Hi team,

I took airtel broadband connection on 14th may 2018 and i was promised that my connection will be installed the very next day and to do that they asked me to make the payment immediately. The sales person even called me 4 times to make the payment.

I made the payment immediately, but due to the delay of their installation i had to cancel the connection. I've mailed them so many times regarding canceling my account and till today my refund hasn't been initiated and these people are giving me so much trouble.

I paid via credit card and asking them to refund back to my bank account, but they are saying either they can send a cheque payment that will take around a maximum of 40 days or to get the refund via neft they are asking me to send a cancelled checque, once they receive the cancelled checque they will initiate the refund via neft.

You can understand, even though i did not use their service at all, these people are giving me this much trouble giving my refund back, i wonder what if i used their connection, what kind of service they'd have given to me.

I am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 9 days now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.

No one has contacted me yet with regards to the refund. No confirmation from Airtel of my refund being processed?

Is someone looking into my case?

    I wonder how glamourzone service got activated on my mobile and they charged me rs. 35/week for 3 weeks. It was may 8th when the service got automatically activated. Later it is getting renewed automatically without my permission. I never reactivated it either. I am not even able to speak to the customer service executive since the number is unknown.

    This is totally fraud. How could they even activate a service and charge without my permission?

      I accept that airtel is the best provider among all and including customer support also... They are doing good and following up : (

      But it's a waste of our time...

      I am following them more than 30 days.. And didn't get any positive solution for me now...

      The mail i sent to airtel cc ":

      Dear airtel

      I purchased my samsung s9+ on airtel store and the date of delivery is 10-apr-2018 and i was using the mobile about 20 days only... Suddenly i saw one straight line on my screen and i called airtel customer care and asked for the mobile replacement since it's 20 days old only. They advised me to apply for airtel secure service and applied more than 4 times after that i raised a complaint with airtel customer care... And definitely, i loved their support they followed me back on the phone... After few hours i got the call from"one assist"on may 6 and they said please upload the clear images of phone.. I said ok (Screenshot attached) and reuploaded all the images immediately and i didn't receive any calls from them afterward and re-checked the airtel app on next day and again it's asked for"proceed to checkout (Link new apply)" and i left it because got tired of complaining this to your customer care (You can check my log details from your side). After that, i got an accident on may 10 and my phone has broken a little bit!

      What can i do now?

      It's just 20 days from purchasing date i saw some line on my mobile and asked for the replacement and you people didn't help me out

      It's a rs.65, 000 product. How can i pay without using the product.?

      Please think it from my perspective! And do the needful

      Until i won't pay the emi and i know it will affect my credit history...
      Without your reply am not gonna pay...

      Do the needful as earliest...

      1. Phone replacement didn't happen
      2. I applied for airtel secure service after many attempts it didn't happen
      3. Made a complaint about this in airtel cc... You can check my records
      (And today also, made one complaint)

        We are getting sick of airtel issues, and its a kind of mental harassment struggling with your customer care & ppl who visit at home for rectification.

        If the company do not have trained persons then how can you send ppl at home to create a chaos?

        Its really unprofessional behaviour of airtel & unacceptable at all.

        Past few months every now & then we are facing challenges with airtel either in mobile network/broadband connection/speed or in the bill.

        If you want to discontinue services please say it with a clarity, we are not here for mental stress, my senior citizen parents are very annoyed.

          Hi team,

          I have requested for connection transfer from my old address to my new address on 4th may and i am still waiting.

          I have called customer service more than 8 times as of yesterday and also to couple of senior executives, my request status is still in progress.

          I am not sure if even writing a complaint would help and also not sure how many more required here to get this request completed???

            I am using airtel service from more than 4 years. From last 2 weeks, the outgoing calls are getting terminated with a voice message "all lines are currently busy" and calls are getting connected a 10 trials. This is annoying and wasting a lot of time. Airtel is went down to worst telecom service in india. It is a nightmare to get connected to their customer for any help.

              Sir/ madam, we had paid the full yearly plan of amount 9140 rs but the customer service is not good again there r sending top up balance message but there did not told about top up rupees 116 rs everey month to pay why should we pay i pay the top up balance total 813 and they disconnected the internet and phone calls. From past 2years we r using airtel but this year it is too bad other wise we will disconnect the airtel boardband and return our full balance amount

                I am using two airtel numbers, one from 2 yrs and one from 1 year. Though i am a 4g customer i get a maximum data speed of 1.5 mbps that too at late night which results in poor downloading speed. most part of my data pack is wasted accordingly.Coming to calls, everytime i call someone either it does not connect or if connects, nothing is hearable in the first call. Again i need to call nd talk. I have tried many modes of complaints but it has never worked. I request the authorised person to consider my complaint as i have no other way left than leaving airtel networking service.

