I had to port my number from vodafone to airtel. I have come to realize how big a mistake was that. My vodafone sim services stopped 4 days back, and this airtel people keep talking about technical difficulties and still they have not started services for my number. I have been visiting their gallery again and again leaving my job each day, and there is no resolution till now. Extremely disappointed of airtel.
Since last night now i have no service for my number and they ask me to visit the stupid gallery again. On top of no resolution, the service people in the gallery are extremely rude. Worst experience.

    Hello,
    My complaint includes a person named lr. Kushwaha who promised me for an airtel broadband connection, came home with the cef form and charged me 500rs for the installation charges. He said the connection guy will be here in 2 hours, 3 days have passed and the person vanished. Now he's not picking up the phone and there is no address of him on the maps.

      It is a shame that i have to write to you about this matter. I jad ordered a new broadband connection on the 5th of may amd have not yet received it. I had made the full payment for 6 months and simce then i have been calling your customer service like a mad woman. They kept promising me for the next day or asking for more time. I received complain numbers and my request was put on the escalation team a several times but i did not receive any action from them. No wifi take 12 days to get installed and running. This is the disasterous level that airtel has come down to and i really have no more hopes from you in the future.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      At time of sim card change from one phone to another phone, my total balance I.r.o [protected] has been exhausted surprisingly.
      So, you are requested to refund the said amount and oblige.

        My self mehfuz farooqui having prepaid airtel number [protected]. I got an offer of 99rs recharge in which i was eligible for unlimited talktime local, std, roaming, sms and 32gb data for 28 days. I did refill on 5th of may 2018 and offer was running smooth. Then all of sudden on 16th may there was deduction from main balance after ending calls. When i call on customer care they told there was no such offer. If there was no such offer then how i was able to call from 5th may to 15th may. And still i have my gb balance in account which shows going to expire on 1st june. Why such cheating. Bcoz of this airtel is loosing their business. Plz help

          Dear sir,
          I am thanuj kumar k. I am the customer for airtel digital tv for the last 6 years. 6 months back i have upgraded my connection to airtel internet tv set-top box and converted my monthly plan into the yearly plan. I have paid for the yearly plan. Now recently i have got some problem with the channels. No channels are coming into my tv. I have called to customer care on 1-may-2018 and complained about it. They have logged a complaint and told that executive will come in next 24 hours and will resolve the issue. No one has come and addressed my issue till 3-may-2018. I have called to customer care and asked about the cancellation as no-one has addressed the issue. They have taken request for cancellation on 3-may-2018. Next day 4-may-2018 i got a call from backend team and told that executive will come and collect the set-top box. Once he collects the set-top box, my disconnection will be processed. I said ok and dropped the call. Later no executive came to my home and no one has responded since that day. I have waited for one day and called to customer care on 5-may-2018 and told the same to the customer care. They told again i will get the call from backend team on 6-may-2018 and they will direct the process. I said that i already got the call from backend team and they told me that executive will come to my home and will collect the set-top box. But no one has come yet. Even though the customer care was not listening to me and telling the same story again that backend team will call tomorrow and they will direct the procedure. Again i have waited for one day and even no one has called me for another 4 days.
          No executive has come to my home and nothing was initiated.

          I have called the customer care again on 11-may-2018 and scolded for their irresponsibility. Again customer care told me that the backend team will call on 12-may-2018 and will direct the procedure. I got frustrated and scolded again. But they are simply telling the same story and not taking action and not connecting my call to the supervisor also.

          I have waited till 12-may-2018 and called to the customer care and told them that no-one has called and requested to connect to a supervisor. But they said that supervisor is busy with their work, so not able to connect. I scolded again. Even though they were telling the same story that backend team will call and initiate the procedure.

          I got irritated and irritated and called again on 13-may-2018 and asked the same thing. But the same story that backend team will call me on 14-may-2018 and will initiate the process. But no one has called me and nothing is happening. I have called to customer care again on 15-may-2018 afternoon 12 pm with frustration and scolded very badly and asked to disconnect my service. Even though, they were telling the same story that backend team will contact me and will initiate the disconnection today (15-may-2018) before 4 pm. I have asked to connect to the supervisor to talk about this. But they told that supervisor was busy and unable to connect. I scolded again in the worst manner with lots of frustration for the irresponsibility and no responses. But they are telling the same backend team story. I don't know what to do. Again i have waited until 4 pm. But no one has called me and nothing happened.

