Whatsmob service automatically started on my phone. Till now about 245 rupees have been deducted from my balance due to this service without me even starting it. This is unjustified on the part of airtel. How can someone cut off money from your balance by starting a service automatically... So i request you to kindly solve this problem as soon as possible..

    I have change my post paid airtel connection to prepaid connection
    Outgoing call & internet service are activated but incoming calls not activated day after. Even costumercare not helpful for me. Bad experience for me
    Plz help
    Costomercare send me sms that your problem will resoved by 17 october which very late. If today my problem id not resolved i will change my connection

      I tried doing a recharge which didn’t happen so i called up the customer care and was told that i will get the refund in 7 days for the balance deduction from my bank account as the recharge is unsuccessful so i processed another recharge which got successful. Few minutes later i got a message saying my previous recharge is also successful. Now i am asking for a refund but customer care is saying there is no such policy. Request you to please revert with a solution.

        I have an airtel 4g dongle and is in use for the last couple of years atleast. Since may or june of this year, we started to face issues with regards to connectivity and speed. The connection would be slow or intermittent and would not work in many places in my house. We requested tech support and the tech engineer confirmed that we have a serious network issue and that he would get this rectified and this was sometime in august. Until now, there has been solution and the issue persists.
        Since there was no action from the airtel team, i decided not to pay for something that would not work and kept 2 months bill pending.
        Now here is the real issue and shows how bad a company can behave. Everyday i get about 7 to 8 calls reminding me of the payment from ivr. Additionally a couple of calls from collection agents, these agents do not dig the issue or see the customer's issue all they want is bill to be paid and each one behaves like they have given me some money and they want it returned immediately. When i called customer support, they have no clue of whats happening and they only say "we will get back to you". This is a total pathetic way of handling a client query. I'm not sure how airtel commits to faster connectivity and superior client support. I need my connectivity issue sorted, if they need my business. Else i would like surrender the connection and call it a day with bad service.

          Dear sir i am since using this no in 4 years but with out information u closed this no, i want active this no, who givend to permission with out information closing this no, ur company is following payments in properly, when jio is camed ur company is working in lazy condition, i think customers are fools thinking in ur company, selling time only come sir take airtel connection is take is saying, deactivation time is not informing, what a rule is making in india, who is aproovided in license in bharthi airtel, first change the system in urban outlets then say to urge company is perfect, every time is saying in server problem, ur outlets very bad working condition, i want solve the my problem as soon as possible, i will put complaint in your company, because i am loosing so much, totally responsible in urban company [protected]

            I have subscribed airtel hello tune "ekdantaya Ganpati Vandana" and moreover I got msg for the same for successful subscription and hello tune is now activated.but instead of that tune they activated airtel corporate hello tune.i have called to customer care Executives many times.but no satisfactory response I have received.

              Hi,

              My name is gvsnraju.. I will go china tomorrow. Recently i activated pack from airtel app..in this showing "for covered countries".. But not correctly showing full details of pack.. Unfortunately i paid pack.. But this pack not working china. I asked customer support, they said we didn't give back and not transfer another pack.. This is terrible. Not respond properly..

              Before i called customercare but not give proper information of anything, waste of time..

                Airtel make 10 to 15 call daily from there ivr or execute for payment reminder even if there is a daily for 1 day. It has pathetic network now. These calls are so irritating. Back to back calls if you don't answer them. I never missed on the payments. I have paid the payment every month. But still they irritate there customer like calling now and then. I have added my number to dnd but still i get calls from airtel numerous.

                  My airtel sim had stopped working suddenly, there is no signal in my phone but other airtel user in my place are getting signals in their phone. My sim is from Uttarakhand state and iam in Andra Pradesh but it was working normally for past month. I tried rebooting my phone and changing sim slots but nothing is working. Its been three days now. I can't contact any costumer care service so this is my last option.

                    Last 3 days i am trying to call 121 but call wont get through! then tried 198 and after 45 minutes of wait call disconnected

                    My problem is that I am a corporate customer and pay them more than Rs.. 40000.00 (forty thousand) every month and my multi part conferencing is not working at all!!!

                    in some of the areas the network shows "no service"

                      Ak-airsep sent a message saying gamez4fun was activated for 7 days in my mobile number deducting the amount of balance left in there, but the service was not activated by me, an id was sent as txn id s[protected]. I deactivated the service by sending stop to 56789, again after day the same thing has been repeated and now the services name was gamex, it was sent by at-airinf.

                            My airtel postpaid number is [protected], works at wipro infrastructure, thumakunta checkpost, none of my relatives - colleagues - friends are able to contact me, as most of my time, it will say not reachable...
                            Suffering a lot for opting the airtel network, even after repeated complaints, no use...
                            For just eye wash, one service engineer will visit, take the network strengths and tell us we will resolve the issue, but from the past 06months, the issue is not resolved,
                            Most of my colleagues are facing the same problem and opting for the port to idea and jio,
                            For the billing of 574rs, it is not worth even to pay 50rs per month...

                              This sivaramaprasad (Mobile: [protected]). I have a problem with airtel signal and was reported many times from past 2years and 6months but no proper response. I really fed up with airtel network in our area. Service is not at all good. Why should they charge when there is no proper signal. Please help me to resolve it permanently.

                                I select a channel. It is unpaid. Screen jumps up. You force us to read it. Screen waits for some time. Then it drops down. I press next channel. That too is unpaid. Cycle repeats to make us mad.

                                Next.
                                On the tv, a menu appears. You want us to go through every option painfully with incomplete information stuffed in.
                                Then you show a channel in 1/3 rd screen, the bottom 2/3 rd filled with your adv stuff. You force us to press the backward arrow to get the full screen or else it comes on its own after a long night making sure that we have read the bottom. When this happens for every unpaid channel, popping up, stay there, do down, it is sickening.

                                Enough is enough. Your earlier software was ok. Unfortunately i selected hd and you took back the old and gave the new, the sick set up ox.
                                Finally, by delaying our search for channel, your force us to listen your screaming ladies trying to sell the bed. Your advts are planned in such a way that, you delay us and the ads starts screaming.

                                Besides, limited malaalam channels for us malayalees.

                                Enough is enough. I have quit and gone for tata sky., at this very moment. Never ever back to you as you are a customer dont care cheat.

                                  I always keep track of my data by data monitoring apps and my plannis of 1.4gb daily but it shows that u have used 100% o[censored]r data while my app shows only around 1gb.. Where the hell my 400mb data goes???

                                  I want to clear that i have cross checked the app (Internet speed meter pro) which is a very trusted app)" with my jio sim with plan of 2gb per day and they always msg me when there is truly 2gb is used..
                                  Also it shows 2gb in the app.

                                    I'm very much disappointed with the airtel network. I'm not even able to recharge on my number and also make international calls. I think it's useless, if the problem is not fixed within 2 days. I have this problem since last 1 months. If this doesn't get fixed, i will have to port to some other network then.

                                      I am in bangladesh from last 2 months and i am not able to register myself in international roaming network. I have already told your customer care executive to solve the same and he assured me that the problem will never happen again. Then he was generated a request number. But the problem is still in open condition.
