Poor Quality of Signals

I am customer of Airtel for a very longtime. My present no. is with me since 2009. I am quite dis-satisfied customer for last Six Months. In my house, there is a serious issue of signals. Now a days, even outside house there is a frequent call drop and poor connectivity problem.

Dear Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, This may please be treated as a wake up call for you and your large organisation. Your service team is sleeping and just misguiding you. They are putting up customer satisfaction fudged figures. On the ground, there is a lot of dis-satisfaction. I am crying for last 7 months for good connectivity. No action. Your people fudge the reports. They are capable of providing customer a very temporary relief till the time call centres registered customer voice stating that my complaint is over. Within next 48 hours, they are facing the same problem. This is manipulation of highest degree. I am not in a position to understand as why you are not taking your customers seriously. This is the biggest crime one can commit with the business " NOT LISTENING TO CUSTOMER VOICE"
One question; why your senior people are inaccessible to your customer? Why only call centres ? Your senior management has no pulse of the market. WAKE UP < WAKE UP > WAKE UP Shriman Sunil Bharti Mittal ji. Your salary drawn people are only interested in their salaries & perks, not in delivery. It is you who have to see your business.

      I have plan of 1.4Gb per day plan. But I never use it any day. The Airtel debit the data balance on its own. When I connect to laptop with in two minutes half GB is debited. I opened mail and download a file less than one mb my all data 1.4gb is debited. This happens every day. I use only basic uses like WhatsApp, mail, etc. No downloads but data is debited. When I am having plan of BSNL of 100mb it's more than enough for me for checking mails and WhatsApp. Now with out any use 1.4gb I'd debited. Really cheater company.

        Hi Sir,

        I want to convert my Airtel postpaid connection to prepaid connection.

        For this purpose multiple times visited the Airtel customer care service centers but every time they are telling some stories

        Not converting my connection to prepaid .

        Today I went to Marthahalli Bangalore Airtel customer care service center which is near by marthahalli kalamandhir branch .I was entered in to branch 7.25 PM .I was asked her she replied their working hours are over.I was asked her up to 8 PM you support like that no luck.

        Not only single time.multiple times they are doing like this only .I am paying the bill unessarly with out using more calls.

        When I saw the working hours on their board it is having morning 10 AM to 8 PM.

        It is clearly prooving her lazyness with her work.

        Is it way to bahave to the customers.

        I need your justification about this issue also I need your reply from higher management.

        I don't know customer executive name but she is on duty on July 6 2018 time we visited around 7 to 7.30 PM.Based on this details you people can guess her.

          Do not ever buy Airtel mobile service. They will cheat you and provide zero signal n service. Worst experience i ever had. My complaint for network issue is pending for 3 months and no response for Airtel team. Do not go with Airtel its WORST.
          I was cheated my Airtel representative saying that if i pay dues i will be successfully allowed to PORT OUT. But as soon as i made the payment they simply refused to do so and asking for more payments. They are not at all trustworthy.

            I m using airtel mobile and every month i pay 943 bill but when i want to use 4G to watch live tv channel on airtel own app airtel tv speed is less than 2G only buffering i m attaching video of 58 secs u can yourself see i camt watch only buffering while watching a live cricket match on airtel app.
            This is disguting and fake airtel promise poor 4G SPEED no one is bother to solve this complaint.

              am using airtel dth.Every time they r cahrging idle maintenance fees of rs15.Since its a prepaid account whenever we can need we can recharge.My monthly charge is 654.When i spoke to their customer care executive name selva speaking very rude.(06/07/2018 time 9.26pm).Airtel has become very worst.Can i get a resolution for this.Airtel says no refund for this.None of the other dth operators charges late or idle fees.

                I have complained to you many days ago but you also did not help me to solve the problem and give us our right.This is why our India is not going forward because of this type of working and attention paid by you the one o[censored]s.You have been assigned to work for the betterment of the people but you refused to do that.When you will solve my complain when my internet pack's validity will be over.I want to to stop using airtel service and encourage others to do the same and tell them about what service you give so they might not suffer.You might be well aware of the reality that a small spark is enough to make a wild fire.

