Dear sir/mam:double recharge in airtel payment bank
I wish to complain about airtel company or payment bank there is huge mistke it entered wrong cvv number then money debited my account 2 times my mobile no [protected] i rechrged in 30 april 2018 and 12.00pm amount of 399 and 399 2 times no one hearing my problem sbi customer serives and airtel customer service. Trasaction location in jagatsinghpur, balikuda, odisha, 754108.
I am complaining because the reason you are dissatisfied in airtel cimpany. To resolve this problem i would like you to return my money.
When i first learned of this problem, i contacted airtel customer care dated 30 april 2018 and same date i contact airtel payment bank custimer care and sbi customer care no one listing my problem. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 2 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
I am attaching copies of my receipt or other proof of payment or documentation of complaint.
