Astrohub service charges had taken already when i recharged last month
August 2018. Toaday also they charged Rs50/- the same charge was taken
by Air Tel (17.09.2018) Automatically service taken. I never like any other
service except calls only. Hiden service charges are taken by Airtel without
informing customer

Last month Aug.2018 recharged Rs150/- after seeing a/c balance in my airtle number[protected] become zero. I could not know as I deleted all my messages.
After some days I again charged Rs150/- today at6.30 PM after coming back to my house I found that Rs.50/- taken by Astrohub service without my knowledge
Refund the fund charged 150+150= 300

    I'm not able to send messages from Airtel number, I've visited to store twice and they have checked and suggested to change the SIM, I did that but SIM not activated yet. I raised the complaint with customer support executive thrice but there is no use. Very poor service from Airtel.

      My mob connection [protected] is 19 yrs old for the last one yr+ no network signal . nos of complaints by mails and by tel calls to customer care .reply recd "we are working on this, but how long more than one yr -78% 80% drop calls.still bill paid. last bill for Rs. 303 not paid NO SERVICES NO PAYMENT." Services disconnected Advice further action .

          I had recharged my airtel number with Rs.2998 International roaming pack online airtel.in while in India. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not reflected in my account. I am abroad now in Japan. I keep mailing at their [protected]@airtel.com, but they only ask me to call on 121. I am unable to make any calls right now. Please help.

            I have to write this mail because Airtel is decreasing its quality of service toward their customers. Several time my balance have deducted but this time it is ENOUGH.
            My unlimited pack ended on 16 September at mid night 12:00AM. I have used mobile data till 11:30PM. I am not able to understand how balance can deduct. Total 27 rupee have deducted.
            So I connected to customer care and someone Jyoti Parjapati was talking to me. She informed me that I have used my mobile data at 11:15PM and because of that the balance have deducted. I asked her how it would be possible but she was not able to answer me. She have transfer my call to her senior executive.
            That was informed me that my balance have deducted because I have used mobile data at 1:15AM and because of that my balance deducted. (Two different type of talk). He informed me that I have consumed 51MB data and the 4G data charge is 50 paisa per 10KB. So as I have calculated it -

            Consumed data 51MB (52224KB)
            as 10KB data for 50 paisa
            so 52224KB data = 52224*50/10 = 261120 Paisa = 2611.20 Rupya

            So I want to know why only 27 rupees have deducted if the cost of 51MB is 2611 rupees. Kindly give me proper and valid reason with proper calculation.

              Two weeks ago my STB was not working .The STB was replaced and got activated after 16 hours .Again that STB was not working and a Service Engineer came on 15/09/2018 at 12.10 pm after checking he informed me that the STB will be replaced soon. later another engineer came at 4 .00 pm after replacing STB once again, he said since it is a new STB it will be activated with one hour. But till today i.e on 17/09/2018 till the present time it is not activated. I have made several frustrating phone calls to customer care regarding this issue for which there is no proper response .                 Respected sir Iam Hari parambil from anchal .am the vice President of BJP chadayamangalam constituency.we haven't get janam TV in Airtel DTH . We are called so many time to Airtel sub agency at Bharathipuram. always they asked id numbers and told the Chanel will adding soon .but we didn't get still.we contact them at least 9 times in last weeks. I think the problem is on the basis of political ajanda against janam TV .so we compel to act by protest against Airtel DTH in front of the agency.can you solve this problem.he must say sorry to the coustemers

                  Airtel's internet is not working anywhere in our city which is very ridiculous . Here it is not helping us our 84 plan got wasted . This is my second complaint no one even looked after my first complaint. Solve my issues as soon as possible or I will choose a new network

                    Wrong tariff had been charged by airtel.

                    Want to inform u that i[censored] will not make correction in previous bills & give wave-off to us. Otherwise we will approach to consumer-firm. That's up to you you make correction in your mistake of non informing to a corporate user for tariff plan update (Change). You had charging us accordingly previous high bill plans. This is not the fair dealing with costumer. I will prove in the firm that how many months you are charging with high tariff.

                    Tell me than who will trust on airtel.

                      I got this month bills. The amounts of bill are high of all numbers. When bill plans are changed than how do u send me previous tariff charged bills.

                      Airtel not inform us about bill plan change. When bill plans being cheap. They had charged me from 6 months with tariff. They charged us roaming outgoing. Which is free.

                      When bill plans are changed who's duty to inform me that update your bill plans. Is that my duty that i will to go to airtel daily to check tariff. This is fake dealing with costumer.

