Sir my name is krishna khandelwal and i have airtel number i. E [protected]. About 1 day past there is not a single line of tower showing in my phone..
I even cant accept any call or even cant call. Not even can use my data packs. I[censored]r company cant provide a better connection or network fidelity then uhh please tell. I will change port my no. To another one. Network

Inspite of having sufficient balance, outgoing calls on my number are blocked. I tried to reach customer care but there was no help.

My internet connection is unsteady and unstable, Remains out of order frequently.Landline No [protected]
I Brought Aitel 4g Hotspot 11 months ago, Very slow network with very bad customer support in airtel shops.WHich leads me to change the network
I bought airtel life time valid sim 8 years ago.it is valid up to 2037 .But now airtel block my sim and says to buy validity plan of rupees 35 for one month .They block out going calls but I have 60 rupee in account and it is continually in work.
Please put legal action against airtel.

    I also have account balance and active data plan.
    My device also has no issues.
    I don't understand what is "too short" or "not informative" about my complaint?
    I'm not getting any network! That's my complaint!
    What more do you need?

      Rli recharged my number on[protected ]for three times 448 two times from airtel recharge site and 499 from paytm, after payment process, the website displayed that recharge was unsuccessful due to following reasons, insufficient funds in the back. But when i checked my bank account 499 and 448 two times have been deducted under airtel payment. I have never faced such problem before.

      Now i request you to refund my money back.

        I have done circle porting from west up to delhi on 1.12.18 and my number get ported in on 10.12.18. But still the Internet is working on my number. I have become fed up with the pathetic service provided the person in service centre and also at customer care. They are just lodging complaint and assuring that there is some technical issue in your number, will resolve soon.
        If you can do something. Pls do the needful.

            I have change my number from postpaid to prepaid, from then I am unable to recharge my phone. Now the outgoing and incoming service has been banned. I am stuck, unable to recharge nor call customer care. I am an Airtel postpaid customer from 2 years. This is unacceptable behaviour from Airtel.
            Airtel has deducted my balance without my concern.

            After complaining customer care they told that you have balance that's why we deduct it
            I get at least 1 call per day from HDFC bank, I guess from Indiranagar branch for personal loan. I have informed multiple times that I am in DND and I never asked for any loans.
            The latest calls received today- 13th Dec are from mob- +[protected]

            Sir my Airtel payment bank account is closed and I reopen our Airtel payment bank account

              I have done recharge today ie 17/12/2018. 200 hot deducted from the credit card account still the account is suspended. CUSTOMER CARE people are just eager to raise the complaint and they do not give any resolution. They are of no use. There are end numbers of issue trying to reachable online through airtel app, phonepe, Amazon pay it just says operator is unreacheable every time I recharged and still account is suspended. Called several times to CUSTOMER CARE only issue is raised, no resolution. Big brand name, ### services. Airtel TV account no [protected]. Registered no [protected]

                    facing network issue at my residence

                    I am not able to make calls, receive calls and use my internet, and this is not the first time i am facing the issue. I have three more connections and facing the same issue. I have earlier also raised a compliant for the same and also posted the issue on social networking sites, and if the internet is working it is very slow in speed and not as per the promise made...

                    Sir i had done recharge through my airtel app on 17/12/18. First i recharged 199 rs recharge not done at that time due to network problem. After some time again i done 448 to my mobile number [protected]. First i received 448. After 30 minits 199 recharge also completed. Finally i have 2 plans at a time. I want to cancel 199 recharge and credit to my account.
                    Plz resolve the problem as soon as possible

                        Sir i have purchased a new sim on 12/12/18 and till now m not getting tower on my phone and on calling 59059 its automatically disconnected. I have called multiple times to customer care but getting hpoeless answer and i have contacted retailer also and he said he has submitted all documents successfully so plz try to solve it and activate it as soon as possible

                          I have taken the mobile protection plan of your esteem organization 2.5 months back for my samsung mobile. I always prefer to go and use the product of brand and hence i have prefer the airtel secure plan.

                          Location :- ahmedabad

                          10 days back unfortunately it got an accident and the same was been register to your organization for claiming. I have provided all the document and photographs as required by you. Also handed over the handset to the executive who has visited my residence to collect the handset.

                          Service request number :- 3775554

                          Now after 10 days i got an sms from your end that “ we could not process your airtel secure device as device was repaired earlier from unauthorized centre” further would like to acknowledge that i have never gone to any local shop for any of my mobile. Yesterday night your executive name farhan has also called me and have asked me that my back glass of handset is duplicate. I have always make the repair when require from authorized service centre only. If you require i can collect the past history of my mobile from authorized service centre. I am very much sure that my back glass is original. If the back glass is duplicate than imei number printing is not possible on back glass. My back glass has everything on it (Model number + imei number + serial number) and the same is visible on photographs which i have uploaded.

                          Kindly handover my case to some senior person who can investigate this in details and let me know the findings as i have high trust on airtel as a brand.

                            The mobile gaming services activation just popped out of no where consuming inr49 per every 7 days. The consumer own the right to activate what they want. So don't just activate and deactivate as u like if it consumes money from consumer. Please value the amount of money people put it for contacting dear ones. Not everyone will be able to afford it.

                              I got the below message from airtel. That my outgoing services has been stopped.

                              Alert! To restart outgoing and data services on airtel mobile [protected], recharge with unlimited or smart pack. For pack details, dial *121*51#

                              But when i bought the sim they told me that lifetime validity but now suddenly they are asking to recharge again. That too i need to recharge unlimited packs (300 rs).

                              Lowest packs cost 23 rs that only for 28 days. So that means i need to keep on recharging just for validity purpose every month. This is crazy airtel wants customers to recharge unlimited packs as no one is using packs.

                              I need solution for this. I saw many post of this kinds. So that means airtel is doing this on purpose to loot money

                                  Frustrated with your customer support n didnt expected you will give cold hand to the customer grievance.

                                  Here is how i got new broadband connection.
                                  Have submitted documents, photo n paid 6 months 5498 rupees on 2nd september. And within week i got broadband n landline connection. Seems the paid amount is not reflecting in my account. From past two months, am getting calls to pay the accumulated balance. Told n der the screenshot to the customer care 121 and sending again.

                                  Mentioning the contacts here whom have transferred amount n did installed. They know that am suffering with this problem n were telling that they will be paying then to airtel. Seems they have not done payment.

                                    I have been an airtel prepaid customer for many years but for nearly 2 months i have not been able to make a single call or sms to any number except 121.
                                    I have complained many times and many times the complaint according to airtel back office team gets resolved but in reality its the same situation
                                    Then a customer care officer suggested faulty sim.. I changed my sim 3 weeks ago but still same problem persists. I cant make aby outgoing calls or sms.. However my gprs connection plus incoming sms and calls are working fine..

                                    My mobile no - [protected]

                                    The customer care just does not know whats the problem and what could be the solution.. They hang up many times.. I have visited the airtel relationship centre also but there also no one know the solution to my problem. One of them did profile reset still nothing happened.
                                    I want an action to be taken immediatly.
