I have received a phone call at my mobile number ([protected]) from an unknown number ([protected]). The given number is from airtel company, i had received a call on tuesday[protected] at around 1:40 pm in the noon.
A lady was asking about my wife when i had received the call on that time. I have the call recording of discussing with the phone call.
After that i investigated about the unknown number from another mobile number, the lady has denied that she did not call me on tuesday and making unnecessary stories for it and she is not accepting that she had called me on tuesday.

I have doubt that someone is trying to take personal information about my wife.

    Recently i have upgraded my sim to 4g. It is activated also.
    But it is not allowing messages to be sent or receive. Customer service people also not responding properly. How to get enable my sms services in the mobile phone. I really need this service for online transactions (Otp). Please quickly rectify this problem. Is it possible to solve immediately

      Hi,

      This is roshan basha shaik from andhra pradesh (Prakasam district, giddalur village&mandal).
      My issue about airtel mobile signals and data connectivity.in my village (Actually not only in my village whole state) suffers airtel signal connectivity problem and poor voice clarity.
      I want to complaint about this situation to the company authorities to take serious action on data connectivity and signal connection.
      We are suffers almost from the last year, still no change.

      Can anybody explain whats going on there?

      Kindly please fix the errors and provide such good connectivity and signals.

        I applied for airtel broadband. A sales person (Mobile number [protected]) asked me to pay 1000 rs as installation charge online along with docs and photo. Although i made the payment and sent the required documents, the technicians who visited the next day said there is no network coverage and so broadband is not feasible. Tried calling the sales person but he is not answering my calls. I am warning everyone about the way airtel behaved/behaving with me. Alerting as many people as i can about this fraud. Airtel please take note of this and take stern action against this cheat and refund my money back.

          I have been an airtel prepaid user for 10+ years. I was happy with the service.in fact, i m their dth customer too. When evryone switched to jio, i stuck to airtel. People told me jio was very cheap but i said airtel is worth. Its connectivity, range, service, everything was good. Since january of this year, i began to experience connectivity issues at my home. I have to switch my phone from 4g to 2g, else my phone is unreachable. I have been livin the same house for past 3 years and airtel's my network thing is showing full coverage. Since january, i have been constantly complaining every month, either by talking to customer care or visiting airtel store. Everytime i am given false assurances but still nothing has been done and i still am facing the problem.

          If it was not enough, a week or more ago, my text messaging got disabled. I am not able to send any message nor receive any. I called customer care, told them everything, done all the steps they instructed, have talked to 3 supervisors till now. All of them said "sir, high priority mein daal diya hai. 2-3 din mein aapki problem solve ho jaegi." god knows when does their "2-3 din" ends. I told them how important is messaging these days, as you all will be aware of, that all your net and mobile banking runs through otps and i am not able to receive them. It seems what these customer care people do is if a caller calls 3-4 times, they just lie to customers and cut the call. I am very much disappointed with airtel. Once i went to airtel service centre people with a complaint, and they said ki "switch to postpaid. We have good plans, n all your issues will be resolved." now you tell!!! The way they are handling the issues, how can one switch to other services.

          I guess its getting time to listen to my family and friends and switch from airtel. I do not think they even care. Let us see what happens, if putting a complaint here is going to help me or not.

            I am using airtel sim more than ten year. Unfortunately my sim was missed. Went to my nearest airtel shop trivandrum karamana and requesting a duplicate sim. One of the male executive says that not giving duplicate sim prepaid only give post paid. He says its airtel new policy. Then 2 days after visit another airtel showroom in pattom they give me the duplicates sim. The first karamana showroom executive cheating me. He doing business to cheating others. What kind of job they doing. He do not know the value of time. What kind of fraud working in you r firm sir...?? Kindly plz take proper action to him.

              I call in there customer care they told me that nothing is happed and they talk with me very rude.
              Please do something it's very big amount for me I call they told we can't do anything so how I refund my money .

                The customer id reflecting on my tv screen is showing as [protected] against phone number [protected], where the correct id is [protected]. On the basis of the id reflecting on the tv screen, i did the recharge of an amount of rs. 251/- on [protected] which does not belong to me.

