Rupees 20 has been wrongly deducted from my prepaid airtel sim card without my permission for bhakti sagar portrait service of airtel. It happened on 19th october 2018 at 8:53pm.

I can confirm that i did not use any kind of service like bhakti sagar portrait service.

So, i am registering this complaint to get refund of rupees 20 back in my airtel prepaid sim card

    Hello team,

    I would like to escalate my case to your forum, since airtel has deducted money from my credit card after i ported my number to vodafone.
    Money deducted is around rs 1100/- but when i registered complaint then i got an email reply saying there was a pending bill of around rs 680/-.
    But as i remember i have already cleared all the pending amounts and even the money deducted so far is more than the bill generated.

    I have provided all the details related to transaction id's but again and again they're asking me to share the complete credit card statements. I'm not sure why they want me to reveal transaction details of other transactions.

    Even after so many mails they are not supportive and i afraid that they will deduct more money from my card, since previously they deducted on monthly basis and now i don't have access to airtel dashboard (Since i have ported my account) & i can't detach my credit card from it.

    Please look into the fraudster that this company is doing and losing trust of people.

      STARSTRUCK service has been activated @ Rs35.0 for 7day(s).Txn ID S[protected], 19Oct18 03:38. automatically on my mobile no-[protected]. I didn’t use the phone at given time also. Number is in my name. Starstruck service activated and Rs. 35 deducted from my account without my permission.

        Today my phone number has stopped working.[protected]. Today i had a word with of the executive he told me that somebody has raised the complaint against my phone number that i have been using this number in a commercially.

        Please active my number as i am not using this number commercially. I have been using this number for 9 years.

          Hello sir/madam,

          Greetings,

          This mail is regarding case 87236484 which i have registered in the month of august, for which till date, i have neither received a nor issue has been resolved. i am following up on this case since beginning, by dialing call to airtel cc, but each time i was getting assurance that, i will get a call back from concerned team and issue would be fixed.

          But today, when again i gave a call, i was surprised to know that case # has been closed without resolution . this is very irresponsible way of dealing with concerns, with this kind of service, i dont think you guys will sustain for long time. this is very very disappointing .

          Here either help me to port my number or else provide me waveoff of my bills until issue is fixed ..

          My mail is getting ignored .. no response form airtel ..

            I ported airtel karnataka to airtel kerala. Yesterday i got message 10.56pm insert new sim and dial 59059. I did this and new sim is not getting activated. Im unable to dial the number.
            It says not registered in network. Now its more than 13 hours im still waiting for this sim.

            I tried several methods found in internet and nothing works. Nearest airtel store is 26kms far and this isso frustrating.

              I have recharged 3998 for 30 days international roaming on my airtel number [protected] for china. I am unable to make any outgoing calls till now nor can i call the airtel customer care.
              What is the point of recharging so much when i cannot even make any outgoing calls which is equivalently important?

                I have placed request for installation of new broadband connection on 25th september 2018. Since i am an airtel customer for more than 4 years, i preferred taking broadband connection from them. It has been almost a month since i have been following up on call center for installation of the connection. I am also in service industry and i know the importance of adherence to tat. I have been cally up several times on customer care numbers just to get more assurances that our team is looking into your complaint. I am surprised how much time it takes for a service provider like airtel to install a broad band connection. Or is it that the company has reached level where it does not requires any more new customer. I wish we could have more service providers in the market so that this monopoly of service providers like airtel is curbed and they start paying more attention to customer servicing rather than merely advertising that we provide connections in less than 4 hours.

                  First complaint is whenever i ask for e-recharge at shop of rs 50/- tt i will get is of rs 39/- instead of 42/- rs.
                  Another complaint is of call rate before 2 months call rates was of rs 30paisa per minute but suddenly high call rates deductions are started which is 2-3 paisa for each second.
                  I want my normal call rate back.
                  Even after calling to customer care they are saying they dont have any call deduction history.

                    My cug sim is not getting detected on my s8 handset. It shows the network sign but it displays the message "unable to connect. Try later". I have tried changing the sim cards for the same number. But it is still not working. The sim is working in other phones but not in my phone. The slot 2 of my phone in which i am using my airtel cug is working fine because all other sims are detected and working in that same slot.

                    Pls help urgently.

                      I have done a recharge of rupees 179 on october 15, 2018.
                      My airtel prepaid sim number is [protected] & name is umang dave.

                      As per this plan, 1 gb data / day is not available.

                      Every time i use internet, money get deducted from the main account of talktime amount.

                          Last 5 months your network is totely very bad 4g rang is very low and call drof and incoming call many time not connected. so lots of coustmet port out and many of just some time port out . many complaint but some result. i[censored] solved this i stay another i will port out.
                          i love airtel, but my problem is very big .

                            I ported out of airtel due to consistent bad network for 2 months and repeated complaints. Now after paying all dues and bills ported out to vodafone. They are poking me to pay bill of 479 and also they have stopped my outgoing services.
                            They are charging for the service i haven't used.

                                Hi sir, i have done a upi transfer on[protected], where the money has debited from my airtel payments bank account but not credited to the beneficiary account. I called to airtel customer service and wrote emails to their official mail id [case: 2524454] till now the amount was not credited to receiver's bank or not even reversed back into my airtel payments bank account. Please help me

                                  Employee here are cheating customer by charging for sim upgrade to 4g/ sim swap as it is clearly mentioned it's free for existing customers. And they say they don't have prepaid sim card and only post paid coz dey can make money. Kindly take some action else i have to take some other way to handle these #. And they are making fool of elder people as they don't have much idea about mobile they end up paying money... My contact no. [protected]

                                    Dear airtel i have very much frustate by bad network in my area aali vihar near sarita vihar i am abhishek
                                    My recharge is done via airtel app on 02/09/2018 but Airtel app cancel that transaction but money was debited and they told money is refundable, today date 12/10/2018 still they did not provide my amount .                                       For past three months despite timely payment of the airtel mobile bill, i have been harassed by airtel with sms, calls asking for payment. I have shared proofs to their appellate, nodal officer who send in their apology but don't correct their system. Their contact centre accepts that their system is not efficient to track actual status!
                                      I want airtel to ensure they stop harassing a loyal customer who settles payments every 15th of the month when the due date is 21st of the month. Also to apologize for this monthly harassment and assure this will not happen ever again. A customer should not be suffering because of poor systems and processes of airtel.

                                        Airtel people offering broadband services but after made payment (Rs 2474) no response even after so many followups (Name: shekar contact no: [protected]). Tried to raise a complaint to airtel[protected] but call executive saying that we are transferring your call to supervisor but they are disconnecting my calls. I tried more than 10 times and wasted 3hrs + time. After taking my details along with caf no when i say call is about complaint they are continuously disconnecting my calls. I made payment on 6th oct 2018 but today date is 18th oct 2018. As their rules and info executive (Shekar) given they have to complete the broadband connectivity within 2 days but after 12 days also no response. Worst service proving by airtel and their employees.
