Hi,
I am constructing a house in aecs layout, a-block, singasandra, bangalore-68.
Behind my site there is a airtel tower which is intruding in my site. It was placed in a 2 store building. Due to this i am not able to carry my construction work. I told the issue to the owner of the building. He also called the concerned airtel person and told them to adjust the tower such that it is not intruding in my site. The airtel persons agreed to correct it but after that no action is taken due to this my construction work is affecting. So please address this as soon as possible. Address of the tower

    Hi,

    I was recharge 1660/- on my airtel dish tv set of box at 11 dec 2018. That time i was asked 2-3 times to airtel dish tv customer support team, they say on 6 months of recharge, we will offer provide to 4 months free. But after my recharge, they says will provide only 6 months. I think this is very big fraud for common peoples. So, some action need on this types of fraud.

    So, my request to you please look into this issue.

      I have had an airtel broadband connection for over 10 years and just recently was able to find a Rs.100 "top up" charge in my past few bills. Going through the Airtel App and online account management portal showed that I was not subscribed to any services. Following up with customer care, I was told that it was an STD pack of some sort activated in 2008. The irony is that the handset provided by airtel has been non-functional and non-replaceable for over 8 years, meaning I have not made a single call for a long, long time, but somehow I have been paying Rs. 100 per month for it. STD calls on airtel have been free for some time now and STILL they happily charge for it without my knowledge or consent. I have stated to customer care that the handset isn't working and I do not use the phone many times over the last decade and none of them thought to mention that this service was still active. I have lost over 12, 000 Rs over the last 10 years in this amazingly well hidden scam.

        I am a postpaid user of airtel. I am not able to send sms from airtel it says "send failed" i have tried to call customer service they told me to update the sms center no. But at the time of changing the smsc no. It says "failed to read sim card configuration data" after entering the no. It says "failed to set sms center". Please help. Thank you in advance.

          Hello, i am using airtel 4g sim, but for last few months speed of internet is drastically decreasing. I am paying for 1gb/day plan but i am getting speed like 2g network. I am unable to see youtube or browser. It takes either lot of time to open or don't open ever. This causes lot of time waste of mine and felt like cheated as getting 2g speed in pack of 4g. I usually get speed of around 11kb/s!! But in their advertisement they claim so high speed.

            My land line number which is [protected] is out of service for two days. My instrument is new. Its your faulty cable connection which is responsible for the erratic connection problem which i am facing for past. Three months. Your technician visited four times since then. But just one week passed by same problem arises. Either. There is. No. Dial tone or there is a continuous tone showing there is connection. My equipment is. New. Either your technician are not competent. To resolve this issue or they are harrassing. Please send some expert for the. Job. One more thing the technician you sent last time. Is very casual when i said that the cover of the junction box is damaged by your fellow technician and request to replace by a new one orphansください put a cover because all the wires are coming. Out. He did not do anything and go away.. Infact my service request also regarding. For a. New junction. Box is to. Be provided.

              This is furtherance to my request for a broadband connection of airtel at my residence duggal housing complex, school road, khanpur, new delhi - 110062 in the month of february 2018. An executive came home and filled my form and took all the necessary documents and also the broadband registration fee of inr 1000/- from me. He said that post processing the connection would be done in 7-10 days time. Initially after 15-20 days follow up with him, i was told that, the broadband lines have been cut and destroyed due to digging for sewers and would take time to be up. I informed him to update me from time to time. Even after multiple reminders and call till last month, i was assured that the airtel would again do a feasibility study and line would be laid again and connection would be provided. Since july - august 2018, i have also been getting call from various airtel agencies to check for my satisfaction level post my broadband connection. I have been telling all of them that i am yet to receive the connection and then they hurriedly say, that they would take this case on priority and get it done. Since last 2 months i am trying to get in touch with your customer care department to help me out on the same. Then i have been giving false promises to wait as some executive would visit me in 48 hours for the details and they are say that your area is not covered in the feasibility and i can go ahead for home wife that too feasibility is there. Its been a month that none of the executive have come home and visited to explain me anything. I request you to kindly refund my inr 1000 registration fee as i have been severely mentally exhausted and traumatized and enough of follow up have been done from my side. I am also attaching the enrollment form which has the cef which was given to me by the executive. Being an airtel brand user for last 10-12 years i expect a early resolution as i have suffered enough.

