Unwanted services activated by airtel on my smartphone no.[protected].
I have just received an sms from airtel that shortfilms service has been activated on my smartphone no.[protected] for one week at ₹35/- charge. And that it will again be renewed after one week. Txn id [protected]
I did not request for this service.
And this is not the first instance, this sort o[censored]nwanted vas services are activated without any requests.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

SHORTFILMS SERVICE was activated for one week, on my smart phone no. [protected] at 5.08 am on 3.may 2018. TXN iD N25084828, at a charge of ₹35, with a threat of renewing it after a week.
I NEVER MADE A REQUEST FOR THIS, OR ANY OTHER VAS.
Please UNSUBSCRIBE me immidiately.
Please refrain from such actions in future.

    Hi,

    I did my airtel dth recharge for 720 rupees using myairtel app and payment method was using upi. The amoount was deducted and as per the status it shows that it has been credited to airte;s upi account by my dth never got recharged.

    So i had to again recharge using my debit card and it was successful. Now i have been following up with airtel nodal team and cc team and they say that they never received the amount and it will reflect back in my account. But i checked with bank and upi app team and it says that the transaction is healthy and successful and also in upi payment status also it shows that it is deposited in [protected]@hdfcbank upi id.

    I used the smae method for my airtel postpaid and it was a success. But this dth was failed.

    Now they just making me round and round and neither they have an answer on the amount nor the refund status. I am attaching the snap of the payment with transaction id and credit/debit status show which is all green.

    It's my humble request to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

      Manny time complain but no solution
      My airtel no is [protected] voice break problem continually face this problem. Last 2 month. Every time it adviser told me mentence work is process pls wait, how much time for wait.
      And u told in ad very fast network. At first solve voice problem then ad indias fastest network. So do fast solve network problem..

        My mobile no [protected]. I live in vijayawda of andhrapradesh. Iam having signal issue of airtel, that is iam not getting 4g volte n when iam entering in to my shop my signal 4g is becoming in to 3g/2g, i amnot understanding why it is coming like this n signal towers r also not far away it is almost away of 150mts i think. Eventhough in that distance the signal is being decreases, n again when iam not using the net it sometimes show 4g n when start browsing it suddenly becomes 3g

            I recharged my number by using my airtel app for rs. 399. Amount deducted by recharge was not done due to error. I called customer care and miss manisha told me that ur amount will credit automatically in next 10 days. After this i go to the retailer and i did recharge for 199. After 1 hour my previous recharge also done. I make total loss of rs. 199. Pl redeem my 399 plan and credit same in my bank account to avoid complaining to the trai...

Immediately the amount of rs.815 was debited from my hdfc account, but the balance in my airtel dth account continued to reflect rs.12.69.

                    Airtel has deducted 10rs from my balance saying that renewal of fitonza service. I never activated that service, in-spite i was not using airtel for any purpose rather than incoming calls. How could they loot money from the common people? That's a theft by airtel services.

                        Subject: re: request for an improvement of airtel 3g speed and early activation of 4g connection at boasimla.
                        I on behalf of deprived airtel customers of boasimla of arunachal pradesh (India) would like to bring your notice that, there is an airtel tower at my location. The 3g net speed is pathetic. It doesn't even goes above 100 kbps. It has 4g connection too but not been activated yet. Hence, i humbly request your esteem to find a management to improve the 3g speed. And i also, request your esteemed to activate it's 4g connection as early as possible.

                          Airtel representative collect documents, but not responding from last 2 months. When icomplaint at airtel nodal punjab they assure me to install connection in 2-3days but not done. After that thay sending me email and sms that they are unable to contact me, sir if airtel can not provide me any service then why they keep my govt ofgicial documents with him.
                          So pls help me to bsck my focuments if airtel is unable to provide any service to me.
                          In future if my document use for any wrong purpose any where how i blame to airtel because airtel never provide any service to me. My contact number is [protected].

                            Airtel dth i'd [protected]
                            First, every time i re-charged i will use my dth service only for 27days.
                            On 20th april i changed my set up box to hd and they committed me i can use free 31hd channels for 2months.
                            Today, they stop my 31 hd channels.
                            Second, they activated pack without any notification to me and deduct money from my account.
                            Don't use airtel dth.

