I am having 4 airtel postpaid connections in mh home. Actually im facing plenty of problem related network issue in my home location
Connectivity is vey poor, disturbance while connecting calls and below 2g connectivity on 4g network
There ws an survey held at my location in which they concluded that there is an requirement for network repeater bt till the date i have not recived any input fro airtel
Please respond to it

    Urgent need your help. Sir my mobile no is [protected], i am from raipur chhattisgarh. Last week i made a request for porting of my no [protected]. From idea to airtel. Airtel confirmed by sms that you hv received and verified my identification and as soon as idea closes their service your sim will start working.. Now i am travelling and presently in mumbai. Idea closed their services 5 days ago and still your sim is not working.. What type of service you are providing sir??? How can i carry on my work now?? Kindly do something asap.. Thanks and regards.       Sir,
      Since i have change my residence from one area to other area of same town of jamshedpur jharkhand. Airtel dth connection consumer id [protected] was idle/not in service since long time. On 20/09/2018 a call came from airtel sales division asking me to recharge your dth to day with rs1149 and you will get one year (12m) 265 channels as your previous package a monsoon offer for you only. As per them i recharge my dth id [protected] rs1149 on 20/09/2018 the same time. But i am sorry to say that the previous offer is not given to me moreover the channels are removing gradually of the recharge date. It is a serious concern about the branded company can do this. Pls. Enquire it and correct it.

        They are advertising that, airtel is the india's largest network. But it is not exactly. I am facing a lot of problems with airtel network. A lot of call dropping and internet speed is very slow..
        I was complaint about this to airtel customer service support. But issue was not solved.
        Simply they said technical issues, it can be solved in sometime but it is not happened.

          I did online recharge for airtel number [protected], transaction id[protected] using my airtel app the transaction was successful, but the airtel app says that it is not successful, please look into the matter. I am highly distressed because i am waiting for the earlier transaction to be credited back to my bank account and i am unable to make any calls without recharging my number hence kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

            Dear all,

            I have 3 postpaid connection and taking services since last 7 month. Suddenly below two number got suspended without any reason even payment of bill paid by me regularly

            I had visited the service center at new cg road, ahmedabad three-time & 2 times at bharti house, ahmedabad and got the answer "problems to be solved within 24 hrs" but still both number not working.

            I lost so many calls, request to do needful and revert asap.

              On 5.9.18 an amount of rs.50.00 was deducted for a service fun games which was never opted. Immediately sms to stop was sent to airtel which the was acknowledged by airtel on 8.9.18.

              Again rs.35 is deducted on 5.10.18 for a service which i did not put for. Why?

              Pls stop any such services and ensure that such unjustified deduction does not happen in future.

              Kindly arrange to refund rs.35 immediately to mobile balance.

                I have two post paid connections of airtel numbers being [protected] and [protected]. I work as marketing manager in a private company and travel often on official work.in the month of september, i had been to jaigaon
                (Located in west bengal, border of india bhutan border) for 2 days. Airtel has charged me international roaming charges and activated pack of rs 999/- per day, for both phone numbers without my consent for rs 2000/- each. I did not travel to bhutan but still i was billed for it. I wrote mail to airtel and called helpline informing that i had been wrongly billed and had not traveled to bhutan and their reply was that my phones got connected to towers located in bhutan and hence charged. Without having used, i had to pay 4000/-.
                How can a consumer ensure that his phone is connected to local tower or international tower while travelling to indian border areas.

                  I have raised this issue multiple times with airtel. I belong to bangalore. Often when i try to call a number outside bangalore, it gives me a message "std/isd facility is not available in your phone". This doesnt happen always though. I have raised this complaint with multiple times with airtel but no use. The latest complaint number that i raised reference number is 87982696.

                    On dated 4/10/2018 received a sms that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c.

                    Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service.
                    I have made complaint airtel customer service but they don't satisfied me about this and their behaviour is not good.

