Airtel dth deduction rs 20 fine without notification. When i called the customer service they said it is company policy and disconnected the phone.

They have been doing that every month for the few years. This money is getting deducted without notification.

I need a refund for all these years. This is unfair deduction as it is a prepaid service and it should not have a late fine....

wrong recharge of international roaming

Hi on 5th sep 2018 i have done an international roaming recharge of my number [protected] for rs.2449 - order id - [protected] as i was travelling to dubai. Once in dubai, neither incoming or outgoing was working and after various attempts to make it work, i had to do other top ups on the next day for the calls to go through. volte not working instead resolving my issue misguiding

Sir my mob. No. [protected] I was a prepaid customer and on 6th sep 2018 I shifted to postpaid plan. Before 6th sep, my VOLTE services were working on my phone perfectly fine in my Galaxy note 9 SM-N960F and now I have lodged complaints for more than 5-6 times but they are ignoring my complaint only tells it has been activated already or component is not activated call 198

AND NOW 198 ARE SAYING PHONE IS INCOMPATIBLE FOR VOLTE...

about call voice and internet speed

Worst service don't take airtel service
Don't suffer like me. I have given complaint so many times to customer care agents but no use

internet and calling

I am not able to make or take calls via mh airtel sim as whenever i call someone after few rings the network goes off or slighty depletes to zero and the call gets ended. Same happens when i take calls.
I am facing this issue since a month or two now. And now i am facing internet issues too. I used to get nearly 2.5-3 mbps downloading speed which has gone down to 300-400 kbps along with this calling issue. I am not even able to make...

internet service problem

I am not grtting the 4g network (Pin code area 560049) the company has promised, in my area. There is a tower nearby. Even then this is the case. I complained to their customer care several times. But they are not taking it seriously. They are saying the issue is fixed. I am getting good coverage in my home balcony but not at all inside my house. Should i need to be in balcony always??
I am not getting what the airtel girl promises...

My internet is not working properly .The internet speed is too slow for three weeks which is frustrating me alot. free 4g upgrade data not getting, bad customer service

I bought a new 4g mobile on 7th september. Realme 2. I inserted my sim on next day and call 51111 to avail free data offer. Then i got a message from them that i'm not able to avail the offer. Because my phone is 1 month old. How it is possible? Realme 2 release on 28th august and i bought on 7th of next month. So i called customer care. They told me one of the experience man will call me within 3 days to solve the problem. But they didn't....

no signals in my area

I am using my airtel number:[protected] form last couple of years, this is pre paid mobile number. Since last 6 months i am facing signal problem in my house.
I resides in b-18 ff mahindra park, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059. There is not only my problem even my neighbours as well as the whole people who are leaving in abovesaid area.
I am not able to call anyone when i am at my home.

I've got a weird message regarding some international roaming charge and also specifying that an amount of rs.99 will be thus deducted from my account. plan not activated after porting

My no is [protected], i've recently ported my no to airtel. I've visited airtel store for this porting and airtel store staff told you must activate some plan for first recharge after port. They said some plans and i selected lowest plan based on their info.

They collected 260rs (1.4gb per day for 28 days) for the plan and they said it will be activated after porting process completed.
