer from experiencing such delay.

                I'm an Airtel customer since a decade, using the same number for ten years. I'm using this number as my primary communication and personal number. Linked to office/work and many other services. The account is active. But Airtel is threatening to Stop my service if I don't recharge with ₹35 regularly. This is wrong and unfair practice.
                My account is active and there's activity in the sim. But threatening to recharge regularly, is unfair and it is upto me if I want to recharge or not. At the time of registration, I was told this was life time validity.
                How come this is allowed by TRAI? I don't think TRAI set any regulation regarding this.
                Please take an action on Airtel or they will lose a long and loyal customer.

                    From last few weeks my airtel network is not properly working.net was too slow, even it show 4g on screen but it doesn't work. Even it disturbed my calls.
                    Single download on 4-5mb will take more than 5-10min. It is very difficult for me to continue with this, i already restart my phone also manually register network on airtel but i still face same issue. Please help in this.

                      Sir i've dispute on my refund actually i want refund on my account but ur team say account should have 5000 for link my account to the airtel account but the raju mastro detuct my balance from my account and said for account link but he unable to link my account to airtel account, so please link my icici account to ur airtel account refund my money rs 4900, i have got this sms "dear customer, txn of inr 4, 900.00 done via debit card of acct xx2196 on 19-dec-18.                         Validity of my airtel number was expiring on 16-dec and i forgot to recharge, so is it any compulsion to recharge with rs23. How can u activate any plan which customer don't need without any confirmation from the customer. When customer has the choice to choose any plan then how can u make a particular plan compulsory for the customer.

                        Your customer care executives are misbehaving all the way just to prove that they are right and customer is wrong. They don't have the right to answer in yes or no 😂 (Wordings of your customer care executives and senior)

                          I have been using the airtel number for more than 10 years and it was deactivated without any intimation when the number was in use. It was on international roaming and was in use. I was getting incoming call, messages and also used to do one out going call in each quarter.

                          Have sent multiple complaint for the same and have asked for reactivation but airtel is asking for my present but i'm on international visit

                              I had a family pack added to my no. ([protected]) when i went to uae from 6th to 10th nov. My son took the international roaming pack of 2999 before leaving. Airtel charged me for this pack in my nov bill.in spite of that they gave me this ridiculous bill in dec.in spite of about 10 calls to them, they do not resolve my complaint.

                              What a lousy company, taking such serious error so casually. I will port out and also considering legal action for metal harrasment.

                                I used to be a customer of bharti airtel for about 10 years, then with the poor quality of services provided by the company, i switched to jio.
                                Now bharti airtel is asking for an amount of rs 125.06 as outstanding, even though i have deposited extra money and the balance was negative with rs. 250.
                                Is airtel mad? Or what

                                    I recently upgraded from prepaid to poatpaid to avail airtel secure. But airtel rejected my claim as my phone is littel older than 1 year, but in the policy they mentioned the phone should be less than 2 years old. When i contacted airtel they claimed they changed there policy today. You people are just fooling people. I hope you should stick to your policies.

                                    My sim card is life time free which is that Airtel company collected amount from me for life time incoming calls free.

                                    But how can they going to stop it?

                                    What is the value for our amount which we are paid for life time.

                                      This complain is with utmost dissatisfaction, Iam forwarding to you. Kindly look into this and resolve.
                                      I feel the senior associate are not understanding the issue in spite of several calls / discussion and are blindly repeating the same things again and again.
                                      1. Dongle Mifi Airtel Data card/CPE No. [protected]connection was taken in the August month (for payment of dongle set and bill amount approx. Rs. 840/
                                      2. Used the Mifi connection for 3 to 4 days, post which it stopped and post complain it was informed that there is connectivity issue for AIRTEL and team is working on it.
                                      3. Team kept on assuring that they are trying, engineer visited and checked on the low range.
                                      4. Finally the issue was not resolved.
                                      5. There is no usages in these months except for 3 to 4 days.
                                      6. Please find usages details shared by your team member which is zero
                                      Monthly Rental Rs.444.42/- Rs.599/- Rs.599/-
                                      Usage Rs.0.00/- Rs.0.00/- Rs.0.00/-
                                      One Time charges Rs.0.00/- Rs.0.00/- Rs.0.00/-

                                      Airtel is asking me to pay monthly rental on what basis I do not understand. There is no usage.
                                      There is no connectivity.
                                      I told team to cancel and share me mail that no dues, they are not doing that and everyday your team from collection and payment is calling to pay bill.
