I have corporate cug connection bajaj finserv with sim [protected].
For reimbursement of monthly bill, we have to insert gstn, kindly give subject number so that i can apply to my company for my bill. This complaint is not against the organisation but for the general information required for smoothness of billing monthly cycle. Thank you very much

    My daughter a school student travelling abroad US between 20-30 April 2018 and I have taken basic Roaming service of 149 INR, customer care only explains this is a basic charge and certain data and voice usage will be applicable. In Day 1 20-April. as per Airtel they claimed the usage was 3000 INR and hence they over write it with 649 Package per day without sending any SMS or barring the number ro call as my credit limit for 2 numbers combined was only 3600 INR. After 30 April when my daughter is back, they send a SMS saying they barred the International roaming but charged 12 480 /- INR. So I think this unethical charge from Airtel to customer without my consent and they have not explained this during taking the IR service help. Need help and want this bill to be discounted for 10 days with 649 INR each day .. They already taken the money from the bank

      I recharged with 399rs pack in airtel, its worthless, i complained so may times regarding the network and data problems, the customer care service will told like they will solve asap its like nightmare for us. I was given so many complaint they don't have proper solutions. So i decide to port airtel another network.

        Airtel cheats and loots! Beware friends!

        I have done a recharge with airtel after a long time for rs. 149. (Which offers 1gb/day, ul calls and 100 sms per day, as per the airtel app and also a message i received.)

        Surprisingly i observed that i have got only 300 mb balance and no ul calls and nothing as per the recharge plan that was showing. Hence i called customer care and they said there is a issue that is currently going on and would take 24 hours and at max. Till 4 pm next it would get resolved. So i asked them that what for the 1 day validity that i lose. They said nothing can be done for that and my validity can't be 28 days and it will be 27 days only if its get resolved in next 24 hours. Also i said i will put in social media consumer complaints forum and mnp my existing airtel prepaid, postpaid and dth connections she said, please go ahead and do. After that i asked her to escalate to supervisor, she kept me on hold for 4 times and said there are no supervisors available. I said i will wait, but still she didn't do and said that i will get a call back within 4 hours or you can call back us. As i have asked i will wait for those many hours, then she said you are not only customer will call and can't keep you on call for long time. Hence i asked put me on queue if the supervisors are on other calls and then she finally forwarded it connected to supervisor immediately and again same kind of story continued. I have recorded the conversation as well.

        So i would just like to let you know all airtel customers to keep informed. I am sharing a pic as of the proof of recharge message and offer screenshot from airtel app.

        If they are doing the same for lakhs or crores of customers if they are really having, how much they are looting from the customers? (If it is 1 rs per customer). Airtel india airtel citizen consumer and civic action group (Cag) consumers association of india

          Dear sir/ madam,

          I dr prashant ramteke, recently installed airtel internet dth annual plan of 5999/- considering the good reputation and service of the airtel. It was installed on 16 may and the person who came for installation told me that when you received your tv just call me, i will come for demonstration.
          I got my lg tv on 19th may.
          He has not came for demonstration even after repeated calls.
          Somehow i manage to activate the dth by verbal commands given by him on phone, but know the remote is not working.
          So, since 21st i am repetedly contacting mr ankur (The person who installed the dth) and customer care (4-5 times), but not got any effective response.

          I am fed-up with false promises made by customer care and lost my faith towards your pathetic customer care services.
          Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
          If its not possible for you to resolve the issue, kindly take away your set-top box and refund my money.

          [protected]@airtel.com, dthnodal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com, corporate. [protected]@bharti.in before 1 hr and had not received any response. So i want to forward this through the indian consumer complaints forum to expect some response.

            Sir/ma'am,
            I am an user of airtel mobile number [protected]. Till yesterday i had a balance below 10 and my sim was in a base model china set. Yesterday evening i recharged my phone two times with 70 and changed the sim to a smart phone. Till yesterday i had a balance of 105. Something.
            Today morning i woke up at 3:30 to have food for fasting and i had turned the phone into flight mode to save battery charge and just opened and replied to some messages on whatsapp through wifi. Then i slept and when i woke up at 9 and turned the phone back to normal mode i got a message that mobile store service has been successfully activated on your mobile and you have been charged 70 rupees. I called the customer care and they told the service has been activated through internet. See my phone is a rooted one with a custom patch so doesn't shows any ads. Then regarding browsing also i checked the browser i haven't browsed any site today and haven't seen any history of airtel site in the complete month. And even if i had clicked on the service activation page the sim needs to send that information to telecom. How can that happen in flight mode. When i asked these there was no response and she just kept in saying i had activated service through internet and she just has the option to deactivate. Then i told i want to talk to an higher official and my call was transferred to a lady named mary. I told her the problem and she first said the service might be activated within any time in 72 hours and when i told till yesterday my sim was in a base model phone she said the service is activated via sms. I asked in china phones the ussd pop up don't come so there is only one way to activate that is by sending message and in my sent box also there is no message then she was like repeating the usual line like you have only activated the service and we can't do anything but cancel it. Then finally just before hanging up the reason they told me was when i insterted the sim in smartphone they got a stop request of flash message. I don't know if sending stop messages activate services. And that too wasn't done by me it's automatic. This has happened before also when i had put my sim in smartphone. The moment i turn the phone on i would get a message that last message cost was 0.00 but the only difference i could find was that this time i had a high balance.
            Kindly provide a solution.

