Dear sir,
I am Khalid Jalal one of the airtel customer in malegaon . Now few days i received many massages from "a$-tfarot" related to information of calls and massages deduction wuth duration (As same as when any call or massage occured). But in those moment i was sleeping or not handling...

It is more than 2 months I have launched my complaint (no.[protected]. And since last 3 months I have been calling up the customer care, first 3 times I was asked to do the mobile internet settings, later I was told there is new tower getting set up in my area and the network issue is there. I was promised by the customer care that by 1st May my problem will be resolved. Today is July 16 and still my problem is unsolved.

I don't how Airtel claims to say Best network provider.We are facing no network at our home since last 2 years. Airtel is charging us for their service but in return no service is provided.

I'm unable to send the Porting request from my Airtel number. I have been trying to port out of this network from the last month but all messages I'm trying to send to 1900 are not sent, whereas other SMS are going fine. I have talked to the customer service from friend's number (there is no option provided by IVR when trying 121 and 198 from my number) they suggested me to update the messaging center number and restarting will solve my issue....

I am using airtel postpaid connection, there is a lot of network issues now a days, the Internet shows 4g but the speed is less than 2g.This is very frustrating to tell that YouTube homepage is taking nearly 2 min to load completely. I have used a airtel number -- [protected] in chennai.

Now i lost mobile and it was misusing by others.

I tried blocking several times but some one fraud with the help of my address proof keep unlocking and making use of it.

I requested several times to block my number to avoid further misuse.

But still the number is using by others and airtel customer...

Many time i registered a complain releted internet service is very slow nd I can't use not properly but no one can give exact solution slove my problem fast because i am pay the money so why i am facing this type of problem if the company give not satisfy my so they can give me refund i don't want to take this type of problem my number is [protected]...

My phone number as well as my sister's number were debited for unwanted value added services. Every week they were debiting Rs 35/- from my account and as it is an additional number which I do not use daily I was not aware of it.When I wanted to make a call I got a message saying there was a was in negative balance because of this weekly deduction.The same thing happened to my sister's number but her deduction was just once.

I am using a Mi note 5 device & the data is very low & dead slow, lets forget about the Images & videos, cannot even load a simple page in the browser.
the speed is always below 1Kbps. and when I come out to the highway it is around 200-300Kbps.

I called the customer service many times & also visited the local airtel showroom (Kailash Nagar, Trichy), all the do is reset the APN config & reply everything will be ok. But...

I have faced multiple network issues with Airtel, but the resolution and the customer service response is very poor and shameless.
They claim to be the best network while in just 3 months I am fed up with them and want to move out of Airtel and back to Vodafone. But the problem is the outgoing messages are not working for me so I can’t send PORT request to 1900....

Sir, you r not expected to bestow us worst network connection instead of paying a lot of money as well as in form of extortion, we all are fed up with this critical situation, it is hard to say that we possess a phone without coverage among thesaurus of problem, we are being exploited by this service in the guise of a devil, do ur best and prove yourself really a user listener and resolve this issue asap.

I have an Airtel postpaid corporate SIM. Despite being given a NOC by my organization to change ownership name from company to self, service provider is not cooperating. I have submitted all the necessary documents twice. It is being rejected every time without proper clarification from their end.

I am Airtel user using Tamil Nadu Airtel SIM card. Now I am in Rajasthan trying to get code.sent msg for code but no response.i call them they are saying sir we can't do anything u have to go to Tamil Nadu to get port code...now am posted to Srinagar can't go for port code only plz help.i call them 3-4 times first time they told we haven't any option I am transferring my call to supervisor but after some time call disconnected then again...

Respected sir i request to you please remove airtel network problem of 4G from my village Jaswantpura because airtel comapny is taking 4G services charges and it is giving us 3G and 2G netwrok services so please remove all trouble of Airtel netwrok from my area and kindly pay attemtion on this matter and escape from fraud of Airtel.it is giving 2G service last 10 month even established 4G network, it's so poor service, I'm waiting for your...

I got a call from Airtel customer care regarding their new service that I can use, which was I can get a second number plan on a low rate if I have a 499 plan active on my first number. Then they told me about the plan that you can change your plan to 649 and can get 90 gb of data that I can use on both of my numbers. But I didn't like the plan because in 649 I can get 90 gb on my single number then what is the fun in using second number...

This to inform you that my unlimited data plan is not working properly..speed is very slow I just want to say that your executive not interested in resolve the problem... unlimited data plan is just in words ...but we didn't get any satisfied service.. speed is very slow...I also know that no one call us from your side to resolve this matter because erlier I was facing same issue and also complain for the same but still I didn't get any response...

I have been using 3 postpaid airtel sims and one prepaid sim.earlier it was good but now I m bound to change my network all becoz of bad 3G and 4G network and call drops. Inspite of regular complaints no heed was given from the service provider. I don't know how they claim that they are the fastest network provider. Totally a lie actually.