                              Airtel company not able to provide 4G /3g services in hiranandani, Hostel no. 12, 5 of IIT Bombay, Powai area from last 1 week.
                              Mobile will show 3G, H, LTE near network signal logo but speed will be less then 1kb/hour. I have paid 399 for this pack and Airtel company won't able to solve this problem from last 1 week. I have complained in the customer care number, apart from sorry and apology, nothing they can do. they are sitting there to tell the existing data, not able to solve the problem neither escalate the problem to extreme level. they duty is to take feedback and throw it in the dustbin because after so many sorry and apology, I am still facing the same problem.
                              if Airtel company not capable enough to provide a basis internet services in powai and Hiranandani area then please refund my money back.

                                Hi, I have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹500 on march 12 2015. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So I have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 3 months now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.                                     Almost 10 years i am using my number xxxxxxxxxx without any issues. But since last few days i was unable to access my number and so today i checked with customer care through my sister's number, I got a shocking reply that this number has been recycled to someone else. This is not fare, I should be given prior notice before you do something like this. I am using this number for various purpose like banking, Job seeking and even this is the registered number for my aadhar card. This cant be accepted since 10 years i am using the same number and if there is no outgoing calls from the number for 3 months you will recycle it. There will be various reasons (Accidents, sick or out of Country) for not making outgoing calls or not maintaining the minimum balance. You cant just decide that we'll not use this number. The Same thing happens to my Brother Vivek NC

                                    I got a Call [protected] (RtBrick India), But i didn't got a proper answer instead just repeated excuses follwed by a mail saying "

                                    "At the outset, I regret the inconvenience caused to you.


                                    As discussed on your number [protected], we would like to inform you that services for your airtel mobile were discontinued on[protected] due to no usage found on your number in last 90 days. Usage could be with respect to an outgoing call, SMS or data usage. Beyond 90 days period, in case of no usage, charges of Rs.20/- per month are deducted from main account towards service extension for 30 days. Due to insufficient balance, the amount could not be deducted and services were disconnected permanently.

                                    Further, we would like to inform you that your number has been allocated to new subscriber. Hence we are unable to reactivate the number as there is no provision for the same."

                                    Still didn't got a answer how they can disconnect my mobile without Proper Notification.

                                    Is it cheating in the name of their Rules ?

                                    Today Morning 7:14 AM (Qatar Time) I got a Call from [protected], saying the same excuse. I asked them My aadhar, banking details were linked to it and if someone misuse who is responsible ? But i got the same reply " I understand the point of view, i apologize the inconvenience cause. .. bla bla bla.

                                    Again i asked before you answer me tell me by complaint number. She said she cant register this as a complaint.

                                    What it means ? They can't register this as a complaint ? They took my rights. Is it a customer need ?

                                    Now another Call from [protected] @10:21 am ( Qatar Time) again a lady answers me while asking her name she disconnects the phone. She said it is by process and go wherever you go and its our process. I raised some questions to her but no answers and they refuse make it as a complaint. my Questions follows:

                                    Why i was not informed before you deactivate the number?
                                    How you decide that i am not using this number for 90 days only for not maintaining a balance or recharging that number?
                                    Do you know my banking accounts and AADHAR Card is linked to this number and its OTP will come to that number and what's the answer for that?
                                    What if my aadhar card or banking transactions were misused by someone? And who will be responsible for that?
                                    You have provision to recycle my number to someone without my knowledge and now you are saying you don't have provision to reactivate?
                                    Is this cheating a valued customer in the name of rules?
                                    Is this taking away the right of a valued customer ?
                                    Don't you know the Value of a Phone Number?

                                      This is very sad on your service part that i have requested for an additional connection for my airtel dtv id no - [protected] for last five days and requested twice vide request no[protected] & 7390885 despite cancellation of my request from your side. I have made several calls to[protected] for the same and also requested online through myairtel app but of no use and no result.
                                      If my request is not entertained within 24 hours then i have to disconnect my existing connection also and there is no other option left.

                                      After posting my request for additional dth connection I have received several phone calls from[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and that is only to inform that we have received your request and shortly your problem will be resolved. Today is 7th day and my request is still pending and the SMS I am receiving is "inconvenience caused is regretted and your issue will be resolved shortly". I don't understand their definition of shortly.
