I went residency to road (Front of bishop cotton boys school) airtel outlet on 26th december 2018, 2.30 pm and asked for new prepaid sim but the representative told that stock of prepaid sim is finished in that store as well as in whole bangalore region so will be available on 28th december (Friday) but exactly after 10 mint when i send my friend (Girl) to the same store they gave a new sim to her immediately, she gave 500 note for the new sim payment they refused to give change and they told its customer duty to bring change not the staff to provide change to customer, when she asked to do payment through debit/credit card they told they dont accept card payment in that store, only cash is accepted. They misbehaved with her too.

Kindly take action on this type of behaviour

    Firstly, I am trying to call airtel customer care from last 312 hours and still i am unable to talk them.
    When i was send a port out request then they call me immediately because its their responsibility to call otherwise their customer left airtel so they call me and when i discuss about call they said that is technical issue and you should call after some time. I tried on 198, 121 [protected] but here a line only " Is samay sabhi lineney vyast hain " .
    Secondly, as government guidelines customer have to upgrade wallet kyc to use hassle free as i am trying to upgrade my wallet kyc but getting same error everytime and they and not listening me seriously and they forced me to open an account in Airtel payment bank so that your airtel wallet kyc issue will resolve.
    But i want only wallet kyc not want to open and payment bank account i said.
    They also deducted 23₹ after stopping of incoming and outgoing service and still i am unable to call customer care.

      Dear sir / madam,

      My name is ravikumar c n and my mobile no is [protected] and i have been using the number since 10 years.in last week suddenly outgoing n incoming is bared. I visited air tel office in basaveshwara nagar and checked there is no such issue we found & i called up cc office & spoke to them they said your mobile no has been disconnected because some one has called & given for cancellation request. I said we have not given any such request to cancel this no. After speaking cc officer they have activated the number.

      On 24.11.2018 again the number got disconnected & when i approached the cc no body has the reason why this number got disconnected and they have told me to submit the documents without knowing any reason.

      Yesterday (25.11.2018) i have visited the cc office in vijayanagar (Near maruthi mandir) & submitted the documents & there also i found surprisingly the no in disconnection mode & there is no such instruction to collect the docs from customer for activating the number in system.

      After that i got call from one of your cc officer & has asked me to submit the docs at airtel office & have told sir have submitted the documents in your vijayanagar office & he was so rude & telling me the office is closed today & how can you submit the documents have told have submitted the docs & we tried to contact the viajaya nagar branch since the staff must be busy they didn't pick my call. Have requested the same to cc officer he is saying the same dialogue to submit the documents.

      I don't understand how your officer is not believing when as a customer i am saying i have submitted the docs & i never expected such a worst response from your officer.

      Here by i am requesting you to pls activate my mobile no immediately & do the needful.

        Please do the needful.
        I tried to recharge my no [protected] by amazon pay but i recharged no. [protected] by mistake.
        Can i get my money back or recharge my no [protected]
        Please help me to sort out my matter
        I sent the mail to airtel but it was useless

          I had lost my airtel sim & got a duplicate sim again in that same number but i can't recharge because the sim was barred. Please remove this barring problem as soon as possible because i can't transfer my amount from my account by using online service. Messages, incoming & out going calls are barred from past 2 days. Please solve this problem soon...

            All telecommunication companies are digging the road to lay their optical cables and laying their internet cables over the eb post and leaving the wires as it is without properly clearing the waste cables which leads to a major accident on the road by skidding is happening here and there every day. Everywhere in our place the waster cables are lying on the road which leading to an accident. Also the pit also not closed properly and it is coming in the road itself which is shrinking the actual road use by 3 x 3 dia. Please do the needful to regularise these issues and save the public from the accidents. Thanks

              Airtel not disconnecting my postpaid connection on request.

              I am planning to end the postpaid service. So i called customer care and informed that i want to disconnect my postpaid connection. Even i visited a nearest branch and raised the same request.

              But i never get a response from them. When i try again, they simply asked me to wait for their call.

                This is in reference to above mentioned subject that i have dub connection with airtel dth. That trai has introduced and applied new channel packs to all the companies. I have account with airtel with company a. C no. [protected]. Channels are running advertisement of channels pack of monthly subscription and asking for to contact service provider for same before 29 december. I have contacted my service provider for the same but they are asking that we haven't got packs from trai or channel broadcaster for packs. I have asked them that channels are running advertisement for the same. But they said that is false advertisement. We will call you or send you message for the same. So kindly look into the matter and solve this problem.

                  Airtel has big wires infront of my house due to which it is very risky to rome around my house and to park my car infront of my house. Here is their control box also. The cabling is all over the place and looks so disgusting, in spite of various complaints with airtel guys, they are not correcting this. This is causing inconvenience and visual discomfort.

