I recharged my airtel no [protected] with ₹399 (Unlimited calling & 1.4gb data per day for 84 days) on 09/06/2018.

On 10/06/2018 i recharged the same no with ₹199 (Same benefits as former with 28 days validity) by mistake.

But i didn't get any benefit from 2nd recharge not even added data or extra validity. When i called customer care they told me "you will only get benefits of 1st recharge 2nd recharge won't be accounted. This is company's policy"

I request either refund or added validity on my current plan

    Dear sir/madam,
    I am a foreigner, using an airtel sim card [protected] in hyderabad for 2 years.
    Today (10/6/2018), my iphone showed no signal of airtel, instead it showed "no service".
    My question is that it is a common problem of airtel network today, or my sim card is expired that i cannot use it anymore? If so, how can i check my sim card expiratory date on website?
    I am waiting for your response soon.

      Complaining about the bill discrepancies with airtel since 4 consecutive months. Despite complaint over call and mail every month they have been charging me additional rs. 80 in monthly bill for a value added service i never availed. On complaining they said its a technical issue and has been resolved but after that it happened again thrice. They refuse to check the bill before issuing. Though they have adjusted the money but this has been happening every month and is quite a harassment. Request help in resolving the issue permanently so that i don't have to check my bill and raise complaint month over month. Compliant raised earlier via email, trai and call. I am fed up and already looking for mnp. Ref no. For earlier complaint [|bal|ref60130939|].
      First they claimed it's a technical issue then they said it's not their fault. Every month i hear a new excuse but no resolution.
      Mails sent on 15 mar, 17 apr, 8 may, 10 jun

        I purchased a airtel tv with 3 month free plan, airtel representative share plan before installation that its free for three month no need to recharge tilI three month But after one month airtel disconnect My tv and ask for recharge
        One of the most worst company in the world
        In future im going to outs all airtel services
        And never recommed anyone for airtels. ### services.

          Sir, i am k. Javeed basha, working as environmental engineer, in ap pollution control board, using [protected] old big sim, which i want to replace in my new smart phone provided by the board. The staff o[censored]r ofc in knl sv complex including the manager could not done as i went to that office three times yesterday. They told that there is a server problem and ask me to come in the evening and again it was a problem and told me to bring photo adhaar card and a letter pad of my office, they are looking like as if iam doing something wrong and the manager is telling that so many people's have misplaced. This type of treatment giving to me as i am a gazzeted rank officer. It is requested to instruct the manager of sv complex to arrange to change my sim as iam facing lot of problems as it is a official phone.

            Hello

            I purchased inr 2499international roaming plan for germany on 7th june 2018 from "my airtel app", before leaving india. It includes "unlimited free incoming, 5gb data, 100 sms/day, 500 minutes of local/international call".

            Since, the time i have landed in germany my 4g data is working but my voice services are not. I recharged my mobile with inr 300 today but all of that vanished as soon as i called from my mobile to india and received one voice call.

            Just look into it asap, i am losing on my professional calls and important contacts. It is very necessary that my services are restored with immediate effect.

            Also, pass me y our international customer care number over which i can call you.

              I generally recharged rs111/- for mobile no [protected] on 27/05/2018. But we didn't consume the balance. But when we check the balance on 09.06.2018 it is zero. On calling to customer care they are saying that it is special offer and ends in 12 days. But we dont know any special offer and recharged the plan generally and not for 12 days. Hence please return back my unutilized balance or otherwise it is rediculus and we shift to another better network service provider.

                My Airtel mobile [protected] on line recharge ten I’d[protected] under plan 399 done 24 april’18.The details of the plan is unlimited local calls, std.roaming calls, 1.4 GBdata / day & 100 sms / day for 84 days. Internet is not working at all in most of the days. Initially I thought that there may be some fault in transmission but after waiting so many days there was no improvement. At last I made request to the Airtel with reference number OT[protected] on 7 june’18. Airtel inform me that your problem will be solved with 2hrs but there was no response then I made complaint to Airtel with reference number OT[protected] on 10june’18. After complaint Internet services 4G is not available not more than half an hour and speed is also very low. Your corrective measures are request at the earliest.

                Till few days before we were getting at least 4 tower range in my area. now it is 0 or some time 1.

                We have stopped using your service from the end of April.We have already cut the connection manually from our room.To verify, visit our location.

                  My airtel sim card is block by my mistake. My sister sim number is [protected]. I want revive puk number so i have request to u please send me the puk number. Can u send me the puk number of my airtel sim card.
                  I try many time for got the puk number but i failed again and again. So i have request to u please send me the puk number of sim

                      Whatsmob service has been activated @ rs 150.0 for 30 days. Txn id n [protected], 10 jun 18 04.12 service will be renewed after validity expiry.

