This is to inform you that i have not subscribed any bhakti sagar portrait but rs20 has been deducted from my airtel mobile a/c. Plz look after this matter to refund my money as early as possible. Money was deducted 15/10/2018. Without taking my permission money was deducted. So you are requested to please resolve my problem. I am a airtel customer for a long time and have not facing any problem till now. But this time it is happened very wrong to me. Please resolve my problem and refund my money.

    I have 4 g plan, but i could not be use properly as there is no network properly, some places it is totally down. I raised a complaints but nobody rectified. Simply they making money by telling 4g plan final we not able to use it properly... If this continues, i will move away from airtel and go back to my original vodafone supplier.

    Airtel company just show a ad telling 4g available even at remote location like himalaya.. Forget,.. We will not only able to get in so called silicon city...

      I was using my airtel number in dubai now. I was charged for 90rs and it is not yet charged. So again i recharged for 200. Then my balance was 217. Suddenly the same day evening 216 was deducted and become to 1rs. Again i recharged for 130 and they took as data package. Again i recharge for 50 and that is not yet recharged. Iam now in dubai and i lost almost 500rs. Please put my money back to my account.

      I have 3G phone past days I got a full satisfaction in data speed but now a days I is take a time to load it means slow data speed you will not give a speed service I ready to move on to another network.
      We have 2 landline numbers. They are not working properly.

        I am a airtel user. I received a message regarding the deduction of 20 rs from my main balance and reason provided was use of primezone. I have not used such services and this unreasonable deduction is nowhere acceptable.
        You out of nowhere charge money from your user what would we do in case of emergency situations.
        What do you think you can loot your customers just like that!
        This is totally unprofessional and unbearable.
        You better return the money or else i am going to take some strict actions against primezone.
        It seems you are no longer concerned with your customers feedback.

        Dear sir,

        1. I am serving in army and on 06 Oct 2018 I was successfully recharge on my Airtel mobile number for 149/- through mobile net banking.

        2. There after a sum of 149/- has been deducted from my saving account but the recharge not done till date. My mobile number is [protected].

        3. Request do needful action for the same
        Please Deactivate the Games club subscription from my number. I didn't request for the subscription.Please do it Asap.
        It is very much unbearable to use the airtel network due to the call drop problem.
        Since long time I have been suffering this problem which affects badly to my official and business work.so kindly fix the problem.

          Hi,
          I had registered a complaint regarding network issues in my area. I use a postpaid airtel sim. The complaint was supposed to be resolved or at least some action should have been taken by 4th of oct, 2018. I am continuously following up regarding this every evening from 3 4days. The only answer i get is sorry ma’am for the delay. We will escalate your complaint from our end to the network team. Your network team does not care to even look or at least call regarding the complaint. I got call once or twice in the starting that were disconnected either due to lack of connection or i asked them to call me in the evening due to my office timings. But from 4th of october i have been trying to reach your customer care regarding this. Even they fail to inform me how long it will take to resolve the issue or to arrange a call from your network team. It is so frustrating to call again and again every evening and get same reply. I[censored] can’t fix a problem then don’t fool customers by giving them never ending timelines. Its more than 2 weeks, still every time i call 121 they tell me to wait for 24 hours for a call back. Forget about airtel calling me back for the issues instead other service providers are calling me to switch my network as they know already know, i have network issues with my current service provider. It is surprising that airtel is doing nothing instead leaking customers information and issues to other providers. I had no option left so i even asked for porting my number to either a better connection or to prepaid connection. I don’t want to waste my money on postpaid plans, if this is the condition.
          I did check for open network and found out there are no airtel tower in my society. If you can’t resolve the complaint don’t resister one.
          Worst experience ever.

