Charged rs.76, 128 for roaming usage in montenegro (Europe)

I was traveling to uk, belgrade, montenegro and dubrovnik between 07.07.2018 to 17.07.2018. I order to use my mobile service, i had activated a roaming pack of rs.3999 fixed charge for a month. This pack included call charges, sms and data services.
While i was in montenegro, i received an sms from airtel that my usage had incurred up to rs.76, 128.

When airtel customer service was contacted they replied saying that montenegro was not included in the roaming pack as we had not mentioned while activating the pack.
However i received full network coverage in montenegro along with data services which i used.
Now we informed them that no message as received informing me in advance about the call, sms and data usage charges would be as per network charges in montenegro.
If i would have received a message beforehand informing me about the usage charges in montenegro, i would have used my mobile services sparingly.
Another point is that a message was sent directly when the usage reached rs.76, 128.
At least they should have sent a message when a usage reached rs.10000.
My average monthly bill is between rs. 3000 to 6000. So they should have warned me through sms about my usage. I was in a foreign country and did not have access to to mobile services.
Apart from speaking to various customer service agents at airtel an e-mail was also sent to their appellate department.
They are refusing to reverse these charges.
Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

    I have recharged my airtel mobile number on 26th june 2018. The amount have been deducted from my account on behalf of airtelbharti but the recharge was not done. When incuired from the customer service they clearly ignore the call and start giving the excuses. They are not even registering my complaint. My mobile number is :- [protected].
    Recharge amount is : 558/-
    Till date their is no information about the status of the recharge.
    Please look into the matter.

      Hi,

      I have taken handset accident protection claim service from airtel. I pay premium every month more than a year. And on 4th august my handset was in my upper pocket i bend down to pick up my remote and it slip from my pocket and got broken.

      Now airtel guys are saying we cannot address your claim because your handset is broken because of not proper care. I am just wondring if these guys are not considering accidental damage then why anyone should take this plan.

      Its a scam from airtel and i want this service should be stopped for everyone so that no one else get cheated by these fraud.

      I'm at airtel customer care service point, chinar park, kolkata. I'm waiting here for more than 2 hours still I didn't get any response from the team. It is happening for last 1 week.

        I recently got a 4g sim replacement for my mobile number [protected] and since then i am unable to send or receive sms. I tried calling their customer care however it seemed there is nobody to attend my call as i was made to listen to recorded advertisements for 5 minutes after which i hung up. Now that i can't receive any messages i am unable to complete any online transactions that require otp through sms as this is my primary number.

          Airtel is deducting rupees 35 whenever i recharge my prepaid. I have no idea what icon service is and they have been deducting my balance for it for last three months.

          I have tried contacting customer support however a
          It is a pathetic support line as usual. You spend hours and end up with no help. All i could hear is press 1 press 2 press 3.

          I have found a best way to get rid of all this is nothing but stop using such worst service.

            I have airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] for which i was given special offer of rs. 199 (1gb 4g data and unlimited calls). On 9th august i tried to recharge the same from tapzo and payment option i selected as debit card but i got error message saying something like - transaction failed due to server connectivity issue. As i needed data urgently that time, i tried to recharge the same from paytm option. Now that time the recharge was successful, i got successful recharge message as well as cashback message for paytm immediately. I got a message that tapzo has been debited with amount 199 for mobile rechange and immediately after that i got another success message from airtel saying that the recharge was successful. When i called up customer care service to check why for failed transaction i got success message and amount got charged from tapzo wallet i got a pathetic response.

            I am requesting can you please extend another 28 days for the same plan. Please help on this issue.

              Money is getting deducted from my airtel prepaid account at night time while i am sleeping due to the above stated spam messages. I want it to be stopped. This has been going on since last two nights. And i'm pretty sure i have not started any service or done anything else to get money from my mobile account to reduce. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it.

                I have a airtel number ([protected]) since 2010 & i have a faith with airtel but i really disappointed to carry on with airtel, because on 6th august i recharge rs 399 through my axis bank debit card but airtel wrongly debit twice.

                Rs 399 extra deduct from my account. Account.

                Please refund at early at possible to continuing a good relation.

                  Now from two days new mess was started by Airtel I.e. push message for charged service which got pop up every 5 min. Want to Request and intimate Airtel that if any charges were made I will go for legal case against them.

                    This is related to my airtel number [protected]. I have been charged unfairly by airtel for 400/- rs for a service which i have not subscribed for.

                    Despite of having multiple calls to customer care and nails sent to [protected]@in. Airtel.com, the problem has not yet resolved.

                    - have been charged 399/- for airtel secure service for which i made continuous calls on each days to customer care and was assured that no charges will be there on my account.

