My airtel 4g hotspot is not switching on since saturday evening[protected]. When i contacted the support services team, they asked me to visit the nearest airtel store. I had visited a store in patia, bhubaneswar today (Since it was close on sunday); however they could not help and told they don't have hot spot device and purchase order has been placed for that.

I again contacted the support team on phone, but they told airtel store can help as the issue seems to be a hardware one.

How to fix this now.

    I am a airtel fan.in my house we are using 4 airtel sims but in our village and near our village we dont have a 3g network also and 2g also not working properly, not even wattsapp msg is not going. So not only me whole village is facing problem. I must suggest that in this competition world plz provide a good network in village area also dont only focus on cities. Now in our village we have jio network with high speed internet and i also purchased and using it. So plz upgrade your network otherwise everyone will change to jio. And it is my humble request from a airtel fan plz take it in positive note and provide me faster solution. Thank you

    I am getting worst internet speed .i have 4g plan but in return i am getting the speed of 2g.the services of airtel is getting worst day by day. Please take some action otherwise we have to switch to another network.

      I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it.
      I want immediate refund of the deducted amount and non-recurrance of such incident.
      Kindly look into the matter urgently.

      No resolution till date .!!!
      I have successfully completed online banking transaction of 448 to Airtel, I also have the transaction id. But Airtel has not recharged my number. Airtel has failed customer satisfaction. Still IAM yet to receive sms.

      The recharge was done on 29th October 2018. I need my money back or do my recharge.

        This morning (06.11.18) l (Cell ph no [protected]) received the following sms from my service provider airtel, stating -
        "thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
        I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it. Forcing such payments on to customers by the mobile phone service provider amounts to cheating and unfair trade practice.
        I want immediate refund of the deducted amount and non-recurrance of such incident.
        Kindly look into the matter urgently.

        I have been an airtel prepaid customer for many years but for nearly 1day i have not been able to make a single call or sms to any number except 121.
        Whenever I cal to a number it automatically gets connected to an unknown number .. please resolve this as soon as possible!!
        It's taking too long for the call to get connected!
        I am not using the aritel data card from last one year but still they are keep sending me bills, I asked them to cancel it long back but still they have not cancelled it yet .

        2018. Money detucted from my account but not recharged my DTH. The recharge was done by airtel app which is installed in my phone.no [protected] .money not come back till today in my account .I also registered a complaint.in this regard on 26.10.2018. But nothing solved.
        Facing network issues for last 2 years and Airtel still not able to resolve.instead they are happy with customers satisfaction.

              A service has been activated on my mother's prepaid airtel number for which they have charged rs 35 each week, so far 31 times. Which means they have simply deducted rs 1085 for a service i never activated, nor any permission was taken from me. And this is not the first time airtel has done this. It has happened to me on several occasions, as well as to my friends and family. But this time it was the limit. The number belongs to an elderly person who never realised what she is falling prey to. Suddenly the account balance became 0, which is when i started checking what has happened to the balance when she already has unlimited plans active. I need a proper channel to escalate the matter. Airtel has been subscribing bogus services on prepaid numbers, without their knowledge and permission.in my case, that bogus service was supermodelclub. Once this is settled, i will make sure i switch to a different network and never have to return to airtel.

                There is very big issue entered in the SIM, When i am starting the outgoing call it can not be able to send, It will automatically disconnected.the issue begins from 2 days.please solve my problem and fix it as much as possible