                      What the hell it is? Activating such service without my knowledge. Happens only in india.

                      Kindly look after and revert the amount asap.

                        I am a prepaid mobile subscriber of airtel. For the last three months, i have been facing this problem. I recharged my prepaid connection on 4th june for rs. 349 with order no [protected]. Now it says today on 10th june,, that there is no money available although this amount is for 28days. This is nothing but fleecing of customers. When spoke to customer care shri vishwajeet sawant at 10 am today ie 10/06/18,, he suggested that i should recharge for some money in my account to overcome this problem. Instead of looking into the problem, the company person is suggesting more recharge. The question is "why" when i have already paid for 28 days unlimited. The company is fleecing the gullible customers by overcharging and not proving the services. If my problem is not solved by monday, i will be forced to issue legal notice and file a complaint with ombudsman and consumer court

                          This complaint is regarding validity of airtel digital tv. I have recharged my airtel tv of rs 2971 on 11/01/2018, and message received that validity of this recharge till 06/11/2018. But at the month end of june on checking validity of tv is shown that it will expire on 10/072018. This type of fault happened by airtel. I just want to why these companies make our day worst, everytime this type of fault happened. I am complaining that my recharge validity till nov2018 has been changed to july 2018 by airtel tv company... I want to resolve this problem by making it easy that company will have to make proper resolution of this type of problem.

                            I was using airtel postpaid since 2-2.5 years and recently switched to vodafone using mnp.

                            However, i have made the excess payment of rs.8, 500 for my account.
                            As i am no longer using airtel. I request you to refund the amount to my account/card at earliest.

                            I have been trying to contact airtel through my vodafone sim but not able to do so.

                              Few days ago. My airtel no ([protected]) got out of network reach. Permanently and now after so many call to the customer care they unable to activate my 6 years old number which is i using continuously.. Now i am out of india, when its got deactivated suddenly without any reason. Because of i’m out of india also i can’t able to come india now and the customer service is saying that of a 90 days eta number will look at it to someone else why i want to do know why
                              My number why it’s a look at it to someone else
                              It’s my number and i’m not allowing or allocated to someone else
                              Without any reason they can’t do this
                              They said i have to visit the customer say care so that i can’t cause i am out of india and if i am coming to india again, it will cost me at least rs.60, 000 why should pay this amount without my fault.
                              Either they send me a new one sim it might out of india is address otherwise they have to be for my tickets for coming back india and come back dubai
                              Otherwise if this number is a look at it to someone else i will take legal action

                                Hi,

                                I have reached out to airtel support to deactivate my connection several times, but they are not disconnecting the service, instead they tell me that a senior executive will need to discuss the reason for disconnecting the number and will call you within 24 hours and nobody calls back. This has happened more than five times and i have been getting the bills every month.

                                When i go to the airtel store they tell me that it can be done over the call only and they are not authorized to deactivate a connection. I have been hopelessly paying the bills for past 6 months.

But now since 4 months, facing more problems regarding no network access and while coming to internet its too worst, so many times tried to contact airtel customer care for support, but no use. The worst network now to solve customers problems. So planning to shift the netwok.

                                    Cannot use my data at all. Call drops continuously on every calls and sometimes cross connection takes place. And i have to call a person atleast 15-20 times then the call connects and i can talk. After call gets connected it drops too. Complaint has be done but no improvement at all. No network coverage at all at some places. See my unused data till now. I think i am regretting by switching to airtel from vodafone i think i hv to now port my all 8 connection in jio network. Is it so or will it be unsorted still from ur side. Plz kindly reply back. Take actions asap

                                      Hi. I bought a new 4g airtel sim 2 days ago. I am able to send messages but i'm not able to receive the same on my phone. I bought a new phone and had to replace my existing sim with a new one. I don't know why i'm able to send messages alone but not receive any. I am not able to carry out any online transactions since i'm unable to receive any otp. Please look into this as soon as possible.

                                        I have received sms from at-airfta informing "your request for porting the xxxxxxxxxx to airtel has been received"

                                        I never made a request to change over from the present operator to airtel. Then how did this happen? Who gave my number to them? Under what basis the airtel has sent such unsolicited message? Please take necessary steps and action against airtel. Thank you.

                                        Please be informed that i am very happy with my present mobile service and have not put any request for porting to airtel at all.
                                        Please look into this urgently and take corrective action against these fraudulent operators.
                                        Else i will have to lodge complaint against airtel with my local police station and department of telecommunication which may please be noted.
                                        Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.