                      How can airtel accept a recharge on different operater (Idea) and give confirmation massage?
                      My mobile number [protected] is belongs to idea operator, today i
                      Recharged my number using google pay app, in hurry i wrongly selected
                      Airtel operetor instead of idea, after the recharge get pending i
                      Was pretty sure that the recharge will be failed and amount will be
                      Reversed to my original payment mode, but surprisingly after 5 minutes
                      Recharge showing successful and confirmation massage also came from
                      Airte erecharge transaction id[protected] to idea number, i
                      Can't beleive in my eyes is that happen, now when i call idea customer care they are telling me there is no recharge done on the
                      Same and contact to airtel, now when i contacted on airtel with txn
                      Number they can't fecth the idea number details and inform me to
                      Contact idea, i also contacted to google pay, but can't find any help from anywhere
                      .

                        Me jayantilal chauhan, senior citizen [67], tried many times, by sending SMS to 1900 to port my mo. no. [protected] from airtel. airtel is not sending UPC will-fully. and sends a massage quoting " our executive will call you. " But no call, i received till today. Is there any rule or proper authority to punish such will-full trouble makers? If yes, please help me.

                          My airtel number is [protected] purchased on 2007 for unlimited plan. I recharged this number on[protected], rs 35.00 and total balance was greater than rs 35.00 by adding previous balance. I had rs33.00 on[protected] but on[protected] rs23.00 has deducted due to validity resion but my sim has unlimited validity. So why my money rs23 has deducted, give me the resion.
                          Please return my money rs23.00 into my main balance.

                            Bought device plus postpaid plan from airtel, with promise of 80gb monthly data benefit, but only getting 40gb monthly data, plan details also wrongly showing 40gb monthly data, but customer care keeps on saying that i am getting 140gb monthly data where as i am not, also in December 2018 i was not given any data during monthly data renewal, also in myairtel app they are posting fake data renewal calculations which is direct cheating from airtle employees.

                              I had an airtel sim that i bought with my name with complete legal set of documents necessary around 5 years back. I gave it to my mother for using it and she was using it until one day the sim was locked by itself. On enquiring i got to know that the sim has been registered on another name. No help is being provided by the airtel staff.

                              I don't understand how can they themselves do such frauds by changing the name at their backend data. My mom has been regularly using it and i have recently recharged the number with 448 combo pack. This is another issue that if the number is blocked how did they carry forward the recharge.

                                I activated internet roaming package through my airtel app before going to colombo and as per package, i was given 3gb free internet. After my visit from colombo, it is informed to me that i have used more than 3gb of internet. During my visit in colombo, no single message came from airtel that i have almost used 3gb net or exhausted my 3gb free usage. Further, in the airtel app also, no where it is mentioned that i have to myself monitor 3gb.
                                Without any intimation from airtel and nothing menioned in terms and conditions about self monitoring, my charges are invalid and not acceptable.

                                  On saturday, 22nd december 2018, i requested airtel customer service to convert my physical sim to esim, but my number/sim was completely deactivated. On the same day i visited one of the local airtel store and requested to reactivate my mobile/sim, but airtel gave a new/replacement physical sim and assured that reactivation will be completed within 24 hours.

                                  However, today, 25th december 2018, is the 3rd day my mobile/sim is still not reactivated! For the past 3 days, i have been patiently repeatedly following up with your customer service and local store to get my mobile/sim reactivated but airtel representatives are unable to help with my issue or understand my pain.

                                  I have almost made up my mind to throw away your sim and stop using all my airtel products/services. Thereafter please don't bother me for any due amount since airtel does not care or value my relationship even after being a loyal customer since 3 years and paying my bills on time.

                                    This is to inform you recently i have port my 3 no's vodafone no. ([protected]/[protected]/[protected]), since then i have been trying to change my plan to infinity plan but no help got from customer care. Today 25th dec18 i have tried but by mistake the plan 1599 activated in my [protected] mobile no., i have requested to customer care to change or make temporarily maje it as old but my all effort gone in vain. & the solution i got that now i have to use this plan atleast for one the month. I had changed my plan as i trusted that i got best services however here i felt cheated. If the plan will not be changed family inr 399, i will sorry to say again i'll port my no. To vodafone as their policies is much frindly for customers then yours.

                                      Since last 1 week i was trying to send a message to 1900 to port out airtel network. But every time it is failed to send. The reason for porting out airtel network is due to outgoing & incoming services deactivated even though the this sim which i am using for the past 3years.
                                      The reason for this deactivation of services is not known.
                                      After calling customer service to extend the services, they said to recharge with some pack, but still the balance is also available in the account.
                                      & of course another reason is network speed issue which is not 4g or 5g speed.
                                      The airtel network speed is only 2g, making false statements on advertisements - airtel subse tez!!

                                      Please resolve my problem. I just want to unblocked message service to 1900 & i want it urgent.

                                        I am idea customer after saw your add smartphone network i made portability idea to airtel but i am fool by you in my living room there is no single stick range and what to talk about 4g speed, [protected]
                                        On your airtel website it show open network, coming towers in your area, byt in that how much time it will take to erect new tower is not mention. And showing coming tower in our area company fool me & other customer.

                                        airtel company always fool their customer, whenever you call 198 or 121 to talk customer care it dont specification how to talk customer care representative.normal customer dont understand you specify on firstly after dialing 121 or 198 push this number to talk company representative
