I have recharged 65 rupees in myairtel app using hdfc net bank on[protected]. But amount deducted from bank not recharged. My number is [protected]. I dnt know where the exact issue. I could not identify. I even tried calling airtel customer care and not got a valid solution for this. Kindly take complaint into consideration and provide me good solution. Thanks

    Iam not getting sufficient signal in my area. (Bhupalpally, krishna colony 2nd street (506169). Bars : 0/5, speed : 0.1 mbps, please provide us a signal. Iam ported the sim to airtel. But, there is no signal.. Please solve it. It showing no service (Or) it showing 1 signal bar. Please solve it. I like airtel.         I am ritu sharma, student from damodaram sanjivayya national law university, gottivada, sabbavaram. We have a huge campus in which around 500-600 student stay and they are facing huge network issue with airtel as there are no network towers nearby, within or near the campus. Lot of signal issues are faced by the students every day. I kindly request you for installation of airtel network tower in the campus so the signal issues can be solved as soon as possible. Our university is situated in gottivada, sabbavaram.

          I received message that your outgoing gonna be stopped on 29 Oct 2018 and Incoming on 13Nov 2018. To continue the services please recharge. I recharge my phone but now outgoing stopped. I also can't able to call customer care service even before the service has stop. Please tell me what is the solution.

            My dad's airtel prepaid mobile has 900 rs balance in it but his validity has expired today. I couldn't find a single plan that would extend his mobile numbers validity for another year. Every plan is a rip off with very limited validity only. I tried reaching out to airtel but they did not resolve my issue. Instead they asked me to recharge another 1000 rs so my dad could enjoy using unlimited calls and 1.4 gb data everyday. My dad doesn't have a smartphone and he doesn't do much outgoing. But they won't listen.

              From the last one year, i am facing netowrk issues. At home the signal is zero. I have complained multiple times.
              Every time they told they are working on it.
              If i am at home inlost connectivity to outside world. I should have go out of my home to make or recieve calls. This problem is happening in hyderabad.

              Look at the below attached image for reference of network signal zero strength.

              I am totally dependent on home wifi (Act fiber).

                I [[protected]] have received an sms today at 0:53am from airtel stating the following:
                "thanks for using gamesworld-pocket. You have been charged rs. 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789".

                I don't know what this is and never used anything like this ever. I request refund and want to make sure this does not happen again. This is scary and very worrying that without permission how can my airtel mobile account balance is used for something else that i don't even know.

I did not get any benefit also the amount has been deducted from my account... Also i did not get anyhelp even after filing the complaints some body has called me... Told we r from airtel helpline give the detail of your account and atm... I gave them the details but still havent get my back... Plz take it under consideration and clear it as soon as possible

                    My phone was slipped from my hand while was getting down from stairs.
                    I filed claim and got in touch with airtel secure team after several calls and disscusions of 5 days they rejected my claim. Saying it is improper handling.
                    I recommend never ever trust on airtel as they do false promises to customers.
                    Airtel secure is just a way of there earnings nothing else.
                    They dont even bother.
                    I decided to go to consumer court.
                    Very disappointed from airtel.

                      From my mobile phone no [protected] i am not able to make any calls from today, since the moment i dial any number i hear a recorded voice telling me that your calls are barred since your card has expired & you have to recharge it now. I have a balance of more than 300 rupees in my mobile phone account and also an expiry date of aug 2021. Therefore this kind of message is annoying and i am not able to make any important calls from my phone wef 3 nov 2018 morning. I tried your website complaint nos and i get the same message which is deplorable as i am left in the lurch. Pl rectify the problem immediately

                          We have applied for a new broadband connection for our home at medavakkam, chennai. They asked us to pay money on the online and asked me to send the screenshot in a whatsapp number they said a person will call and come for installation. He called us and said like there is no connection or coverage at your area. I tried of calling the one whom i sent the proof but she is not picking my call. As of now i haven't received any response from airtel. Really # up with this service.

                            My sim card with airtel has been suddenly deactivated without prior intimation.
                            I was regularly using it and had also recently recharged it with a 3 month package.
                            This number was linked to important documents of mine, therefore airtel has damaged me creating a lot of troubles.
                            It has been told to me that i had to handover my documents to the airtel shop where i did the sim card even though i had never received any intimation from airtel. I went to the airtel shop and handed over all requested docs, but their manager mr. Mahesh s. (Nungambakkam branche - chennai) told to me i wouldn't get back the number even though i handed over the requested docs. Moreover this person had an extremely agressive and violent behaviour towards me, he completely lost his selfcontrol.

                              I got sms 1 hour back "thanks for using bhaktisagar portrait" and rs 20 has been deducted from my account balance for the same. I have not sent any request regarding that and this has been done by airtel without my permission or request. Tried to reach customer care executive since that time but to no avail. This is totally wrong. I want the deducted amount to be credited back to my account balance.

                                I would like to share my experience with you people that what i felt after complaining for my internet services from airtel. I had been told by the airtel customer care executive at around 01:06 am on 01/11/2018 that a slot between 09:30am to 10:30am on 01/11/2018 is empty and we will send a service engineer to your place. No one visited my place till 11:00 am and when i called up the service engineer. He was not aware that a complaint was lodged and he have to visit my place. Then i called up the customer care for airtel and talked to the executive she also don't know anything and so i talked to her senior who was trying to convince me that the slot given to you is not for the technician visit although it was for the airtel to start working on my issue. I have uploaded the messages which i received after lodging my complaint. My cctv is connected with the internet service and i could not view my cctv in my phone and i could not excess the clear position of my residence as far as cctv is concerned. So i had applied for the disconnection of my services as i don' t want to continue with this kind of behaviour from such a reputed company and will report this matter to consumer forum.

                                  I am using airtel 4g services since last 03 years without any disturbance.
                                  Now i was living in mettugadda, panchayath nagar colony, mahabubnagar district of telanagana state since[protected]. At the starting date to till now i can not received 4g services in single point in 24 hours.
                                  I was complaint booked many timed and explained. Till now no result.
                                  I request to you kindly provide 4g service in single or two points in my location.
                                  Because in my location, bsnl. Idea, jio, other mobiles are i am using, there is no disturbance from their network till now.. Form their 4g services. And also they are working in single digit 4g service without any problem. And i also not complaint to you since last 02 years in this issue.

                                  Sir, i request to you, kindly return my service period amount (Calls)&data 4g service to change other network portability from today to end of my date december first week 2018 in airtel 4g service.

                                  If you interest to loss a airtel customer, by your unsuccessful to provide 4g services to me, in my location in district head quarters in telangana state. I should complaint to trai and indian consumer forum on behalf of not providing 4g signal in 01 point at my home.

                                  Please solve the problem as earliest, kindly provide 4g services to our airtel customers 24x365 days without disturbing.

                                    This morning (02.11.18) i received the following sms from my service provider airtel stating " thanks for using games world pocket. You have been charged rs. 20/- from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789
                                    I never used the said game nor did i opt /ask for the same.
                                    I would request the service provider airtel to immediately refund the deducted amount and make sure it is not repeated again.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.

                                        I choose to upgrade my airtel postpaid plan to avail 4g services. But the network is too slow. I tried fr rom my home as well as office, where the coverage is shown as full. Really disappointed with the service. Being an airtel user for the past 12 years, now i was being forced to switch away from airtel.
                                        The maximum download speed was less than 2mbps, which is too low compared to other 4g service providers.
