I have 4 g plan, but i could not be use properly as there is no network properly, some places it is totally down. I raised a complaints but nobody rectified. Simply they making money by telling 4g plan final we not able to use it properly... If this continues, i will move away from airtel and go back to my original vodafone supplier.

I was using my airtel number in dubai now. I was charged for 90rs and it is not yet charged. So again i recharged for 200. Then my balance was 217. I am a airtel user. I received a message regarding the deduction of 20 rs from my main balance and reason provided was use of primezone. I have not used such services and this unreasonable deduction is nowhere acceptable.
You out of nowhere charge money from your user what would we do in case of emergency situations.
What do you think you can loot your customers just like that!

The complaint was supposed to be resolved or at least some action should have been taken by 4th of oct, 2018. I am continuously following up regarding this every evening from 3 4days. Last 14th sept i was visiting aairtel store and submit all bill amount of remaining at my no. And request for postpaid to prepaid my airtel no. Stiil not done and after that they demand my documents and i also sent to store bycourier service.
