Iam past 10 years of airtel customer iam really disappointed with airtel Internet access issue iam unable to open some of the files because Internet access is very much slower and horrible please help me out or else I will look forward to any other better network airtel network is useless iam really fed up with the Internet access product

    My mobile no is [protected]. I am not able receive and make calls. I want the services to be restored asap. Are my payments credited to my account correctly. What is my plan and why am i being asked to pay a big amount of rs. 1800. Please confirm. Also, i want an explanation why my connection is not working. The connection, in the last four months or so has been very bad. Why am i suffering for no fault of mine

      I am using airtel for the past 10 years.. But recently last one year or so the network has disappointed me a lot.. Most places network issues. Data showing 4g but it's slower than 2g. I usually be in roaming and since last 1and half years i feel airtel has gone from worst to worst.. Even i don't get proper network or data signals at my home. Calls get cut often in middle... Data is very very slow despite so much of adds about 4g network being the fastest.. And i am not only one to complaint i hear it from lot of airtel users dese days.. U take money for 4g and best network and u give nothing.. I think it's time to change to jio...
      Don't fool ur own customer. I used to be proud o[censored]sing airtel but now i am very dissatisfied and disappointed by the quality of service they provide..

        Today morning onwards our broadband connections[protected] and landline phone is not working.

        We already informed to our area engineers and still no response.

        Our business operations get much affected today whole day. Kindly log this as a compliant and took immediate measures immediatly to resolve this issue.

        Hope tomorrow morning before10am this issue may resolve.

        Our business softwares only work with online platform, so broadband is much essential.

        Kindly escalate and do needful.

          I have applied on 7th april 2018 for convert of postpaid to prepaid of my airtel sim. the reference nuber which is given by customer care for complaint is 85291291. till date the matter has not been solved and meanwhile my postpaid bill is generated even not using foa a single call.
          airtel has giving frustrating experience.
          i really so upset with the airtel service.

          i have also submitted relevant document and passport sized photo twice.
          i always visit to airtel store, the concern person assured me that the conversion will be done in 2 days.

          kindly solve the problem on urgent basis.

            I applied for a airtel pospaid connection on 8th may and i got a call from the executive and she got an appointment for the documentation work also from my side i provided all the document and they gave me SIM and told me that the sim will get active within couple of hours. Its almost a week now but the SIM is not activated. The executive is not picking my call too. Please help me to get his done ASAP

              I tried sending email to customer service airtel and i am repeatedly getting the reply stating my email is not registered.

              I request for changing my number from chennai to bangalore as i am getting huge bill because of roaming. Airtel guy gave me sim and told me customer service will help and i will get the same number and will be activated in 3 days time. I waited and rather getting my issue resolved customer service lady calls me unnecessarily asking for payment before due date. I was also promised that till the port change happens i will not be charged on roaming.

              Now my number is deactivated and i don't have any new sim no number atall to get any calls.

              This is insane. Nor i am being given any information. My emails are not considered.

              I need an immediate response.

                In my mobile you have activated bhojpuri video service without my request and charged for the same.
                Now i have received another message about renewal and charge for the same.
                I have not used the service even once and not required as i cannot understand bhojpuri.
                I tried to send a message to 155223 with stop instruction and the message is not send.

                Please stop activating/renewing the service in my mobile number [protected]

                If you fail to do so i will be compelled to report to complaining authorities.

                  My mobile [protected] was recharged through www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge on[protected]:06PM for Rs 448 TransID[protected] and it was confirmed for 82 days Unlimited calls including Roaming, 1.4 GB Data/day, 100 local+STD SMS/day by message on my mobile [protected]. But Airtel Alerts warning me the Pack benefit of 3G/4G data and Loc STD Mins is expiring today[protected]. The same Alerts from Airtel Alerts came two days before also saying your pack benefit expires within two days.

                  I request you to forward this complaint to M/s Airtel (www.airtel.in) so that my pack benefit for continued for 82 days, stop sending alerts without checking the actual validity of package.

                    I was using airtel postpaid service for more than a year but due to bad network i have shifted to prepaid, they have stop my prevoius sim facility that is of postpaid sim but they haven't started my new prepaid sim service as sum how i manage to visit airtel galary they are saying it will take 24 to 48 hrs. If it takes that much time than why they diconnected my previous sim service. I don't know what kind of service they are giving i got fedup with there service

                      Hello,

                      Was travelling to out of country for some work, called customer support to activate international roaming, gave me option for 1199 plan with unlimited incoming calls, 3 gb data and 120 minutes outgoing calls. I subscribed for both the packs

                      Reached my destination 2nd day phone stopped working, took a local sim and international calling for usd 40 called airtel number [protected], customer support. He informed me somehow its mentioned in notes but your plan never got activated, will do it now. As i made some calls after reaching my destination for the first day asked the rep about the charges for that he said wait till 9th of may and we will sort it out its not your fault. I did not take any chances and wrote an email to airtel with the snapshot of the sms received same day, customer support asked me till 9th may when bill gets generated.