            Dear sir/madam,

            My name is sombir, who has been a very loyal customer to airtel from last 10 years now. I am facing a network problem at home wherein my cell phone always show no service due to the network unavailability at my home. We are 4 members in my family and 3 of them have been using airtel and suffering due to this problem from more than 2 years now. I have made several complaints to airtel regarding the same issue as they claim to provide open network at all places. Even asked for their engineer visit at my place to check the signal strength at my home and solve the problem accordingly. However, those guys are never bothered and close my complaints without even speaking to me. Its not just me but every single user of airtel in my society been suffering with the same problem.

            You are requested to to look into this as we have been paying very hefty money to network company but they are just not bothered about our problem.

              Respected sir..
              Last 14th sept i was visiting aairtel store and submit all bill amount of remaining at my no. And request for postpaid to prepaid my airtel no. Stiil not done and after that they demand my documents and i also sent to store bycourier service.
              Still not doing they and talked with rudely and say do what ever your lavel...
              It's not there fault.

                I have recharge my airtel sim with full talk time Rs 100. After 2 days the company deducted Rs 20 without any proper reason by sending me a simple message saying that THANKS FOR USING VALUEPACK, YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR RS 20 FROM YOUR AIRTEL MOBILE ACCOUNT. I called the customer care 155223, they simply said YOU HAVE NO VALUE ADDED SERVICE. If so why did they simply deduct that amount without any reason... They must refund the amount at the earliest.

                  I am outside india. Excess bill for the duration 11-sep-2018 to 10-oct-2018 appears much more. I am not using the mobile now except receiving messages. Password not available to see the view bill details. Password should be send on internet, like forwarding of bill. Password cannot be retrieved by using sms ebillpassword to 121, as i stopped sending messages and plan was changed accordingly before leaving india. Airtel should send the password...

                  The sim using now by me is in my father's ownership... But i want it in my ownership... So i tried to connect my aadhar number in airtel service centre but the problem is airtel is not connecting my aadhar number as only home number is missing... But how can i change sim's ownership... Because i can't take my father everywhere to transact some issues for me

                    Dear sir,
                    Our area is maharishi nagar, mohanur road, namakkal, tamilnadu. Pin code : 637002. There are two schools in our area. There is no signal in our area always. Due to this, you are loosing many customers from our area.in my home itself, we have three airtel numbers initially. Now two only we are using. Soon it will be reduced to one or nil, if you don't take matter as seriously. Already so many customers in our locality ported to other networks and also some of them moved to jio also. But some the valuable customers are still waiting that airtel will solve their problem. If you don't take this matter seriously means, the will also move to other networks. Please look into this matter. As we are facing problems.in-case of emergency also, we cannot contact anyone. So we are facing lots of problems. Please consider this as a valuable mail from you customer and support us. We are waiting for the reply and support. We are wasting our time and money both.

                      I have requested for airtel broadband connection (1299 plan) on 12th of october, 2018. I have been promised that if i make the registration fee of 500 inr, by 13th october morning, on the same day before 5'o clock in the evening i'll be provided the airtel broadband connection. I specifically told the airtel executive (Veeresh) that i'll make the payment only if the connection is activated by 13 october 5 pm. I was promised that it will be done. But once the payment is made, veeresh started pushing for the time. Initially he said by 4.30 pm it will be done. Since i didn't get a call, i called him at 5.50 pm and i was told that within 1 hour connection will be given. By 7 i called him again, now he started telling all the stories and said, connection will be given by 14th october, 11 am. Today is 15th october 4 pm and i'm still waiting for his call.

                      I want to see some action taken against these false promises to trap the customers. Also i want the refund of my money. Can you please help me file a complaint for the same.

                        Hello i have recharged for special recharge pack amounting to inr.149 through online on 15h oct'2018. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Still it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. You cannot expect the customer has to raise a query to you asking refund. Waste of my time and your time. Try to be a customer friendly. The details of the failed transaction status are mentioned below for your reference. Expedite your process.                           Payment success but recharge not done

                          I have recharged for unlimited local, std and roaming calls along with unlimited all local+std+national roaming calls (Non-commercial use), 1.4gb 3g/4g per day, 100 local+std sms/day. T&c. From airtel.in login online for rs.448/- on 15-oct.-2018. Rs.448/- amount got deducted from my hdfc bank but pack not activated even i have not received any sms from airtel regarding recharge pack. Please find below details for the same and activate my recharge. Very very urgent...

