I have made the payment of 6007 rs to airtel with txn id [protected], for broadband connection on 26th oct. After following up with airtel person for so many days, they are still not able to provide the connection neither they are returning my money. I have been requesting them to refund my money, please help me.
I request the concerned authorities to look in to the matter, and help me with the situation. I want an acknowledgement mail or sms, saying that my refund is initiated. There is no acknowledgement from airtel's side.

    Dear sir,
    My son was using airtel postpaid number [protected]. Presently, he is in usa for his higher studies. Before leaving, he has closed the connection in the first week of august with written request at your office in ranjeet avenue, amritsar. This closure was confirmed immediately. He informed me that his airtel bill is still coming.

    You are requested to check from your side no call was made from this number w. E. F. August 9, 2018.

    I am also using airtel number [protected] and have full faith in your services.

    Please help us in this regard.

    I have paid an amount worth Rs. 1628 in lieu of his apyment from August-Oct, 2018. If possible please transfer this amount to my Airtel number [protected]
    This morning i received a sms regarding gamesworld pocket.
    I would be very grateful if you refund the money
    280rs. Recharge from my account
    But not done.

      Airtel customer executive registered my name wrong while upgrading from 2g to 4g sim.

      I have submitted my aadhaar card during the registration but they registered my name along with my father's name.

      Now somehow my sim card is not working. So i tried to purchase a new sim card with same mobile number.

      But now i can't purchase a new one because of the aadhaar authentication problem due to name mismatch.

      When i call customer care they are like we can't do anything from here. I also contacted the airtel office but they also unable to help me anything.

      As this mobile number is important for my daily activities, now i faced so much problem. Such an irresponsible mistake by airtel can't be ignored which creates such problems in life.

      So please help me to provide a new sim card with the same mobile number.

        By mistake i will pay a bill of 99 rupees to the postpaid but i use airtel prepaid number i want to recharge my number but by default i pay a bill which is not applicable to my number and regarding this i complained on airtel customer care they didn't help me they are also confused for 99 rupees. I want to refund of my 99 rupees from airtel postpaid as soon as.

          I am having 3 Airtel connection with Combat-II Plan-MH and number [protected].
          I am facing severe network coverage problem at my residence in Sahakar Nagar, Pune 411009.
          Already the complaint regarding this was launched many times to the customer care of Airtel.

          Since really long, the network coverage problem cropped up again.
          This is really lack of service from Airtel.

            My airtel blocked number [protected] which i was using since 2008 now suddenly they have disconnected my number by giving reason of dnc issued.

            I have tried to contact airtel they has told another airtel number which is in my name they has received complaint due to this they have disconnected my personal number. Now it has been almost 3 months over all my financial transcation and my enquires related to my business has stop from 3 months due to this it is affecting my transaction and financialy i am going down from past 3 months.

              I had recharged rs 35/ from pay phone on my airtel no [protected] dated on 03.11.18 and made a complaint over it on the very next day. But phone pay replied that the talktime over the said no given which is not actually true. No message is still reached regarding the same. Money is little. I have already recharged then from booth. But i didn't like the malpractice and is therefore making complaint. If action not taken, i will have to lose confidence in digitalization.                 Hi,

                I ported my phone no. [protected] to airtel network on 22nd october but the signal on new sim is unavailable. Meanwhile i have lost signal on my older sim. I am frustrated as it's been more then 14 days and the guy who performed the porting is not ven replying back.

                Please take swift action.

                I have had multiple interactions with Airtel customer support and have realised that their service/support staff is useless.I have decided for myself that i will not switchover to thier network and would advice everybody to never switch over to Airtel.

                    And i have not used any services from long time.
                    Pls. Refund my money.
                    Or else there’s only one option to do port with other telecom operators.

                      This morning (05.11.18) l (Cell ph no [protected]) received the following sms from my service provider airtel, stating -
                      "thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
                      I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it. Forcing such payments on to customers by the mobile phone service provider amounts to cheating and unfair trade practice.
                      I want immediate refund of the deducted amount and non-recurrance of such incident.
                      Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                        Aaj tak maine airtel jaisa chor company nahi dekha hai ye jab purana plan band karti hai to pahle se chal rahe mobile par se bhi plan chori se hata deti hai aur complain karne par tal matol karti hai. Mera 193 ka plan jiski abhi validity 15 din baki tha use chori se hata diya aur data band kar diya jab maine customer care me phone lagaya to tal matol kiya ja raha hai. Taki samay nikal jaye

                          I just received a message stating that due to some "Bhakti sagar potrait" service, Rs. 20 have been deducted from my Airtel account.
                          I never opted for the mentioned service and no kind of approval was asked from my side.This is really bad on Bharti Airtel's part as they are just flushing people's money without any appropriate reasons.
                          This kind of service was not expected at all.

                                My airtel mobile stopped working all of sudden one afternoon. I am now getting 'no service' on my phone now although it was working perfectly fine in the morning. Called customer care and they told me that the sim might have gone bad and that i would need to visit an airtel store to replace the sim. How the hell does this happen all of a sudden? Why am i being charged for the replacement sim?

                                  My money was deducted. I have never subscribed to anything neither i have heard about gamesworld pocket.

                                  I want my deducted money back as soon as possible and i saw that it has happened to other people also.

                                    Airtel has been charging me rs.120 to rs.150 every single month since dec 26 2017 for 4 sms messages while i am in the usa just maintaining my phone number & not using it at all. Infact, i am not able to use my phone in the usa & have not received any sms for last 2 years.

                                    I demand that you stop this fraud immediately & refund me my money for the past 10 months

                                        For 84 days data validity only 28 days data given...
                                        I have recharged for 3rd time.. Earlier two times there wasn't any problem..
                                        I contacted airtel customer care services they were also clue less...
                                        I am getting cheated by airtel...
                                        Who claim to be india's biggest mobile phone service provider...
                                        They are cheats

                                        Also

                                        Airtel has deducted my main balance ₹20 two times saying it is for games and i don't play any mobile phone games...
                                        Total ₹40...
                                        The same has been done in my other number also for games usage...

                                        There is a problem with airtel that's why i am complaining...
                                        It is all hands in gloves in airtel...
                                        Top to bottom all seems cheats in airtel...
