Dear sir,
My self vaijinath andhale my mobile number is [protected] vc. No.[protected] now am leaving in samadhan society plot no. B/2 room no.5 kalamboli dist raigad...
Sir before 5 days my airtel dish tv set top box not power on then i raised a complaint... Then next day your service engineer connect a another set top box and i pay cash rs.650/- and same day at night i observed the same issue in new set box...
But no any person to come resolving that issue after 2 day engineer is coming and said i will come in 1 hour with new set top box but still no any person is come to resolve that issue...
At the end engineer giving me a office mobile number and address i tried a call 15 to 20 times but call is ringing but not received any person in working day and working time...
Then am going at office with set top box address of "sainath apartment sector 6 b wing room number 102" there are 6 feild worker are in office and have doing time pass and playing a game in mobile"
Then office executive said"i send your receiver in 1 hour at your home"but still 6 hours no any person is come at home am trying many times call on office mobile no. Is.[protected], but no any response on call once again i go at office same people are playing game in mobile,
After end i seat there one hour and engineer said same issue in this new set top box, he asking for more money, then i collect one more set top box,
But still no any engineer come to installation, i self am connect all connection... And see this set top box in turn on i see a remark please wait initializing...
Importnat think is after one minute no any display are showing or any no remark.. That means not working video ics...
After all three set top box changing i was face issues...
" this is a totally bad service from your engineers no imprtance of customers and time, not given a proper service, "supply a set top box without proper check" and many problem"... Hope less service engineer and management in this office"...
Do something and fix that issue fast

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had complaint many times but customer care didn't solve my problem.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