                Sir, right now i am in japan and using the india number as contact detail for all our domestic (In india) related services.
                I used to top up regularly. But now i found that my number [protected] is temporarily blocked when i tried to recharge online.
                No out going call and incoming call. But receiving messages.
                I already last my old number. I don't want to loose this number as i have registered this number to all my banks and other services.

                I tried to call 121 and mail them but i couldn't connect them, please provide me some help to activate my sim and advice me what to do to maintain my sim active as i will be staying in japan long period and will be coming to india on regular bases

                  My phone line and internet has been dead for the last few days and there is no update or action from airtel towards restoring the services.

                  Airtel seems to have drowned in the drains in terms of the quality of services. Customer care and the service technicians are equally pathetic. For them there is only one question always "can i come home now" expectation being the customer at their mercy should be waiting at the home 24 x 7. Given a time commitment and agreed they will never be there is a different story.

                  I have been chasing a problem with airtel for more than a month by now for the service being very disruptive. Sufficient details have been provided yet they continue to toy around shameless and courteousness only to make continued false and fake promises. Even with the service being continuously disrupted over the month, the bill has been generated promptly and the ask for a no service credit has gone unheard and not responded so far. There was in fact a call from the customer care since the issue ticket could not be resolved for more than a month they would like to close the ticket which i am unsure what that means.

                  Since last saturday 15, dec 2018, situation has changed to worse to worst with both phone and internet completely dead and yet there is only the usual we are working on message as the response with a commitment of 72 hrs resolution. Multiples of 72 hrs has passed and yet the commitment of 72 hrs resolution continues with every mail response. I wonder if there would be any resolution at all.

                  Multiple emails to various airtel authorities has only met with a standard "we regret the inconvenience" message. No resolution so far, no proper updates so far, but bills are prompt.

                  Have been a loyal customer to airtel for more than 10 years, but certainly cannot continue to pay for the lack of service.

                  Immediate attention to the matter and resolution would be much appreciated.

                  three months since the issue was first reported to airtel. 4 or 5 service tickets created for the same purpose. no resolution still except for a daily promise of 72 hours that has not completed even after 3 months.

                    I Brought Aitel 4g Hotspot 11 months ago, Very slow network with very bad customer support in airtel shops.WHich leads me to change the network
                    I bought airtel life time valid sim 8 years ago.it is valid up to 2037 .But now airtel block my sim and says to buy validity plan of rupees 35 for one month .They block out going calls but I have 60 rupee in account and it is continually in work.
                    Please put legal action against airtel.

                        Rli recharged my number on[protected ]for three times 448 two times from airtel recharge site and 499 from paytm, after payment process, the website displayed that recharge was unsuccessful due to following reasons, insufficient funds in the back. But when i checked my bank account 499 and 448 two times have been deducted under airtel payment. I have never faced such problem before.

                              I have change my number from postpaid to prepaid, from then I am unable to recharge my phone. Now the outgoing and incoming service has been banned.                               After complaining customer care they told that you have balance that's why we deduct it
                              I get at least 1 call per day from HDFC bank, I guess from Indiranagar branch for personal loan. I have informed multiple times that I am in DND and I never asked for any loans.

                                I have done recharge today ie 17/12/2018. 200 hot deducted from the credit card account still the account is suspended. CUSTOMER CARE people are just eager to raise the complaint and they do not give any resolution. They are of no use. There are end numbers of issue trying to reachable online through airtel app, phonepe, Amazon pay it just says operator is unreacheable every time I recharged and still account is suspended. Called several times to CUSTOMER CARE only issue is raised, no resolution. Big brand name, ### services. Airtel TV account no [protected]. Registered no [protected]

                                      I reside in mumbra and i am facing network issue from last two days
                                      I am not able to make calls, receive calls and use my internet, and this is not the first time i am facing the issue. I have three more connections and facing the same issue. I have earlier also raised a compliant for the same and also posted the issue on social networking sites, and if the internet is working it is very slow in speed and not as per the promise made by the company. They charge for the services and do not provide services as promised.

                                        Sir i had done recharge through my airtel app on 17/12/18. First i recharged 199 rs recharge not done at that time due to network problem. After some time again i done 448 to my mobile number [protected]. First i received 448. After 30 minits 199 recharge also completed. Finally i have 2 plans at a time. I want to cancel 199 recharge and credit to my account.
                                        Plz resolve the problem as soon as possible
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am air tell user my registered mobile number is [protected].I have made RS 35 recharge but no network for my mobile.
                                        kindly resolve my problem
