I had done bhim upi transactions on 10 dec but the transaction was failed and but money was deducted and still i didnot got money back please resolve it faster
And after three days they sent me a message as money was safe and will initiate in 72 hours but still i didn't got money.

    I recharged prepaid mobile no with my recharge of around 500/- rupees on promise by airtel that my prepaid will be lifetime prepaid balance till i can use the same.

    Since 2 years i have raised multiple times that airtel is not able to call and receive my calls, therefore i am unable to use my airtel balance due to zero network in sector 23 gurgaon.

    I am physically disabled and stay mostly in indoors at home or in office but poor and cheat airtel network team refused that airtel is not responsible for network at home.

    I requested airtel to transfer my airtel prepaid balance to idea and reliance jio, so that i can use the balance and my recharge wrong fly given to airtel can use that using on reliance jio or idea which is better network inside my residence and at office.

    Due to network problem, i have stopped using airtel for call outings and only receive a 10-20 percent of rare airtel incoming calls.

    Airtel instead of helping me, started to charge a 23/- rs debit for 28 days as a vas,
    Though airtel a cheat sunil mittal organisation is charging vas charges for just able to receive a 10 to 20 percent incoming sms and calls.

    This is cheat and injustice by a leader airtel organisation and harassment to a walking disabled to do calling walk outside my home.

    This calls for disabled harassment and wrong charges by airtel as an airtel criminal offence, i request ministry of disabled protection, human harassment for indian and trai to charge a vas for receiving incoming calls by india.

    This calls for 3 criminal offences against airtel for wrong charges on my mobile no [protected].
    This is even aggravate as i pay for monthly airtel landline no to call being within at home as airtel landline works when at home and mobile networks does not home.

    I also plead that if airtel cannot gives me a lifetime free incoming phone, should refund around 450/- to my bank so that i can recharge reliance jio or idea which are better phones to use within residence.

    In short airtel is cheating organisation, pls help

      I recharged my mobile number [protected] with pack of 169 on 15.12.19 at 06: 49pmam by paytm (Paytm order no. [protected]) but this was not confirmed. So i tried the same pack again and this time the pack was recharged and i got confirmation message (Paytm order no. [protected] and operator ref. No.[protected] but later i received another confirmation with operator reference no.[protected] that the recharge has been done. This way my recharge was done twice and amount deducted twice. Please make arrangements for either refund or extend validity of recharge. Thank you.

        Dear sirs,

        I had recharged an amount of rs 2999/- on 27th nov 2018 for my mobile phone for international roaming (Usa). The amount was debited immediately from my paytm account (Ref[protected]. However, on reaching usa, the plan was not activated, nor i had the signal at all throughout my tenure from 27th november to 11th dec 2018 in usa. No roaming benefit was given to me at all. And, the entire money of 2999 was debited from me without providing any service by airtel.

        Please check as per your records, and request you to reverse the amount and credit the same to my account immediately. For any clarifications, please call me.

          I am airtel dth's customer since year 2009 & till date & was using 315 rs monthly rental plan.
          All this while (Tenure of 10 years) i called up customer care several times & enquired to reduce my monthly rental to the lowest available plan.
          I was always told that my plan is the lowest one & below that channels will not be seen.
          On 12th dec'18, i called up 4 times (Disconnected 3 times when i insisted on reducing my monthly rental saying that airtel is not aware of any such news) & lastly i was told about 175 rs (150 rs for 15 channels @ 10 rs each channel & rs 25 for package charge) monthly rental plan & was moved to this.

          Below are couple of questions of mine.

          1) why this rs 25 for package charge forced when trai has told that customer needs to pay only for what we are viewing?
          2) why did airtel dth all this while kept on saying that mine was lowest rental plan, hided this information & preferred giving false information?

          Pl help me with removal of these unjust charges from/ by airtel dth as they are not passing on/ extending the benefits to customer as advised by trai.

            I had two airtel dth connections, primary and secondary connection. Primary was hd and secondary was basic. When i relocated myself i notified airtel customer care to close my secondary connection because i do not need two connections. First they separated my two connection and then issued new consumer number on my secondary basic connection although i told them to close it. I was not aware that they issued new consumer number on my secondary connection. They advised me to recharge on my new consumer number. Once i recharged i did not get the signal because i thought i recharged my primary hd connection but they recharge my new basic connection. After long discussion on customer care they understand my request and assured me that they will switch the amount from basic new consumer id to my old primary hd connection. But issue is still pending and i did not get any response from their end. This is the service i got after using airtel dth for 7 years. Consumer no. [protected]

              I i am sachin tarun, recently i have did a recharge transaction through google pay. But due user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

              Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
              I have already message the same information to “59109” but i got respond “no keyword found”

              Now please do the same on urgent basis…. Details are as below….

                Because I'm using alternate JIO Number..
                Last week, my incoming and outgoing calls blocked from Airtel Company for airtel sim..
                Can u guys please solve this issue as soon as possible.. or else please let me know what to do..

                  Hi,
                  Today (15 dec 2018) i called customer support and explained the issue.in my bill dated 27th nov for my mobile no [protected] i am charged rs 3000 for 3 seconds that my mobile was on roaming. I had already paid last month rs 4000 above and deactivated this roaming pack.
                  In bill on nov again im charged roaming pack.