              calls not connecting to 1860 numbers

              This is getting ridiculous. Every time i call a 1860 number from my number [protected] i keep getting a few beeps and the call gets disconnected. The issue persists over multiple handsets. On calling the customer care the standard response is that it will be resolved in 48 hours or that it will work after restarting the phone which hasn't worked. Not great customer service. If a resolution is not provided i will be forced to change subscribers....

                Hi,

                I have recently ported my sim from vodafone to airtel. Vodafone has stopped their services since last night and i am receiving no network from that carrier. I tried to use the airtel sim and the network still doesn't show. The issue has been there for more than 12 hours now. Can you please look into this and find a resolution immediately?

                  I got a message on 18th may at 4.03 pm from at-airinf:

                  Thanks for choosing mobistore on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs.60.0 for 6 days. A/c balance:rs.3.16 at 16:02 to deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223

                  I did not activate any kind of service nor i did subscribe to any service. I saw this message on 22 may 2018, i called customer care and reported this issue, the executives were becoming real comedians they told me these bull # stories (Exactly in this order)
                  1. That i had sent sms confirmation accepting this service that is why they charged me. I checked send messages but there was no such confirmations.
                  2. Then changed the story the sms confirmation became pop pup message which i confirmed and resulted in a charge.
                  3. When i asked for cancellation of this service and refund, there was a whole new story they were making up that " it is no service charged by airtel, it is a third party service and there is no refund option. But this time i got really confused that ' how can these people charge for a service that they do not provide'?
                  4. When the call was transferred to a senior there was again a new story: she told me this -" if you had reported it within 24 hours we would have refunded the amount'.
                  Seriously? If it was third party service then what is that damn deal about "24 hours"?
                  These guys reminded me of that movie called ' wolf of the wall street'
                  5. I have a suggestion ; just look in to your phone, how many pop up messages will be there in period of 10 days can recall?
                  Can you even remember the name of the services they offer?

                  When we customers use a bit of common sense it can clearly seen that the things they were doing is a complete fraud.

                  Kindly look in to this matter and do the need full.

                      This is to mention that my mother mrs mira ghosh was having the airtei mobile prepaid connection with number [protected]. Due to her demise i went to airtel office of city centre1, salt lake, kolkata two months back to transfer the number in my name (Rimi biswas). I was informed from the office that for name transfer the plan has to be changed to post paid plan and i need to carry on the plan minimum for 5 months for getting converted to prepaid again. Though initially i was not convinced but ultimately under their influence agreed to shift to the post paid plan as suggested by a counter sales man for which i need to pay rs349/month and getting the facility o[censored]nlimited call.
                      Now i have received sms few days back that i have been charged rs791.71 for last two months which does not match the according to the above mentioned plan explained to me. Out going call facility was stopped. Yesterday (23.5.18) i again went to the above mentioned airtel office for converting it to prepaid plan. Then they told me that i need to pay rs797 as outstanding to get converted to prepaid plan. I paid the amount immediately. Then surprisingly i received another sms immediately for paying rs 200 more which they told from above mentioned office as rental fee from 3.5.18 to 23.5.18. They again advised me to pay that rs.200 on spot for converting to prepaid plan. I did the payment immediately as advised by them but surprisingly they refused to give any bill or receipt or details against the above two payments i made. Then i received the sms that my request for converting the plan to prepaid has been accepted and from city centre 1 office they confirmed that it will be done within 4 working days. Adding to my surprise after coming back to home i got sms from customer care acknowledging the receiving of payments of two above mentioned amounts and also advised me to pay rs220.29p more as due to continue with the procedure. Under this circumstances i would request you to disconnect my line with immediate effect (24.5.2018) since i dont want to continue with airtel services any more. Moreover until and unless i get bill details with proper receipt for the above mentioned payments i made and proper bill details for the amount due i am unable to pay any amount further.
                      Kindly discontinue my line with immediate effect (24.5.2018).
                      Yesterday my case was handled by ms suparna pal.
                      Looking forward for your valuable cooperation.

