    Your services have become Worst for the last one week. We have to dial at least 3 to 4 times to get the talk clear. It has been becoming one way on majority of time & it irritates the consumers. If you can not provide the services for which you were famous before the Jio Telecommunication entered the communication Network, then you should tell your unhappy consumers for porting their numbers.

      Airtel activates some unasked for service periodically and deducts substantial amounts each time. They provide a number 1552230 for stopping the unasked for service but never refund the money deducted. Recently they deducted 35 rupees out of my balance for activating an ICON service but did not refund the 35 rupees later after I requested the service to be stopped. Isn't this plain stealing. This is not the first time. No wonder some people in our country drive around in cars costing crores. Imagine how much money airtel made by stealing 35 rupees from each of its at least 1 to 10 lakh or I am sure more subscribers.

          I have deducted amount rs 399 for that I got cash back from phone pe wallet but recharge was not done to me . I have contacted the phone pe service but still now I have not got the recharge.

          I have recharged the phone number [protected] through another Airtel number through the app . For that I have 10% cashback from phone pe I have received that 10% cash back 39.9 rs

            Its has become habit with Airtel to inflate my mobile bills for mob. No. [protected]. Last month also, artificially inflated bill was rectified after a complaint was registarad on this portal. It seems repeated negligence on the part of Airtel, might be due to malafide intention to earn profit by deliberately inflating bills.
            A proof of it is the written acceptance of faulty bill on the part of Airtel just last month & then rectifying it?
            Again this month, an inflated bill for Rs.1256 against plan of Rs 399 was generated specifying wrong charges.
            I request the competent authority to penalise appropriately M/s Airtel for causing undue harassment to customers!!!

              I have done Recharge thru Freecharge with order no FCVA[protected] for an amount of Rs 111. This recharge was done for my number [protected].
              However, the same balance of 111 is still not showing in my account.
              Freecharge team is mentioning that they have received confirmation from your side mentioning that the Recharge is successful...Pls add Rs 111/- to my mobile number [protected] or refund back the same to Freecharge wallet

                Roam world freely is the advertisement which is very misleading and after looking at their advertisement, I thought airtel is the best service provider and most trusted network, however this is not true at all, recently I made a business trip to Maldives and my IR pack was activated but to my surprise after I landed and try to use the network but it wasn't activated on that day. No network continued for 2 days and all of a sudden without any prior notification, I got an sms on the 3rd day of my trip stating that the unbilled amt is 55K and before I could remove the sim, I got another sms that the unbilled amount is 1.16l and this sudden un-notified activation happened @ 1 am early morning. I feel that airtel is cheating us by not barring the service as soon as the credit limit is crossed.

                  The bill for 6 months was generated for which I have not opted. When I called the customer care, they kept me on hold for 30 minutes to connect to a supervisor. I had to cut the call and call back again. But of no use, I was again on hold for more than 30 minutes. I don't understand how they could give such an idiotic reply that the supervisor is busy and I have to wait without knowing how much time I will be kept on hold. Very worse service. They give all false promises. The speed is very slow and overall a useless network.

                    My data network is very much slow and it is getting very weak day by day 😐.. It is very difficult without proper internet connection at case of emergency. Please do resolve it quickly.. It is an kind request and do it immediately.. My network is very very very slow and I can't handle it. I am very much Frustrated as the data network is very slow.                       At 9.30 on 14.07.2018 I have phoned up customer care NO 12150 attended by a lady namely Sharada and explained her that my DTH is not working error code is B0001 and the set top box is glowing Orange light instead of Green. I told her that the same problem was faced by me on 31.05.2018 and it was rectified on 03.06.2018. At once she narrated that the waranty of every repair stands only for one month and since youhave crossed one month you are supposed to pay the servicing charge for which I was to submit my grievances but she was so arrogant "saying if you want you pay or otherwise you forget it" and disconnected the line. When I again called up customer care by 1599 hrs the gentleman on the seat told me no complaint has been lodged only it is noted that your complaint will be rectified on 17th. He then registered a complaint shown above .After that customer care office called me vide mobile No[protected] on 16.07.2018 and ensured me that the problem will be rectied by 4PM . I called them at 04 pm, 04.34pm, 5pm when I was told today any cast it will be rectified within 7pm. But today is 17th July 5.55pm no one has visited or rectified the problem. Today someone called from Delhi vide Mob No[protected] and enquired about the progress when I told him nothing had happened. Surprisingly the two mobile Nos mentioned above are switched off after the enquiry for ever. If this is not rectified today I am going to report to this to Consumer forum to settle.