                      Bill generated for inr 7119 (Charged me two extra 499 plus 1650 for calling), called their customer support same day and after many calls was able to talk to their supervisor asked me to wait for 5 more days. I informed her that i have already attached the sms confirmation which i received from airtel initially before travel, but she said will have to listen to phone conversation looks like being a telecom company airtel do not trust their own text messages they send to customers.

                      Called today again after 5 days they dont have any response, asked for one more day after accepting that it is their fault but needs times.

                      I do not know what should i do go? File a case with consumer court.

                        There is not even 2g data available & even for calling no signal. We have to walk some distance for a network. Because of poor data some apps not even login.

                        Inside home we won't get even poor network strength. It's nil.

                        Only emergency calls are available.

                        Please resolve it.

                        Resolve it as soon as possible because the jio network is putting up a network there. Already some are planning to port their airtel to jio.

                            I am constantly receiving fraudulent sms from [protected] (An airtel gsm number from tamil nadu circle area) promoting an illegal ayurvedic firm.
                            The sms keeps pouring in from morning 10.
                            In spite of activating dnd on my phone the sms keeps pouring in.
                            Please help me to sort out this problem as these people who are disturbing the common man with such sms can be frauds who are hunting in public an innocent common man to fall prey to their forgery and illegal business activities.

                            I will request airtel (Tamil nadu) zone to kindly monitor this issue and help eradicate such fraud people who are misusing the airtel connection to promote illegal business activities and god knows what all cheap business they are into and day by day harass the common man like me.

                              Last time i recharged my girlfriend and my sister phone airtel with unlimited pack of 169.. For 28days but it is ended in 15days only... And there is no response from customer care also... Poor service bad network... And 4g girl chutya bana rahi he... Please we are leaving airtel service... It is nothing just to fill one sim slot in phone with out any use

                                Earlier, on 08.05.18 complaint filed that airtel co deducted rs. 50.00 from my talk value balance. They have not refunded till now the amount. Rather again, they have deducted rs.5.00 today morning (18.05.18) by activating forcibly bhojpuri video services. Validity one day. They will again renew, i. E. Deduct on expiry of this service forcibly. I am at a loss. Airtel co has become super power. They are activating vas forcibly and deducting talk value balance forcibly and don't bother, care consumers' complaints at all. Please do something, sir. They are destroying consumers and making their lives hell.

                                  My network disconnected even though the account is activated. This is happening for last 4 days i. E. From 15 may 2018.

                                  Today when i went to check with the airtel service desk at reliable tech park airoli, the concerned person changed the sim and sait it will be activated in 2 hours.

                                  I want to know, even after being loyal customer for years how airtel can disconnect my network without my knowledge.

                                  4 days of disconnection - loss of my communication and data as well.

                                  We opt for a mobile connection to be able to communicate in emergency, but if the service provider disconnects the network should be responsible for all the consequences due to their such act.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    On sunday dated 06/05/2018 i received a call from mobile no - [protected] at 11.32am, saying that i am calling from airtel and your sim will be closed and you have to change the sim from 3 g to 4g.
                                    For this he asked to send a sms on 121.
                                    Just after that my sim was blocked and no massage was coming on that.

                                    Next day on dated 07.05.2018 a fraud of rs 1, 00, 000.00 occurred in my icici bank due to this fraud and sim which was delivered to some unknown personnel without any identification.

                                    On same date we filled a complain to customer care of airtel to block the mobile no.

                                    Now you are requested to pls identify the store and person from where this sim was issued without any identification and fraud happens with me.

                                    In connection to this you are requested to pls compensate the amount of fraud and mental harassment happen to me and my family.

                                    You are requested to please clarify with documents and proof.
                                    My concern :
                                    1. How come the fraudster was in possession of new airtel prepaid sim without requesting them against any customer and submitting any document for the same.
                                    2. Are your unregistered sim available in the black market for any type of anti - social activities and it can be purchased like toffy and chocklet.
                                    3. Will you still brush-off everything claiming zero responsibilities and saying that you cannot trace sim or the owner. Being a so big company (Bharti airtel).
                                    4. What are the rules and regulations of your company to safe the private and confidential identity of the customer.
                                    5. How can we identify the fraud when the old sim was blocked and no sms was coming on that.
                                    6. You are rwquested to please identify this mob no - [protected] and file an fir against this process at your end. (We hope such a big company have some legal team of proffessionals)
