Dear sir,

My self vaijinath andhale my mobile number is [protected] vc. No.[protected] now am leaving in samadhan society plot no. B/2 room no.5 kalamboli dist raigad...
Sir before 5 days my airtel dish tv set top box not power on then i raised a complaint... Then next day your service engineer connect a another set top box and i pay cash rs.650/- and same day at night i observed the same issue in new set box...
But no any person to come resolving that issue after 2 day engineer is coming and said i will come in 1 hour with new set top box but still no any person is come to resolve that issue...
At the end engineer giving me a office mobile number and address i tried a call 15 to 20 times but call is ringing but not received any person in working day and working time...
Then am going at office with set top box address of "sainath apartment sector 6 b wing room number 102" there are 6 feild worker are in office and have doing time pass and playing a game in mobile"
Then office executive said"i send your receiver in 1 hour at your home"but still 6 hours no any person is come at home am trying many times call on office mobile no. Is.[protected], but no any response on call once again i go at office same people are playing game in mobile,
After end i seat there one hour and engineer said same issue in this new set top box, he asking for more money, then i collect one more set top box,
But still no any engineer come to installation, i self am connect all connection... And see this set top box in turn on i see a remark please wait initializing...
Importnat think is after one minute no any display are showing or any no remark.. That means not working video ics...
After all three set top box changing i was face issues...
" this is a totally bad service from your engineers no imprtance of customers and time, not given a proper service, "supply a set top box without proper check" and many problem"... Hope less service engineer and management in this office"...
Do something and fix that issue fast

    I, on the behalf of people, from imphal, manipur, would like to state that airtel network is worst in our area. We are not able to use even a net pack of 1 gb /day to our satisfaction... The network is very slow. And this problem is faced by many airtel consumers.. I regret recharging my airtel number. Airtel's 4g speed is equal to other network's 2g speed. Please solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise airtel will lose lots of consumers

      I am using airtel for around 10 years but for last 3 months, i am facing alot of problem related to network i.e. i have full range of networks even though i cant get connected on calls and internet doesnt works. I called customer care so many times but they hadn’t provided any solution to me. Moreover, i have also mailed about the issue but no solution is provided. I want you to provide a specified solution.

        Hi

        I am raising this concern in regards to the my airtel no [protected] and my name is sabita lingam
        I am using airtel postpaid since few months and before that i was using vodafone postpaid.
        But trust me from the day i have come to airtel i have only suffered.
        Whenever i skip my payment this peaple barr my services without confirming me and when it comes to restore my services back this ppl always fail to do so.
        I am fond of caller tunes and this is the 2 nd time it has happened that after restoring the services my caller tune is not working.
        I have spoken with abhishek poddar from airtel customer service and he was very smart and rude.
        And also i have spoken with couple of ppl and everyone told me that 'mam it will work in next 3omnts'
        Till now my caller tune is not working.
        I really dont want to sty with this ppl.
        Either u givbe me solution or else let me go back to vodafone because i am sick and tired of this airtel.
        If my issue is not getting fixed in next 24hrs m going to issue a legal warning against airtel. And i dont care what ppl thinks that for small issue m creating a mess but kya karein boss inki harkatein hi aisi he.

          I wish to complain about data packs of rs.29 - 150mb -30 days being charged to my mobile balance without my knowledge.

          The reason for my complaint being that the mobile data pack of rs.29 - 150mb -30 days gets charged to my mobile number and that too without my conformation and request, this being the second time. Earlier, the data pack got recharged by itself without my request interference on late december last year.

          I was using a data pack of rs 399 and its validity is up to 17th september, 2018. This pack was subscribed without my knowledge and rs 29 was deducted from my mobile balance.

          When i first learned of this problem, i contacted at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I am unable to recharge my airtel account always through online payment at any mode.
          I had complaint many times but customer care didn't solve my problem.
          Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            Hello,
            I had Rs.50 balance on my number . But when I was going to call it was saying that "You can't able to use outgoing call due to insufficient balance" .Then I called to customer care and told them that I am facing this issue since 4 to 5 days .and they told me, its a temporary issue.Please eject your sim and restart your phone, It will work.I told them, I tried it multiple times but its not working still now. But they told me do it it will work. They took complain but they didn't work on it. Then again I recharged Rs. 399 free talk time and now I can able to call . What the hell are you doing ? You are indirectly forcing to customer to recharge free talk time . Then what is the use of top-up ?

              Scammers!!!
              This company will not quit calling me. I have never answered any of their calls. They keep changing their phone number but it is always the same people. They have called for months now and it's so annoying. Please help. I'm even registered in the do-not-call list.

              This is Seema Bhoir from thane using ur network Airtel: has not paid the bill due to extended bill apart from solving problem Airtel care is calling from collection team Ms. Zoya sheikh ([protected] /[protected]) has called from this no using harsh language to pay the bill when asked to solve query they responded cannot help request you to check and do the needful.

              Note : ms. zoya was so sure that airtel cannot help anything regarding this as per her confidence level drafting this mail .

                My mobile no. is [protected]. When I am calling to second person, I will be able to hear the voice of another person but that person is not hearing my voice at all. The same thing is happening from last 10 days. Due to that I am unable to talk to anybody from past 10 days. Please rectify the same and improve the network so that I will be able to call to anybody.