                      I have never subscribed services anything like ganna khajana and suddenly a message comes that your gaana khajana service has been activated and 90 rs has been deducted. I don't know why they diducted this amount of my recharge. After few days i got another which diducted 5 rs and i had 7 rs recharge. I don't know why this is happening please help.

                        100 rupaya ka recharge kiya tha netbanking say. tho sbi wala bol raha hai aapki recharge success huwa airtel wala bol raha hai recharge aapki number pay kiya nahee. tho mera paisa kaha gaya hoga.

                          I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 558 on 6th oct 2018 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 508. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile did not recieve a recharge successfull message and i had to reperform the recharge for rs 508. Now i got message regarding the recharge, resulting in the amount being debited twice from my bank account.

                              Sir i want to know how this service is activated on my no without my concern & balance is deducted from my balance @ of rs 50 /week. Im not at all interested in any service of this kind if iwill be interested i will contact with your call centre. Now i want to immediatly deactivate this service for my no and refund my deducted balance till now it was deducted in the name of mhealth. I ll be very thankful for your kind help.

                                The following balance is deducted automatically from my airtel account. My no. Is [protected]. There were no any type of request or initiation regarding these balance deductoons from my end. The deducted balance ate following:
                                Starstuck activated @ rs. 35 on dated 28-sept-2018
                                Starstuck renewed @ rs. 5 on 4-oct-2018,
                                Starstuck renewed rs. 35 on 5-oct-2018
                                Fun music activated @ rs. 75 on 6-oct-2018
                                So, total rs. 150 deducted. Kindly refund the balance in my account.

                                  I am writing this with regards to the broadband connection.

                                  There has been a miscommunication in the new connection where the connection has been bought under my number [protected].

                                  Kindly take a note that I HAVE NOT BOUGHT ANY CONNECTION FROM AIRTEL.

                                  I am using this number just for internet purpose and it is a prepaid connection.

                                  This is really disappointing to know that the new connection has been assigned without doing a background check.

                                  Highlighting the fact that I had called airtel customer care and explained the concern and no luck.

                                  Request your IMMEDIATE action in cancellation of the unordered broadband connection from my number.

                                    Last week on thursday i given request to port my prepaid airtel to karnataka postpaid connection, and hence all online biometric aadhaar authentication form submission and residence verification done on the same day,

                                    Yesterday night i got one sms regarding postpaid connection activation around 9:00 pm about post connection to be activation on around 10:52 pm, and so around 11:00 pm when i check my prepaid connection signal, it was gone,

                                    So i waited for one hour and then injected the given last week new postpaid sim by that airtel guy, but till time it not activated.

                                    Even the 198, 121, [protected] all numbers are useless and vague too and no support services, nothing just the automated voice, that's it and now feeling very remorse and regret on why should i requested for postpaid connection.

                                    Is it something there which called customer support services! To activate my postpaid sim, all sim related details are already given above.

                                      I don't know whether it's happening with me or with all, i am facing huge network issues whenever i recharge to any unlimited prepaid plan of airtel.

                                      *apparently, there is no issue when there is no unlimited plan recharged in my mobile.

                                      Below are the issues that i am facing during the usage of airtel 399 & 448 unlimited packs.

                                      * network fluctuation. Frequent fluctuations (2g-3g-4g & vice verca) happen every time.
                                      * no signal during the call (Even i am at center of city (Hyderabad).
                                      * call gets disconnected during the voice call automatically.
                                      * poor internet connection even the signal strength is full with 4g.
                                      * call doesn't get connected.

                                      So, it seems that the airtel is not providing the quality service for unlimited packs.

                                        I have 4G internet connection but there are very slow internet in my phone. I have already complain Airtel compny but till now no solution.There are no best service provide by this company. The company say that it provides daily 1.4 GB data but I don't got this because of slow internet access.Abaut this I complained to company but they don't hear my complaints. Please help me. Thanks
