Shaik ashik named employee in airtel office, nellore not treated the customer good. I given request for conversion of prepaid to postpaid before a month. I used to go airtel office after 10days from application date. They said everyday system not working after 7.45pm. I am unable to attend before that. Finally today he said some error is coming for conversion. Again he started fresh online application today. And his treatement of customer is very difficult.

    Dear airtel team,
    This is refrence to my number [protected] which was barred on 2nd october 2019 & after giving justicfication the complainant has taken back his complaint.
    However it has been more then 4 days that i m suffering with no outgoing facility & mo internet on my number.
    Mr kashif had mail me that my number has been unbarred & sended for reactivation of the same but i m still unable to use my services as when i spoke to customer care of airtel they said my number is [protected] is still under barred status it has not been sended for any activation process.
    Please activate it asap.

      Hello,
      I previously used to own an airtel sim with the number [protected] registered in the name of lanasol energy solutions.
      After i quit the company i put in a request to cancel the number for which i got a letter from airtel which stated that all the outstanding balance has been cleared for the above number and a refund cheque was also given to me in the name of my father a n pradeep kumar.
      After all this hastle i still keep getting calls from airtel saying that the balance amount has to be cleared and i am getting calls from my old company also telling me to clear the balance.
      I also put in a request to cancel the number again after visiting an airtel outlet and was ensured that i will never be bothered regarding the same issue.
      I kindly request you to sort out the matter and stop troubling me and my company regarding this matter else i would be forced to take other measures.
      Hoping that the necessary will be done.

        The above message came in pre paid airtel number [protected]
        I have not requested any vas. I called 155223 for deactivation.
        I want refund of rs.20 back
        I use a minimum stv pack 199 after paying months for no net connection and lost 10 gb data when i converted to pre paid connection from post paid. I keep bare minimum of rs.100 in talk time for emergency.
        I have no intention o[censored]sing any unnecessary vas.
        The airtel app is not even showing the vas activated.

          Dear team,

          I have made airtel online prepaid recharge on 29th sep 2018 amount got deducted from hdfc bank. Payment successfully. Money deducted from my hdfc bank. But from airtel side they said money not reached them. And the transaction has failed. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. Request your help.

          I just want to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
          Or else i will change my number to some other service

            Icon service (I have no idea what it is) got activated a few months back on my number without any information and rs 76 deducted automatically per month. I do not need this service. I call airtel customer care to deactivate this service and reimburse my money but they refuse to reimburse the same and claimed that i had activated this service but i really don't have any idea about this i just came to know when i checked my balance is getting low too fast and then i check my messages for the same. The service is deactivate now but my money not got back.

            Kindly reimburse my money.

            Message which i got says "icon is active on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs 76 for 30 days. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223"

            Hoping for my problem will get resolved soon...

              Airtel — airtel tv app

              I have port my number from voda

              I am already a airtel customer but as per the airtel tv app it says that to use the feautres of the app you need to switch to airtel.

              I have already written to airtel team and no response has come from their side.

              This is how you treat your customers. Shame on airtel.

              No one is ready to help also. I tried calling them several times everyone is giving different options and no one is actually helping out.

              They cheat on users dooling them that the plan would give u free access of everything but here i am not able to use any such facility.

              Niether i am able to use the amazon prime that comes free with airtel.

              Only hotstar is working.

                Rs.40 was charged without my acknowledge and consent, and whenever i tried to talk to customer care agent, it says "this number does not exist"
                Wtf!!
                I am changing my network and i'll suggest every airtel user to do the same.
                The mail says, "short complaints hardly resolves"... Hahaha. Let me tell you buddy, none of our complaints are ever going to be resolve.
                Airtel has been the worst of all will always be, my only task is to tell everyone about airtel and how they they implement their cheap tricks to earn money.

                  Not only am i, there is no. Of members using airtel network at my present working location that is kishtapuram village, medchal mandal, medchal malkazgiri district in telangana state.
                  Am facing signal problem from last month to still now,
                  Today is too worrest and from 9 'o clock no signal in my phone, am not receiving any incoming calls and messages.
                  Too bad to communicate with any one.
                  Please clear the problem shortly,
                  If its not done, surely i will be change my network.