                    - when i moved my plan from 499/- to 299/-, i was told i will be given 100/- discount on monthly basis to reduce the plan to 199/- as well as an instant discount of 230/- to cover off taxes for request by your executive not to have me moved into prepaid... However this wasn’t shown on my bill for this month. Was it just to ensure that you can these charges and feel people may not check their bills and you can get anything you want... The same is the case with my other number [protected]

                      I am airtel user and have been using airtel gsm prepaid, postpaid, broadband as well as dth. I subscribed to airtel secure service after seeing much hyped advertisements on tv. The mere fact that my phone is already under warranty, i had an extra out cover and tampered glass on my phone, and i still decided to invest in it's insurance clearly shows how much i am concerned about my phone and take care of it.
                      On 01/aug/2018 i was going to office while my phone fell off while i was trying to keep my phone in my pocket due to the bad condition of the road outside my house and my handset fell down and the touchscreen developed cracks. I filed a claim using the airtel website and submitted my claim on the same day.
                      Now after 3-4 days i received an email and call from them saying claim rejected by the insurance company due to improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property. Upon asking by me "how you are supposed to handle the phone while it wasn't my fault while i was keeping the phone in my pocket and due to the surface which was not proper i lost my balance a bit and the phone fell off? They could not provide me a proper justification. My phone did have an outer cover as well as extra tampered glass to protect it from a damage in case of minor impact by felling down. The screen broke as it was a major impact. This was completely ridiculous excuse for not keeping the promise and providing a service for which they are charging me every month. I want somebody"logical" to immediately look into this and arrange to get the phone repaired and delivered to me at the earliest failing which i would be left with no other option than to proceed with the legal proceeding to safeguard my rights as a consumer and get the service for which i am being charged and am in a contract with airtel.

                      I have filed a complain against airtel in to the consumer court. Attached is an acknowledgement slip. I also have all your recordings to ensure that i will track this case to the completion.
                      Also i am collecting all the details of those customers with whom you have done this similar cheating/fraud to present a strong case in the court. Failure to answer resolving this will result to a legal notice being issued to bharati airtel limited.

                        I have recharged to rs.558/- pack for 82 days on 22 july and the credit of same should happen on 6th august 18, but it was not happened and i could not use the internet facility since the previous pack was expired on 5th august. Even i try to recharge with another pack it was not possible. Response from airtel is very slow and they won't even bother about customers. I wasted money on consuming internet directly without a package. I emailed to 121 customer care they told it will be resolved soon by 2 days; again upon inquiry they mentioned a need of another 72 hours to resolve issue. The transaction reference number is cbnrv[protected]

                                It was promised 2 months back that extra bonus data shall be given. But till date it's not implemented despite our numerous complaints.
                                If today it's not done, we shall be forced to close our account with airtel.

                                We are getting only 40 gb and despite your promises it's heavy loss to our business. So we are left with no option rather to close our 10 years more connection in a sad way.

                                  Hi airtel team,
                                  This is mahipal kambhampati and bearing airtel connection since 28-mar-2013. On monthly basis i am facing recharge issues in prepaid which was escalated to airtel several times. During that time i had a discussion with your airtel executive team they have said about convert to postpaid and they are ready to provide rs 499 plan. But from the day one i am facing signal issues and call drops in the network and i am unable to use internet and phone for calling. Which i have complained to 198 but they could not fix my problem. I am staying near lakdikapool which is the centre of greater city of hyderabad.
                                  My sim is activated on 20 jun 2017
                                  On one day i have called airtel team mahesh he has said there is some signal issue which cannot be fixed if you are not satisfied with our service you can again go back to prepaid. But in prepaid i do not have this offer. Requesting airtel to look into this issue and do needful.
                                  Today also i have tried calling customer service executive they said they are working how many years or months it will take to resolve a problem with in hyderabad city.
                                  Attached a mail from network team saying they are working the mail was sent on 16 jul 17.

                                  Problem not resolved but i am getting more wrong calls earlier this was not their i think Airtel only making these type of Nasty calls from many wrong numbers through out India. Everyone will tell from Airtel and listen complete story and they will tell working on it but no solution to given complaint. Any way airtel team is not having any concern on their customers and they are least bothered on customer complaints. Hence i am looking to cancel this request.

                                    I have requested for moblile number porting due to poor signal strength in my area. I have completed more than 90 days on the aietel network.
                                    And my mobile no activeted with airtel on 27-dec 2017.
                                    Airtel rejected my mnp request by saying not completed 90 days on their network. So please help us to resolve this

                                      While working a glass of water accidentally spilled over my phone and other documents. The phone kept working but somehow after few days the screen started shaking/rolling. I was told by service centre that this is due to slight ingress of moisture and the screen needs replacement. Inspite of speaking and providing all documents i was told that this accidental spillage of water is not covered. Whereas in the supporting video on my airtel site shows that accidental spillage of water is covered under insurance.

                                      I feel airtel is just paying with its customers and all this free insurance cover with postpaid 499 plan etc are business gimmicks.

                                        Can any one from airtel secure understand me what is "accidental damage".
                                        My phone drops from the hand and screen got damaged. Isn't it "accidental damage"?

                                        Why the dropping of phone is not covered under "accidental damage".

                                        Pls don't make fool to your customer by false promise & advertisement.

                                        No one drop phone intentionally its an accident only.
