Airtel did automatic activation of value added services (Vas) & deducted mobile balance.
Airtel is continuously doing such frauds on customers & denying the fact that it has done on its own, instead trying to pass the blame on customer without any proof.
There are several complaints which has been lodged on forced activation of vas without consent of customer.
I need the answer from airtel why it has activated vas without my permission?

    Airtel is continuously activating unnecessary Value added service on its own without any consent of customer in my prepaid airtel mobile number [protected] & deducting balance periodically when ever I am recharging it.

    I called airtel customer care which is absolutely useless- no need to mention it, I have complained via email too, but Airtel is passing the blame on customer saying that I have activated it.
    When asked about concrete proof, they are unable to produce any such.
    This is the case for many customers that Airtel intentionally fraudly activating VAS & passing the blame to customer without any proof.
    They are completely in denial mode . This is violation of business ethics.

    I am not so dump that I wont recognize & reconcile after activating several VAS which are irrelevant for me & nothing to do with my daily life.
    Therefore I need airtel to come up with the proof which shows I have done it (fact is that I have never done so) or accept the fact that it has activated it without customer permission.

      I have registered a complaint with airtel executives on 27th april. There is no development in the complaint. My complaint no. Is 84985334. This is serious issue i cant attend any calls though the mobile is on it gives the message to the callers as switched off. The advertisement showing as fastest network its fake. The net does not even turn on due to weak signals please take immediate action.

        We are continuously enquiringly about our plan change ...
        and we have requested ask some customer relation manager to visit us..
        we have sent various mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com but they skipping the customer compliant only .. not ready to solve the issue .. before we have corporate connection with vodafone the customer relation is really good compare to airtel..

          My mobile number is +91-[protected]. I have taken a broadband plan but due relocation and travelling I requested for the 500Rs/months custd plan saying within three month you are eligible to activate Any available braoband plans without any setup charges. after 15 min I got a call from One of family member saying he wants to visit Pune for 6-7 days so I called back to customer care for cancelling the request. The Activation request will take 4 hours to activate so it is not activated yet but they you will be charged as you requested for activation.

            First and foremost "airtel sucks" when it comes to complaints and service. The coverage in my area has been then worst and for the last 6 months i have been promised they are putting u a tower. Out of sheer frustration i have ported to vodafone..
            The technicians keep strolling and dont bother to attend to the complaints. Once i advised them of changing over to vodafone a million calls have come. I asked the scavengers to come home to see the witness the coverage. One braveheart came up from airtel - manu and agreed the strength is only 10 when it should be atleast 50-60..
            Money swindlers.. I have decided not pay airtel and let then call me forever...

            Airtel is terrible .

              I am using [protected] airtel prepaid no.. Today, 23rd october 2018 i received a customer persons call from [protected] at 2.54 pm.. Named mayuri (Doughted) as she was calling for postpaid. I was not unable to attend and told her i had traveled whole night.. She asked my other postpaid no. Which i am not bound to tell her.. After that she had behaved very badly, raw tone and spoken slangs to me
              I am very disappointed that airtel appointings this kind of people for there customer help...

                Today i learned that the talk time top up plans have been removed and i have to top up every month to keep talk time validity.

                I strongly oppose such decision as i am using basic model and i have same basic feature phones for my parents and i only top up them when their talk times are used, this may take sometime 1 month or 2 month or 3 month. For me also its same.

                The plans you brought now are headache and i have to keep remind and top up for each month.

                Please bring back talk time top ups and can be used until talk time amount are used.

                  As my airtel sim blocked & asked for puc code, contacted airtel customer code and they asked me to visit store room. Went to the store room this morning, every customer was approaching executives, i also. And then they asked me to get the token and sit and wait. They called out token no.1 & 2. I was waiting for my turn. Many customer did not get the token, they directly approached the executives who came after me. I got up and one of the executive told me to wait again. They have never called me still 10:30. I wasted my time got fed up with airtel. Y didn't you cal me? Follow any best method.

                  Y did you asked me to sit and wait???
                  My dress code - wearing shorts and tshirt???
                  Observed people who came well dressed served first

                  I squeezed the token no.3, you can find it in your airtel store or ask your security.

                    To day I got a message from Airtel that Rs.75/- was deducted from my account for activation of HOT CHILLES. I deactivated it by SMS. But the amount Rs.75/- was not refunded.Offering value added services without demand from the customers is an offence. this type of pick pocketing from customers should legally be checked by authorities concerned.

