Employee here are cheating customer by charging for sim upgrade to 4g/ sim swap as it is clearly mentioned it's free for existing customers. And they say they don't have prepaid sim card and only post paid coz dey can make money. Kindly take some action else i have to take some other way to handle these #. And they are making fool of elder people as they don't have much idea about mobile they end up paying money... My contact no. [protected]

I have moved to doha qatar last may. Since I arrive here I am not getting the network on my phone. My international roaming package is active. I'm paying my bill every month. But no use. Really fed up with this.
From almost a 6 months m experiencing worst network. As it's 4G network m unable to browse a single page. It's strucks loading page. Worst network ever.

    Dear airtel i have very much frustate by bad network in my area aali vihar near sarita vihar i am abhishek
    My recharge is done via airtel app on 02/09/2018 but Airtel app cancel that transaction but money was debited and they told money is refundable, today date 12/10/2018 still they did not provide my amount . SO DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY NO ONE DON'T DO ANY TRANSACTION VIA AIRTEL . WORST FEELING

      For past three months despite timely payment of the airtel mobile bill, i have been harassed by airtel with sms, calls asking for payment. I have shared proofs to their appellate, nodal officer who send in their apology but don't correct their system. Their contact centre accepts that their system is not efficient to track actual status!
      I want airtel to ensure they stop harassing a loyal customer who settles payments every 15th of the month when the due date is 21st of the month. Also to apologize for this monthly harassment and assure this will not happen ever again. A customer should not be suffering because of poor systems and processes of airtel.

        Airtel people offering broadband services but after made payment (Rs 2474) no response even after so many followups (Name: shekar contact no: [protected]). Tried to raise a complaint to airtel[protected] but call executive saying that we are transferring your call to supervisor but they are disconnecting my calls. I tried more than 10 times and wasted 3hrs + time. After taking my details along with caf no when i say call is about complaint they are continuously disconnecting my calls. I made payment on 6th oct 2018 but today date is 18th oct 2018. As their rules and info executive (Shekar) given they have to complete the broadband connectivity within 2 days but after 12 days also no response. Worst service proving by airtel and their employees.

          Hello team,

          I raised a relocation request of my airtel fixed/broadband connection on date oct 13, 2018 from pune to zirakpur. The service request number is[protected]. Two days ago, i got a call that the new address is not feasible for airtel connection. So, i raised a disconnection + refund request. The representative on the call took the disconnection request but he was unsure about the refund.

          From yesterday, i called airtel customer care multiple times, but still don't have any clear answer.

          Due to incapability of airtel of not providing the connection, why should i pay for the services which i am not using.

          Now, i want to transfer this connection to my friend's name to a new address. I gave them the friend's address but didn't hear from them.

          I gave them 3 options:
          1. Relocation of my connection to my new location - this is not possible due to incapability of airtel.
          2. Disconnect the connection and provide the refund of remaining period.
          3. Transfer the ownership and address to my friend's name and address.

          I am relocating from current location on oct 21st and still waiting for the answer.

            My airtel digital tv customer care id is [protected] & my registered mobile number is [protected]. The name of connection holder is mr. Ashutosh mandal. I had standars set top box and after warranty period is over the box was damaged so i complained about that on airtel customer care. They assured me to replace my box with rs 350/- within 24 hours. The technician came with an hd box (Not standard box). I further complained that i was told standard box will be exchanged. But they told me about insufficient storage of standard box. So i took the hd box with rs 599/-. As per airtel company for the first 2 months i would get all hd channels free of cost though i didn't get single one. I complained them again & again about my issue. Senior representative talked to me twice that my issue will be resolved within 24 working hours and he assured me that i'ld surely get free hd channels for 2 months. But now 24 hours is over and till i'm unable to watch any hd channel on my tv. I complained again and again but my problem was not resolved.

              On 15th oct'18 i transferred 5000 rupees from my airtel payments bank account to others beneficiary vpa (Virtual payments address) via upi on my airtel app.
              But money was debited from my airtel account but not credited to beneficiary. I complain to airtel payments bank but still now they don't help me for this problem. So i am totally hopeless for thios such of cases thats why i need your help.

                This refers to the above subject, for six months i have been requesting porting but i am being harassed for the past six months and they are not approving porting request on one frivolous reason or the other, the following points are worth noting

                1) only clerical level people are attending and calling day and night for flimsy talks, rather than focusing on doing their job, on being asked about the relevant thing they do no have any clue on how the process operates, neither are they willing to listen
                2) to our surprise they do not even seem to know the name of their superiors and refuse to connect to any senior person or provide their contact
                3) the enterprise claims that it is not a corporate number to my surprise as per the trailing mail
                4) further surprising is the fact 121 claims the it is corporate number as per the trailing mail

                Does any one have a clue on what is happening or unable to cope with the competition you have started harassing the customers

                People at your company informed that ms neetu yadav, phone number [protected], who never picks up the phone and even she picks up talks and behaves in an unruly manner, becoming impossible for me or even people from airtel galary to talk to the so called relationship manager

                Thus all possible gentle approaches and request have been made but the more humble to are the greater the harassment

                Notwithstanding above noc was arranged, however on flimsy grounds again the same was rejected

                Can you please let us know how much money you want to fleas and also want you want to stop harassment

                  I have received msg for recharge of rs 109 with unlimited calls for 28 days

                  I have recharged it but got validity of 11 days only

                  Now i have asked the airtel customer service to check they say
                  It was a bulk sms sent to many customers
                  If any offer is given through sms we should call them and confirm whether the offer is applicable to us or not

                    After showing all the fake ads claiming to be the fastest network with max coverage, on using the service you can clearly see that Airtel has one of the worst network coverage!

