My money was deducted even though i didn't want it to to due to the activation of model mania services and i don't want that again to happen so kindly please deactivate the service it is not getting deactivate it even though i tried. My monew is getting wasted and i want my money back i done use any of your services please return my money i don't use any of your services as you know last time might 70 rupees was but i don't know how i didn't even activate your services please deactivate all my services and it may not happen again please

    It’s been a hour since it’s been activated but the FRC hasn’t been done and I’m unable to make a call. Please help me resolve this. I paid 560 and they said I’ve no other option than paying this amount because other amounts are for existing customers they said and staffs were pretty rude and didn’t help solve my queries

      On date 30.4.18 Rs 448 was debited from my account for prepaid plan of rs 448 plan offer on Airtel for cell no [protected]. but no prepaid msg was recd on the no that rs 448 plan offer is available on ur cell and till now the balance in prepaid acct of cell is still rs 10. but the amt of rs 448 has been debited from my acct with transaction description as IPAY/ESHP/CITRUSPSPL/[protected]/[protected] dated 30.4.18

      please resolve this issue at earliest and money may be credited back in my acct.

        Airtel is the # useless network. It provides very useless garbage service. Doesn't deserve to remain in telecom market. Useless network useless internet speed luring whole india by telling false black promises that it's an india's fastest network. But in actually its the useless network than docomo. I think airtel must also get kicked out from india for providing useless garbage # service like docomo & relience telecom communication. Docomo & relience are better than airtel but unfortunately they got closed. Bharti airtel is very worst and fraud service which makes only fraud and false commitments on tv ads to lure us to buy there #ing # sevice. I request all indian's to never buy this useless # service. They are careless of there service and internet speed. Outside the town you will get no network i faced very much problem when i go out of town to connect with my family. Airtel is very very useless # and stupid company internet speed sucks name of 4g and provides 1g & 2g speed very very worst fraud and traitor company consuming our money like water and providing careless useless and garbage service. I request trai to ban airtel in jharkhand and if possible kick out from india because in foreign no one will give a # to this company because foreign has already 9g service and many high speed 2 gb/s speed internet. And comparison to them airtel is dustbin garbage piece of #!!!

        Airtel is very useless service.in jharkhand i think it's worst of worst. Very very useless service slow snail speed 1g network in the name of 4g speed. Useless garbage # company no network outside the town very poor network useless internet service careless useless garbage company fraud money suckers. I think all the towers of airtel must be break and thrown and never give any airtel service people a land to stand # useless towers. I request all indian who owns land in good amount that never give land to airtel or any other telecom company to stand there tower who provides useless service garbage network. East west north south i request all indian's never buy airtel service from now because its a useless garbage # company only known for sucking our money on the name of false fake commitments according to my experience being customer of airtel since 9 years. Seen airtel becoming worst of worst garbage of garbage useless o[censored]seless. Before 14 to 15 years back airtel was very excellent service but today it is worst than bsnl docomo and even telenor also. I request every indian because we deserve best to never ever buy airtel service and be lured by them in future from now. Buy other best excellent network service exists in market after judging it. We all deserve best excellent & user friendly convenience service not # fraud useless stupid snail and slowest network.

          Dear sir/mam:double recharge in airtel payment bank

          I wish to complain about airtel company or payment bank there is huge mistke it entered wrong cvv number then money debited my account 2 times my mobile no [protected] i rechrged in 30 april 2018 and 12.00pm amount of 399 and 399 2 times no one hearing my problem sbi customer serives and airtel customer service. Trasaction location in jagatsinghpur, balikuda, odisha, 754108.

          I am complaining because the reason you are dissatisfied in airtel cimpany. To resolve this problem i would like you to return my money.

          When i first learned of this problem, i contacted airtel customer care dated 30 april 2018 and same date i contact airtel payment bank custimer care and sbi customer care no one listing my problem. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.

          I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 2 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

          I am attaching copies of my receipt or other proof of payment or documentation of complaint.

            I am in airtel network since 10 years and my home network is andhra pradesh. I am on roaming in bangalore. For the past 1 week the signal quality is very poor and i had contacted the customer care they are saying that signal quality is very good. Till now the problem is not solved, many of my friends in the same area is also facing the same issue.

            Please help me out, whether the issue is due to roaming or not.