                    My name is hiren kareleeya. I am facing problem related to 4g network. I have paid money for 1.4 gb data per day, but i am not able to use that data because of poor 4g network at our area. Coverage goes evey time form 4g to 3g. Everyday the same problem is happening since i buy this airtel sim card. If the company is not able to give us 4g service at our area then please mention that so we can goes to another 4g company's sim card. If airtel is not able to provide good 4g network then why they have taken money for 4g plan. Please do needful urgently.

                      Dear sir,

                      We have using the pre-paid no. [protected] for last 2.5 years in ahmedabad, gujarat.in the past also there have been 2 instances wherein some vas services has been activated from back-end and balance debited.

                      When i complained the same to your call center, i was told that it won't happen again. I also requested to give the instructions that no service should be activated as this phone is being used by my mother who is a senior citizen and never requested any such services as well don't need it.

                      I have been recharging rs. 250- rs 300 per month and realized that the recharge balance has been depleted on its own without using the same for outgoing calls.

                      I called up your call center again on july 28, 2018 twice and spoke to your 2 supervisors. I was told that we have requested the start of vas - askthedoctor and some fun games and hence there has been multiple debits between april 1, 2018-july 28, 2018. I have not been given any resolution and told to accept the same as their system is showing that we have asked for the services. When i asked for proof of such request made, they mentioned that they can't provide the same.

                      I requested that we haven't given any such request and also reminded the person about similar issue which had happened in the past.

                      Kindly look into this issue as it seems some partner call center executive has done some fraud to get some incentives or there is any back end system issue as we haven't given any request.

                      Kindly resolve and refund the balance to the tune of about rs. 800/- wrongly debited for the services no requested by us.

                        The manager of nauapada thane airtel gallery n the staff are not having proper knowledge n having very attitude towards customer n even rude very slow service
                        Has i beginning the airtel customer for past 15yrs felt like porting by no to other service provider. Looks like airtel does not need any customer. The manager name is ms singh of thane naupada.

                          We cannot use data due to poor network signal
                          In my area around 500 families we use more than 150 airtel sim cards in my area

                          We already complaint your customer care in 198

                          Till now no response from your side

                          We can not use our internet packs because of poor signal, there is a loss of money
                          Please try to solve the signal issues within 2 weeks

                          If you not solve the issues in 2 weeks in my area we totaly all persons will completely changed to idea network

                          Solve the issues within a week

                            I am using airtel post paid my number is [protected].
                            for past 6 months i have been charged for the data usage while i still have more thn 40 gb data balance. everytime i have to visit airtel gallary and file a complaint for that. and they give me waiver on the false data charges. for the past 3 months they are not doing so. you can still see the data charges in my past 2 bills. when i call the customer care or visit the gallary they say that they will resolve the issue in 48 working days and that never hapens. they had disconnected my serives twice. i dont understand why i have to suffer when you are charging me on the data that i have already paid for ? this is serious issue for me coz this is my primary number and my service getting inturrpted is causing me serious trouble.

                              I've ported my no.[protected] from jio to airtel and i've also inserted new sim and verification call to 59059 is also done. every time i try to call to that number(ported number) it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. i went to showroom ayanavaram Airtel office and complaint but still no action on this, I am also surprise that how airtel is so poor in customer service.

                                My name is bhanu dev and i am a user of airtel. On 06-jun-2018 i recharged my mobile no - [protected] through sbi net banking. Payment had been completed through the ref. No.
                                (06-jun-2018) to transfer inb topup [protected]ihh7978794 transfer to 323 of 99.00 rs. The amount deducted from the account but recharge not completed. The problem shared with the operator (Airtel). This problem did not solved yet.
                                I want to return my amount.

                                  My landline is not working n broadband is also not working. I face this problem so many time but the problem is not resolve by you. Kindly reward the amount of my payment which i already paid and in future bill also because the net is not working landline is not working kindly reward me as soon as possible.                                     I had called airtel customer care to activate 4g service on airtel number [protected]. I was told the charges would be 450+. I agreed to activate 4g connection. This happened in the month of december.
                                    I stopped 4g service by message in may end or june beginning of 2018. Even after stopping internet connection my bill didn't get reduced for my postpaid airtel sim. I visited airtel gallery and then i came to know that they had activated 399 rental plan also while activating 4g service (Before it was rs. 50 rental plan).
                                    They changed my rental plan without my demand/ no notice. Complain didn't help.

                                    I dont trust these people now so planning to make the sim prepaid.

                                      Sir today nodel officer call me about my network issue about internet connection but they can not give satisfaction answer and they can't slove problem they only say co-operate with us but i can't now co-operate because i am facing problem since 4 july why i co-operate with them i must take my ruppess refund to airtel company very fast help me very fast sir my number is [protected]

                                        Hello sir my name is jyoti i am from delhi shahdra bihari colony.. Sir it's been almost 2 months that i can not use the internet in proper way i was called many times of cutomer care but they do not provide me any satisfactorial information sir i had faced many of problem of internet i am the student of banking and finance i take the online classes from the oliveborad with this internet i can not take my any classes becouse i have not get the internet speed the internet which going in my cell phone is 2g rather go to 3g sir please do something becouse with internet i had lost my classes any syllabus please please it's a humble request to airtel please do something for my internet.. I was done many things like i changed my sim card i changed my phone setting but nothing is working the problem is one that is your bad internet sir do something for my internet this is the humble request..
