My internet is not working for past 4 days. I am trying to log complaint from saturday and the customer service centre doesn't allow me to connect to the service person for past two days. And, today, the person who picked the call puts me on hold without hearing me. This happened for two times. When i tried to connect to the online chat support, they asked me to validate the otp sent to my number to provide the online support. It is a four-digit number. Though i enter the correct otp, i get an error message that they couldn't validate my phone number. Is there a customer service support in airtel? If yes, please explain why i am unable to reach them. Do you actually have a team or a naam ki awaaz stunt? I tried to deactivate the internet connection and i don't find the links for that. Alternatively, there is a link for new connections and so on, i appreciate your marketing strategies. Can you please try to improve the services? Else, you will run out of your business in spite of thousand links on your site for new users and registrations. I am frustrated with you people and i believe that the other players are better than yours. And, i prefer that
