I am a pride customer of airtel from 2005 and being cheated continuously.

Concern 1:

I am using 799 plan from almost a year and one of your executive called me 3 months back and informed me to avail the befits of 799plan that 2 add on number will come at free of cost though i am not interested as it is free of cost i converted my 2 prepaid numbers into this add on. Very next month i called your team and informed to remove the add on numbers and convert them back to prepaid.

Then they told me it is not possible for three months then when i asked them this is not intimated to me then they told they will wave off 400 every month till add on numbers are converted to prepaid.

I appreciate the customer centricity and you are bound to the same and gave the wave off for 3 months i am thankful for the same.

August 27th three months completed and on 30th i call your team @ 121 and asked to convert the add on numbers to prepaid.

Executive said first it should be deconsolidated and only then it can be converted into prepaid so he deconsolidated the same into 399 plan both the numbers and told me to go to nearest store after 24 hrs for converting into prepaid.

I went to store today and now the story is different the store executives say it cannot be done and i need to wait another 3 months and told to contact customer care.

Now i called customer care the executive who received my call may a trainee who could not understand the concern even after 30 min of call and he says you to store again or you write mail to 121.

Then i got angry asked to give it to next level manager and he assigned call to deepika who is floor supervisor and she said if possible go to the store we are escalating the issue and in store itself the problem will resolve.

Now i went store gain now there the team say a different story that it is mistake done by customer care that is why we are not able to convert it into prepaid.

When i asked strongly then they asked me one otp will come to mobile pls tell as the mobile is with my wife i called my wife and told them otp and they said otp is expired and they forced me to get the mobile.

I went home again and brought the mobile.

Now the store manager has taken my mobile saying that otp will come and without my permission he started giving feedback saying 10 and deleting the sms when i asked he is saying you raised concern so we should send in that way.

Is this sop given by airtel to take customer mobiles and send feedback without customer knowledge and cheat customers.

I am really surprised the manager itself is telling this is the process.

Team in the store are not in a attitude of resolving concern but they are trained well to cheat customers.

Nobody is interested in resolving concern they are only interested in cheating customer and taking feedbacks with their knowledge.

I want resolution for my concern & i really never expected that airtel store team is trained for wrong process.

I want to know what action is taken on that manager of that store who is white shirt and leading the store in wrong process.

If any executive does any mistake manager need to correct where as manager himself is doing the mistake.

There is no transparency with airtel and my day is spoiled because of this

    I am using airtel prepaid my phone no is [protected]. L have account balance 649 on date 31st august 2018 and my unlimited pack was valid till 31st aug 2018. I recharged my account with 448 on 1st september 2018at 12:10am. They deduct 422 rupees from my main account balence. On calling customer care one customer care executive said the deduction time is 10:22 pm 31st august 2018 but at that time my pack was active. Second customer care executive said the deduction time is 12:19 am of 1st september 2018 but at that time my pack was also active. I got a message from airtel that i used 10 mb data from my main balence. Then why they deduct 422 rupees from my main balence.

      Respected every one,

      I kindly request you to check call logs of agents calling me everyday. Yesterday alone i received 10+ calls. Each different person asking if they can send their agent??? 10 different ppl??? Is this how it works in airtel???
      Vodafone seems better!!!

      I have been telling on every call that i will go to kerala in september probably after 10th and then request for porting but nooooooo your agents want to call me every day. Not one but many.

      Looks like i train your agents and i dont get any monies from airtel.

      Kindly have some humanity, yesterday 31/08/2018 i did get my wisdom tooth extracted since i am alcoholic anaesthesia dint work the way it was suppose to. If you want i can prove it through medical prescription. Morning got it out and then i pick 10+ calls from airtel. I was in too much pain but all your agent do is ask me to give location and aadhaar number. I was hurt and angry now thats a bad combination isn't it mr & mrs???

      So finally since i failed to stop your agents now i am not going to stop!!! Now the fun part

      "every day who ever calls me i will send them to new new locations in bangalore except where i stay"😀😀😀😀

      Only way to stop me stop calling me. I wont stop picking calls lol

      If i can talk with 2 stitches in my mouth then imagine how much will i, when there is no pain from tomorrow!!!

      I promise on airtel that i will as much as possible will contribute towards mileage loss for airtel. Wont make much difference for you but i am a simple person so i will be happy if i could do so little as well

              My airtel number is [protected]. On 27th august 2018 i had done a recharge worth rupees 99. As per the information provided by airtel, the recharge was supposed to last for 28 days. But i recieved a message informing me that the package is valid only till 5th of septemper 2018. I searched online to check if the plan has changed in the recent past but i realised that it hasn't. I want airtel to kindly look into this matter asap.

                  I got a message from airtel (Airsep) on 31aug 2018 22:57 mentioning that namkeen pack services has been activated on my phone for 1 week and they deducted 35rs fo
                  And this would be automatically renewed every week. On calling airtel, to know what the service is all about becuase i never raised this activation request, they are saying that they dont have information about it as it is 3rd party service. But i got the message immediately that they deactivated it. I really dont understand that how come airtel does not information about the service they can activate or deactivate. They say that i would have clicked on an advertisment or something and the service got activated but airtel has no information.

