I am Airtel user using Tamil Nadu Airtel SIM card. Now I am in Rajasthan trying to get code.sent msg for code but no response.i call them they are saying sir we can't do anything u have to go to Tamil Nadu to get port code...now am posted to Srinagar can't go for port code only plz help.i call them 3-4 times first time they told we haven't any option I am transferring my call to supervisor but after some time call disconnected then again saying you are in roaming so you have to go to Tamil Nadu for upc

    Respected sir i request to you please remove airtel network problem of 4G from my village Jaswantpura because airtel comapny is taking 4G services charges and it is giving us 3G and 2G netwrok services so please remove all trouble of Airtel netwrok from my area and kindly pay attemtion on this matter and escape from fraud of Airtel.it is giving 2G service last 10 month even established 4G network, it's so poor service, I'm waiting for your massage

      I got a call from Airtel customer care regarding their new service that I can use, which was I can get a second number plan on a low rate if I have a 499 plan active on my first number. Then they told me about the plan that you can change your plan to 649 and can get 90 gb of data that I can use on both of my numbers. But I didn't like the plan because in 649 I can get 90 gb on my single number then what is the fun in using second number if cannot get extra data or something on my second number and debate went for couple of minutes and then he just said rudely that we don't have any such plan. Then I said ok I want some other plan but in that time he didn't even listen to me and he then put the phone down. Then I called again so that I can ask for any other plan but he didn't talk to me and he put the phone down again. So I think if Airtel customer care are not treating their customers as customers then why do I bother keeping 2 Airtel sims.

        This to inform you that my unlimited data plan is not working properly..speed is very slow I just want to say that your executive not interested in resolve the problem... unlimited data plan is just in words ...but we didn't get any satisfied service.. speed is very slow...I also know that no one call us from your side to resolve this matter because erlier I was facing same issue and also complain for the same but still I didn't get any response from your side...this is too much...you people force to us to switch the operator...

        Still I didn't get any response from Airtel team and service is so poor day by day..
        It is the worst network of india

        It's only say but not to do

        I am complaining for net problem from Previous 7 month but the service and the work both are fail .

        When you call at Compliant helpline they only used to say that " sorry for the problem " but not want to solve the problem

        I live in city and the interesting is that the speed on 4G net speed is 150kbps and in 3G net speed is 50kbps and 2G net don't work ancd when 4G is avilable you can't call to anyone .

        How much I problem i will count you .

        I think it's enough .

          i am practising company secretory in rajkot gujarat.
          i have complain regarding cut of balance due to self sms service sending by airtel company at any time and start any valyu added service to cut balance of customer. i have problem that in my mothers celluer number [protected]
          which is used of airtel companys sim card.on 13th july 2018 they started vas service and i was awared about that service on 15ty july 2018 at 9:30 p.m. then i called at 198 at customer care and they said that service activate by company sending sms without intimation of customers and when i called at customer care they said that to me we are not be scared from consumer court .
          and also they delete balance cutt offs masseges directly to customers mobile phones.my mothers dont know about the balance cutoff. airtel cut of 30 ruppes balance without permission of my mother nd anyone.and when i request him to refund it they was denied for that. if the compnies do whatever he wants than a where common man go?

            I have been using 3 postpaid airtel sims and one prepaid sim.earlier it was good but now I m bound to change my network all becoz of bad 3G and 4G network and call drops. Inspite of regular complaints no heed was given from the service provider. I don't know how they claim that they are the fastest network provider. Totally a lie actually. I have been promised that it will get resolved within a week but unfortunately it's been more than 2 months since my last complaint. Jst wanna knw what kind of joke is that

              Sorry to inform u about ur services very very poor service 20 days connection is not working no body has yet tried for solution but all ur service people have decided to bring ambanis jeo to overtake airtel because they know if they will not solve the issues people will automatic turn to ambanis jeo so this is an just an suggestion how u concerned people will handle this issue depends apon u few years earlear bsnl people were working for reliance mobile now ur airtel people are not giving service for what we r paying we common people are now having lot of options

                I have my internet unlimited pack activated since 2 months and it was working fine..but from past 2 days.. the internet is not working and there is no speed. I can't use it and am unable to do most of my work. Its causing me too much trouble.
                Resolve this issue as soon as possible or else I will port my sim to some other operator.

                  With respect to the above subject, myself Chetna Paliwal have purchased a new airtel prepaid connection in 2012, no.- [protected] from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, I have submitted my PAN no, -BLDPP8367E and Bank passbook as id & address proof. From past 6 years I'm using this number, but recently i visited airtel store in Delhi to link my adhaar they checked and told that this number is in the name of Deepak Agrawal.

                  This is really unbelievable & unprofessional behaviour from Airtel that from past 6 years my number is not transferred in my name in spite of submitting all KYC documents.

                  I want the update on this matter on priority basis.

