I have requested for airtel broadband connection (1299 plan) on 12th of october, 2018. I have been promised that if i make the registration fee of 500 inr, by 13th october morning, on the same day before 5'o clock in the evening i'll be provided the airtel broadband connection. I specifically told the airtel executive (Veeresh) that i'll make the payment only if the connection is activated by 13 october 5 pm. I was promised that it will be done. But once the payment is made, veeresh started pushing for the time. Initially he said by 4.30 pm it will be done. Since i didn't get a call, i called him at 5.50 pm and i was told that within 1 hour connection will be given. By 7 i called him again, now he started telling all the stories and said, connection will be given by 14th october, 11 am. Today is 15th october 4 pm and i'm still waiting for his call.

I want to see some action taken against these false promises to trap the customers. Also i want the refund of my money. Can you please help me file a complaint for the same.

    Hello i have recharged for special recharge pack amounting to inr.149 through online on 15h oct'2018. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Still it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. You cannot expect the customer has to raise a query to you asking refund. Waste of my time and your time. Try to be a customer friendly. The details of the failed transaction status are mentioned below for your reference. Expedite your process.       Payment success but recharge not done

      I have recharged for unlimited local, std and roaming calls along with unlimited all local+std+national roaming calls (Non-commercial use), 1.4gb 3g/4g per day, 100 local+std sms/day. T&c. From airtel.in login online for rs.448/- on 15-oct.-2018. Rs.448/- amount got deducted from my hdfc bank but pack not activated even i have not received any sms from airtel regarding recharge pack. Please find below details for the same and activate my recharge. Very very urgent...

      I had a airtel number [protected] which was lost and now that number is using by another person, he doing such a harass activities using that number for my contact,
      He is doing some vulgar activities using my number
      Also he giving sex abuse content using calls and whatsapp
      so pls block that number and help me
      Today I have charged Rs. 20 for Bhakti sagar portrate without my permission. Airtel deducted amount from my main balance whereas I did not register for any service.

        I had port my Tata docomo Number on date 27/09/2018 and 7/10/2018 to Airtel Mobile no is [protected] but this no is not port till now and Tata docomo number has been Deactivated and number is not activated till now, Please resolve this issue. This No is very Important for me I am Govt Servant Related to Election work in MP .

          My airtel sim is not working from yesterday. I tried changing all the settings and changed sim to main slot. But nothing worked out. I am using this sim since 10 years, there is no issue with verification also. How come all of sudden it stopped working. I switched off mobile and tried many things, but no change. There is no icon for emergency call also.

          I’m a Airtel user tried to recharge my number ([protected]) on 10 october 2018 on My Airtel app using amazon pay as a payment option. Amount has been deducted from my bank account but the service has not been provided. There was no refund as well.
          Provide me a solution to this asap

            Hello,

            Im abdulla shahil residing tirur malappuram in kerala here to complain about the reality of airtel 4g data perfomance, claiming fastest growing network with caption superfast 4g speed in india, but the fact is giving very slow data speed on 4g. Speed they are providing is 2g, giving recharge offers like 2gb/1.5gb data everyday it is impossible to reach that limit. How could a customer reach this data limit on leach speed data network, we can understand clearly cheating act of company to reduce the speed s customer can never reach upto datalimit. Kindly take immediate actions aganist this fraud act by airtel cellular network.

              I have activated airtel post paid connection recently and i have still 98.5 gb left, but i am getting a speed of around 3mbps.

              And i have not even received free amazon prime subscription which was promised to me within 2 working days.

              I can not believe the speed which is being offerd by so called india's largest network. Time to switch towards jio or idea.

              Main issue is - speed of airtel.

              Moral - highest offering products are bought mostly by inexperienced consumers.

              Resolve at earliest.

                This is regard to my digital tv setup box issue. Last couple of week i am following with airtel customer care to get the resolution of the issue with dth box.

                I have been getting assurance from airtel customer care every time when ever i called them last 4 days i have called them 6-7 times every day to get the issue resolved but every time new employee will attend the call and i need to narrate the problem from the scratch. I spoke to their senior supervisor also and got the same assurance then your issue will get resolved but in reality there is no resolution.

                Local field supervisor and local technician is not responding my call and did not address the issue.

                Issue summary :
                Bought a new smart tv and thought o[censored]pgrading my dth box as i had been using normal setup box with my old tv. Airtel technical came and upgraded the setup box. After installing the new box started seeing the display issue on top of osd panel. I connected with tv and informed that tv has display issue they old it not tv problem its airtel setup box issue. I called airtel customer care to informed that same they told its not our fault its tv problem. Later i replace the tv and brought new one and started using the same setup box and encounter the same issue. Later use the same setup box with my old tv and found that in my old tv also its showing same issue. Then i found that its dth issue only.

                I call customer care and informed the issue again. They arrange one technician who came with another setup box which is having vc card installed in separably. After installing he told that it will get activated with in 20 min. And he went away. Its already 4 days over and these 4 days i have called many time to airtel and got only assurance.

                Local field supervisor is not responding properly and not addressing my call too. He told that sir you asked new setup box i have sent technical to install the same now its not my headache whether its getting activated or not. Even i tried to called the technician who came to change the setup box and he also not addressing my call. Moreover customer care guys also giving only the assurance nothing else.