                    I made a recharge of Rs. 333 using My Airtel App for a BSNL number [protected] on 30/08/2018. The amount was deducted from my wallet but recharge never received. On 31/08/2018, on checking my transaction history I saw the payment was made to Euronet Services Ltd. which I never initiated. Please refund the amount to my wallet since it is a fraud to transfer money from my account to a company not authorized by me.

                      Your company is fraudulently deducted my account balance without taking my prior permission. whenever i recharge my account, your obedient cheaters staff deduct immediately my account balance for many of nonsense services like funny video store, unlimited gamez, ayurveda services and so on.Immediately credit my account which is deducted by your company so far.

                          I had given the request for cancellation of my Airtel broadband and fixed line account with service request number 99357314 on 24th August 2018. I had been very clear on all the calls I received from Airtel that I want to cancel my broadband account completely. But to my surprise they closed the service request stating I had agreed to another plan and continue the service which I never did. I have all the call recordings to prove my claim. I had clearly mentioned that I am relocating and I no more need this connection.
                          I request you to please help for complete cancellation of my Airtel relationship number [protected] (Airtel broadband connection [protected] & fixedline number [protected]).

                          It's been 9 days and still my connection is not disconnected, how pathetic Airtel can be? In the mail it was clearly mentioned broadband connection will be disconnected within 7 days from 31st August 2018. But still they keep on saying it will be disconnected with in 24-48 hours. How difficult is it to disconnect a user's connection? You can't retain customers by using such dirty tactics.

                            MYPLEX TV service has been activated on 29/8/18 in the evening without my consent.This has happened earlier also with another airtel number of mine, problem was not resolved and we end up with deactivating the service .Kindly take this note seriously. I tried to make call on customer care number but could not get connected with the customer care executive.If airtel will be activating the unnecessary services without customer consent then we have to think to switch on to another telecom company.

                              Since a week I am getting a call form Airtel stating my bill is pending. As per my knowledge my bill is auto paid from my credit card. When I raised a complaint on calling 121 they said will check & will call back but till date no call from Customer care. A week by I received a call from Lady stating my bill is pending. As I raised the query & was expecting a revert from you I ignored the call. Today I received a text message from that lady whoever was calling me for the payment which is so worst. How Airtel can be so irresponsible by hiring staff like this. I am using airtel Postpaid from last few months & never got any issue of Payments as it was Auto debited. I don’t understand why is it happening.

                              However, the lady who texted me have no sense in communicating with people who are using service, she is so rude that she texted a message stating “ Madam itna Problem h na call uthane main to mera bil pay kar diya karo time pe aukat bil bharne ki nahi h or natak itha h” from [protected].

                              I mean is this any way to talk to people. I was just ignoring her I though this will get resolved, but I believe you guys have no interest in solving customers problem & on top of it this behavior is worst.

                              Till date I was quite & now you people are taking me on ride. So, let me take action against this.

                                Hi Airtel, I have raised a issue a month back 86754996 and the engineer came home to my billing address and checked the signal strength and then confirmed to be an issue and noted all needed info and left.

                                I have been checking my mobile App for update and the complaint was placed on hold and today when I check neither the App nor the website show that I have raised a request. When I chat with your BOT for the same issue it shared the request number stating your previous complaint is still in process.

                                Can you please look into this, it is very disheartening to see a giant like you not bothered about customer issues and problems and now hiding them from some interfaces as well.

                                P.S. I signed in for 4G mobile and Dongle and I dont get that support nor Speed, but the expectation from you I am sure is still the same to pay on time correct?

                                  Well, don't know where i start, It been an ongoing tug-of-war with the biggest cheaters of the 21st century - Airtel. Since 2015, i have been facing multiple issue with these guys and apparently i have evidence only on Facebook Messenger.
                                  Following are few of the most painful events i have went through all because of AIRTEL
                                  1- Pathetic Network, I'm alway tensed as i don't know if i would be able to reach out to anyone in emergency or if any family member in trouble.
                                  2 - My number was not reachable for so long that my dad couldn't reach out to me when he need help urgently.
                                  3 - My sister was chased by some guys at Jorbagh metro and she couldn't make a call due to airtel network
                                  4 - I tested it live, how competent airtel reps are when i requested to raise a complain and called back few hours later to get the ticket no. Not to my suprise, no ticket was raised.
                                  5 - Almost lost my job as my client kept trying to reach me and I kept trying to call him and could reach out to him
                                  6- Second time almost lost my job as i missed an important client call and they kept trying to reach me from Canada for over 40 mins
                                  7 - I'm getting the same response for the past years - I quote
                                  "Hi! We are continually working to improve and enhance our network. To implement this, a site up-gradation has been taken into consideration at the location and we will keep you posted on the progress. We value your trust in us!"
                                  They are still considering a site for over 3 years and in the time being their network is close to nil.
                                  8 - No help at the CUSTOMER CARE as no one is competent in doing the job, no proper documentation on my account, failing to raise a ticket, inaccurate info shared, no empathy and worst of all - They all are scripted
                                  9 - Same issue in delhi and now the same excuse and issue in chennai as well. Same set of excuses and the same incompetency displayed here.
                                  10 - Literally no follow ups and the number of times i have wasted my time calling them and getting a complaint has been such a waste as they just reply with a copy paste response.
                                  11 - Airtel supervisor admitting on call that this THE BEST airtel has to offer take it or leave it. What was the point of being loyal for all these years, calling them and talking for hours on phone. The frustration and the anger thats boiling in me for all the lack of service they so calmly deliver.
                                  12- Airtel yet have the balls to advertise that they are the fastest and has no remorse for the customer they are ignoring.
                                  13 - Applette and nodal team are as usless as the CUSTOMER CARE rep.

