I have requested for a new broadband connection and provided all kyc and 6 months adv cheque to your sales team executive kunal around 20 days ago. Cheque has been presented to my bank and got dishonoured. Now, your social media team is saying that connection is not possible as of now and would take time. I recharged for Airtel unlimited plan Rs.448 on 11th May 2018 in the website www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge. The plan provides Unlimited Local+STD calls, 1.4 GB 3G/4G Data per day for 82 days. From past three days a lot of network issue and no signal even now am using ma cousins jio WiFi and sending this complaint and I saw the complaints count and understood u are just spending on Airtel girls commercial than putting up proper towers and things ... Starting to hate Airtel ..it's not my airtel it's just your Airtel for money not services . Am in hospital with ma mom who is not well and ur signal is gone ... ppl with emergency situation...

I applied for a new broadband connection in ip extension, delhi. I chose 40 mbps plan (Rs. 899 plan) and i online deposited the advance rental of rs. 5428 against the cef number 11162114 on 6th may-2018.

But now after making payment your representative is telling that this much speed is not available in my area.

The representative is also picking the phone after making payment. I called 2 times to the customer...

My number was deducted of rs 99 this morning. I do not want international roaming rental on my airtel number.
Airtel arbitrarily initiated to deduct balance from my main account without my request for any international services.

I do no want any international roaming or international service.
I want to be out of your default balance deduction schemes.

This complain is about airtel internet services (Dated[protected]. I had used nearly 440 mb with 559 mb still remaining a balance of rs.42 was deducted from my account claiming that my data is over at 9:35 am. I had nearly rs 58 balance and currently the balance is rs 16. It still shows 559 mb data left.

I want a complete refund of rs 42 for phone number : [[protected]]...
