The manager of nauapada thane airtel gallery n the staff are not having proper knowledge n having very attitude towards customer n even rude very slow service
Has i beginning the airtel customer for past 15yrs felt like porting by no to other service provider. Looks like airtel does not need any customer. The manager name is ms singh of thane naupada.

    We cannot use data due to poor network signal
    In my area around 500 families we use more than 150 airtel sim cards in my area

    We already complaint your customer care in 198

    Till now no response from your side

    We can not use our internet packs because of poor signal, there is a loss of money
    Please try to solve the signal issues within 2 weeks

    If you not solve the issues in 2 weeks in my area we totaly all persons will completely changed to idea network

    Solve the issues within a week

      I am using airtel post paid my number is [protected].
      for past 6 months i have been charged for the data usage while i still have more thn 40 gb data balance. everytime i have to visit airtel gallary and file a complaint for that. and they give me waiver on the false data charges. for the past 3 months they are not doing so. you can still see the data charges in my past 2 bills. when i call the customer care or visit the gallary they say that they will resolve the issue in 48 working days and that never hapens. they had disconnected my serives twice. i dont understand why i have to suffer when you are charging me on the data that i have already paid for ? this is serious issue for me coz this is my primary number and my service getting inturrpted is causing me serious trouble.

        I've ported my no.[protected] from jio to airtel and i've also inserted new sim and verification call to 59059 is also done. every time i try to call to that number(ported number) it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. i went to showroom ayanavaram Airtel office and complaint but still no action on this, I am also surprise that how airtel is so poor in customer service.

          Respected sir/mam,
          My name is bhanu dev and i am a user of airtel. On 06-jun-2018 i recharged my mobile no - [protected] through sbi net banking. Payment had been completed through the ref. No.
          (06-jun-2018) to transfer inb topup [protected]ihh7978794 transfer to 323 of 99.00 rs. The amount deducted from the account but recharge not completed. The problem shared with the operator (Airtel). This problem did not solved yet.
          I want to return my amount.

            My landline is not working n broadband is also not working. I face this problem so many time but the problem is not resolve by you. Kindly reward the amount of my payment which i already paid and in future bill also because the net is not working landline is not working kindly reward me as soon as possible. Or contact me on my residence as soon as possible.

              I had called airtel customer care to activate 4g service on airtel number [protected]. I was told the charges would be 450+. I agreed to activate 4g connection. This happened in the month of december.
              I stopped 4g service by message in may end or june beginning of 2018. Even after stopping internet connection my bill didn't get reduced for my postpaid airtel sim. I visited airtel gallery and then i came to know that they had activated 399 rental plan also while activating 4g service (Before it was rs. 50 rental plan).
              They changed my rental plan without my demand/ no notice. Complain didn't help.

              I dont trust these people now so planning to make the sim prepaid.

                Sir i hve complien about the internet speed in before two time as you say that the airtel customer exicutive will call me but no one can call me i need a refund because of low internet service i face very problem i also do complain to the nodel officer but they say me by company policy they can not give me refund nd now a days i can not connect even company customer care number i need a refund anything do sir but give me refund by the airtel company my number is [protected]

                Sir today nodel officer call me about my network issue about internet connection but they can not give satisfaction answer and they can't slove problem they only say co-operate with us but i can't now co-operate because i am facing problem since 4 july why i co-operate with them i must take my ruppess refund to airtel company very fast help me very fast sir my number is [protected]

                  Hello sir my name is jyoti i am from delhi shahdra bihari colony.. Sir it's been almost 2 months that i can not use the internet in proper way i was called many times of cutomer care but they do not provide me any satisfactorial information sir i had faced many of problem of internet i am the student of banking and finance i take the online classes from the oliveborad with this internet i can not take my any classes becouse i have not get the internet speed the internet which going in my cell phone is 2g rather go to 3g sir please do something becouse with internet i had lost my classes any syllabus please please it's a humble request to airtel please do something for my internet.. I was done many things like i changed my sim card i changed my phone setting but nothing is working the problem is one that is your bad internet sir do something for my internet this is the humble request..

                      The worst service provider in india (Bangalore btm 1st stage 9th main road) is airtel.

                      Am facing a network issue form 1 month not even single network line to connect.

                      If we complain to noodle officers - they replied as they cannot optimise further more if not happy move to other network.

                      Waste network - i will exit from the airtel and port to some other servie provider.

                        I'm having data pack.. But i want to use it on 3g mode at 3g speed but whenever i switch to 3gmode then there is no network on my phone i can only use 2g which is of no use for me... I want you to fix my problem of the 3g because... I dont want to waste my money and also whether i use any network mode but there is always a network problem... Suddenly at ground floor.. Or public places the network disappears... There is never good network signals... So please.. Take my problem seriously.. Other wise then i will have to quit airtel

                            I recharged from my airtel money app which is register my airtel number[protected] i recharged my other number[protected] on date 28/07/2018 in the night time of rs 2499 and on 29/07/2018 in night time again by mistake done recharge of rs 3998 pls i want to request u refund my 2499 recharge amount in my airtel money app
                            Now what should i do??

                            I am sorry for my mistake.
                            But i really want my money back or want to shift my recharge to next month.

                              I have recently taken an airtel data connection for 499 rs which provides40 gb data for every month. Data service quality is poor in my locality in chennai. Upon contacting the customer care, they said they have to setup an centre so that they can provide the 4g service. Without an service how can they promise 4g speed data. As of date i have 128 gb data accumulated in my account and still paying my bills but the problem is not solved and not getting the promised speed. Im disconnecting this number but please take actions against these false promises so people dont lose their hard earned money

                                My airtel no:[protected] orissa sim network not coming since 24th july, 2018 when i have started journey from bhubaneswar, odisha to mumbai, maharastra by konark express. Sim become disable no signal during my train journey and also same after arriving in mumbai. I am getting inconvenience and my important calls missed which cannot get while some one trying to contact me.

                                  I have called today customer care and told n number of times that i have changed handset and checked sms, still they say there is no issue in my area for airtel network. My number is [protected]. I am able to receive and dail calls.

                                  But i am not receiving any messages on my mobile number also unable to send messages through any of the handsets with airtel sim inserted.

                                  Even i couldnt port out of airtel as not able to send porting message to 1900. I love to be on airtel but still i have no option now if i dont able to send/receive messages. Trust is being lost.

Specially inside my residence.in open everything works very well, but as i get inside i loose all signal bars. Even though the tower location as per your website shows few meters away from my house, but i cant use data and also no network inside my house.

                                      And i make call to customer care then he said that i used game arena service in 19 june and i lost my sim before that and the service man name is nilesh he repeatedly said that i used that service but i m not and he was not ready to listen my any complaints and they also not refunding my balance so please help me with that else u will lost your 1 customer...

                                        Airtel digital tv was recharged on 27/07/2018 (For one year). And also the same tv was in use since one year.
                                        After reacharging the system is not activated, screen showed as "account balance on not available_ displayed on the screen."
