Dear Sir,

With refer to above we using Airtel Postpaid Number [protected] the payment of past month is already paid vide Transaction ID[protected] for Rs. 251.00 on time. In this month we get Bill of Rs. 1233/- which is only pending for current month. We already paid outstanding amount of past month now my account shown which is Rs.1233/- on bill. We have only calling facility with your 199/- monthly plan instead of this we received the bill of 1233/- Sir can you help to resolve this matter & oblige

Please provide for me the call history & details for every month and send to my e mail ID as i provide you.

Hi i am not able to do outgoing calls in the afternoon but it works fine later.
Getting harassing calls on my mobile number from different numbers claiming that it is their SIM and they wud go to Police asking which area I am from ...

    My name is prithvi limbu.. Airtel is playing cheap tricks by deducting money from my account by activating various services which i am not aware of. Also, who want these services there are plenty of better options available. Today i got a msg stating i have used prime zone. First of all i don't know wat is that 2nd if it pertains to usage of wifi then tats the last thing to happen as i have jio sim due to which i get jio wifi coverage and at home i have my own wifi.
    @airtel please stop harassing users with unwanted charges or else we all will have to give up airtel.
    My request is to return all of my money deducted so far.
    I know it's just 20 rs but it is wrong to take money without users consent. I am afraid of keeping money in my account now coz airtel is eying on it.

    When I am in roaming, so no one call able to call me.. Only my outgoing call work.. Always that problem happened with me. It is missed my important call therefor i have handle to many problem

    Airtel without my consent activated my prime zone services and deducted 40 rupees, 20 rupees two times, last time on 16 Sep, 2018 and also customer care service is not good, called 4 times and every time call not get continued after two-three channels. I want to get return my deducted money back and stop the services currently activated.

        Airtel has announced a pack of rs 289 under which calls are unlimited with 100 sms per day and 4 gb data for 84 days. This pack is shown under "my offers" by airtel in their sms also. So, i requested them repeatedly through mails on 24th and 25th september 2018 to activate that pack in my prepaid mobile [protected] but there was no response. I am customer of airtel since 2007 and i have been availing various packs. There is no provision in their website to post customer complaints

          I recharged my prepaid account two times in row, online mode. Amount has been deducted but phone didn't got recharged. The moment it payment deducted it displayed message in bad voucher. What's this now?
          Recharge payments are rs. 30 and rs.20 respectively. There was no message on number and same old balance is there. That is nil.

          Kindly resolve the matter

            Airtel 4g service is worst. Internet speed is very slow like 2g connection even i can not download a 45kb jpg file properly. Airtel open network is a big drama.in my city rajkot state gujarat airtel network quality get worst day by day. Always call drops during outgoing and incoming calls. Making call to customer care is big headache there network always under maintanance.

              Such a pathetic app ..We are trying to contact airtel customer care, each time we call we are getting new ticket generated for the same complaint which is so useless.. no one cares to resolve the issue . It's better to move out of airtel and get some other best plans in other firms...
              Airtel is not at all customer friendly.

              It's better not to give any offer to your customers and fool them

                Its been 3 weeks this problem is constant the speed is merely comparable to 3g then whats there to advertise 4g. I have registered the complain once but i think the aupport staffs are busy in making there seats warm and pockets. Please its a request from many o[censored]s here in our area, there should be a permanent solution to this problem otherwise i will do it myself.

                  This number incoming calls and outgoing call is baared... My last incoming call 09/09/2018 and after then I call to customer care service but they don't solve my problems and make me foolish by make excuses. On Sunday they say me to change my sim and I changed It yesterday but after change my sim they block my all service e.g.message, call incoming and outgoing, I request to him to write my complaint but they don't write my call, I'm very confused and worry about my number because this is my official number
                  I go to your store also then they advised me to change my number prepaid to postpaid but I don't want postpaid number Please i request my number activities... Please urgently...                     I am airtel customer for more than 5 years. I have regularly updated validity, balance, usage. My id is uptodate. Airtel has blocked my number [protected] without any reason. I am out of home state and country, on roaming. I am unable to update balance before i return home. Airtel has blocked my account without any reason. Airtel does not have a number that i can contact from overseas.