                    Inspite of raising complaints multiple time, Airtel just refuse to attend to the concern and keep saying they are working on the issue without giving me any timelines or commitments.

                    Recently incoming calls to my number were barred without any reason because of which I lost 3 important business deals that could have gotten me INR 10+ crores.
                    On complaining again, the Nodal team customer service reps are absolutely unapologetic and indirectly hinted that Airtel does not care for it's customers and it's unethical practices!

                    All I asked was to give a firm timeline to address my concern or waive of my bill till the time issues are fixed.

                    I should ideally demand compensation for the business I lost because of the termination of services promised to be without any reason or notification.

                      Hello i have recharged my airtel digital tv account. It is still repeatedly showing a negative balance. Inspite of choosing the highest package no channel is being displayed.

                      This has been a case with airtel since long. There has been no resolution provided by airtel regarding this.

                      I dont know how to resolve this issue. Please help me take this forward.

                        Fed up calling this stupid airtel dish tv people and explaining same story for everyone as if it is like epic story. I am facing video problem from past 1 week and tried to get hep from them but still my issue is not solved.
                        These people became more commercial they will try to make as much as money as they can. For any issue they will charge 500 finally by saying we have done 150 and then 250 and then 150 etc... And if we are ready give them how much they wish then they will respond if not they don't even bother about customer issues.
                        These people also give suggestion to us like wait for 3 months or 6 months with same issue without providing resolution.
                        And also based on our fate they will do charges bargaining as if like we are in vegetable market.
                        Also they will not refund any amount if we don't want to continue with them. And they cannot even update the address without bribing them.

                            Airtel starts value added services and charged rs 20, though i have not subscribed. I complained and got the refund but they did not gave any reason why was it automatically activated, when i asked them through mail.
                            I think airtel is scamming people charging for i was lucky i noticed my balance deduction and there was no message receives about the subscription received.

                            It might be a huge scam of duping people specially the unfortunate people who don't notice and don't know how to get in contact with the customer care.

                              Bill payment for fixed line [protected] of rs 707 is not going and kept pending. I, am not able to understand this and the delay in releasing the payment when there is sufficient balance in the bank account.in my experience earlier it took 2 days to make the payment. This causes worry and tention. Please do the needful to set right the problem.

                                Call are not going to customer service of airtel to any nor 121 nither 198, only say not valid.
                                All other call incoming and outgoing are occurring but only customer service not working.
                                I want to upgrade airtel to 4g and due to it's problem confirmation not complete due to customer service not working properly so please help to get service support.

                                    I placed an order for iPhoneX 64GB Space Grey on 23 Jun 2018. I was excited and was waiting to receive the new phone. As a first step, Airtel said SIM card would be delivered followed by iPhoneX, but I didnt receive the SIM for a week. Called Support and only reply is that it would be delivered soon. Approached airtel website, the support feature is not user friendly and extremely worse which doesnt have an selection path for my issue and didnt have an option to accept custom queries from customers. After 3-4 weeks, I received a call from Airtel network shop stating that SIM card is ready to delivered, that should have been delivered in 3-4 days. I wasnt interested due to delay and lack of support from Airtel. I then had to cancel the order, I did on 14 Aug, till now the refund hasnt been initiated. Very much affected due to the extremely poor service from Airtel. Airtel never bothered to call me on primary/secondary/aadhar phone nor sent an email or post. I have a broadband, a mobile service and dish tv from Airtel, i am really worried that with all these communication service that I have with Airtel was not able to reach me.

                                      I am unable to receive incoming call and sms. Also i cannot recharge my number. Since i am an nri i am unable to make any bank transaction. I tried to write customer care but they say that the number is not registered and for registration i am unable to receive otp.
                                      The outgoing facility is working well.
                                      Since last 20 days this problem is not ressolved.

                                        I have recharged my mobile phone on 13/10/2018 with 448rs which unlimited pack, before that the same has been activated on my mobile...which expires on 13th ... irrespective of my unlimited pack I have main balance of Rs.203...
                                        From 13th morning to afternoon my balance has reduced to 103..

                                        I don't understand how it happened...When I tried calling customer I couldn't find any response from you guys...I need my balance back at any cost...
                                        If not I would port to other network...as unnecessary deduction's are happening ...this is second time I'm facing it...I want my balance back...check my account details [protected] and credit my balance back