                  I went to the air tel store in Whitefield Bangalore. The one located near vydehi hospital. I felt harassed by the agents for they made me run to their store without giving me a vital information. So my going to the store and spending 20 mins was uncalled for. I wish they had not held the information back. I am not happy. I think the guy's name who attended me is CHETAN. He must be given a training or the feedback must be shared. Dont harass your own customer.

                  Today on an earlier visit he proposed me to take the nano airtel sim which will get activated within 4 hours. Later when i went back to the store with the aadhar details as i had forgotten earlier they said i ll not receive any sms for 48 hours which was like a thunder shock. I dont need the nano sim if the messages are not available to me which are important. It clearly was a harassment, had they said it at the beginning i would have not come. Anyways i am not very optimistic about help from air tel but i just hope in case someone reads it.

                    I have opted for a 700 Rs plan Internet plan, while my billing is exceeded 825Rs in this month .What the hell is this.When we opt for a plan we expect to pay that much only.My first broadband bill payment was for 750 Rs.As you are charging us in the name of taxes, you should provide us with the billing cycle process and an estimate of how much will be paid every month.

                    This is insane that you show us the plan of normal rates and bill us for higher rates.Even if the taxes are collected an increase of 50Rs is fine but this time i am charged 125Rs extra.

                      I ported my mobile no. [protected] from Reliance GSM to Airtel, Airtel store thanishandra main road Bangalore gave me postpaid plan of Rs 199 unlimited call national & local Unlimited Roaming and 1 GB per day internet data after 6 month they changed my plan to Rs 399 without any notice when I asked they said Rs 199 offer was there for only 6 month after porting they said Rs 399 plan I will unlimited call national & local Unlimited Roaming and 20 GB internet data I didn't have any option so I continued after that I moved to Gurugram here I was getting a bill of Rs 430 to 470 I thought that must be Rs399 +GST but l got last month bill of RS 1752 then I inquired with the customer care they have charged me roaming which is free in my plan and they are asking me to pay the whole amount.

                        Hi All,

                        This is worst service that I am passing with. I turned airtel Prepaid to Airtel Postpaid and took a Plan of 499(Amzaon Prime + Airtel secure ). The thing is that my this Postpaid Number got activated on past sunday and I still cant use Amazon prime and My airtel Tv too.
                        I was calling Customer care Executive from the last 4 days to get it resolved but nothing worked upon as they Guys keep on saying that I will get a call from the concerned department . Its been 4 days I have received the single call yet.
                        I am now frustrated with the airtel services.
                        The call drop issue I am facing .On the Other hand, Amazon prime and My airtel TV .

                        I am going to close this postpaid plan and Airtel number too if this not get resolved by the end of the Day.
                        I am using the jio service as well which is literally far better than this airtel services You guys keep on making the fool from the last 4 days that issue will get resolved .
                        Again when I called today, SHivani the CCE told me that It will get resolved withing next to 48 hours.

                        Close the Plan or resolve the issue asap without any IF and But.

                          Airtel Digital TV Customer I'd - [protected]-001 pH [protected] - service request unattended

                          Channels which used to air Fifa world cup have been disabled since 10 days on my account. The error code shown is B001, where as other channels are working fine.
                          For this I raised a complaint 3 times over 5days( service request no.[protected], but unfortunately no one has turned up to resolve it yet. I have made at least 10 calls and about 10 emails..No one is yet bothered to resolve the issue I need the refund of the money i have paid for the service i did not recieve, also Airtel has to pay for all this hassle

                            I recharge on 26 June of rs-104.But in rs-104 I get only 1gb data daily for 26 days.Hence on 3rd July I call customer care for information about if I recharge the same amount I will get 2 gb data or not.They say yes.I call 2 time on 3rd July and they say yes 2 times.Hence I recharge today but I does not get benefit.I only get 1gb data.Today I call to customer care no and they say you are not get 2gb data you get only 1gb data daily.