                                    It has more than two weeks now. They said it will activate within 72 hours.

                                      Case # 86313149 was submitted on July 6th about poor 4G network / bandwidth breakage issues & I have gone through nightmares dealing with Airtel care.
                                      I work for a reputed IT company where I require a decent bandwidth for my office applications to enable Work-From-Home.
                                      My monthly package is approx. Rs.942 for which my 4G hotspot does not even provide a stable connection for more than 10 min.
                                      It keeps breaking 2-3 times within 15 min even on a simple Skype call and attached are off peak sample test reports which show how unreliable the network is.
                                      As per screenshot attached, I have 10 Airtel towers in Alwal area and i stay less than half KM from the nearest Airtel tower & all other providers offer fantastic speeds.
                                      Nearest existing 4G/3G Tower - Father Balaiah Nagar Road, Cityzen Colony, Bhavani Nagar, Alwal, Secunderabad, Telangana 500010, India

                                      I was asked to change my previous device though it was working but I still go through the same connection breakage even after purchasing the latest device.
                                      Repeated complaints / cases filed from November 2017 till date, unfortunately no action taken and a single technical engineer has not visited my place till date.

                                      Airtel customer care representatives call me approximately twice a week, only to ‘update’ information & ask ‘48 hours’ time but no info on any actions taken.
                                      Best part is that every Airtel rep makes me repeat the problem again & again, as if they don’t have previous call logs and each one tells a different story.

                                      My case logs & call recordings would prove the standard of service I receive from your end.
                                      I have been a long loyal customer with Airtel for my TV / Internet / Phone services and such an after-sale service is totally unacceptable.
                                      I was with a different internet service provider earlier and I was happy until I switched to Airtel.
                                      Main reasons were the confident Airtel 4G speed challenge Ads on TV and also to ensure all my devices connect to one provider for easy payments.
                                      I am very disappointed, disheartened, irritated & upset with the level o[censored]nreliable Airtel service, with no accountability or sense of responsibility.
                                      My money is not being invested in the right place & with this example I feel that Airtel no longer seems to value customers time / trust / efforts or business.

                                      Hope this mail reaches the right person who can actually stand up for customers & take ownership of concerns.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      Following my previous mail, Airtel Customer care reached out to me on July 17th offering a resolution within 48 hours.
                                      48 hours ending July 19th and today is July 24th with no resolution from them.
                                      This is not just about 48 hours or 7 days, I have been through this circle for the last 10 months.
                                      Earlier believing Airtel Ads on TV about connectivity & customer service, I now realize that Airtel is NOT good at either.
                                      And now I am stuck with my horrible Airtel Hotspot connectivity, above all, customer service is the worst.
                                      Airtel neither values customer’s time nor business and above all they give false promises to customers.
                                      It is evident in the way they treat customers and I am one such example.

                                      Keeping this in mind, with no resolution provided, I am taking this to the next level.

                                        Myself Amarnath K, from so many years I am using Airtel and also in our village around more than 3000 peoples are using Airtel

                                        We have a basic issue of 2G network itself, call drops so many time and you cant hear opponent voice.

                                        Even we have complained so many times in Udumalpet Airtel office and customer care but there is no single response from anyone

                                        So all our village peoples are trying to move to other network who is providing some good service and respecting the customer voice.

                                        otherwise we are planning to give a petition to collector against the Airtel service

                                        Hope Airtel will not extent to that level, expecting the quick response at the earliest