                  I explained this to customer support today. He had plaaced the call on hold then conveyed to get his supervisor and put me on hold again. Then the call was simply disconnected.

                  Kindly look into this matter and waive off rs 3000 for incorrectly charged me for data packet. I have already paid the remaining amount of rs 800
                  If you cannot help then plz disconnect i dont wish to go ahwd with airtel anymore.

                  Plz reply by email as im on travel outside country.

                    It's been around 15 days since i registered in airtel payments bank in the form of e wallet. They've automatically allocated my e wallet with a virtual debit card for use. I being a college student wanted to save few bucks for further emergency spending. Now when i tried to use the debit card it never worked. I tried to transfer it to my bank account and it shows that the service is temporarily unavailable. Unable to know what to do now. My bank account has 200 bucks now for 15 days and 2000 bucks in airtel wallet.

                      I submitted documents to purchase two sims from airtel over two days ago at an airtel store in andheri, mumbai and was told the sims would be activated in 24 hours.

                      I had seen people recommend airtel for foreigners coming to india to use on reviews of indian service providers so i chose them over the other providers.

                      24 hours passed and we went to the store 36 hours later they said the sim would be activated by 11pm tonight. Nothing has happened and we can't call businesses, tour operators. Taxis cancel our rides which we book online using apps when they can't get through to us as we have international numbers (Unfortunately also airtel but from another country which apparently don't accept incoming calls even though their website says it should under oneworld)

                      I have been to the store where we purchased the sims, called them, emailed their 121 number and nothing has happened except for asking us to remove and reinsert sim or to wait or a canned email response. I think our trip to india will be over so there will be no need for the sims to be activated at the rate they are approaching the issue.

                      Beware if you are a foreigner and stay away from airtel india. My number is [protected] and is still inactive.

                          Few days airtel blocked my sim without any reason (My validity is till jan 2019 with 160rs balance). I tried every possible settings, checked with different phone, but nothing worked. Finally i called airtel office and i was directed to visit airtel store.
                          Next morning when i visited the store and explained everything to the representative. However her behavior seemed very disgraceful, she left in between conversation. Instead of providing any reasonable reason for the sim failure.

                          If this is how airtel behave with their customer. I would not like to continue with this carrier and possibly not recommended any of my friends and family for the same.

                          I would like to port from this carrier.

                            Airtel prepaid service of rs 35 gets deducted from some time. Some inlogic games is being activated without my permission. Even after deducting the service my money doesn't get refund. By doing such things airtel is loosing their trust among consumers. Give me the refund and don't ever charge for any thing without my permission. Look forward to this and stop deducting unnecessary charges. Orelse i would take an action against this.

                              Hi all, Now-a-days Airtel is doing fraud job with public. My complain is about Airtel providers are following the systematic process for doing validity topup without customer interest every month. Due to validity ended OG calls gets blocked, then Incoming calls service only extend uptown 13 more days approx. So that customers may have some plan to do a validity topup or talk time with validity (min recharge starts from 35rs) at the point of incoming validity ended period. Before that this stupid Airtel prepaid providers are doing "DAYTIME THEFT" with every customers of Rs23/- each. You can imagine now how many pupils are using Airtel in world. So indirectly this Airtel is stealing money instead of begging 23Rs/- to each users. We each one are also keep on filling Airtel plates. See where the service is good obviously customers can go back to them. If anyone needs to use Airtel for outgoing they will do topup. It's not necessary means then we won't topup, it's not mean that Airtel can stole each public money. So I request TRAI to understand my words on behalf of all Airtel users and take necessary action on this and insist Airtel to stop doing systematic auto validity topups. And I request each one of you to raise your voice with me and give hands to this issue.

Really shame on you people for looting the customers. Its better for you people to recharge my numbers from your side or take one big huge katora and sit on the roads then U will get lot of money.

                                  I have airtel rs. 448 prepaid plan, 4g sim card and a 4g phone (Oneplus 5). I have enabled 4g and even volte in my sim settings. However, i don't get 4g at my home.
                                  4g speed is extremely slow (50-60 kbps) and the network frequently drops to 3g/h+. Especially it drops to 3g when on a call.
                                  I get 4g speed in other places even 15-20 feet away from my home, but at my home the speed is extremely terrible. Resolve this as soon as possible.

                                    Firstly, note that i have complained regarding the same with the service request number cabnr[protected] which went unanswered and got marked as closed without my knowledge.

                                    For my airtel number [protected], i have recharged rs. 199 twice whereas the benefit is received only once.
                                    Here are the transaction details:

                                    Status of recharge: successful

                                    Second recharge details:

                                    Note that i have received the benefit of only one of the above two recharges. Either initiate a refund of rs. 199 or provide me with the benefit of the other recharge too.

                                        Today my prepaid mobile is recharged with rc244 but the amount of rs. 244 is not remited to my main account balance. I have been recharged as per airtel customer service information. Before recharge i have been call to airtel customer care and enquire the full talktime with unlimited validity plan they are suggesting rc244 again i am requested recharged amount need to add my main account balance as per their information i recharged rc244. But i didn't get main account balance. Immediately i was call back they are not responding properly.
