Receiving an SMS as a report for every SMS or call made. That's very irritating and confusing to actually understand whether it is just a call/SMS report or an actual SMS. Please revert this feature back to what it earlier used to be. Please don't send report at an SMS priority level.

    Sir i am sending 2010 rupees amount from airtel payment bank to paytm payment bank account on17/09/2018 at 6.03 am. Amount has been debited but it was not credited to beneficiary account. I complain many times to airtel payment bank officer but they don't solve the problem. Transaction id [protected] and upi reference no.[protected]. Please solve the problem and resister the case on airtel payment bank

      I have port my vodaphone no to airtel no. After taking airtel sim card from nepeansea road gallery following problems i am facing.

      I cannot send sms. My outgoing sms is not working.
      Then after some time internet completely stop
      Now i am not getting incoming call.

      This is ridiculous. I am having a very bad experience from airtel. I shouldn't have ported from vodaphone.

      I have already complained twice for activating outgoing sms but still not activated.
      My complain no rsiml[protected]
      And cexcl[protected]

      I was informed from customer care by some vinay that it will be activated with in 4 hrs. But still not. Shame. Highly annoyed. Now my incoming calls have stopped.

      I want compensation as i cannot do incoming calls.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Yet no support I have got from Airtel customer care . I have visited twice to Airtel gallery at Mumbai in nepeansea road. But yet no resolution. None of senior manager at customer care is yet unable to solve . Still my incoming calls are blocked.

          My airtel mobile internet has stopped working on my airtel no. [protected] since 15th sep 2018 & i had registered the complaint on 19th sep itself at airtel customer care no. Customer care has assured me that the problem will be resolved within three days’.

          However the said problem has not been sorted out till date & i am not able to use internet services due to which it is causing a lot of inconvenience to me.
          Please solve this issued.. Other wise am porting my airtel number in jio.

            On Airtel, We are experiencing awful 3G/4G service since two-months in Tanuku area of AP( prepaid [protected])
            Speed test by ookle was always less 1mb download.Even the call services are too bad and congested?
            If you can not improve your services...why do you stay in the market?
            Perform or perish.

                I appreciate all of the staffs' support at airtel store shop no.19, located in palm spring plaza, gurgaon. However, i cannot endure the terrible behavior and attitude of mr. Hitesh khanna, store manager. He must learn what the customer satisfaction is from his assistants (=staffs). I'm afraid to take a photo of him, but for not to repeat the same feeling to the other customers, i attach the photo of him. Hope he will re-start from the study of "what is the customer satisfaction" and "how to perform for customers as the store manager".

                  We have been shifted from vodaphone to airtel since in our area airtel was having good signal strength. For the past one week signal went down and we have only one bar strength in our mobile. We are not able to talk or not able to play online games.

                  I hope nearby tower is down and it was not up due to poor maintenance.

                      Customer service was called a few days ago and they had acknowledged that the payment has been received, still today i received an automated call mentioning that the incoming services have been stopped.

                        Please note i raised compliant via phone on 13.09.2018 that i am facing network issue from past 45 days for the 4g home wi-fi - booked under [protected]

                        My alternate # for coomunication is [protected] /[protected]

                        Till date no one had visited home to fix the issue why network is falling and i can not work on my laptop // can not take call on my mobile [protected].

                        Only telephonic assurunce given engineer will visit no one turned up till date

                        What is the criteria to settle the complaint
                        Should i change my service proveder

                        I bought this 4g home wi-fi - booked under [protected] last sep 2017

                          I have complaint many times regarding ny 4g speed. But till date it is jot solved. I am jot able to open any page on internet from 6 months and also faving call dropping issues.
                          After so many complaints no one has attened nor solved my problems. I dint expect this type of service from airtel. I am customer of airtel from 10 years. But dint face this type pf issue and service from your side.
                          Kindly help otherwise i will think about alternate service

                            My name is ramakrishnan and living in salem city, tamilnadu. My broadband id is[protected]tn fixed line no[protected]. Realationship no.[protected]. On 14.9.18 my broadband was stopped working. Based on my complaint a service engineer has come to my home and take necessary steps to work broadband. But without my concerned he reduce the broadband speed from 24mbs to 2mbs. I get 24mbs speed from january 18 to 13.9.18. Now serviceman told me that your area (Salem town. Within corporation limit) will get only 2mbs speed not 24 mbs. My computor, smart tv, blueray player not working properly with this 2mbs speed. Hence i request to provide as usual speed of 24mbs to my briadband immediately. Otherwise, there is no way to shift someother network

                                I have recharged with 1500 for my Airtel DTH on 18 see and it says "Your airtel digital tv 3018**** online recharge txn ID 18091***** of Rs 1500 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference." And when I check the status using txn I'd it says failed the money was deducted from my bank account, when will I get refund

                                    With regards, i want to tell u that i have not subscribed for any prime zone services and my airtel account balance is deducted without my consideration of ₹20 with ni reason. Please take some stern and necessary steps in this regard and refund my account balance. This thing was also happened with me in the past. Thos company is a minting machine which defrauds customers and con them.

                                      I had a hdfc smart pay setup to recharge my airtel number with rs. 100 every month. I don't know how but airtel manages to deduct money from my account without me noticing it. They send you a lot of spam messages and among those messages, some message will say that "thanks for choosing musiclate on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs. 99.0 for 30 days. A/c balance: rsxxx at 00:48. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223.
                                      I have no idea, when it gets activated and when the money get debited. At first, i ignore it. But incidents like these have happened to me many times so i have decided to raise my voice against them. They will pick some random service like: musiclate, bollybazar etc to rob people of their airtel balance.

                                        Airtel's false promise about internet speed and network, after recharging with 399rs pack for 84days on 12/09/2018, order no.[protected] for my mobile no. [protected]. Unable to use internet due to poor speed, and very poor voice call quality. They looted me and my money and time got wasted. My work got affected due to this worst network. I need refund/resolve for this asap.