                    Since over a year in follow-up with airtel for improving and started 4g network in our circle of bihar (Siwan city) but there is no response from there and they ignoring on regularly basis and no proper response on mail nor on call. They alredy started recharge plans in promising for proving more than 20 mbps 4g speed and best calling network. I have long trail mail with airtel team, mr. Gopal vittal as well as escalation marked to trai also.

                    I really surprised and depressed because i'm using airtel service from almost 10 years+ and i don't know why they are irresponsible. They harrased me and i loosing my work in follow-up with them.

                      Airtel deducted rs. 35 all of a sudden for namkeen pack. This is similar to at&t scam of “my love crush.com” in usa, where they tagged $10 to all family pack customers (Google for details). After a lawsuit, at&t paid millions of dollars back to the customers.in india we need to find a way to file lawsuit against airtel and get our money back.

                      Airtel is in money crunch. So they are using his fraudulent means to boost their cash flow.

                        My mobile no [protected], prepaid recharge for rs.179/-, which will expire today ie, 12 oct 2018.
                        With effect from 11 oct 2018, 6pm unlimited outgoing calls not rpt not connected with a remarks "unable to connect".

                        My point is that, before completion of date, always every time outgoing calls have been stopped, thus the reasons the respective customer like me, wants to change port due to bad services of airtel on urgent basis.

                        I haven't used bhakti Sagar potrait service or prime zone service but RS 20 each was deducted from my balance, I went that money back

                            Whatsmob service automatically started on my phone. Till now about 245 rupees have been deducted from my balance due to this service without me even starting it. This is unjustified on the part of airtel. How can someone cut off money from your balance by starting a service automatically... So i request you to kindly solve this problem as soon as possible..

                              I have change my post paid airtel connection to prepaid connection
                              Outgoing call & internet service are activated but incoming calls not activated day after. Even costumercare not helpful for me. Bad experience for me

                              Costomercare send me sms that your problem will resoved by 17 october which very late. If today my problem id not resolved i will change my connection

                                I tried doing a recharge which didn’t happen so i called up the customer care and was told that i will get the refund in 7 days for the balance deduction from my bank account as the recharge is unsuccessful so i processed another recharge which got successful. Few minutes later i got a message saying my previous recharge is also successful. Now i am asking for a refund but customer care is saying there is no such policy. Request you to please revert with a solution.

                                  I have an airtel 4g dongle and is in use for the last couple of years atleast. Since may or june of this year, we started to face issues with regards to connectivity and speed. The connection would be slow or intermittent and would not work in many places in my house. We requested tech support and the tech engineer confirmed that we have a serious network issue and that he would get this rectified and this was sometime in august. Until now, there has been solution and the issue persists.
                                  Since there was no action from the airtel team, i decided not to pay for something that would not work and kept 2 months bill pending.
                                  Now here is the real issue and shows how bad a company can behave. Everyday i get about 7 to 8 calls reminding me of the payment from ivr. Additionally a couple of calls from collection agents, these agents do not dig the issue or see the customer's issue all they want is bill to be paid and each one behaves like they have given me some money and they want it returned immediately. When i called customer support, they have no clue of whats happening and they only say "we will get back to you". This is a total pathetic way of handling a client query. I'm not sure how airtel commits to faster connectivity and superior client support. I need my connectivity issue sorted, if they need my business. Else i would like surrender the connection and call it a day with bad service.

                                      I have subscribed airtel hello tune "ekdantaya Ganpati Vandana" and moreover I got msg for the same for successful subscription and hello tune is now activated.but instead of that tune they activated airtel corporate hello tune.i have called to customer care Executives many times.but no satisfactory response I have received.

                                        My name is gvsnraju.. I will go china tomorrow. Recently i activated pack from airtel app..in this showing "for covered countries".. But not correctly showing full details of pack.. Unfortunately i paid pack.. But this pack not working china. I asked customer support, they said we didn't give back and not transfer another pack.. This is terrible. Not respond properly..

                                        Before i called customercare but not give proper information of anything, waste of time..