                    For past 6 months data is not at all working @ my office & home in Chennai. Have raised issue with Airtel still no improvement

                        I am NOT a user of the airtel network, I get a minimum of 2 calls everyday offering new phone numbers, offers.

                        I have told them on the call to remove my number from receiving and such calls more than a normal number of times. Never has been effective.

                        I do not want to receive calls from airtel.

                        This is utterly inconvenient and annoying. I wish for this to be solved and my number to be excluded from such calls.

                          Hi i switched from #idea to #airtel thinking i will have better network and service and to my service #airtel disconnected the new post paid service.
                          I got the new service on 16th sep 2018. 20th sep, i was sent an sms saying my bill is overdue. I checked with gowrivakkam store manager, mr. Senthil on this on the same day. He asked me to ignore the message. On sep 23rd night all my airtel connections were disconnected. I wasnt sent any bill for that matter. On 24th sep after mr. Senthil asked me to pay rs.690 saying that is the bill amount, pro rate basis, for 4 days for all my 7 connections. I paid that amount but to my surprise only my no got activated and all other 6 numbers are disconnected. It has been more than 2 days and no proper resolution mechanism.

                            My mother have Airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] for which I recharged 121 made for you offer of Rs. 448 for 1.4GB of 3G/4G data and unlimited calls for 82 days on 25/09/18 my mother recharged the same but at around 8 am . As my mother needed recharge urgently that time, so she also told me to recharge the last night but I forgot to recharge, but when I realized that I have to recharged I Made it quick by Paytm app by order no. [protected] and the time is 10.32 am, 25/09/18. by the same plan Rs. 448 for 1.4GB of 3G/4G data and unlimited calls for 82 days .

                            Which means my mother and me done the same mobile no. recharged twice with the same plan by mistake. So that's my request kindly reverse the transaction done by me through paytm.

I am using this sim in my 3g micromax usb modem as before the speed was fine but now it is very poor. Actually my work is on pending due to the internet speed.

                                  Adofgames was activated in my mobile without my consent and my airtel account balance was debited by rs 60/ on 23.9.2018. When i asked the service center (Sent sms to deactivate service to 155223) they just deactivated the service but were unable to refund.

                                  Kindly refund back my money which they have deducted from my account. Please take action against such future frauds too.

                                    I requested the said company at its airtel store at noida, sector 137 for change of circle from up (E) to up (W) for my connection no. ([protected]) on 17. September, 2018.

                                    However the old sim was deactivated on 23.09.2018 and new sim is yet to be activated i have made the several requests at the office on my visit again lastly on 24 september 2018, however the new sim is yet to be activated after three days of disconnection.

                                    I am unable to make calls and receive any important sms, i fail to understand what is taking it long for it after all the verifications done at all ends.

                                    I am losing on my clients and my work due to their illogical and irresponsible behaviour and find all good reasons to take them to consumer courts for my loss of work and clientage.

                                    I seek a swift reply and response over this, before i reach out to the consumer forum for this.

                                    The Staff of Airtel Store at Barrackpore, Kolkata Opposite Hindi School are not co operative manner with customer. The staff is required to be changed on public interest.

                                      It is an airtel number and airtel is deducting rs 20 every now and then and i am not being able to stop this service for once and for all. Please help.
                                      I have called them many times but they have not helped me to resolved this.in general i don't use any value added services but yet i am being charged and i want refund for the rs 20 and i want this harassment to stop.
                                      I do not require any value added service. I never opted for it. They have automatically did something and deducted the amount and continuously deducting my hard earned money. Please help me to put a stop on it.
