They have deducted my rupess 35 for unnecessary service called short film. I had never activated the service, this is not the first they they always does this whenever i recharge above rupess 50. It is a bit sad because iam their users from long time still they are doing this. Their customer service also has a worst experience from past one year. Please look into this matter kindly....

I get a call from airtel on 14th for technology upgrade with a ask for additional rs 1000 for installation and i agree to the same.