                In this regard, i would like you to reverse back the amount recharged to my own id [protected] immediately. I would also like to reiterate that this mistake is not the customer's mistake since the recharge was basis on what was reflecting on the tv screen. I want this issue to be resolved urgently and the customer id reflecting on the tv screen to be corrected.

                The issue hasn't been resolved yet despite so many attempts since the 5th of november.
                Kindly look into this matter to be resolved at the earliest.

                I tried several times to change my number to prepaid before moving abroad but Airtel service agent in Kerala were unable to help.

                Finally I called 121and Airtel agreed to move my plan to minimum of 100 a month. For two months I have been getting bills of thrice that and Airtel refuses to understand this.

                  Recently I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel through Airtel store which is presented in address Subanna palaya, opposite to Uttam Sagar, Banaswadi, Bangalore. While porting process they collected money Rs. 510 as 89days unlimited call pack with new SIM card purchase price(25rs)

                  Waited for SIM activation for 5days. Finally it got activated yesterday night. after inserting SIM card, I didn't see network till today afternoon. Then I visited back store for enquiry about SIM. No proper response from them (only 1 lady was der today around 3pm). Simply they asked me to change my SIM to new and asked for 25rs( as sim change)

                  I agreed for it, but due to some server issues she can't proceed. So, she asked me to come after 4pm. Due to this, I went to another store and i got new SIM with no charge. Finally/luckyly around 8pm, my sim activated. But I got only RS 5 as my balance. I enquired with customer care, they said no package got added to it. You have to visit Airtel store for first recharge.

                  Airtel store, Banaswadi got money and no recharge done on my number. Really frustrated and no response from them too. Donno what to do.

                  That store didn't have option to pay through card(only money accepted).

                  So, don't visit that store for any cause, you will loose your money for sure.

                  And Google business listing of that store are very bad.

                  Dear Airtel, don't outsource to these type of guys who are really donno to care customers. They are irresponsible. Very pathetic service.

                  I need my money back or recharge for promised value.

                  Update.. I did porting to another number on same day in same shop to postpaid. That also didn't get network till now.

                  As per Customer care status&mails, my number activated. But, it's switched off now.

                  Loosing my business. Donno what to do.

                    I have visited airtel showroom in Ashok nagar, Chennai to transfer my Postpaid sim to prepaid.
                    But the process is not completed for nearly 12 days and it's not resolved yet.
                    If i call this useless Airtel customer care they have a beautiful answer "we can't do anything sir", You have to follow in Airtel showroom.
                    If i ask in this airtel showroom they have a beautiful reply "Please wait sir we have raised a ticket "
                    Thing is all these people are saying the same dialogues for past 10 days but they haven't resolved the issue yet.
                    Zero response in Airtel customer care,
                    Zero response from showroom.
                    I couldn't make any calls from my number
                    Kindly suggest me someplace where i can raise a complaint about this irresponsible showroom (Ashok nagar, Chennai).

                        A Airtel retailer forced me to pay extra payment.i wanted to convert my sim 3g to 4g.but retailer said I have to convert prepaid to postpaid.so i agree when no other way I found.after 1month I paid postpaid charges online and I request to retailer to convert postpaid to prepaid.but he don't agree.after many try and by call to customercare he agreed.and forced me either to pay 370.00 nor no convert postpaid to prepaid .but I wanted know why extra charge.but he ignored me .so kindly help to to get my money.his name mahibul Islam khan at parkstreet retailer

                          Dear team,

                          I am raising this concern regarding my airtel mobile no : [protected]. I had downgraded my plan in november. Before the downgrade there was a data balance of ~260 gb for the previous month in my account. It was reflecting in my account till degrade which was later lapsed or removed from my account.

                          I have raised a concern with airtel cc / nodal / appellate who was unable to provide appropriate resolution. While i speak to airtel team they confirms that data carry forward will be forfeited if bill plan is downgraded.

                          If i have already paid for the data credited in my account i feel i have all the right to use it even after plan degrade.

                          My request is to get the data of 260 gb for the previous month credited to my account.

                          Airtel tower is installing next to our building, but they are saying it's wifi tower, the residents here are much worried about the effects cause by tower and by radiations, some heart patience also living they are worried about their health, so please help us in solving this problem

                              I am a customer of airtel prepaid mobile no. [protected] which was bought in odisha.

