I did a prepaid recharge for my prepaid number on may 21, but the balance is yet to be credited in my account.
After trying for more than 1 week, airtel's facebook chat service mentioned about the amount got deducted for "value added service".
I never activated any value added services for my end. They have deducted money without consent which is very disappointing.
Moreover, i have been trying to reach out to them through...

Im living in bangalore, karnataka... My airtel network sometimes disappeared suddenly without any reason mobile number [protected]... Yeah network is good but sometimes network disappeared suddenly and i couldn't make any call during emergency and even internet is not working properly even with full network sometimes... I realy dont understand what kind of network is this...

Why are are add extra charges in my airtel postpaid bill. Such a disgusting service. My bill plan 349 rs for one month but still my bill due 900 rs for the one month why. And company reprasentative said me some tachnical issue so your bill is came with extra charges please tell me why am i paying 900 rs. Very poor service given me from last 6 month....

I am not understanding what has happened to airtel networks after the arrival of jio, i have been using airtel from last 10 years, but now i am switching into jio. @bharti - jio isn't taking your customer, you guys are yourself giving away.
And i am talking about the capital city (Delhi ncr), facing issues from past 6-8 months... But got no resolution (Of course i complaint multiple times)....

I have coverage problem in my area of my datacard and launch complaint on 25th may, till now i have not received any call or solution or even requested to engineer visit that also not done yet.

In my home i am using 3 airtel sims in 3 mobiles. All these are not working since yesterday. I switched off, removed sim and then inserted it again, then turned it on, still no use. Seems some network down.

But it showing there's enough signal and internet is working, but phone calls are not happening. Its trying to connect and then ending the call.
Please look into issue.

I have ported to airtel recently.

At starting all was going fine.

But after 15 may, i am unable to receive sms sent from any other mobile.
My phone balance is ok.

I have already complain for the same but no action done yet, still waiting for reply

Please help in this regard.

Without intimation mobistore service activated and deducted amount from my balance i didn't seen the message. So i called to customer they informed we are not refundable the amount. So i kept a port to another n/w. So my suggestion for all airtel customers don't kept balance in your account they deducted amount with out any intimation. And i asked for other airtel customers they are also getting same problem. So i think port is only option...

I have airtel prepaid sim card from mumbai circle using it from last 3 years without any issue, presently i am working in nagpur, from last 2 days its stop working it very difficult to understand that what is the problem and i visited nearest airtel gallery where it knows that it's problem of network from mumbai circle, all my work stop due to this issue.

I have already raised to disconnection request, but the airtel cable was not removed and the airtel cable was touching 11000 volt electricity cable due to poor installation by airtel, major accident happened on 20 may 2018 and my fatherinlaw and my wife and myself had high volt shock, my fatherin law age 85 is sick now.

I observed below pincode, airtel network is worst, call is not connecting and signels is very bad and keep on disconnecting. Calling parties are getting out of coverage area or switched off. Signels are very very bad. Once upon time in below places airtel was best network.
Take care of it.in othercase subscribers will migrate to other operater (Idea, jio, vodafone).

I've ported my no.[protected] from aircel to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service....

From last 1 year I am leaving in Dubai, [protected] this is my airtail no. When I came to India it's showing registration fail, I contacted to the airtail gallary( Bandra East, Mumbai near lucky hotel), Mr irfan(airtail employee) he told me first u change Ur 2G sim card to 4G, and he took 325 rs. from me and after complainting finger prints registration work, he told me within 4 hrs Ur SIM will activate. But it's not activated after 5 days...

I have a plan ogf daily 1 g b as it is not suffucient for me i want to take a recharge of 1.4 gb again..
I a recharge my account with 1.4 again how much can i use my daily balance..
Can i get 2.4 gb per day till both plans are active and after ecpirity of 1 gb per day i can continue with daily 1.4 gb..?

So i want to recharge a new pach whic consists of 1.4 gb per day if i recharge with other plans will the bohh...