          I called again to the customer care at 4 pm and asked about that why backend team has not called and not initiating disconnection. Again they told that i have to wait till 8 pm evening and backend team will definitely call and executive will come and collect the set-top box at any cost.

          I have waited till 9 pm night and still waiting. I didn't get any call from backend team and no executive came to my home.

          I don't understand one thing that how many days you will torture the customer because of asking for disconnection?

          What is the problem to disconnect my service? Why are you not disconnecting even after 12 days of the request for disconnection even after calling to customer care for more than 8 days continuously? Why is your customer service doing the very worst job?

          No one is caring about my suffering. No customer executive is taking responsibility. No supervisor is looking into my issue. No one from backend team is responsible to call me. Nothing is happening since i have raised a request for cancellation on 3-may-2018. Nobody is responding for the last 12 days.

          Is this the way you behave? Is this the way you are training your customer care team and backend team.

          Are you the manager for this kind of customer service? Who is the guarantee and responsible for my money paid for the 1-year plan?

          What happened to my money for the last 12 days that i have not used your service?

          Who will respond to my request for disconnection?

          Where should i go to get my money back for the rest of months?

          Who is responsible for all these worst services and irresponsible team?

          Please answer all my questions and take an immediate action.

          I lost all my patience and i can not call every day and could not spend the time to speak to customer service and to scold with more frustration for no response and for no actions from your customer care.

          If you feel that you are a genuine manager and genuine nodal officer, could you please take action on this and please disconnect my service and refund my remaining amount immediately. I have to get around 4000/- as a refund.

          At least can you please take an action on this?

          If you are also doing the same and would not respond to my problem, then i feel that you are also not genuine and i will have only one way to reach police station or would like to go to the court to get the solution.

              This is in relation to my airtel tv account no.[protected]. On 9th may 2018, i recharged my airtel dth account [protected] for rupees.5801. The recharge message came on the settop boxr and everything went well, all channels become active. However on 15th may, i start getting messages on my tv screen that my account balance is low and to recharge the account before 18th may 2018 to avoid service interruption. Since i paid rs.5801, i expect my account to be valid for one year. Please therefore let me know why this has happened. The recharge amount is not getting reflected in my account balance

                I am facing this serious issue for the past two three weeks with airtel prepaid they are for no reason activating Gaming services and deducting my balance and and airtel customer care is beyond reach with pathetic IVR option they have been continuously deducting the balance money I am now going to switch to some other network fat better than this so called pathetic airtel. And will not advice anyone to switch to airtel ever.

                  Mastipack was activated on my mobile since 10/03/2018 without my consent and being charged rs 49/- for 10 days without my permission. I even don t know what is this mastipack.
                  I am not aware as how or on what ground such services are activated by airtel frauduntly without taking consent from consumer. Airtel has proven track record for such kind of frauds.
                  Please credit all the money deducted from my balance on this account, which is rs 334/-

                  There is no network at all and no signal at all
                  Neither I can call nor receive calls
                  What is the problem with a network.
                  Since 1 year I'm complaining airtel about the network issue. But they have paid no interest.

                    As i recharged my mobile with the amount of 399.

                    Issue is : ehen i opened the data. Its not allowimg me to browse and not allowing me to make any call. This is quiet disguisting thing for me. Worst service from airtel now.

                    Please check and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                      Good evening.

                      At present i am staying in delhi. I am basically from bangalore. My airtel no is [protected]. It was switched off from morning because there was no charge in the battery. Since it was switched off, how an airtel executive can issue my sim to some one without my presence. This is seriously a big mess up which airtel has created now. That sim is synchronised to many accounts and even to aadhar card. How easily this big mistake can an airtel executive do???

                      I need an immediate action on this before its been miss used as that no is linked to current account if any thing happens i need you people to bear the complete loss and reputation.

                      Also i wanted the person who issued the sim without my presence should be fired from the work and also the person who has taken the sim should be behind the bars.

                      Its not a matter of days to find this. With in an hour it can be sorted out by using the technology.