                          I had a airtel number [protected] which was lost and now that number is using by another person, he doing such a harass activities using that number for my contact,
                          He is doing some vulgar activities using my number
                          Also he giving sex abuse content using calls and whatsapp
                          so pls block that number and help me
                          Today I have charged Rs. 20 for Bhakti sagar portrate without my permission. Airtel deducted amount from my main balance whereas I did not register for any service.

                              My airtel sim is not working from yesterday. I tried changing all the settings and changed sim to main slot. But nothing worked out. I am using this sim since 10 years, there is no issue with verification also. How come all of sudden it stopped working. I switched off mobile and tried many things, but no change. There is no icon for emergency call also.

                              I’m a Airtel user tried to recharge my number ([protected]) on 10 october 2018 on My Airtel app using amazon pay as a payment option. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but the service has not been provided. There was no refund as well.

                                Im abdulla shahil residing tirur malappuram in kerala here to complain about the reality of airtel 4g data perfomance, claiming fastest growing network with caption superfast 4g speed in india, but the fact is giving very slow data speed on 4g. Speed they are providing is 2g, giving recharge offers like 2gb/1.5gb data everyday it is impossible to reach that limit. How could a customer reach this data limit on leach speed data network, we can understand clearly cheating act of company to reduce the speed s customer can never reach upto datalimit. Kindly take immediate actions aganist this fraud act by airtel cellular network.

                                  I have activated airtel post paid connection recently and i have still 98.5 gb left, but i am getting a speed of around 3mbps.

                                  And i have not even received free amazon prime subscription which was promised to me within 2 working days.

                                  I can not believe the speed which is being offerd by so called india's largest network. Time to switch towards jio or idea.

                                  Main issue is - speed of airtel.

                                  Moral - highest offering products are bought mostly by inexperienced consumers.

                                  Resolve at earliest.

                                    This is regard to my digital tv setup box issue. Last couple of week i am following with airtel customer care to get the resolution of the issue with dth box.

                                    I have been getting assurance from airtel customer care every time when ever i called them last 4 days i have called them 6-7 times every day to get the issue resolved but every time new employee will attend the call and i need to narrate the problem from the scratch. I spoke to their senior supervisor also and got the same assurance then your issue will get resolved but in reality there is no resolution.

                                    Local field supervisor and local technician is not responding my call and did not address the issue.

                                    Issue summary :
                                    Bought a new smart tv and thought o[censored]pgrading my dth box as i had been using normal setup box with my old tv. Airtel technical came and upgraded the setup box. After installing the new box started seeing the display issue on top of osd panel. I connected with tv and informed that tv has display issue they old it not tv problem its airtel setup box issue. I called airtel customer care to informed that same they told its not our fault its tv problem. Later i replace the tv and brought new one and started using the same setup box and encounter the same issue. Later use the same setup box with my old tv and found that in my old tv also its showing same issue. Then i found that its dth issue only.

                                    I call customer care and informed the issue again. They arrange one technician who came with another setup box which is having vc card installed in separably. After installing he told that it will get activated with in 20 min. And he went away. Its already 4 days over and these 4 days i have called many time to airtel and got only assurance.

                                    Local field supervisor is not responding properly and not addressing my call too. He told that sir you asked new setup box i have sent technical to install the same now its not my headache whether its getting activated or not. Even i tried to called the technician who came to change the setup box and he also not addressing my call. Moreover customer care guys also giving only the assurance nothing else.

                                      I have an airtel prepaid connectionfrom kolkata. Ever since i came to gurgaon i am unable to make any outgoing calls. When a number is dialled it says not registered to network. This is causing extreme inconvenience. Please see that the matter is resolved as soon as possible. However i am able to receive incoming calls. I am able to send sms as well as use data.
