Airtel has activated superstore on my number without any intimation. They have deducted rs.99 for this. I have called airtel representative but he told me its non-refundable. How could airtel do this to their customers without customer's consent. I want my money to be refunded. Otherwise i am going to file a case.
Please check into the matter as soon as possible.

    I have taken an airtel dth hd package for rs.3250/- for one year free package channels.
    1) my airtel digital tv id is.[protected] and the transaction id is[protected]. This was activated on 31.05.2016. The voice message i receive for the validity is up to 20.05.2019 which supposed to be up to 31.05.2019.
    Why this difference?
    2) i was promised that i would get all the channels including hindi and english along with the tamil channels. But i get all the channels except hindi and tamil channels. When i contacted the customer service, he said it is already activated and cannot help. Now i feel the very purpose of installing airtel dth is defeated.
    I do not need the other language channels except tamil, hindi and english.
    What is the use of having malayalam, telugu, kannada, oriya and bengali channels if i do not know the language.
    Please remove all these channels from my package and restore tamil, hindi and english channels only.

      I have bought a phone from airtel online store, made payment on 31st may.
      Airtel customer care people misguided me and informed me ill need to convert my prepaid airtel no to post paid if i want a delivery of my phone, in case i dont convert my phone will not get delivered . So i rushed to airtel store to get my no convered as today when delivery person from airtel arrived he denied to handover me phone because he informed customer care people fooled me and in order to give me phone he had to convert my prepaid no to postpaid and then he himself cancelled my order . After making me wait for 5 days i got to know i have been fooled by airtel company . I paid amount for phone that company was using for them without giving me services and now unwantedlt they converted my no to postpa. What is te use for me if i dont get phone . They are also denying to convert my no to prepaid again .

      They are just making money by fooling there customers there’s motive is just to steal money from customer instead of 200 forcefully i will need to pay them 400+ taxes to them each month now . Also i dint get phone for which i wait for 5 days

        They not providing hello tunes service properly. when we set one song as hello tune they send message that hello tune service will be activated but not deducted main balance. after few hours deducting 60+15+15rs as charges for hello tune. to check what's going on, i called 198 but they said u activate one song after that u have changed another song but actually my phone not working few side of touch so setted hello tune on web but that fellow saying that i'm activated via sms service.how's it possible when touch not working after min again called 198 they connected to senior for query but that guy saying i'm activated via web. fellow people talking non-sense again and again after few min. after long argument they saying if willing to use airtel change to other networks by simply. is this the way aitel providing customer service means finally one day airtel also down like aircel. becoz of non-sense service and customer care. finally my hello tune is not setted at first see the screen shot for further details my hello tune setted is "ennai kollathae song " but see screen shot when it is activated and they said it is activated at 12.13pm but msg time is 3pm telling it may be delayed for sms. then how it is activated before receiving sms any service is activated before 3hrs?? 2 r 3 min means acceptable but this fellow said activated at 12.13 at that time my mob bal also low then how's possible it been activated. cheating and no proper hello tune service also many more like internet service

          My mobile number - [protected] in the name of himanchali mishra, on dated 25.04.2018 i had lost my number and i had taken new sim card of the same number metioned earlier by submitting them police complaint copy in our local airtel store dated 27.04.2018. But the insurance provider needs sim barring form duly signed & stamp by the service provider but the service provider is not helping in any manner for the same. For the above issue my insurance provider is not approving my claim. Please help me in this regard.

            I (Sunil basak) went to airtel franchise store in dharampur opposite to lic building, dehradun (U. K.) for port in of my idea prepaid no. [protected] to airtel as i heard that services of airtel is better but the executive services and monopoly disappointed me. Ms. Simran (Executive) took rs. 50/- from me as port in charges. When i asked for receipt for the charges. She refused.
            I have confirmed and got to know that no charges is being asked for port in customers. Kindly look into the matter seriously as this small negligence put a bad image on company

              Airtel has deducted Rs 15 from my account for a service called whatsmob which I haven't subscribed to. I called the consumer care helpline and they were not able to give me any information about the service either.

              This is not the first time that Airtel has done something like this, and to top it off, they have made it very hard for customers to complain as you cannot find the customer care number on their website.

              I want my money back.

                  I am an airtel user with a mobile number [protected]. Recently i recharged my phone for rs. 100 from a nearby shop. But when i checked it later, my phone was showing zero balance. I waited for two days but nothing happened so again i recharged it for rs.100 but this time through the internet. Money got deducted from my account but the balance on my phone still showing zero.
                  Please solve my problem as soon as possible because i have to deal with many urgent calls.