                                A week ago I called Airtel customer care and complained about the poor internet speed/connectivity. It was already almost a month since I was facing the problem when I finally decided to call the customer care service and figure what’s wrong only to deal with a horrible female customer representative who was not even listening to what I had to say. I called and then I started to tell her my problem but without even letting me complete the customer care asked “What is your Location?”, I thought she was trying to help me so I told her my location. She said “Give me a minute to check” and after a minute or a two she said “In your Location the 2g strength is excellent but the 3G and 4g strength is good”, hmm so I asked her “How does that answer my query?” She repeated that same sentence again. Now when a customer calls to seek help from their service provider is this what they call for to learn about the connectivity strength. I told her to hear me out firstand so I started explaining her what I want to know, why is my internet speed slow? What is the solution ? And what are doing about it for now? These were my simple questions but she said “I will transfer your call to my senior supervisor” I said okay but then starts again “ but he will tell you the same thing, when you are in a building the inside coverage will be poor”, I said “ I do understand that but my problem is not just that, my internet works poorly even when I go out of the house, in my office or any other place I go.” For which she replied “ there is some problem in your area which will take some time to get fixed till then you will have to use it just the way it is” What is this how airtel treats their customer we pay our hard earned money for their services just to be their slaves? We just have to use it the way it is? Which means no internet. Well I had a high fever that day and I was trying to order food online but after waiting to load the page and then after several minutes of waiting when you finally reach the payment gateway your otp takes forever to reach you, simply I can’t order food, I can’t call the restaurant and ask them to send directly because I don’t have the cash with me.
                                Even after that I am a patient person so I told her “ I am also from a customer service industry, this is not how you are supposed to communicate with your customer” but she was least bothered with what I was explaining and she kept on saying the same things. She repeated the same thing for another five minutes and then she finally transfers the call to her supervisor who was quick to help, he just simply listened to what I had to say and then he said “There has been some problem we will surely help you with this for now we will register a complaint” that’s it, this is all it takes to alteast satisfy a customers query. And right after that my net was working just fine. Now how is this possible? But unfortunately after a day it was back to same poor network. I have decided to move on from airtel. Airtel advertise them as the fastest network in India but they fail to even give us the normal network services.

                                  I stay in a village and for the last 2 months i have been facing network issue which i have not faced earlier..the network goes away once the electricity supply disconnects and being a villager we get only 16 hrs of electricity supply that means we are getting airtel network for only 16hrs, it's a extremely urgent issue as if a emergency arises and one need to make call then airtel ditches our faith and we cannot rely on this network, take urgent actions to resolve this matter.

                                    Hi i am vignesh. In my village K.EACHAMBADY Airtel tower is there but i am not getting signal inside the home. I am getting only 1 point in mobile. Not only for me nearly most of the people affected like these only . For receiving mobile signal we have to come out of the house .Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible . Most of the people are affected in and around that village.

                                      I am holding IndusindBank Corpoate numbers [protected] & [protected] wtih Airtel service provider. In my billing third number [protected] has been added without my confirmation or concern. There is no information about this and started simply billing form last May 2018 month. How can they cheat customers like this. I had put several mails to remove said number from billig, but there is no proper response.Kindly intervene to deactivate mobile number [protected] and revise my billingwih immediate effect. Last month amount refund it as i had paid alrady in last month billing. I was shoked seeing my bill amount 1522.00.

But Airtel customer care simply says "We will clear the issue". But till now I have no clear signal strength. I am so 3 G user. But our area 4 G users suffered too. First time I called for Customer care. They simply asked for area and replied me for the resolution in future. They also done a customer survey for customer care staff'ss work. They eagerly do this heavily. But There's nothing done for my complaint.