                              I was getting free incoming messages in the maldives until 10 days back. Now suddenly i find that the airtel sim is not receiving any message nor even showing any tower for the network.

                              My brother checked with one airtel sales point in odisha and came to know that the no is already dead since last 10 days.

                              This is very unhelpful when i am staying abroad and the airtel no is suddenly rendered dead when i was putting amount every month. Please find attached the pictures which will show how airtel have deducted all my amounts in the name of gamesgub and bollywood songshub, games spa hub. This is not at all good. Since i am staying abroad airtel have taken all liberty to deduct my hard earned money in the name of various services.

                              If i wanted to send sms for deactivation of the services as above, the airtel deducted sms charges of huge amount but ultimately returned with a message that my sms could not be received by them.

                              I have all proof of how i have re-charged every month and how your various and the unwanted services have deducted my balance immediately after re-charging.

                              Fyi, i had linked this no to my various bank and had given some international hotels and travellers for my forthcoming tour. I might have to face communication and information problem, because of this.

                              Kindly take action upon airtel to restore my mobile no [protected].

                              I received a message from Airtel informing me of deduction of ₹20 for GamesWorldPocket service that I never subscribed, not shows in my subscriptions. During recharge I was offered one year Airtel Cloud data service that has been terminated after 3 days. It's a low profile fraud!
                              Airtel decliningmy online recharges.
                              Firstly I just want to know I recharge to my number but still my outgoing closed I want to talk to Ur service provider but machine repeat same instructions again n again.what is this ???                                 I am a new airtel customer. I book the wifi connection on online (Airtel.in).
                                When i book the connection 1 guy came and tool documents and money and he said next day only he will provide me the wifi connection. But now almost after 3 days they did not provide me the wifi connection yet. I try to call customer care they are also not ready to take the complain. I book the connection from [protected] number. And my payment txn id:[protected]. Cef no: 80180259. I am really disappointed with this kind of thing. I will never choose airtel again.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  Since my airtel digital tv set off box fails to give a signal (I. E,. It shows red light instead of giving a green signal).
                                  False communications done by airtel customer care executives:

                                  1) so, we made a complaint regarding it with airtel digital tv customer care on saturday to close such issues but on sunday i received from one among the airtel employee stating that by 13.00pm on sunday we will report you in your area to close such issues but never happened on the day.

                                  2) when i inquired over phone regarding complaint mail id they provided [protected]@in. Airtel.in (Which is bouncing back).

                                  We made complaint again through by mail to [protected]@airtel.com and over telecom. We received technical person mr. Sathish to rescue the fault on 05/11/2018 with ref no.82402160. We found after his service only the sun tv is telecasting. We disappointed only with that channel for the whole day on 06/11/2018 then we made complaint and spoken with madam pallavi (Cce) regarding the issues happened. She promised me to close this telecasting issues by the day. She also given a assurance of sending me the reference no. To my mail id but my efforts all put me in vain. Now, am ready to disconnect the airtel digital tv. Kindly arrange some technician to uninstall the connection and please refund our recharge amount made for six months.

                                  Note: i never received any reference no. For the complaint made on 06th nov 2018. I ever expect such worst service from airtel

                                    I had the airtel connection very weak (15kbps).. I had called for airtel customer care number (198). Initially they pick my call and accept my request. But they didn't process my request. But now they simply refusing my call i can't use my network with comfortability.. (Area kaattupalayam, tiruppur). But when i try to port my number then only they called me and requested not to port my number. But no actions taken. They are kidding me. They want only customers. But they don't satisfy the customer needs. I want a good connection or cashback my last recharged money (149 inr) number ([protected]).

                                      I took this number[protected] almost 5 years ago.

                                      When i took this number, it was life time validity number - i have recently recharged and i have balance of rs.94. Still services are deactivated.

                                      I have connected this number to my banks and other emergency services. Disconnecting this service will affect me badly.

                                      I wont use the phone like youngsters and i cannot be forced to take unwanted data plans or unlimited plans. I want to continue to use on pay per use basis, the same basis on which i took the phone number.

                                      Please do the needful to activate this service.
