Airtel prepaid account [protected] not getting recharged online via anymode.
issues facing since Dec'17.
I have raised many complaints by calling 198 for online recharge issue, even tweeted on the Airtel page, but there is no help.

Whenever i try recharge my account with 448 rs, it fails with amount getting deducted from my bank account.
this is my last try

    I have been trying to send PORT sms from my airtel number [protected]. However, the SMS is not getting delivered to the server. I have tried over 50 times in last week. I even tried changing the handset. It seems that Airtel has blocked any sms going to 1900 to ensure that customers don't leave this pathetic service provider and harass them.

      Dear Sir,

      This is with Reference to my Airtel Prepaid No. [protected], I am not able to use the Data Services from 11th July 2018 till date. I had activated pack of Rs. 448/- Unlimited Pack and have Rs. 1066 Current Balance.

      I have registered complaint many times through Air tel Customer Care and your executives always say it will get resolved in 2Hours. Upon there consent, I have changed the settings on my phone, even replaced
      my old Sim with New one but still problem Persists.. On the Home Screen its showing 4G signal but I am unable to connect through any of the website.

      I also had tried the Sim on another hand set device but problem still persists. I had tried my other working postpaid sim on my this handset and found working of the hand set. This means my handset is working ok and the problem is lying with your network only.

      Yesterday on recommendation of your executive i purchased New Sim for Rs. 25/- but with no positive result I again contacted Airtel Complaint No.198, the Executive then told me that there is still some technical problem going on with Connectivity and told me to wait for another 72-80 Hours...for
      resolution of the problem, which means it is around 7 Days for which I will not be able to use my Data Services on my Handset.

      I am not at all satisfy with reply of your executives handling calls as well as how AIR TEL is managing data services in such a tough competition time. Now Kindly let me know how much time it will take to resume my Data Services and how will you compensate my unused Data for these particular Days on which there is no service being provided from your side..

          Airtel — namkeen pack, 35 rs deducted every week from last few months and no response from Airtel.

          Auto renewel was happening and no deactivation information and no response from airtel. this illegal with out my consent and interfernce they are just deducting my balance for use.

          Please take strict action on this fraud on Airtel part.

          ITS A CYBER CRIME AND MY NUMBER DATA IS BEING BY SOME ELSE AND YOUR TEAM NOT EVEN ABLE TO FIX IT AND TRACK WHO IS RESPONDING MY CALLS ?

          It has been two months I have been in Riyadh SA and I have activated international roaming in my number..

          but suddenly from last few days my india number has been lifting by some Muslim guy when relative called my india number I am getting debited message of call 30Rs for each minute...

          Please check urgent how can someone use my india Mobile number ?
          It’s illegal and crime..
          I will file a case with Airtel of being cheated my personal number...
          Please trace urgently that person who is lifting my calls...

            Hello, I have two post paid connections with airtel via number [protected] & [protected]. I registered a complaint with Airtel on 7th or 9th June 2018 that we are not getting airtel mobile network and internet when we are in our home (106, Legend Jagannath Apartments, SK Road, Next to Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500016). After that on 13rd June Airtel Network team confirmed that yes there is no sufficient network in this area and recommended network upgrade for the area. Post this update on June 13, 2018, every time I follow up with Airtel, its customer representative executive says that they will escalate / follow up the matter with network team and get the update. Having said that, until now we have not been made known the date & time by when the issue will get resolved. We are struggling with network coverage but it seems Airtel is not willing to resolve this issue at earliest as financially they are not impacted by this issue. They continue to charge me monthly billing & like a good customer I continue to pay them on time! Please look into the matter and help this get resolved asap. Thank you.

                My 4g data services arent working and I'm given edge network instead. This was all fine before, it has been this faulty since 2-3 days.obviously this is a fault on your part and I'm also experiencing low sound low quality along with compete lack of sound sometimes
                Replacement for damaged sim card had created much trouble . At end too no result was found, we are using the same no from last 5 to 6 yrs . the airtel office employee was telling the no. Is not on ur name . It was on an unknown's name. Now u can but the same no only as post paid . Mistake was of retailer and compensation is too be paid by us

                  Dear Executive,

                  One of your executive (Ms. Kirti) called me and told me regarding Rs.499 plan for my vodafone number [protected]. But as I was not interested in that plan she told me that she will offer me same plan with Rs.399 but I said I dont want that plan. Then she gave false statement that we will give you the same plan in Rs. 299. on 7th July 2018 she called me to meet their executive to port my card to airtel network. I have ported my vodafone sim to Airtel postpaid. When card activated, I got message that plan of Rs. 499 is activated. That girl (Kirti) is not receiving my calls.

                  Please take a strict action against her. I have her mob nos. with me which are [protected] and [protected]. She is misguiding customers which is not good for Airtel.

                  I have called on customer care numbers but they received calls and kept me on line for almost more than half an hour.

                    I have taken airtel data card with six months of advance rental [protected]. But the services in my area is very poor. I have complaint against this but nothing was done. So decided to close the no. After six months i paid the dues and told to close the connection. and they have assured that connection will be closed. After almost three months a msg came to me stating that your bill is due against your no of rs 3990. I rang to customer care and asked them about this msg. They told me that ur no is not closed and u have to pay the bill. This is totally unfair i am not using the no since i have told them to close the commection. This is unfair practices that u will not close the no instead of telling and further u will ask for the bill for the services which have not been used. I want this bill to be waived of from the airtel side.

                      My name is Siddharth Agrawal.
                      I have the connection number +91-[protected], bought in Kanpur, UP
                      I have bought the Rs399 Unlimited Pack
                      I am unable to send any sms (although I am able to receive sms just fine). This problem has persisted for over a year. In fact I even changed a sim once. I even tried changing the smsc number as given in google search but in vain.
                      There is no option in airtel customer support to resolve it (atleast not to my knowledge). Please resolve this asap.