Very poor & unresponsive from airtel. We have facing problems last 03 months. But not resolve the issue. My mobile no is corporate connection & company paid all dues & submit to letter to airtel kindly convert to these number to our employee gajraj singh, we have submitted all documents, id proof & address proof by mail & airtel store but till now. Nothing response from airtel. We facing problems hourly basis without mobile no. But airtel sleep mode & not justified what problems to convert to individual name.                         I have been using Airtel mobile number (protected) for almost 10 years. This mobile number is linked to my Aadhar card, LIC, bank account, Tax return filing, business card. I distributed this number to my friend in India and aboard last few years. In Jan, 2017 I have converted from 3G to 4G connection and came to know the validity of the SMI is lifetime. Airtel verified my digital identity from given Aadahar card.
                        I have come to China for my job from March, 2018 and kept the mobile on with me. I used to get my messages in China. In past few weeks, I did not receive any message to this number. Last week, I have checked the problem and surprised to know that Aritel has issued the same mobile number to someone else in India. I communicated to Airtel customer care. They informed me that they have deactivated my SIM due to no payment.
                        From the tracking of my SIM, Airtel can easily find that the SIM is in abroad. Why Airtel was so hurry on issuing this particular mobile number to someone else in India. Airtel did not inform me about cancellation of my mobile number and did not sent any mail to my permanent address what is mentioned on my Aadhar card. I am in abroad. My private informations, including bank informations are going to the Airtel new customer who is using my mobile number.
                        I have communicated and requested Airtel customer care to return back the same number to me many times. But they did not give me any solution for this issue.
                        Please check the issue and help me to get back my Aritel mobile number.

                          I have made the payment of 6007 rs to airtel with txn id [protected], for broadband connection on 26th oct. After following up with airtel person for so many days, they are still not able to provide the connection neither they are returning my money. I have been requesting them to refund my money, please help me.
                          I request the concerned authorities to look in to the matter, and help me with the situation. I want an acknowledgement mail or sms, saying that my refund is initiated. There is no acknowledgement from airtel's side.

                            My son was using airtel postpaid number [protected]. Presently, he is in usa for his higher studies. Before leaving, he has closed the connection in the first week of august with written request at your office in ranjeet avenue, amritsar. This closure was confirmed immediately. He informed me that his airtel bill is still coming.

                            You are requested to check from your side no call was made from this number w. E. F. August 9, 2018.

                              Airtel customer executive registered my name wrong while upgrading from 2g to 4g sim.

                              I have submitted my aadhaar card during the registration but they registered my name along with my father's name.

                              Now somehow my sim card is not working. So i tried to purchase a new sim card with same mobile number.

                              But now i can't purchase a new one because of the aadhaar authentication problem due to name mismatch.

                              When i call customer care they are like we can't do anything from here. I also contacted the airtel office but they also unable to help me anything.

                              As this mobile number is important for my daily activities, now i faced so much problem. Such an irresponsible mistake by airtel can't be ignored which creates such problems in life.

                              So please help me to provide a new sim card with the same mobile number.

                                By mistake i will pay a bill of 99 rupees to the postpaid but i use airtel prepaid number i want to recharge my number but by default i pay a bill which is not applicable to my number and regarding this i complained on airtel customer care they didn't help me they are also confused for 99 rupees. I want to refund of my 99 rupees from airtel postpaid as soon as.

                                  I am facing severe network coverage problem at my residence in Sahakar Nagar, Pune 411009.

                                    My airtel blocked number [protected] which i was using since 2008 now suddenly they have disconnected my number by giving reason of dnc issued.

                                    I have tried to contact airtel they has told another airtel number which is in my name they has received complaint due to this they have disconnected my personal number. Now it has been almost 3 months over all my financial transcation and my enquires related to my business has stop from 3 months due to this it is affecting my transaction and financialy i am going down from past 3 months.

                                      I had recharged rs 35/ from pay phone on my airtel no [protected] dated on 03.11.18 and made a complaint over it on the very next day. But phone pay replied that the talktime over the said no given which is not actually true. No message is still reached regarding the same. Money is little. I have already recharged then from booth. But i didn't like the malpractice and is therefore making complaint. If action not taken, i will have to lose confidence in digitalization.                                       I recharged RS 35 on my Airtel no [protected] dated on 03.11.18 through phone pay. But I was not given the talktime.

                                        Hi,

                                        I ported my phone no. [protected] to airtel network on 22nd october but the signal on new sim is unavailable. Meanwhile i have lost signal on my older sim. I am frustrated as it's been more then 14 days and the guy who performed the porting is not ven replying back.

                                        Please take swift action.

                                        I have had multiple interactions with Airtel customer support and have realised that their service/support staff is useless.I have decided for myself that i will not switchover to thier network and would advice everybody to never switch over to Airtel.
