Since mid of may, i am facing many network issues in airtel number [protected]. This is a postpaid connection.
I have complained many times on 121, [protected]. They raised some service requests :-
85325948 : 16th may
85344006 : 17th may
85359102 : 18th may

They habitually close the ticket without my consent in just 1 day. I mailed them and called them saying some miscreants have closed the ticket....

My airtel no is [protected] (Postpaid data), i got my sim on 28th april. It was not working and i could not connect to internet from day1. I called cc many times and raised complaint on 14th may/no : 8529189. I could not use it and then i raised cancelation request. Now it is disconnected and i have got a bill of rs251 for services which i havent used. Plus rs200 paid during activation. Is there any resolution for this?br...

Recently took broadband connection, airtel agents told we will get 40mbps speed but i'm getting only 16mbps in our area. They are not picking the call also. My registered number is [protected].
I have lost my peace by calling them again and again need compensation.
I need more speed for my official work if airtel is not providing we will go to some other network. I want to hear from you at the earliest...

I have not subscribed to any of the airtel services and then how they have activated mobistore without my permission and they have charged rs.60 from my balance without my knowledge....

I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel on 5th may.
I was promissed for the best network and data usage by the company.
However ever since i have ported i am getting horrible network and data connectivity at my home (Poonam sagar complex, mira road).
I have already complaint the customer care twice but no improvement from their side.
Also i am stuck as i cannot re-port my number back to vodafone at-least...

I have not seen such a bad service provider, just to earn money can say any thing but when we go for the claim give some or the other excuse and reject our claim. This is the way you treat to your customer who are your assets. Every month ready to deduct money because its a profit, but when we are claiming airtel secure handset protection they will give some or the other excuse, i will request users to pls think before going for such services....

I have airtel digital tv connection. I got it installed in january 2018. First month i used it but after that it is not working. Since feb 2018 i am struggling to find that why i am not able to see any channel even if i recharge. I have logged complaint many times, every single time i call customer care. Now when i call them they will send service engineer and and he will say this problem is not from my end only customer...

Recently changed the plan with airtel, since then not able to use data, called several time and raised the issue, every time they are telling will be resolved in 24 hours, the same is still persisting. No one from airtel side is calling or giving a clear picture i am only calling 2-3 times a day, tried all the tricks told by them.

Facing network coverage issue in kattigenahalli, bangalore. Internet connection drops automatically after some time. Speed and network fluctuates a lot. Complained many times. This is the last time doing so. If any resolution isn't given this time all of our office members will port to the competitor network.

However, i haven't activated any service. Later on i deactivated the service by the sms procedure. I am looking forward to get my refund.

I want to know why is it compulsory to opt for 3 months postpaid service in airtel after transfer of ownership.

If there is anything in writing for the same, provide proof. I couldn't find it on trai website.

The airtel executive had no proper answer for my question and promised to send me a mail in writing. However there is no update from the executive....

I'be been robbed by airtel network, they just deduct my money anyhow. I don't subscribe for something and they keep robbing me, airtel removes at least 150 from my account almost every 4 days for something i did not subscribe for and even when i send stop to what ever they force on me they still keep taking from me. Even how my data runs out is a lie...

Airtel 4g internet indoor connectin is very poor in the area welcome seelampur at the welcome puliya qabristaan near gausiya masjid. We are in the problem to this network. We are suffer in the very low speed of internet. We have need to set up network continuous immesdiately and our more time loss to with this network.

Dear airtel, i am not getting proper network in my phone in spite of calling your customer care and lodging a complaint. I am getting call drops, static in calls, internet does not work at all times and not reachable network. This is really annoying now. You should stop claiming the best mobile network service provider and accept that you are not providing a good service and start working on it. Please fix my problem at earliest.

On 20th may i visited your airtel office as well as talked to customer care regading activation of basic international roaming for rs.149 only. I specifically told him that i was not interested in any daily pack or any other international roaming pack even on your staff repeated request.
It is observed from the bill that you are charging rs. 649 daily since 20th may on daily basis. Please discontinue...
