Dear sir,

I did a recharge today (23/5/2018) for rs. 399 on the online airtel website for number [protected]. The amount was deducted from my debit card but it said sorry recharge was unsuccessful. Please refund the amount. The transaction id is[protected].
When will money back in my account? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
When will recharge appear in my account?

Airtel has charged me extra bill even I have disconnected the services . Airtel has charged for the month I have been using Jio services.please correct youristake for [protected]. Otherwise I will be disconnecting my other 4 other Airtel numbers .
My balance is dedcted last appox 5weeks. last deduction of balance 17 may 2018. 6pm.without activated any service.and customer care service is useless .please refund my deducted balance . as soon as possible and activate do not distrub [dnd] on my number.
I will be issue duplicate sim on 15.05.2018 but still it is not working. My no is [protected]. Unable to contact cc.
I am recharge on 17.05.18 trans id [protected] but its benefit not given me. we call so many time airtel customer care but they are not solve my problems.
Pls help me sir, i promotter retailer in company, i sale 544 MNP in march, but my full payout was not pay for me in my a/c, i'm all ready mail in company mail id, cusmer care mail id, mail was undelivered mail id, but not proper reponsed me.
My mobile no. [protected], I have purchase 3g pack for 84 days in INR 399/- but the internet speed very poor. I am very upset for his service. Very bad internet speed. Pls do the needful.

    I recently went to a airtel store to upgrade my 2g airtel sim to 4g and after he completed the process he charged rs. 40 for upgradation and handed me a new 4g sim which was supposed to be activated in the next 24 hours. But unfortunately its ben 5 days and yet not activated and i am forced to usd my 2g sim even after upgradation!! Please help as i am unable to use 4g net (Having a 4g net pack byt my internet connection seems to be very slow). Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

    While recharge then services automatically gone no sms no phone call no 4g network working..

      My self chakravarthi, i need outgoing calls in a month of april 2018. The details i lost are too important bcoz these call details are linked to my carrier that's why contact details are very important. I lost my phone data bcoz of software problem so i lost all the contacts so pls send my outgoing details to my mail id "[protected]@gmail.com"

        I got a message in the early morning at 4.59 am from aa-airsep:

        I did not activate any kind of service nor i did subscribe to any service. Please overlook the issue and refund my money rs 70.0 back to my account

          Dear sir,

          I am vinod kumar currently i am in sharjah, uae. Since i come out from india without any reason airtel customer care department activating un-necessary plan on my sim card. My number is [protected]. On 30th april 2018 i received approx 2 sms on my sim for the plan activation and deduct money from my mobile.

          They deduct 5/- + 15/- rs. On 30th april and today on 23rd may, 2018 they deducted 50 + 35 = 85/- rupees on below activated services.

          Service activated:
          1. Namkeenpack - activation date 30th april, 2018
          2. Cinemasti - activation date 30th april, 2018

          Airtel network is very slow in 4g network. It is less then 3G speed. Quality of calling is reduced. While calling some unwanted noise is occuring past one week and line busy is occuring always

            I was given a airtel hotspot [protected] on surrendering tata photon and the agency collected 350/- towards installation charges and booked for 399/- plan but to my surprise the bill generated had a highest plan.
            Am unable to open the bill as the password is sent to the hotspot number, tried sending mails but no response only getting reminders for bill due, have stopped using the device but now another month bill is also generated.

                There was an issue with my post paid sim for which i got a replacement sim card on 22 may and was being explained that it would take 4 hours to activate voice calls and 4 days to activate sms service. I have even called the customer care team three times enquiring the delay in activation for which the replies were that it is in pending status ("reason being ascertained") and it would be activated shortly. My dependence on the number being important and crucial in my daily work has resulted in acute inconvenience. Is there any way it can be resolved early? Would like to continue with same number instead of termination and going for another number of other service provider.