                  My Airtel mobile number was subscribed for 150 MB monthly plan for ₹ 29/- when it was subscribed for the first time.
                  When It was understood that it was the auto renewal plan, I had contacted the customer care executive to stop the plan.
                  He gave me a USSD code for deactivating the service. I had received the SMS regarding unsubscribed from this service.
                  But the next month I saw deduction from
                  my balance for the same plan. This is being continued for near about a year.
                  I have downloaded Airtel mobile app also.
                  In the help/support portal they have not given this option of deactivating auto-renewal plan neither they have given their customer service phone numbers and I am not able to contact them on phone numbers either way because their support
                  portal just don't have provided the system that the customer can talk with them easily. I am not using the data plan as I have jio subscription with me.But every month Airtel is deducting money from my balance. So they must stop my auto renewal data plan . As well they must credit the amount to my balance as they have deducted the money illegally even though I had contacted them for the same
                  and assured me about unsubscribed from he service.

                    My Airtel mobile [protected]. I am aged 84 years. I recharged my mobile for 200 rupees at 5.05 pm on[protected], I received a message saying mobile has been recharged for 200rs and the balance is 200rs. But suddenly some vas ie. video parlor service miniplex service etc renewed without my request and my 200rs gone. As an aged person what can I do?

I am Post paid customer of Airtel but Airtel only loots customers, donot provide better services. Airtel 4G is for only name, first network strength is very weak, if at all it comes good the speed works like 2G.

                        HI Team,

                        I have raised complaint against airtel to the customer care about my postpaid number [protected] like we were not able to use the proper network speed and told them network in the area is not working and it is giving me only less than 1 mbps speed.

                        They had replied me after checking the backend that in my area nw upgrade work is going on so you have to wait till june or july eom to get the proper speed s to use.I had asked for the Waiver of the bill they had done it for the months I had faced the issue and till now am getting the bills for the same price and the nw issue is not fixed.

                        Now adays they are keep on saying you have to make the payment .They are always asking only about the payment but instead they are not giving good service to the customers or fixing the issue in my area.

                          I Deba Prasad Chakraborty, my all three numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected] had been portabled from Aircel ti Airtel on 17 and 24 Mar 2018 and new sim recharged with Rs. 179 (178 + 1) the retailer told 1st month all calls free and next 2 months all calls 30 paisa/ Min, and same msg had been received in all three numbers. But after 56 days they started cutting 2 paisa/1 Sec i.e. normal charge. Now my question is that after giving the messages why company is not providing the same service so this fraud case is doing by the company. I am an ex serviceman and want justice on this matter immediately. please take the action as early as possible.

                            I am your permanent customer since last 10 years & is facing rude behaviour from your cc staff. I had made a request on 13/5/18 for shifting of my broadband connection from delhi to noida with landline no.[protected].
                            I was told by cc staff that it will take 3 to 5 days & on thursday i received a call that we are coming for fitting the lines. As it was very unexpected but then only i tried to reach home at the fixed time. Due to traffic jam i got delayed & the person left the site.
                            When i called him, he told that next day someone will come. But after that no one turned up.
                            When i called cc they told that all the slots of your area is full & we will not able to provide you connection in that area.
                            Now what should i do?
                            I am your 10 year old customer.
                            Should i shift to some other service provider?
                            I am withiut wifi since last 8 days.
                            My son is in usa & i have to call daily to my son.
                            This is enough for my connection or should i knock the door of higher authority.

                                I recharged wrongly by mobile no. With airtel payments bank. Amount was 399. My number is already having a plan of 509 and hence i cannot use 399 plan. When i asked costomer care to refund. He deined to help. What kind of poor service. It was on 6 april when i recharged for 509 plan on my airtel no. It will expire on 6 july. Now today i. E on 21st may i was trying to recharge my friend's number with a plan 399 but wrongly i recharged my number which is already having a plan of 509. Now i called costomer care to refund my 399 amount because both plans are unlimited and i cannot use the 399 plan fully.. So i asked for refund. But costomer care denied and did not refund my money.. They are not providing me the service for 399 plan. So why should i pay for the plan.

Your customer care is pathetic before they could assist they disconnect the call and don't even bother to assist customer. I called your [protected] no call back, [protected] spoke to Manav he disconnected the call just now...I don't think u want to retain ur customers...pathetic experience with AIRTEL should stop using ur services forever...

                                      I was used broadband past 4 years, and last Sep 2017disconnected my broadband due to I went aborad. Now I wish to activate my broadband, and I requested on last Friday 18/05/2018, and service executive came on sunday(20/05/2018)they said we will come 3.30 p.m, but still they will not come after I called customer care executive they said your requested has been cancel due to no freebility in your area, i am living same address past 25 years, my question is I was used broadband past 4 years, but no freebility in my area?

                                        I am using your postpaid mobile connection from last 5 yr as i already requested to you from last 1 yr please send my bill at my postal address but you dont take any action against after my complaint and charging late fees every month late fees charges of rs.100. So please wave my all charges from last 1 yr to till now. I[censored] want any other information please contact me on my no. [protected].

                                        Last two months we have a problem in 4G network. It is not connecting. And it is very slow like 1kbps it's running, I'm using these Airtel sim card at 8 year .                                         Network of Airtel is being seen but why the hell it is showing "no network" while calling someone
