Dear sir,

This is to remind you that i have made complaint vide id no.2068795 on 5-9-18 for non activation of my 4g sim card (Prepaid). Inspite of passing of almost five days from sending request from patna, bihar, till today neither it was activated nor any communication was made to me. Not only that you have also failed to respond.
I may be informed the status of my complaint without any further delay alternatively activate my 4g sim card immediately.

    Mobile no. [protected]. I have given many complaints about the issue of internet to the network but not getting resolution.. The poorest services provider with lowest customers satisfaction.. Ensure that my connection to the internet works well as they promise on media platforms for the best..
    Its not like what they advertise.. They have been getting poorest responses by all about network.. And i am also facing the problem and resolution and response to the complaint is not satisfactory..

      On my several complaint regarding above matter you have not taken any action to stop these fraud.I, have already lodged the matter to cnbc consumer forum. The matter is very minor but the system is workin on fraud .I, am a lawer in delhi high court and sendin summon to you very soon.

        Mere ghar me pichle 13 salo se airtel network use kr rahe hai par 2015 se yaha par network etna maharaj hai ki.. Baat bhi nhi hoti h...2 line network ki show krti hai.. Aap badi badi baten krte ho.. India's best network na kahkar ye india's worst network banta ja raha hai... Ess area ke sabhi log airtel se presan ho gye hai network ke mamle me.. Wo chhote muh wali ladki ko ess area me lakar batana kitna ghatiya network h airtel

          my gst no not been not incorporated in their invoices

          I have ported my number one week back but now my airtel sim has stopped working and my new sim also doesn't have any signal now. Please resolve this issue. My online internet banking is done through this only. Now I can't do anything. Please do it ASAP.

            Myself sharanagowda i have a a airtel post paid [protected] connection [protected]. For the last few weeks i am facing tremendous network problem in my area. There is either no network or my phone takes the roaming. It can not be excused as a far area or anything as the services were good till few weeks back. But now its horrible airtel is said to be the best mobile service provider. Its sales figures are rising because the customers are satisfied. So in a era where there is tremendous competition and number portability is there airtel is decreasing its services.

              M bought samsung galaxy note 9 128 gb by airtel online store..but there is a issue in this camera .. m check the phone on samsung care and they giving me DO against this phone to repalce this...but on your side the coustmer care memeber rply me that its not possible to replace the phone..

                Complains have been sent on 29.08.2018 & 06.09.2018 in respect of deduction from the pre paid balance of the consumer having mobile no [protected] on inclusion as mentioned in the captioned subject. Rs25/- for gamepind, rs 5/- for spuulmovies & rs25/- for gamespa. I have talked to the customer care officer but nothing has been made & no refund has been credited to the pre paid balance of mobile no [protected]. They are regularly deducting as and when the pre paid balance is available. For example after rs40/- rechage, they have deducted rs30/- (25+5) on 29.08.2018. As the balance falls, again rs24/- recharge has been made. Then and the they have deducted rs25/- for gamespa. Now it is very difficult to continue the mobile no [protected] and i presume it's to be surrendered. Please look into the matter so that the above wrongful debits are refunded and credited to my pre paid balance.

                Referring to the complains dated 29.08.18, 06.09.28 & 07.09.18 on the captioned matter, i enclose the photograph which is available in the mobile no [protected]. Others are deleted, may be available from the service provider airtel. Please try for the wrongful debits so that the amounts may get credited to the prepaid balance of mobile no [protected] of customer.

                  I have to mention that data card no.[protected] bill 829 is not payable. We have given application for the closure of above data card no.[protected] before the due date. The above data card is of district legal services authority & lok adalat muzaffarpur civil court muzaffarpur. The administration of this office is under the district & sessions judge muzaffarpur. All payments is made with the govt. Fund.

                    Hello sir
                    At present i am using airtel dth service and i am having multiple connections. I requested a new id for my secondary connection so that i can use my both connections as primary. I contacted coustmer care regarding this issue on 28 august but i am not at all satisfied by their response. They discontinewed my secondary connection but didn’t issue a new id for that.

                      I had 2 prepaid numbers with airtel, [protected] and [protected]. Both were deactivated without notice, and the balances in the cards were not returned to me.

                      I can't find an email channel to call airtel, nor a telephone number for airtel complaints, which i can call from overseas.

                      There is no indication on airtel website as to how often the card has to be used to keep it active and in what mode — voice-call, sms etc.

