I visited airtel store near bhoiwada petrol pump, dadar, mumbai regarding a fraudulent swipe of sim case. The store manager, pawan, did not help me regarding the same. Instead tried to mock me for having been in such a situation. After one hour of discussion, pawan expressed that he is unable to help with the issue because of xyx reason. I won't to another airtel store 5 mins away and got the issue solved. I suspect cultural bias as is am not originally of mumbai. I am taking this issue against pawan to other legal bodies. As i customer i except airtel to look into this matter.

I tried give to complaind airtel customer care but not give me solution . Post paid number convert to prepaid time period minimum 2- 3 days but not give response in 12 days. My airtel postpaid bil all payment clear. company has given n.o.c