                                  Where would a customer go to get his complained heard. All what i want is to get the service i pay for. I can hardly you data as there is no speed no network and the level at which the network fluctuates is faster than the blink of eye.

                                  Airtel fails to follow up and as recently as i can share, i was suppose to get a call back from they and its been over 4 days now that i haven't got a call.

                                  I have 3 postpaid and 2 prepaid connection and i'm primarily been complaining for all. I struggled you their network in Delhi.
                                  Now that i'm in Chennai, I thought i might some relied and to my surprise, its worse here. Fluctuation is so intense even when you are residing in between 3 of their towers.
                                  And surprisingly again i get the same response as they are considering a site here in Chennai also.

                                  There are only 4 open tickets which are been put on hold with no update shared and i have to chase them for an update. if you ask the network team about what adjustments have been made and what tower, they are clueless and talk to me like ###.

                                  Thanks to your supervisor while I spoke to simply stated that this is THE BEST network we have and that it.
                                  So all those dropped calls, voice intrupptions and literally no internet speed nor the connectivity is your best network.

                                  #[protected] May'18
                                  Are still open.
                                  Apparently, only 4 tickets are still open after several tickets I raised. Well there are one 7 or 8 in system. What happened to all the other tickets I raised. Well, I was fooled by your so competent representatives who said they'll raise a ticket and network team will reach out to you with 48hrs. Well they haven't reached anywhere.

                                  Ticket #76134989 is open since may 2017. I get an update in the month of July'18 and so much for an update that the lady hung up on me the min I said wow!!

                                  Well I quote the network team

                                  "Hi! We are continually working to improve and enhance our network. To implement this, a site up-gradation has been taken into consideration at the location and we will keep you posted on the progress. We value your trust in us!"

                                  They are still considering a site for years and haven't confirmed a site yet.
                                  ###!! For how many years would you consider, we live considering our human lifestyle, max 65 to 75 years at the max. In this time span if you take 3 to 4 years jus to consider, how many more years to implement and when would we finally get some network. Well can you promise my kids may have better network than me. Can you say so!! Hell No!!!

                                  You guys talk about TAT, when was the last time any of your reps followed up on time and yet you are bold enough to deny airtel secure but because he couldn't raise his claim with 48hrs. How can one do anything on time with such powerful network.

                                  Thanks you Airtel india Airtel for such amazing customer experience that I had to reach your supervisor what's the role of a supervisor. Get some competent people to work under you, who report and share the right data, help you improve.
                                  Today you just showed what you get for being loyal to Airtel.

                                  Your network rep doesn't know what changes are done and yet ask me to check the network.

                                  You can get monkeys for cheap to sit in front if a computer and read what is there. Get some work done. And followup and stop lying. I'm done with you. May now one else face what I face with you all. #PatheticAirtel #AirtelStopBeingGreedy #QuitAirtel

                                  They provide Airtel Secure and when my phone dropped on the 14th of july'18 i tried raising the the concern via Airtel app and it wasnt responding when i tried to upload the docs.
                                  I tried again the next day and finally out of meager frustration i called and raised a complain on the 18th of July about the app.
                                  Due to airtel's fault now i was late in raising the claim and they denied my claim saying that i informed post 48hours.
                                  Can you guys beat this.

                                  All and all AIRTEL Is pathetic, greedy and no one should go with them as they are inhuman and the biggest liars that you''ll see this generation.

                                      I opted for porting from Jio to airtel on 16th of July and it usually takes 15 days to port and yet it took 2 months for the airtel employer to port my sim as she didn't send porting request the first time. She even gave me a wrong sim after porting. I want appropriate actions to be taken again'st such employees who don't give service to the customers.

                                        I got a post paid plan of 299 RS for number [protected].
                                        For two months I received a fair bill. But this time I got a bill with RS 300 extra as one time charge and my total bill amount is 659.658.
                                        I am very disappointed for such hidden charges. Why do a costomer will choose any plan if company will charge any cost according to their benefits.
                                        This is definitely Not tolerable anymore.
                                        I want my bill to be revised. And should be without any such extra charges.
