I have tried two time to recharge mobile no. [protected] with the amount of rs. 249/each times. My bank a/c has been debited but message not received from airtel that your mobile no. Has been successfully recharged and balance is also not showing. Please help to recharge my mobile one time and rest of the amount rs. 249/- may please be transferred to my bank a/c

    This is for your kind information that we had paid rs. 12611 to airtel against our bill from citrusairtel gateway online by our bank

    Even payment confirm by citrusairtel gateway to airtel they have successfully paid rs. 12611 to airtel on dt. 9/3/18 with transaction ref no. [protected]citrusairtel /
    [protected] by hdfc bank

    But till date no amount posted in our airtel account.

    & our corporate mobile nos outgoing call barred 3 times in 1 month.

    Kindly take necessary action on airtel as early

      I have requested to migrate from postpaid to prepaid on last April 25th 2018. I hope, my account disconnected from postpaid on last 28th April 2018. Afterwards, i couldn't make first time recharge through Airtel office & retail shop. The Error is occurring by highlighting Recharge is not successful. To solve this issue, i am following up for past 15 days by calling the respective Airtel office where i have done the migration and also by calling the customer care people. But nobody knows how to solve the problem. I didn't expect such a worst service from Airtel. The Aritel employees is trying to escape from my call by saying something or redirecting to someone.

        Hello I am Aman, my issue is related with recharge as i recharged my number twice
        by mistake . but airtel claimed that we are not responsible for that. what is this ? payment done but doesn't received any benefit. I just Hate Airtel (Jio is better in this manner as they really cares for thier users ). Worst experience ever with Airtel .hate airtel .

          We have been complaining regarding the unavailability of internet connection since today morning but no response from the concerned authorities.
          With the result full day work in the office has come to a stand still.
          Request you to earnestly look into the matter.
          The concerned local engineer has been repeatedly saying that we dont have the generator facility on server.

            I visited airtel store niwaru road jaipur branch for the purpose of porting of jio sim to airtel. I just want to switch my sim from jio to airtel because of some network issues. And then i submitted the documents for porting in that particular airtel store. And next day before 24hrs i visited again their for the purpose of cancellation of porting because i want to switch my jio to vodafone. And they said that they cannot cancel porting of prepaid but they can cancel the porting of postpaid. And they forcing me to switch to airtel postpaid from starting i. E on 9 may when i visited first for the purpose of porting. And it is clearly clearify by trai that porting can be cancelled within 24 hrs.

              Hi i use jio and airtel i have 50gb unused data in airtel, every time i use airtel am depressed the data speed in airtel it's very very slow. Today i check the speed of airtel and jio, for your ref i upload the screeshot. Please help me to solve this issue, last 16years i use airtel airtel is a superb network... I like it so much but data speed is very less please solve this issue asap...

                I am sorry to inform that my sim no. [protected] in pune has been inactive for the last one month. I had applied for change of plan from “corporate” i. E. Hind musafir agency to “personal” with all necessary documents at the franchisee on dhole patil road. This franchisee is now closed down. I approached the b t kawade road franchisee last week. This too did not help.

                  Good morning sir|madam,

                  My name is samyak doshi. And i am writing this email regardsing this number from airtel [protected].

                  I would like to inform you that i have wrongly been charged for all the months! And now i am getting calls everyday demanding about money! You can check the usage for the last § months and get back with a reply for the same! And i did not waant this number still your person forcefully gave it to me and now it has been a burden to me! The way airtel people talk on the phone when they call you is very rude and they need to be trained how to talk! With all due respect sir|madam, please tell them to stop calling for the purpose of money or you can take away the number or stop it as well.

                  Looking forward for a posotove reply from ypu.

                    Balance cut rs.35 for 2 times nd rs.25 on mobile number - [protected].. Kindly credit all balance which is wrongly cut.. This service activated without my permission nd in absence of my knowledge. I m also demo card user nd airtel customer from more than 10 years.. Hope company care for valuable customer. If such issue accures again nd again then i have to do mnp in other company.. Rs. 110 around cut as per my knowledge.. Please credit

                      I have choose to port from airtel because for the past two weeks there is no network and i don't have receive any incoming calls in 4g network i raise a compain as well but there is no resolution for this from team airtel.
                      After this my current balance for airtel is 35 gb left when i port out and they have added 500 rs regarding airtel i can't understand the extra bill.
                      Please resolve the issue of the bill so i can pay the bill.

