[protected] and my adhaar number :[protected]...I can't open in this bank.airtel they own automatically create my account .My Airtel payment bank is inactive or closed permanently...bt my adhaar bank linking status is inactive status.so lot of problem faced now..so pls Airtel payment bank permanently closed my account...     Hi - i was using the number [protected] for the past 9 years and i had to be out of the country recently and i had international roaming enabled on it so that i can receive messages while being abroad at least. On 18-jan-2018 the sim was deactivated without any notification neither through sms nor email. They asked me to visit the airtel store to reactivate the sim that they had illegally deactivated. But when i went there on 03-mar-2018, they said that the number cannot be given, as i reached the store after 15 days of deactivation. Disappointed with poor service of airtel.

    It is being 2 days and the SIM card has not yet activated. Verification Agent has told us that the Airtel server is down and it is been activated by today.

    But my concern is why it was not communicated before when we went to the KR Puram store.
    Without my permission Airtel activated Indian Safari plan and deducted 45 rs from my balance.

      Sir,

      This is to bring to you notice about the services from your end viz., model maniac, ayurveda, comedy junction, sports which were enforced on my pre-paid mobile [protected] without my consent/request and surprising thing is it cost i. E. Service cost is instantly debited from the recharged amount. E. G. I recharged an amt of rs.100/- on 10/10/2018 txn id[protected]. Seconds later when i checked the amount it was only rs.32.86. I don't understand a reputed co like yours play such dirty tricks with its customers like without taking consents starting services, immediately debiting service charges. Since there is/was no request from my side to start these service the amount debited so far may added to my recharge account. I have wasted more than rs. 300/- due to such malpractices which may be refunded to me.

      From last 2 week, there is full network of 3G or 4G but now there is no network of 3G or 4G, only 2G or only G. So we request you to fix the network and take a quick action.

        Hello sir, i'm living in naranpura, ahmedabad. There's lowest quality of the airtel network since 3 days in my area. Your airtel office is not willing to take my complaint. If you are responsible enough to check the progress and signal in my area, you should come here or at least send any technician to solve the problem. This is happening only from 3 days. No network in the house and poorest quality outside the house. If you're not interested in giving services then it's alright. I'll do portability of my sim. Thank you for giving your precious time in reading this message.

        Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as I have not requested for this service.

          I purchased brand new airtel sim and had a recharge or Rs 495 but there is no signal coming in my area. Signal is continuously fluctuating from E to H+. Sometimes i can not even connect to calls. Airtel is the worst network. Airtel is giving 3g in the name of 4g. How can airtel claim to be the fastest network when it can not even provide 4g network coverage??

            My Airtel Hotspot no is [protected]. Since last week, the 4G connection has been very disturbed again with disturbance while accessing the internet. I have to switch on and off the hotspot a few times and at times it gets reconnected without turning it off. This hampers my work. The same issue happened in the month of March and first your engineer said it was a device issue, then they realized its a network issue. Then the same happened in June. Enough of foul play from Airtel's side, I work from home and completely depend on internet. It continuously hampered my work and is still doing so. Whenever I complain, Airtel says it is a device issue but later the network blockage is removed and there is a good service for the next 2-3 months. With the situation re-surfacing again, I mailed to them and stated I am not going to make the payment of the outstanding bill because now this happened thrice. The network team called up and the executive 'Jyoti' said "You have to make the payment". For 3 weeks of no service why should I make payment to airtel? Do I get payment for no-work?
            Airtel is a big fraudster and makes money by looting customers. They don't provide compensation for the loss, but this time I am going to discontinue my services with them if they don't waive off my bill.

              Today's received a sms that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c.[protected]
              Without my permission.

              Balance deducted without my permission,. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service.

              Your signal services was very very very poor I have contacted your customer care but no use just they say your are staying in indoor are.

              I am an Airtel user. Last 3 hours, whenever I'm trying to call home (Vodafone), I am getting the 'all lines are busy' response. I have tried calling more than 20 times. Same response. This is not acceptable.

