Airtel is the biggest fraud cellular network they activate service without permission and then you call customer care they said i can't refund your money and cut the phone very very bad experience with airtel that's why i will port my number to other operator because now airtel is not reliable now i was using airtel since long time but they break my trust on airtel and the customer care executive is very rude i never see these types of customer care executive discussing.

    I'm using airtel more than 10 years, i'm staying in hebbal, bangalore.
    Nowadays i'm facing lot of network issues from past 6 months even though i have informed network problems but also nobody took seriously and nobody solved yet.
    I thought airtel will be good as the days going on but it's going bad and worst network.
    Kindly call or check network where i'm staying and solve asap.
    If not i need to port to another network.

      I lost my poco f1 mobile in a bus. Some one took in a bus and he switched off the mobile.. After few days he called me and he was saying like give your mi account credentials to unlock your phone. After we explained that this is the theft mobile which you are trying to use. Then he told like he is going to give my mobile tomorrow but he switched off the mobile after this incident..

        Today vydozinebimonth service had been activated on my [protected]@ rs35.0 but any such request was not made by me. So i request you to look into the matter and credit back the amount as soon as possible on my number. I also sent the message to 'stop' the service but no action is taken nd my balance is deducted for no reason as i never applied for any such service... So i want the amount back on my number and i request you to act on it

          My airtel postpaid sim [protected] hasbeen deactivated for one month. It is an active sim. I complented on airtel kundanur store and airtel triponithura store in kerala. Bt they said they are helpless. They cant do anything because it was a maharastra sim. Better u go to maharastra airtel store and repair it. They give my two duplicate sim. Bt that also not working. I didnot pay my bill after i lost network from my sim.

              Auto renewal of many value added services even after cancellation. I didn't activated any vas ever on my number still it gets actived everytime. Have cancelled the services multiple times still it gets activated and money from my airtel wallet gets deducted everytime.

                I am a new customer of your telecom after lot of exception such as best network, excellent data network, best customer support but i could not find any thing form your side, it's really strain me to think once again to use your network or suggest any other one to use . I have complained many times to your customer executives but they could not fixed the problem with have only excuse as work in progress in your area.

                  Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 995 and had activated unlimited pack for next 180 days had shown as failed in airtel app (Transaction done using 'google pay'.)
                  I had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 995 again with my city union bank and the it got recharged twice accidently.

                  I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

                  Now they were not ready to refund.

                  Does it make sense?? No matter how you pay money i was paying it to airtel.

                  Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all yhe the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.

                    I got an sms having told that "thanks for using primezone. You have been charged rs. 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789." moblie number [protected].

                    Please note previously i have used an airtel number [protected] for last 7/8 years back but due to deduction of money i have transferred that number to idea. If i face this type of deduction without my permission and unable to refund i have to again...

                    Respected sir i have applied for porting from docomo number [protected] to airtel. I got around 20 calls from airtel executives to port my number to there network bcoz docomo is going to quit. Later i agreed and airtel executive came to hand over the sim.. On phone he told no charges for postpaid af, but later i asked for prepaid he told he told that i should pay 440 rs for prepaid sim... Then i paid d amout but after activation of my airtel sim i came to know it was postpaid. I should pay due amount to get it convert to postpaid.. Seriously how cum you can cheat a person.. I felt so disappointed.. Can it is possible now to refund my 440.. As far as i know no network is charging money for porting. Please let me know... If there is charge for porting then please dismiss my complaint

                      Since we need to connect from Home for Critical issues, I purchased the airtel Hotspot thinking that network was good seeing the add even they confirmed the connection is verg good in Mysore.

                      From the starting itself it was worst, I was not able to even check my Mails properly and the same day I gave complaint and couple of times I visit airtel showroom but none of them responded properly. Due to this I get an escalation from my Manager not to login at a proper time.

                      After that I went for other connection and it is working as expected.

                      Also I clearly told Airtel call center team and Airtel showroom since I am not at all using the Airtel Hotspot I am not going to Pay the bill for sure. They told they will waveoff the amount. Even thought I paid couple of months.

                      Now daily atleast twice they are following up for Bill Instead of fixing the actual problem. Airtel is worst.

                        My number was banned 3 weeks ago on that case i cannot make any calls or receive any calls .As i approached the airtel office and they asked me to make a complaint on this website.On september 11 th a message was sent about a job affairs but i did not send any message through this number about jobs and they said a numbed is linked with my number.I was sure i did not make any message about jobs.so please solve my complaint and activate my number as soon as possible.thank you!