                          Airtel has activated 1services-without my asking for them and has been deducting huge amount from my

                          Airtel has activated 2 services -"mittikerang service, valuepack, without asking and deduct the amount from my number.

                          This type of behavior is disgusting and i want the total amount to be returned to me immediately, which is 55 rupees. I hope that the amount will be refunded within a week.

                          I will be emailing my complaint to higher authorities as this has become a regular occurrence.

                            Since thursday evening, my incoming services were barred due to non payment of bill. However, i cleared all my outstanding bill on friday arount 10am. Despite of making the payment, my outgoing calling services got suspended.

                            I raised this complain to one of an executive named payel who assured me to resolve my issue by 4pm. Nevertheless, no such help was extended from them. I again then got connected with a senior executive named rajesh mondal. He told me that he will forward my issue to their it team. Thereafter, i received a call from airtel who informed me that i am having a network issue.

                            I repeatedly told them that neither i am able to receive any calls nor sms. Its being almost 4 days and i have not found any solution to my problem.

                            Since, this is my official number, i am unable to connect at my worplace. Kindly look into the issue at priority.

                              I had initially secured my handset (Iphone x) with airtel secure filling in all the details airtel requested and paying 99 per month. I had provided all the requested details and then airtel said i am protected under their airtel secure plan. (Attached proof of payment). Then i changed my plan to airtel 499 and in that the airtel secure was automatically included in the plan.
                              There was a small accident and my phone slipped and the screen had a small crack. I had raised a claim providing all the details airtel requested. Then i after a day they rejected my claim saying that i had purchased this mobile outside the country and they are rejecting it because of it.

                              I was totally shocked of this fraud. How could they first take my money and ensure me that i was protected under airtel secure and when claiming it refuse me saying that it was purchased outside country? I had not made any other insurance for my phone because airtel said am protected against liquid and accidental damage. They had all means to check my details from apple to know the purchase country through the imie number provided before even assuring me that i was protected.

                              I am really annoyed with their checky way and would like to know why had they promised me that i was protected for all the months until i had made a claim?

                                Most of my family members are using airtel connections. From the past 6 months we have problems using net in the phone due to poor network connection in the vicinity.                                   Its been a week, upload speed of airtel 4g has gone down to almost 0 mbps (0.3 mbps max). Even though download speed is fine, its painful to upload photos, videos and important files. I've tried changing my devices (Smartphone, dongle, hotspot) and have tweaked some settings, but it comes out to be a problem on the network side. Also support had advised me to get a new sim, but since it is happening to many of my friends, its not gonna resolve any way.

                                    I am using airtel connection since long but m frustrated with my over bills... Last time i have changed my plan but still i got the same excess bill of my connection... They even promise me about my bill that it will not repeat it again but i find no improvement. It seems your representatives just make fake commitment everytime you suppose to have call recordings you can check what has been promised me.

                                    I can't pay this access bill pls change my plan as i have already confirmed, and send me new updated bill and if it is not happen with in week then i have to take further step so take it on serious note and provide me solution on urgent bases.

                                      For the last six months i am facing problem of network on my mobile phones.
                                      Network is not working while we are indoors, we complaint so manytimes to airtel for the same but nothing has been done to resolve this issue while i am paying my bills regularly.
                                      We have 6 connections of airtel in our family and all the members are sick of too much week network from airtel, actually network in indoors is not working.

                                        I am a resident of malleswaram, yellappa garden, bangalore & have been an airtel post paid consumer since april 2018, ported from vodafone, after coaxing from airtel promotions team that the network is great now!!.
                                        From day one, i have faced daily problems of voice breaking & call drops & only 2g ('e') connectivity most of the time & occasional 'h'.
                                        In june airtel customer care acknowledged my concern & sent a technician to check the connectivity & was confirmed that there a connectivity issue in the spot where i stay.
                                        The internet speed is such that even i keep the data 'on' 24 hours i cannot consume 1 or 2gb in full month. The 2gb/day service offer & the corresponding charges is a complete hogwash & misleading on the part of airtel & they are charging/billing me fully & promptly every month for the completely inadequate services they offer to me. I have been paying bills every time with great irritation & feeling letdown.
                                        My question is how fair is it on the part of airtel to bill me for the services they bill for but never met in full. I consider it as a fraud & need to be addressed at the highest authority possible.

                                        I have incurred additional charges of maintaining a vodafone prepaid sim because of this inadequacy to use data & 'clear call', incurring about 300 Rs + monthly Airtel bill