                      Note: request you to interconnect all the states airtel no.

                      I need a immediate response on this.

                        I am regularly paying my bills. Details given below:
                        1. Bill no.[protected] for feb 18 amt. 643/- was paid on 20.02.2018 to your
                        Authorized representative "m/s millenium exclusive" vide their
                        Receipt no. 17613.
                        2. Bill no.[protected] for mar 18 amt. 590/- was paid on 20.03.2018 to your
                        Authorized representative "m/s millenium exclusive" vide their
                        Receipt no. 17685.
                        3. Bill no.[protected] for mar 18 amt. 590/- was paid on 19.04.2018 to your
                        Authorized representative "m/s millenium exclusive" vide their
                        Receipt no. 17685.
                        3. Bill for may 2018 amounting to rs. 590/- was paid to kushan sen, your
                        Authorized collector, vide airtel money bill pay cash receipt no. 93282,
                        On 16.05.18.
                        I could not understood, as to why my service was disconnected whereas from the above statement you will fid that i have paid my dues regularly.

                        I hope serious, justified and immediate action will be taken from your end against m/s millenium exclusive, burdwan for harassing your customers.

                          Airtel deactivated my number for not usage for 90 days though there was a minimum balance of RS 20 as mentioned by trai...I contacted airtel for the reactivation of the number .They asked me to visit the relationship center to get the activated duplicate sim..When i visited the center they refused to give me the duplicate sim.They said you can get a new sim but not retain the number which was deactivated...Airtel wasted my entire working day...Its the worst company in the business

                            I was using Airtel connection for sometime and in spite of repeated complaints related to speed of internet, no one has addressed the problem but have charged me for the 4G Service. Out of flustration I decided to port to vodafone. I paid my dues on the due date along with 100 rs extra so that I do not face any problem while porting. Few days after the request for porting that I was told by vodafone that my request has been refused by airtel. Within in a couple of days I recived a call from airtel stating that due to technical snag my porting request could not be proceessed so I should once agin ask vodafone to puss the papers again. This made my billing cycle change by one day. I was fully charged for that one day which was due to the fault of airtel. I have said this to their officials many times but no one looked into the matter. This has now made vodafone stop my services and I am facing a problem as I cannot make any calls nor can I use the net.

                            Why should I pay for something which was because of the companys fault.

                                I work at amazon and we have a toll free number for company related calls

                                Issue: this number when dialed from my phone is coming as invalid. I checked with some of my colleagues and its happening with half my team.

                                Can you check what is the problem here. I will be forced to move to other networks if this problem is not resolved soon.

                                  Hi. I decided to start using airtel payment bank for the first time and it is probably the worst decision ever! I do not know my mpin nor does the name for authentication match. I have called airtel payment bank customer care and have got a response that i've been trying for the past one week. Call 400 and get the proper account details. I am not able to get the details! Please understand. I got the account registered on my name. And i transferred money into my account. And now the names don't match. Please help me resolve this issue.

                                    I had moved to airtel on 21 jan. I have been proposed that if i move to airtel postpaid i will get 100rs rental discount on 499rs plan also many other offers. But the say i moved to airtel i am facing network / call drop/no internet issue. So i moved to airtel prepaid as postpaid was costly if i was not able to use it. Now i want to move to other network, airtel is not allowing me to move even when i am not interested in airtel and clocked over the 90 days locks.

                                      I purchage the airtel connection and want to open the airtel payment bank and to apply. I was goes the airtel store and apply for payment bank but some technical issues show and we are trying again then the last point it shows the account is already in progress. And i m waiting to open bank automatically process. I m applying more 100 time but same issue faced. But today i call the 400 number of airtel money customer and explain my issue. But that particular person tell me airtel payment bank is already open but not my name. How is this possible. Please i want close this account and want to reopen the account in my id proof. Pleaee help to resolve my issue in immediate bases.

                                        I have sent mail on 14/5/2018, regarding [protected] number sim not working but still no response from airtell.
                                        Even 121 no not able to dial from my card, how can i contact airtell in case of such card failure?
                                        Net also very slow, many time not working at all. I have to use other card services.
                                        Please resolve this matter on priority, i cannot afford to keep my phone off