                        At the time of taking my mobile post paid connection No.[protected], I was very particular about tariff of minimum charges and I repeatedly told the representatives of airtel show room located at Velacherry, Chennai-42. Now I have come to know that my tariff plan was more. I therefore request that my plan may be refixed immediately to the lowest tariff. Further, you can also check my utility of the services for the current month.

                          We are Steel Authority of India Ltd., presently we are using few of your Dongle. Since few days we are find that the Dongle No. [protected] is not at all working satisfactorily. Ever time there is connectivity problem.

                          For resolving the issue kindly contact Mr. DP Choudhury Branch manager I/c at [protected], who is having the dongle. Matter may be treated as most urgent.

                          My number [protected] was from Tamil Nadu IDEA, ported to Karnataka Airtel. Sim was ported on 60 days back i lost IDEA network, but still AIRTEL is not activated. whenever i ask in Mangalore airtel store they are escaping with silly reasons.

                          Please do help on this, that sim is very important.

                            I have taken airtel mobile number in June 2013 at Kengeri, Bangalore location. This number is linked to all my bank accounts, social websites and every where. In Feb 2018 I moved to United States for short period and from June 2018 my number stopped working. I came to know that my number is allocated to someone else without my notice. Now i'm not able to do anything. My apple id is linked to this number so I can not even communicate to anyone. All my bank details are going to Mr.Sudhakar Reddy. I'm in a horrible situation. I tried even calling airtel customer care and their response is worst ever expected.
                            I need my number back.

                              outgoing calls not happening in prepaid

                              Hi,

                              Recently I migrated from post paid to prepaid. The connection is active since 16th and getting incoming calls. But I am not able to do 1st time recharge (FRC) and hence no out going calls or SMS. Tried to resolve the issue with Airtel customer care and Airtel out let. But they are not helpful and not even ready to help.
                              Request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                              I recharge yesterday for Rs 179 thinking that i will get unlimited calls+100 sms/day+1gb data/day.But my expectation was wrong. I am getting only 1gb.why you are giving 1.4 GB/day for Rs 199 and only 1gb for Rs 179?it is just difference of Rs 20.I am really disappointed today with your unjustifiable service.i think i should change my sim into jio.please do something before i change my mind.

                                Please close down your company unlike aircel your company have every right to close down cause you advertise falsely about your network speed where as in my area, let's not talk about weeks or months it's almost like a years now that we don't get proper networking service students suffer business man suffer...                                 Missed one mobile number of my relation.That person is an doctor now. I found that number its very useful for me.So i need to find that number for my future use.

                                  Is this a 4G network? Waste of money even Jio is better than ur Airtel network.. all my friends have already changed network tomorrow am also changing to idea..waste o[censored]sing this anymore..it takes 5 mins to load a page while browsing..I can’t able to update apps also bcos of signal problem totally waste only using this Airtel network.. recharge amount is more but am getting proper service from this network.. so am changing for idea.. not only in my area Airtel is totally waste in many places.. am from West Mambalam, Chennai..

                                  If Airtel Continue Going to provide this useless network service to there value able customers . So then Airtel will also disappear like Aircel, idea... etc in few years.
                                  I have complained to the airtel dth customer care office about the bad DTH connection, they had not took any appropriate action or any reply to me regarding this..so kindly do the needful a soon as possible.
                                  Today ..My num suddenly showing no service in my phone .. can pls anyone tell me why??

                                  I recharge this pack but there are daily limit is 1 gb bt from last 6 days you aare proving me only 100 mb data on daily basis so i want to know about this nd kindly request you please do help as early as possible

                                  My airtel number is [protected] and by mistake while creating an account on Myairtel app, my friend wrote his name instead of mine.Please change the name to “NUMAN” since I am not able to do anything.So please kindly change the name from “farhan” to “NUMAN”
                                  I'm using 4g data plan but can't connect to the internet and even if it does connect, it's speed is ridiculously slow not even 2g speed.
                                  No response to customers completely...No single option works to contact the customer care person... Worst network ever..

Now i want to use this sim several office documents are attached with this sim number . I kindly request you sir pleae re activate my sim as early as posssi8ble here i will pay the necessary amounts through recharge kindly cooperate me in this matter asa early as posssble .

                                    My airtel number is [protected] . and all the details you have, your customer care doesn't work .there is not any to attend the call. if we send you mail you wrote customer name ( Mr. null) . if you cannot solve my debit card not working issue. I am porting my all airtel number .better then time waste.
                                    I wasn't aware of how money is getting depleted from my Prepaid account.
                                    I never started this service nor I am using data of this SIM on my mobile.
                                    This is pure cheating by AIRTEL & these games sites.
                                    Request you to penalise the company and stop looting money of common man by these businessmen

                                      I started using Airtel postpaid connection in May 2018 for temporary use. After using this card I requested Airtel to disconnect this number after paying all dues. Airtel suggested to convert this postpaid number to prepaid by visiting nearest store. When I visited store they told me that It is not possible to covert or discontinue postpaid number before 90 days from the day of issue. Now I have to pay postpaid bill unnecessarily. This is very disappointing that these service providers doesn't care once the sim card is sold to the customer. I WANT TO CLOSE THIS CONNECTION BUT NOT ABLE TO CLOSE THE CARD TILL TODAY.

                                      This is my family reson
                                      Airtel fraudulently activated some game club service and thereby deducted rupees 35 from my account. I didn't opt for such service. I want refund of my amount. Else i will initiate a legal proceeding against airtel under consumer protection act for defect in services and fraud as well.