                          This is to inform you that i have not subscribed any bhakti sagar portrait but rs20 has been deducted from my airtel mobile a/c. Plz look after this matter to refund my money as early as possible. Money was deducted 15/10/2018. Without taking my permission money was deducted. So you are requested to please resolve my problem.                             I have 4 g plan, but i could not be use properly as there is no network properly, some places it is totally down. I raised a complaints but nobody rectified. Simply they making money by telling 4g plan final we not able to use it properly... If this continues, i will move away from airtel and go back to my original vodafone supplier.

                            Airtel company just show a ad telling 4g available even at remote location like himalaya.. Forget,.. We will not only able to get in so called silicon city...

                              I was using my airtel number in dubai now. I was charged for 90rs and it is not yet charged. So again i recharged for 200. Then my balance was 217. Suddenly the same day evening 216 was deducted and become to 1rs. Again i recharged for 130 and they took as data package. Again i recharge for 50 and that is not yet recharged. Iam now in dubai and i lost almost 500rs. Please put my money back to my account.

                                I am a airtel user. I received a message regarding the deduction of 20 rs from my main balance and reason provided was use of primezone. I have not used such services and this unreasonable deduction is nowhere acceptable.
                                You out of nowhere charge money from your user what would we do in case of emergency situations.
                                What do you think you can loot your customers just like that!
                                This is totally unprofessional and unbearable.
                                You better return the money or else i am going to take some strict actions against primezone.
                                It seems you are no longer concerned with your customers feedback.

                                1. I am serving in army and on 06 Oct 2018 I was successfully recharge on my Airtel mobile number for 149/- through mobile net banking.

                                2. There after a sum of 149/- has been deducted from my saving account but the recharge not done till date. My mobile number is [protected].

                                Please Deactivate the Games club subscription from my number. I didn't request for the subscription.Please do it Asap.
                                It is very much unbearable to use the airtel network due to the call drop problem.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had registered a complaint regarding network issues in my area. I use a postpaid airtel sim. The complaint was supposed to be resolved or at least some action should have been taken by 4th of oct, 2018. I am continuously following up regarding this every evening from 3 4days. The only answer i get is sorry ma’am for the delay. We will escalate your complaint from our end to the network team. Your network team does not care to even look or at least call regarding the complaint. I got call once or twice in the starting that were disconnected either due to lack of connection or i asked them to call me in the evening due to my office timings. But from 4th of october i have been trying to reach your customer care regarding this. Even they fail to inform me how long it will take to resolve the issue or to arrange a call from your network team. It is so frustrating to call again and again every evening and get same reply. I[censored] can’t fix a problem then don’t fool customers by giving them never ending timelines. Its more than 2 weeks, still every time i call 121 they tell me to wait for 24 hours for a call back. Forget about airtel calling me back for the issues instead other service providers are calling me to switch my network as they know already know, i have network issues with my current service provider. It is surprising that airtel is doing nothing instead leaking customers information and issues to other providers. I had no option left so i even asked for porting my number to either a better connection or to prepaid connection. I don’t want to waste my money on postpaid plans, if this is the condition.
                                  I did check for open network and found out there are no airtel tower in my society. If you can’t resolve the complaint don’t resister one.
                                  Worst experience ever.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    My name is sombir, who has been a very loyal customer to airtel from last 10 years now. I am facing a network problem at home wherein my cell phone always show no service due to the network unavailability at my home. We are 4 members in my family and 3 of them have been using airtel and suffering due to this problem from more than 2 years now. I have made several complaints to airtel regarding the same issue as they claim to provide open network at all places. Even asked for their engineer visit at my place to check the signal strength at my home and solve the problem accordingly. However, those guys are never bothered and close my complaints without even speaking to me. Its not just me but every single user of airtel in my society been suffering with the same problem.

                                    You are requested to to look into this as we have been paying very hefty money to network company but they are just not bothered about our problem.

                                      Last 14th sept i was visiting aairtel store and submit all bill amount of remaining at my no. And request for postpaid to prepaid my airtel no. Stiil not done and after that they demand my documents and i also sent to store bycourier service.
                                      Still not doing they and talked with rudely and say do what ever your lavel...
                                      It's not there fault.