                        I added a no to my airtel postpaid connection after a call from your executive. The no added was a pre paid no. And it was to be chnaged to a post paid no. Now its been more than a month the sim card has not been delivered to me. There has been no follow up from your office. I had to call your office every time to ask when will the sim card be delivered. I have faced a lot of inconvience because i could not use my no. And above that i had to buy another sim card. How is this issue going to be resolved. I want to discontinue with the new scheme as well as i want my pre paid no to work as it worked before. The charges of adding the other no has been added to my postpaid bill though i never received the new sim card and the pre no is also not working since 18th april.

                          Yesterday 23-5-18 i recharged my airtel mobile number [protected] with rs.149/-
                          After purchase i got confirmation message from airtel and money deducted from my bank account, but product or pack is not activated till now.
                          I called customer care and asked for help
                          They told "some technical issue is occurred at airtel maintenance side, we will activate your pack after 6 hours.
                          But after 6 hours also pack was not activated".
                          I called customer care again, they said same thing but this time they increased the time to resolve my issue to next day
                          The staff were not cooperative, poor knowledgeable, don't have proper manners
                          And they are not listening my issue. Instead of accepting my complaint they cut the call and denied my request.

                          So i called again asked "why you guys cut the call and why you denying my request or complaint"
                          They told very politely that "we have no option to cut the call but we have a special feature that is automatic call denying option at airtel executive end".
                          I don't know how airtel only using this call denying feature and dropping customer calls intentionally.
                          This is the work culture of airtel and tgeir employees and this is way they are behaving with customers denying complaints.
                          Worst airtel customer care services.
                          I don't know whom to contact bcz customer care only not listening to customer problems, then what is the use of customer care.

                              I have used an internet combo offer which has ended by yesterday night. I noticed that my mobile data was switched on at 12.15am and switched off internet.

                              When i check balance of my account, it was shocking. My balance has reduced from rs. 487 to rs.299. When i go to my usage on mobile, i noticed that usage is only 2mb on my mobile for today.

                              Can airtel explain me how can you charge 180 rupees for usage of 2 mb? This is really pathetic and airtel is not applying the basic rates and deducting huge sum of amount for very less data usage.

                              Is there any fault in their software where they take yesterday data used for next day when internet is not switched off.

                              It's very pathetic and frustrating when our balance is deducted without proper reason.

                              Attached a screenshot where only 2 mb is used in my data usage of mobile.

                              My prepaid number is [protected]. This issue happened today morning at 12.15 am and i am raising this complaint at 12.42am on may 24th.

                              It's very frustrating. Some one take this complaint and get me proper response. There is some software glitch in airtel they take yesterday data usage to next day if mobile data is not switched off

                              I have been using this airtel network for more than 10 years. But this kind of software glitch is there in airtel data usage.

                              I have had a call with airtel sometime before 6 months for same kind of issue and they asked me to switch off internet around 11.50pm itself as there would be no chance of amount deductions.

                              But it's really pathetic. I can pay amount for usage from 12am of next day. Why should I pay amount for previous day usage. From conversation with them, understanding is there are some issues where we have to switch off mobile data well before 12am. Or else continual usage will add up yesterday usage in next day usage. This is really a software glitch i can day.

                                Airtel has become a fraudulent company because of telecommunication competition. I have shared the screenshot of my airtel app in which it was showing 399 rs offer for 82 days but after recharging i just got 70 days. What kind of trick is that. Can you please explain. Already i complained of deduction of more than rs30 and there is no transparency in showing customers last transactions. I want refund back for both the issues or give full validity. How can you trick your customers like that. I have been associated with airtel from past 4-5 years. I don't expect such things from your renowned company. Please resolve this issue asap. You better have a complaints section in your app as well.

                                  The amount got deducted, however, the recharge was not done.
                                  On may 19th, 2018, i recharged the airtel number [protected].
                                  Rs 199 was deducted from my account immediately and the recharge was not done. I called the customer care and informed the same and they said the amount will be refunded after two days as the transaction was unsuccessful due to some reason. Hence they also requested to recharge again for 199/-. The second time the recharge was successful.

                                  Till this date, the amount which was deducted at first is not credited back.
                                  I have attached the screenshot of my bank transaction for the deduction of 199 two times.

                                    Can't access 4g internet, and can't make calls when volte is on.
                                    Want my money back, our entire community is angry and frustrated with airtel. The worst company in india... I want rs 448 asap. Today whole day, i can't use my internet and also calls are not connecting. It's a last mail i am sending. It's time to take actions... Enough is enough... I am tried using airtel. I want to boycott airtel.