                  Airtel activated this unknown service ony number without permission. I don't even know what it is about.
                  This time surely going for portability. Cheater airtel you are gonna lose ur around 10 years loyal customer.

                    I am getting a late miscall message at the middle of the night which scared me alot. Already the network is soo bad from few days and i am staying far away from my home. Whenever someone tries to call me it’s coming unavailable all the time. Already their are many problems in life and all time i am getting late unavailable call message at the middle of the night. Just think if you receive a message of someone’s calling you at the middle of the night then just think the state of mind and we can’t even call back at mid time. I m soo tensed and dissatisfied right now, please i am requesting airtel to fix this problem as soon as possible.

                      Sir, madam,

                      This is in regards to the deactivation of my airtel postpaid connection without the activation of my airtel prepaid under the same mob number — [protected]
                      As i visited to the airtel store at tilak nagar on 21st of may 2018 and requested them to transfer my airtel postpaid connection to prepaid.. And cleared all the dues in advance for the postpaid.
                      And the executive there informed me that the new prepaid will get activated when the postpaid will get deactivated so that there is no inconvenience to the user.
                      However, instead of that the postpaid dept deactivated the postpaid network at midnight of 22nd may 2018 and without forwarding the details to the prepaid dept, they transferred the call to the prepaid dept and who said we haven't received any details yet for the activation of my new prepaid sim under the same mob number from postpaid dept. And they kept transferring the call from one dept to another and on top of that one of the customer care executive of the prepaid dept was rude to me stating that it will get activated in next 4 days. But as per the information provided to me by the airtel store executive that the new prepaid sim will get activated within 24 to 48 hrs of request and stated that the moment airtel postpaid gets deactivated at midnight your prepaid will get activated at the same time.
                      Which didn't happen and both the airtel postpaid and prepaid sim are not active with no network coverage at all under same mob number — [protected]. And instead of resolving my issue they kept on
                      Transferring the call from postpaid to prepaid dept blaming each other and vice versa though they are working under the same roof of airtel.
                      Negligence of work and lack of co ordination within the organization might cause unnecessary trouble during emergency situation for the user's.

                        I am previously using idea. The main reason to quit idea is not resolving problem of call drop, but i am facing the same problem or can say more than idea call drop problem. My main problem has not resolved yet. Some times i am dialing more than 20 times to make a call. Please you are requested to resolve the problem and provide your customer best network for working.

                          Hi,
                          This is regrading airtel postpaid no [protected], i used it in the past however got it closed after making final payment of
                          Rs 478 on 2 feb 2018. Though the number was not in use since around november-december, 2017. However, as per my discussion on phone with the executive he suggested me to make the above mentioned payment and then he will close this connection.

                          Now, after so many months i have started receiving calls regarding the due bill of this number. And the executives are saying that we did not close this number hence you have to pay this bill.

                          My question to airtel - why didn’t you close this and how can you generate a bill for a closed number, go and check your records to see when was the last time this number was in use.

                          Please make sure you close this out and why should i pay for a closed connection.

                            Please ask u r adminstration to be on words.they are harassing the customers and very badly misbehaving disconnecting call while speaking.raised voice call problem so many times.request no reference is COGCL[protected].but no use till now problem not solved.please look and take further action it will be fair for u r company.u make big promises on advertising but ur performance in service is zero(0).ur customers service adminstration is the worst I have seen in my experience.no manners how to communicate with consumers.simply dissconnect the call or put on hold for longtime.please change ur adminstration minds if not very soon ur company market value will be down.I hope at least u can understand the problem and look into the matter.thanking u

                              I applied for new broadband connection on may 2nd.
                              I have not received any response in cancelling my request till now.
                              I have called for the status today. Then i got to know its not feasible.

                              I am residing in an apartment where there are around 150 connections are there.

                              I have paid 6100 for 6 months advance rental.
                              As requested by executive tried applying for refund online, where i am getting the error of no records found.

                              Its the biggest mistake in choosing airtel.
                              Will not do it again. Advertising is the only strategy they will make.