                  I have an airtel prepaid connectionfrom kolkata. Ever since i came to gurgaon i am unable to make any outgoing calls. When a number is dialled it says not registered to network. This is causing extreme inconvenience. Please see that the matter is resolved as soon as possible. However i am able to receive incoming calls. I am able to send sms as well as use data.

                    There is no network inside the house.in
                    Delhi universityy north campus you have to come our in open to talk on phone.
                    We are facing this night mare for last six months.

                    Moreover airtell doesn't care for their customers howsoever loyal he is. Recently i have been charged with huge bill and ready to resolve the issue.
                    Such an arrogance despite such a poor network

                      Eros now service has been activated on my mobile number without my consent and i have been charged rs 49 for 15 days, leaving nothing in my balance
                      I did not subscribe for such services and i don't understand why it was activated
                      I want my balance to be refunded back immediately. Now this is not the first time, it has happened to me many times and that time it was a different service, i want a refund for this money as well, if not possible i demand an explanation and a promise so that it never happen again in the future. Please understand

                        I have submitted complaints with respect to balance getting reduced wrongly about a month ago. Till now there is absolutely no response from customer care. I been recharging my airtel prepaid number. But the balance is reducing even though no calls are made. I recharged with 200 rs. But balance shows 2 rs. Please cancel if any pack is activated unintentionally. I had raised this issue preciously as well, however i was told that i have used 4g. But please refer to the attached file. I've never used 4g at all. This has been happening for past several months. Please restore the balance which was reduced.

                          My wife is a subscriber of airtel for a few years (I don't know the exact number of years). She has subscribed to "myplan_infinity 1199_r" which entitles her for "airtel secure" service that covers customer's mobile handset against any liquid or accidental damage.

                          On 3/october/2018, my wife met with a small accident at home itself and broke back glass of her mobile. We raised a case (Sr # 3605864) in airtel secure for the repair of the handset. On 10-october, airtel secure executive called and asked my wife consistently that when did she activated her phone and mistakenly she told them that she is not very sure but it may be april and the phone was a gift from her brother. It was her 40th birthday and she assumed that it is one of the gifts.

                          The mobile handset was actually activated on 1-jan-2018 on her mobile phone and it was a gift for the new year from her brother. But airtel secure team rejected our claim stating it is second-hand phone because my wife told them that she activated in april and the same phone on the same number was active since january 2018.

                          I called airtel secure again and i explained the same thing to airtel secure office shashank and they finally agreed to open a new case (Sr#[protected] on 12-october-2018. Now, new airtel secure office shekhar was coordinating with me (Brijesh shah, husband of harshna shah). I explained shekhar and shekhar confirmed that he sees that on the handset is activated on 1-jan-2018 on my wife's mobile number. He assured me that he will take it up with necessary authority again and come back. Now today almost one hour back, i got a call from sekhar again and he told me that because my wife mentioned that she activated the phone in april, airtel secure team has rejected the case again.

                          Airtel secure and one assist team completely know the case and they know that my wife number was activated on the same handset since 1-jan-2018. And they are just using one innocent assumption against us and keeps rejecting our appeal repeatedly.

                          We've provided all the documentation to airtel secure team and supported all along. But we are getting intentionally punished and harassed by airtel secure and one assist team.

                            I received a message today stating that starstruck service has been renewed and being charged 35rs for 7 days. When at the first place this service i have never opted. I have recently moved from postpaid to prepaid and i never subscribed to any of these service. I want my money refunded and going forward i should not charged for the service that i never opted for.

                              I had applied for porting my airtel postpaid no. [protected] on 9 october 2018. Today morning at 2am i got a message that my number has been ported. I inserted my new sim at 7:15am today morning. It is now 1:12pm as i am writing this complaint and still there is no network. I have called customer care about 8 times and everytime they ask me to wait for longer as my number is already active. But there is no network. I cannot even visit a customer care center as it is sunday today. I tried checking the status of my porting request and it says status is pending address verification. This is the worst service provided to me.

                                Without my permission and deducted rs.90 and rs. 35 respectively from my main balance on dated 13.10.2017 saturday. I had never requested for any such service.                                     Many unknown services has been activating automatically in my no. And i used to stop those services by sending stop to 155223. Despite all that, after some time a new service gets activated automatically and again balance deduction. Recently one more service has been activated automatically and i haven't deactivated it. I want full refund of all those services which are activated automatically and make sure that these services don't activate in future.

                                      This is to inform you that i am a loyal customer with the airtel from past 6 years. On 11th october 2018 evening, my number automatically went on to no service mode. After contacting airtel multiple times on customer care and in store, they are saying that my number was not on network ever. I 've this number with banks and multiple social media accounts. Also, i am loosing my business as i am not able to contact people and people are not able to reach out to me. Everyone in the network have same number. My number is [protected]. Airtel says they dont have my number on record. Check my adhaar card details. I got this number linked last year. No one is listening to me. Please help me. I dont know where to contact. If you want to reach out to me, please contact at my dad's number [protected]. Please help. I am attaching the image of the last recharge. They say i wasnt their customer. I visited the sector 15 and sector 32 store in chandigarh.

                                        Pathetic connectivity, be it voice or data. Ads claim to have 4g connectivity even in the remotest of the places, however even in cp which the heart of the capital (Delhi), the connectivity is ‘zero’. I would rate in ‘negative’ if the same was available on the rating scale. *pathetic* network!! Airtel - please stop focusing on advertisements and focus on your core functionality for which you are in the market. For me, as a customer - my experience is ‘poor’.