                      My mobile no. [protected] has been ported out from vodafone yesterday at 11: 30 pm and till now that number is not activated from airtel. I have called you again and again to your customer care but i always replied that your verification is pending and wait for one hour but they did not define that what kind of verification is pending, i have already verified by your customer care.

                      I have spent more than 16 hours on which there is no network on my mobile and there is a number of calls which are very crucial to me to attend but cant help it.

                      I am requesting you to please resolve it as soon as possible.

                        I have an airtel broadband connect for which i have failed to pay the bill for 2 months, as our family has been in an accident. With all the chaos in hand, we have missed paying the bill. For which the connection was removed, on top of that a lady from airtel called us threatened that she will be sending people over to our house and also accused us of cheating, if she had checked our airtel bill records, we have over 6 connections for over 8 years. But this is how they treat their customers. This happened on 23/10/2018 around 10 am.

                            Hi, this is santhosh my contact number is [protected]. Its got disconnected today by 11.45 when i call customer care they told me there was a call from my number to ndnc number as per my knowledge i do not call such unknown number.

                            And i am facing too much of service issue when i call customer care i will not get a proper response your customer care people will say to visit nearest airtel out let and also when i visit the nearest outlet there also i will not get a solution again they say me to call customer care for the solution i don't know what to do, i am blank. I hope this mail will give a solution to my problem.

                            If i am not getting any response or solution then i don't have any option i need to change my service provider.

                            So, please check and do the needful.

                              Airtel decided to bar my numbers based on a purported complaint about dnd violation. Without any warning or information.
                              Now, when i have been following up on this with their ndnc team, they cannot seem to move beyond "share a documented evidence that the complainant registered his/her number to receive such communication". The problem is that we do not know who the complainant is, or what his/her number is. That information is not forthcoming from airtel's ndnc team.
                              Till date, more than 10 email communications have been shared between us. I have given valid, logical reasons why communication with the purported complainant cannot be construed as unsolicited communication, but to no avail.
                              What surprises me is that this incident is playing out where i am being punished without knowing details of the crime i am supposed to have committed. Incredible.
                              Will someone from airtel's ndnc team be kind enough to respond? I am tired of receiving boilerplate email templates as replies.

                                I tried to recharge my mobile using my airtel app for the amount 558, while doing this without any intimation and notification they have deducted the amount two times which is rs 1116,

                                I tried to call airtel but you know how difficult it is to get connected after doing all ivr drama they disconnected my calls

                                I got a message stating that they will refund the amount in 7 working days, what!!! 7 working days are you guys joking, please understand the pain rs 1116 is big amount for us.

                                  Today's received a sms that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c. [protected]

                                  Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service.

                                    I recently got ported to your company airtel... After receiving call from your customer care.. At that time. They were kind and humble to talk.
                                    On same name we have 3 numbers.. Bill was paid for two numbers.. As we received receipt of those two numbers...
                                    Some 4days back i received call from your customer care number is kajal.. As am busy in the morning.. I asked her.. Is it urgent to talk or we will talk later, she with out intimating the thing, she was goes on explaining the bill amount. I said we will talk later, and the response was so rude that she want to talk right away. When use the number, make clear the bill.. That was really rude.. This is not the way to have word with customer..
                                    Today same girl called and asked for same thing.. I informed her, which number is not paid call that number and inform.. She is asking me the number. And in fraction of second she called me back with same topic...
                                    I got pissed and said let me talk to your manager..
                                    And the manager response is 599key liye mey kya bath karu. Rakho phone..
                                    My concern is if senior was not bothered what customer want to speak, and the teller caller girl is to rude in talking..
                                    They saying they never forced us to port, u can port to whichever network u want. After paying the bill..
                                    Is this way customer recives respect, value for the money..

                                      My airtel phone no [protected] of state himachal pradesh pl stop and credit my balance back to my airtel sim account for self activation of inlogic games and gen x games without my permission and request.
                                      This is very poor service of airtel for me being a regular customer for the last 12 years.
                                      Pl resolve it i shall be very thankful to you for this great act of kindness.

                                        To whomever it may concern, i am keshav having a airtel prepaid number [[protected]] using it form past 8 years.

                                        Recently i have been facing problem is that my sim number has been barred by trai, because of this my number has been suspended temperorly by airtel.

                                        The reason for barring my number is not valid reason. My [protected] number is only for personal use i have never done any violation.

                                        Please help me out to solve...