                    I am complaining about 4g signals not available since last 4 months...number of times.But still that complaint was not rectified to me. One of the airtel customer care supervisor also not talk with me proper conversation...She was cut the call and says we r hopeless...She says to me If you use 4g network then you go to open place and use 4g signals..This is not good for Airtel challengers...In the media airtel was says open challenge about 4g signals...even forest areas...I am residing in town area...Plz rectify my problem as early as possible sir...

                      Kindly refer bill no.[protected] of broadband no. [protected] wherein excessive late fee of Rs 200 is charged. Late fee if should be linked with duration by which bill is delayed. e. g if the 500Rs bill is delayed by 5 days simple bank interest of 5 days can be taken as late fee. But Airtel is charging exorbitant 100Rs even onRs 899 plan (Rs 299 mobile phone plan.) This needs to be made reasonable.

                        I got airtel broadband connection on 20 april 2018 from your agent, raju jaiswal(phone no. [protected]) in gwalior. I made 3 month advance payment of 1770 rupees (for the plan of 499, 20 gb per month) in the account of this agent. I have proof of this transaction as I paid through net banking.

                        But i am still getting calls for not payment of bills. I talked to your customer care about this issue, gave them the no. Of agent. I talked to the agent and he is saying he will sort out the issue in few days and then stopped picking up my phone. I am feeling very harassed and annoyed by these calls.

                        I already sent mail to your customer care with my account statement as proof and asked for deactivation as bill is keep getting generated. But still payment issue is not resolved and they are also not disconnecting my connection.

                        Please resolve this issue as i will not repay the money which i already paid if you are thinking of extortion and please deactivate my broadband connection as soon as possible. My Fixedline No. is[protected]_dsl.

                          The services funny zone and gamezine was started on my number [protected] and as a result 90 rupee were deducted too. I had stopped the services by SMS but, what about my talktime.Also I tried to contact Airtel customer care no. 121, 198 and [protected] but, there was no response. It happened on 15 July 2018

                            Airtel has deducted Rs.120 from the account with messages of ADOFGAMES subscription with out opting for that. I raise the complain to 121 customer care number were the Sr. Representative is unable to help and blamed me about subscribing it without understanding it that if I am the one who opt the services so why I will make a call to them ?
                            I need the my balance to be credited back as it's wrong transaction.

                              I had done my telenor/airtel number [protected] at 10/07/2018 as on offer given by company my offer section 121 "104=unlimited local+std call aur 1gb/day pure 28 din ke liye" and I got only 1gb for 11 days, I face this problem second time and I decide to complaint in consumer ...plz give the best resolution...

                                I am having an Airtel connection Phone no. #[protected] without making any call or using any internet data last 15 days it turned zero balance when I tried to call I am unable to perform.
                                I want to know without my consent how Airtel have deducted the amount from my account.
                                I have experienced same kind of deductions previously.
                                Hence I want to mention that Airtel is not doing fair business.

                                  I wanted to recharge for 199plan for prepaid for number [protected] and instead I entered [protected] which was from Airtel app. I tried it once and amount also deducted from Paytm. please correct this. However I did the recharge on the correct number also with Paytm app.. could you please extend the service as per plan for 2 months.. PLZZ under the same plan.

                                    This is to bring to your knowledge that I want to make a complain against a irresponsible employee of Airtel. I called Airtel office few days back for Airtel Wifi connection at my residence 4/28, West Patel Nagar, 1st Floor, Phone [protected]. So an Airtel employee contacted me for connection and took Rs 500 from me. I also submitted him all the relevant documents required for the connection.
                                    But the Airtel employee did not come for Wifi connection and also did not return our money and documents. When I called him he was very rude to talk and was not willing to give Airtel connection.

                                      auto activation of a definite time international roaming pack

                                      I am.a postpaid connection. Before traveling abroad i purchased an international roaming pack with a fixed validity of 30 days. I was told it will last for 30 days from when I first reach outside India.

                                      I paid for the pack in my last invoice. Again see similar charges . I am back in India n Airtel suto renewed my subscription without asking me.

                                      I feel thoroughly cheated....

                                      Looks likes bharti airtel continues looting balance... I an giving 10 lack rupees challenge to bharti airtel on this issue.
                                      I have not received any update from your end but you marked as resolved by crediting 150+150 to my account. You have deducted 1589 from my account and showing 89 is to be deducted in next recharges. Please prove all your deduction in my account and will pay you 10, 00, 000 rupees on spot to bharti airtel limited. I will challenge you, you have deducted all my amount with out providing/using any service from you. You are saying international roaming is free but you are looting.

                                      Learning: airtel have open network but only secrete billing which they could not provide any justification.

                                      Please provide me complete justification on my deductions, which you have mentioned earlier even i have not received any call to my mobile which your sim card. (You can get full information by the service provider in uruguay.).

                                      I am still stick to my challenge above if you prove your deductions.

                                      Please do the needful.