                                I have 2 airtel prepaid numbers in my home which both have 499/month plan and suppose to be giving 2gb data per day, but every now and then they send msg that i have consumed all the data for the day even when i haven't used any data and my mobile data was off for whole day. This is simply cheating and stealing by airtel company, they then force me to buy some booster pack to get back to high speed internet. This is such a cheap trick to cheat your customers. I am forced to use your services just because jio doesn't have high speed during day time, otherwise i'd have already stopped using your services. I know posting here wouldn't do anything to you but i just wanted you to know that you have stolen from a wrong guy this time and this is going to cost you big time.

                                  This is to bring to your kind attention that I was travelling abroad for the duration of 10-Days from 18th April 2018 till April 28 2018. I got an international roaming pack activated for 10 days for the amount of 2999 from Airtel APP and also called Airtel customer executive. The travel pack was activated and I was told specifically by the executive the pack would deactivate on its own, post expiration. I returned to Bangalore on April 28th 2018, the data pack was auto-renewed for a period of another 10 days that is from April 28th 2018, but there was no intimation by email or SMS after the auto-renewal. I had no clue about and the auto-renewal. So I have been charged twice Rs.2999 in March-April and April-May 2018.
                                  I paid a bill amounting to Rs.4061 on May 4th 2018, for the duration of one month from 20th March 2018 to 19th April 2018 which included IR Rs.2999. On 22nd May 2018, I got a bill from Airtel with the international roaming pack amount added again. When I tried to contact the airtel customer service regarding the same additional charges and about no information regarding the re-activation of the pack, I was in communication with Ms. Nirmala from the Airtel Karnataka circle office who told me I used a Phone call on the morning of April 28th 2018, due to which my plan was reactivated.
                                  As I had requested my international roaming pack be deactivated after 10 days, I fail to understand why it did not happen. And if I used data on the morning of the 28th of April 2018, it should have been included in the normal bill that I would have paid for the next billing cycle. I was duped by the executive over phone, if the pack was on auto-renewal, why was I not informed at the airport by the executive despite specifically asking regarding the same! Also after talking with the executive, I was told that I would have to pay the extra charges for which I was not informed at the while taking the IR pack or in any email/SMS. My phone number is a post-paid number, so the bill amount was added and now I have to pay charges for a pack I did not ask to be activated
                                  Kindly see to this lackadaisical attitude of your customer service so that these extra charges are waived off and justice is met with. This was a mental harassment to me and Ms. Nirmala threatened me about if I don’t pay they will block my number and blacklist me from Mobile usage. The lady tells me that the SMS was sent to you and you deleted your message. She was behaving with me like I was a criminal and I did some crime. The lady Ms.Nirmala tells me that go and read the terms and conditions and she is not at all interested in reading the terms and conditions and actually she doesn’t have any clue/idea about terms and conditions.

                                    Even i faced this problem. Gamepind service was enabled by default on my number and i was paying heavy sms charges every month, was wondering how this bill was getting generated.
                                    After few months realised it was due to this service of airtel that anyway i never used.
                                    Very bad airtel postpaid connection, you land up in paying much more than you expected your monthly rentals.

                                      I called the airtel costumer care helpline and wanted to talk with customer care executive, but there is no option for that. Very rubbish. I wanted to tell them to stop sending me the cricket and festival offer packs which is named airtel services. I don't want them . It's hanging my phone when I'm watching videos and it irritates me a lot. If you can help me in this, then please stop sending me the offer regarding the cricket and festivals etc

                                        outgoing call stopped due to non payments

                                        I am using prepaid mobile [protected].. on 22nd may 2018 it says outgoing facility to this number has stop due to non payments... Actually i don't have due loan or anythng but it jus says it stop the service... This is very pathetic.. i can't even call the customer care again.. Also the next day i tried recharging the balance hoping it will work but that doesn't work too... And the internet service is also banned again... What shall I really...