Debited from my account, but now (Till) time the same is not update by airtel. My kindly information the transaction id as rbl[protected] dt 13.05.2018 for rs.1064.00.

                          I am a user of airtel mobile number [protected]. I had opted to port my number to different operator on 12-may-2018. Yesterday i received a call from airtel retention team. They offered me a plan of monthly rental 349 with an additional discount of 100rs per month for next 1 year. They also offered additional free 20gb data per month for next 1 year. The plan looked fair to me and i confirmed to opt for it. My new plan got activated after disconnecting the call. But, few minutes later my plan got changed to another plan with monthly rental 99 with some pathetic benefits which i never opted. This is a fraud done by the airtel team to cancel the porting request. This needs attention and resolution.

                            My name is rangoli agarwal. I'm using an airtel postpaid number. I'm using the 499 plan which entitles me to 40 gb of internet per month. Since more than 2 months i have not been able to use the internet that i'm entitled too. I have called airtel and complained a couple of times. They assure me that they will respond with a callback, several times. But in the end, their final callback is always two rings. Most of the times, you miss the call since it's so short. Then they send you a message saying we were unable to contact you inspite of several attempts. Once i was just able to answer their call. The person on the other end sounded very surprised that i had picked up the call and promptly hung up. So customer care seems to be a farce with this company. My internet is still not working.
                            I would like the company to look into this matter immediately. And i expect a refund for the inconvenience made to me.

                              I primarily only use airtel as my isp and only mobile services provider. It was working fine for till the time but about 4 days ago series of problems started. For starters, data speed now is near to nothing, and no network at all for long periods of time. I can't even stream a 360p video on 4g or 3g. If this continues to happen i think i will have to switch from airtel.

                                Actually I recharged Feb 2018.that day I recharged unlimited pack of 509 .Later my money debited Two times same day.I gave complaint for 5 times.still now no response. my problem doesn't solved.I want my money back. Or recharge money to mobile.Now stupid airtel customers not attending my calls.worrest service bad customer care my issues has to solve otherwise I will not leave.

                                  I have made a complain regarding disconnection on 3 april 2018. They have told me that your connection will been get disconnected & no bill generation will be there. But i have called the team after 7-8 days they inform me that your disconnection request been cancelled. Again i have made a complaint for disconnection then they have disconnect my connection. I have told him that who will be responsible for the bill than they have told me that there will be no bill generation but now they have send me the bill of 527.59 rupees.
                                  The airtel company is totally fraud.

                                    This complaint is regarding mobile crime which has been done by one of your airtel store employee in faridabad.

                                    I was using a mobile number [protected] which was registered on my name (Akbar ali). Earlier it was idea postpaid and i have ported in airtel prepaid on 09.03.2018. When i visited airtel store sector-29, faridabad, on 09.05.2018 to issue duplicate sim, i was told that you can not get your sim because this number is issued to somebody else.

                                    I did'nt understand how it possible if my number is active and in daily use.

                                    I came to know that it is done by one of your employee faimeed khan, working right now in airtel mini store, bhoor colony, faridabad. How can airtel do this without my permission.

                                    Struggling from 4~5 days but very poor and casual approach of airtel customer service. They are not bother about security of any individual.

                                    I want the strict action against that person and want my sim back.

                                      I am always getting messages "health yoga, fun videos'" etc etc.
                                      I dont subscribe and i never open such kind of messages at all.
                                      But my money has been debited.
                                      Why is this happening??
                                      Why you dont provide a proper support to customer??
                                      Why we (Customers) not speaking with your executive directly and explaining about our problems and get resolved?
                                      Are you playing games with customer money??
                                      Is it call as a scam kind of thing??

                                      If i dont get any reply or a call regarding my problem and my issue didnt get resolved within a day, then i change my mobile network and of course i change my family members and friends circles mobiles network to some other network which is usefull.

                                      But your netwrok is useless.

                                      I once again repeat this is not fair if you do not provide a customer service executive to resolve our issues.