                      I have recharged 448 pack on yesterday and the network is so slow am not able to access internet from yesterday. Kindly check and assist if the issue persists I will port the number to some other network who provide good service.

                        Ever since i landed in pondicherry my kolkata prepaid sims are not working properly. Sometimes incoming is ok but outgoing is not ok sometimes both are not ok. I can’t change numbers because they are given everywhere.in case of emergency people would not be able to contact me. Customer care here is not interested in helping any prepaid customer from anywhere in india. They insist on taking postpaid connection only then they will help. What is this? Nobody can force me to fulfill his/her company target. As it is anyone from non-tamil speaking background will have problem telling the situation they are facing with their mobile sims. Please help or suggest if i should change my service providers with immediate effect.

                          Poor 4g connectivity in my area (Chennai 600078).
                          Airtel is challenging 4g connectivity speed with other network in media but for god sake airtel please never try it in reality surelly you guys will loose with other networks.

                          I have complained lot of times regarding 4g poor speed nothing is done from airtel end..

                          I used to feel airtel is mass.. But nowadays it is worst.

                            The porting request has been successfully completed and have my vodafone service stopped. But airtel sim is showing no service since past 8 hours after replacing the sim.
                            The assigned time was 11pm last night but since then my number has been temporary out of service by airtel due to porting.

                            Is this a joke by airtel? How can they keep a working number out of service for so long? It would lead so much inconvenience to the end user.
                            I wonder this so claimed “sabse fast “ network is more of a “ sabse slow an poor customer service” network.
                            Regretting my decision to convert it to airtel after reading similar complaints from users since 2 years they still haven’t improved here. How come they claim to be fastest network?
                            #stop promoting non functional service providers
                            # fake and stupid customer care.
                            #121 or #198 doesn’t work and don’t accept user inputs.

                              I have ported my airtel himachal number [protected] to airtel punjab on 31.08.2018. My sim card got deactivated on 05.09.2018 at 23:30 hrs. I inserted new sim which is showing 3g network and tried to call 59059 numerous times for verification but the call gets disconnected every time. It's now more than 24 hours my number is deactivated. Please resolve.

                                I did not opt for any value added services but my account balance got deducted by rs 70 (35+35) two times back to back for some service called "airg buzz india". I want my refund of rs. 70. I have experienced this previously as well.
                                I want my money back as my balance as i didn't opt for any service. Hence, you cannot deduct any sum of money without my consent from my account balance.

                                  Last night at around 7.50 pm, i had visited the airtel gallery in lbs road which is located between bhandup and mulund. This is almost near to dunkun company bus stop in between bhandup and mulund. This is on the left hand side of the lbs road when you are travelling from bhandup to mulund. I visited this showroom last night at 7:50 pm when they were almost closing, i asked a executive who is short and fair and speaks marathi. I asked him whether he had a sim card, he asked me whether it was lost, i answered "no" i said i want to buy a new sim he said it will cost 300 rupees and it would cost minimum billing of 299, so i new he was talking about billing, i said i want a pre-paid sim card he told me they are not in stock, but still i asked him a price of it he told me 495/- (Four ninety five rupees) my grievance is would it be possible that a airtel gallery would not have a pre-paid sim and even if it was available would it cost 495/-. I bought a airtel sim last night (05/09/2018) from a local shop in bhandup village road for 250 rupees with unlimited talk time for 28 days and 1.4 gb data every day for 28 days. This is for your kind information, and look into the matter.

                                    Airtel has a new service whatsmob. This service was activated without even being asked for enabling. Now on top of this we are being deducted of 300 rs on enabling this which i have never asked for.

                                    I am feeling bad that without taking my consent whatsmob ie enabled and rs 300 has been deducted without my permission. I need the amount to be refunded as talk time as we never asked for enabling it and never used this app. My number is [protected]

                                      Airtel digital :
                                      Company has changed my yearly plans to monthly plans all by itself. It did not inform me or update me with the details. It just happened that i called up to complaint regarding the digital network issue and i was told regarding this. Airtel does not stand on its words.

                                      Airtel mobile services :
                                      I always face network issues and my mobile data hardly works but myairtel app displays 330.39 gb free and is being carried forward. Airtel does not work on issues and never mails the conversation details for further proof. The people out there hardly understand the conversation. They charged me wrong for my international roaming as well and did not refund the amount.
