Airtel, this is too much, unknowingly this fraud company deducts charges from my main balance, now this time the magic word is whatsmob, sometime or the other with different application name, they are deducting balance, i tried calling customer care on 121, but its consuming a lot of time to reach customer care executive, after hearing and selecting infinte options, there is no direct number to call customer care executive, and the reply they give is at height of ignorance and same time arrogance, no one is bothered to give a proper reply, they blame that the customer itself went to options and selected it, what should customer do if they suddently gives popups while doing some important work. I request the consumer forum to book case against airtel for this meaningless deductions and creating such money deducting popups. I also request that consumer forum should create strong orders for repaying the amount deducted, back to the respective customers