                  Please check the mobistore balance was cut before any subscription . It happens for my dad's number ([protected]) . Please have a check and refund the amount. It was deducted on 24th of May and also today 31 may . Check it and total amount of 140 simply it was cut and refund the amount.

                    I am working in hebbal region bangalore. Today from 11.30 am there has been no service. It is now 2.00 pm. This is absolutely unacceptable and too much inconvenience. If a consumer doesn't pay bills on time you levy late charges then why shouldn't it be implemented in the reverse direction also? The number of network outages you have which causes us to not use our phones for hours together, there should be money paid to the consumer for causing inconvenience.

                      Today i tried recharging my mobile through myairtel app, after following through the process, amount debit to my account but recharge was not successful.
                      After waiting for 15 mins in the confirmation page error message displayed as webpage error occured and no progression from that screen. Also amount not reversed after waiting for 3 hours.

                      One of the worst network I have never experienced in my life Don’t how they got best 4g network service... giving a best 4G network advisement and providing worst service...BIG SHAME TO YOUR COMPANY FOR CHEATING THE CUSTOMER GIVING FAKE ADVERTISING... SHAME ON YOUR PART

                        I have opted for dnd service infinite time, but none of it stopped random promotional messages and calls i am getting.

                        It said dnd will be activated after 7 days. It's a small dumb feature, why does it take 7 days to get activated in first place. I didn't receive any confirmation on activation after 7 days. And i am still getting different promotional messages and calls all the time.

                          I ported my number from idea to airtel. The process initiated on 29th of the may and i got a confirmation from idea on 4th june telling that 'my port out request has been completed', now my idea sim is not working and i haven't received any confirmation from airtel side, also my airtel sim isn't operational yet, after inserting my new sim, it's showing 'no service'. It's been already 15 hours i'm without network. I'm really frustrated with your horrible service. Plz fix it soon.

                          I m using 4G net, mobile showing 4G tower but no web page is getting open.
                          I have just recharged my airtel prepaid no. [protected], transaction ID [protected] for Rs 98/-.

                          Your website says that I should get 1 GB data for Rs 98/- recharge. But my phone shows that only 500 MB had been credited to my data connection.

                          Please clarify.

                            I am using airtel mobile network from last 10 years and i’m using post paid. I’m staying in bangalore and in the btm it is center of bangalore, the network is very very poor and it is worst. Internet also i’m using 4g but i’m not even getting 2g internet. I’ve been given complaints many times regarding the network and internet but no use. If i’m calling to others automatically disconnect the call in between in few s comes itself and if i get call from others also is happening same. I’m paying the bill around 2000 every month and it is worst network in india. It should get it resolved asap.

                              Not being able to make calls. Call gets cut immediately after generating. It's happening since last night. And i have recharged for 399 for 84days on 29th april, 18. As per the plan i should be able to make calls and use internet and sms as well but still not able to make them. Request you to please look into this and help me with this and do get it sorted as early as possible.

                                Airtel, this is too much, unknowingly this fraud company deducts charges from my main balance, now this time the magic word is whatsmob, sometime or the other with different application name, they are deducting balance, i tried calling customer care on 121, but its consuming a lot of time to reach customer care executive, after hearing and selecting infinte options, there is no direct number to call customer care executive, and the reply they give is at height of ignorance and same time arrogance, no one is bothered to give a proper reply, they blame that the customer itself went to options and selected it, what should customer do if they suddently gives popups while doing some important work. I request the consumer forum to book case against airtel for this meaningless deductions and creating such money deducting popups. I also request that consumer forum should create strong orders for repaying the amount deducted, back to the respective customers

                                  I recharged my fathers phone number using airtel app for 448rs.
                                  The amount was debited from my icici bank account but the airtel app showed transaction failed.
                                  Immediately tried second time, this time it was recharged and rs448 got debited.

                                  The failed recharge amount has not been given back, its been 3 days.
                                  Can you please give me a call for further details? And refund rs448.

                                    I am yet to hear anything on this # reference number. Have you closed this internally, without letting me know that you were not capable enough to resolve this and i port my number to some other network.

                                    Alright, i am happy to port my number. But before that i want you cheaters to pay me back my complete last amount recharge rs. 448/-.

                                    Post which i will stop sending this.

                                    Hope you will not understand this... Because this requires brain, which you or your bloody management doesn't have.

                                      I have been with airtel from last 7 years... But never faced cuch kind of a problem..
                                      I received a meesage that whatsmob has been activated in my mobile... It has deducted rs150 from my account... It is said that service will be renewed after validity expiry... This whatsmob activation has taken place without my consent.. So i would like to get my balance back