                Network fluctuations, call drops have become daily phenomenon. Bdy nr 1 bts tower of bhatati airtel at bidyanagar tea estate have not been working properly. Issue of call drops, bad quality incoming voice convesation and fluctuation in 4g network have been experiencing frequent.in this connection complaint have been lodged to pmo govt of india.in result of which power cut was ascribed as the reason. But power supply is mostly stable owing to upcoming durga puja. We do recharges of long termmed stvs for gprs facility. But we did not get services as expected. I myself have conversation with senior executives on telephone. Yet such problem persists.

                    Call from [protected] arrived saying that I'm from airtel customer service and asked to provide details otherwise account will be closed so i gave details and 11000 from bank of baroda account was debited and 390 from airtel payments bank were debited.
                    Not able to use my airtel number in Europe my international roaming not working
                    I am not able to use my phone in italy

                        Today i recieved a miss call from an unknown number. When i called back, i recieved the response that call has been diverted to other number, please wait for some time. Then the call was cut. I called the number several times throughout the day & recieved the same response. The number is [protected]. I would like to know the caller's name & his location.                               ₹25 has been deducted from my airtel number [protected] at 03:18 AM on 6th of October'18 when I was sleeping for some STARSTRUCK service about which I have no idea.
                              After calling the customer care they deactivated the service and said that money will be refunded within 48hrs but no money has been refunded yet.
                              Kindly refund as soon as possible in my number.

My addres is ankayyanapalya tavarekere hobli chunchanakuppe post (Pin code 562130) bangalore south tq in my house i have lot airtel signal problem never come lte signal and only 3g, 2g signal only coming some time, s signal is coming and going voice call is bracking and mobile data problem is big issue in this areas i am playing online game's, this signal not supporting game play please solve this issues.

                                  On 08/10/2018 i tried to recharge my airtel DTH by using SBI netbanking but the amount of 420 is debited from my account and credited to INB Talence Technologies.after the deduction no message came from airtel site and my transaction history is showing money is deducted and credit to some INb Talence Technologies and not to Bharati Airtel. No recharge was done but money is deducted. So kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund of money.The reference no for the transaction is [protected]GAENJENY1 TRANSFERED TO 4599. on 09/10/2018 I tried another recharge and the recharge was successful.

                                    The above number was closed by me on phone request on 20 july 2018 and was duly confirmed by the executive, i was asked to clear the dues of rs 360 which was cleared by me. Now they are harassing me to pay rs 949.54 as the number is not closed by them. I have not used any services after 20 july 18. The consistent harassment on phone continues from airtel call centre and no resolution is visible in this case.

                                    Inspite of 7 days passing and continuous harassment on recorded line SMS and phone calls no resolution to my complaint. It seems Airtel cares a Damn to such issues. The complaint on 20 July is recorded with them still the attitude.

                                      1. My post paid bill came with a free child connection which had the facilities of free calling & 100 sms free both local & on national roaming. However despite their self advertised scheme airtel for the past almost one year had been charging me a miniscule amount o[censored]pto rs 1/- for sms on the child number. While the amount is miniscule, it is a constant irritant, especially when your repeated requests to rectify the wrong bills is not paid heed to.
                                      2. I downgraded my airtel postpaid plan to rs 649/- around 21/22 sep 2018. Ever since then, my amazon prime has stopped streaming & it gives me a prompt to subscribe to the service while the my airtel app still shows it as subscribed upto 30 aug 2019. Despite repeated requests made to the customer service executive & their supervisor, each time i call i'm told that the problem is at airtel's end & will be resolved shortly. I'm told to wait for 48/ 72 hrs after which too the issue remains unresolved.
                                      3. I feel i've made a mistake by bearing airtel for so long. I'm planning to go for mnp to change my service provider. Can someone tell me whether the child number will get transferred to some other service provider too. Payment of additional money is not a problem, but i want to keep both numbers.

                                        I ve been using my new Airtel sim since last 8 months. It was working fine but since last 5 days I'm not able to recharge my number. I ve called customer care, visited airtel store and even they are not able to resolve my problem. A customer executive told me to recharge with a topup. Then it will work fine. I did that and normal topups are benefited in my account. But whenever i try to do special recharge it always rejected by Airtel. Around 1500 rs of mine are stuck in different payment gateways. Worst ever experience till now.
                                        I ve tired using myairtel app, airtel.in, paytm, amazonpay, phonepay, Lapu sims, airtel retailer but noone knows what is the problem. Worst customer support.