              My 5-6 year old airtel number has been allocated to anyone else and this number is registered in all my bank accounts, aadhar cards, pan and all. My privacy is at risk because all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am completely prone to fraud due to open information. How irresponsible my number of 5 years has been allocated to someone else. I never imagined that this would be negligence on behalf of airtel. I was connected to airtel for 5 years, yet within 6 months why did you give this number to someone else?

                1. Though plan 399 is opted, the bill is amounting to rs 680, 700 etc.. Why.
                2. Network issues.. No signal at my location i. E. Kengeri satellite town
                Bangalore
                3. Repeated complaints with customer care did not help. The standard answer
                We get is, our executive will call
                4. Because of this problem i had migrated to some other provider during july17, but some body from airtel said the network problem was attended and was resolved. So i switched back to airtel on plan399 during dec17
                5. Looks i made a mistake, i am asked to pay excess money for a very bad network

                  I am facing an issue with airtel continuously for the last 3 months on the additional charges of booster pack being added to my bills. Whenever i call them to complain, they are rude and mention it is adjusted. Why take money first and then adjust? In addition, they mention stating i can go ahead and complain to consumer forum when i have mentioned the same on escalation. If this is customer service we get from such providers for a loyal customer for past 11 years, this is absurd and they have to rethink on losing customers. Also, to my surprise, the supervisor who handled my call states that there were no notes made on my account by the previous executive but the adjustment was made last month. This is even more scary. Bharti airtel time to relook in to your services as this can become fatal on charging customers without their consent.

                      Since months i am finding that the calls made to people or others drop or fail most of the time and the company is doing nothing to prevent these inspite of repeated complaints.in 2017 the government had levied a penalty of re.1 per call drop but i find the network provider is not being charged the penalty at all not any credit is given to the customers.
                      If there is a government legislation then there should also be a control over its execution - simply promulgating in newspapers is not sufficient for the satisfaction o[censored]sers - please take action against the network providers for calls failed.
                      Many a times when called the ring is not there and even if the phone is on and nearby the message can be heard that the no. Is not reachable. Kindly put a check on these problems-a lot of time is wasted due to all these reasons

                        Airtel has deducted 150 rupees from my mobile balance. SMS Is as follows:-

                        "WHATSMOB service has been activated @ Rs 150.00 for 30 days. TxnID N[protected], 30 Apr18 10:00. Service will be renewed after validity expriry. To deactivate, call or SMS STOP to 155223. More services? 56789."

                        I want my money to be refunded back to my mobile number [protected]. I called Airtel customer care as well. Customer care representative told he will connect to his supervisor and asked me to wait. I waited for 5minutes, but nothing happened.
                        Airtel is really cheating their customers.. Please get the refund of my money

                            I am facing channel disturbance issue on my SD as well as HD channels. This is not the first time I m facing this issue. Same kind of issue occurred in past also and service center took long time to resolve this. Now again I am facing this issue when I complained the same to customer care, there was lot of disturbance in voice and when I complained it support executive ask me to call back and he dropped the phone. Such a pathetic call centre. Kind of no professionalism. I again called and raised my complaint. I am requesting you to take strict action against this. As will definitely going to impact your brand value as Airtel. Really poor service.

                                  Just now I linked my number with PayTm wallet from Airtel App but automatically RS 399 deducted from my existing PayTm wallet after linking that one. When I called to Airtel customer care executive for the same (Reuest ID - CEXCL[protected]) they told me now Rs 399 will work now only and existing Rs 448 scheem will be scrap out.
                                  This kind of technical problem from aitrel like prestigious not acceptable and I am requesting them to return back of my money and retain back my existing Rs 448 which I recharged only 3 days back .

                                      I had taken subscription of airtel broadband of 899/- for 6 mnths for which i paid 5410 dated.There representative had given me this offer saying you get amazon prime subscription for 1 yr.After installation i call customer care on 30 th april regarding my prime amazon offer.They say that this offer is not valid on your subscription. I told them that there representative had given me this offer and i have confirmed twice with him regarding it.I told them that if this offer was not given by there representative i would have taken lower subscription. So i ask them to charge me for that particular month and change my plan to lower and refund my money or else give me the said subscription as this is purely a mistake from company representative to whom wrong information was provided by the company sales team. But they denied saying we cannot do anything and just have recorded my complaint no 95655448.Kindly help me with above which is either company representative or sales and marketing team big mistake and the consumer is paying cost for.                                         I want to surrender my airtel broadband connection.

                                        Once the service / call center people heard about my intention to surrender the connection, they are battery of questions like, why do i want to cancel, can you transfer the line to any of your relatives or friends, we can give attractive discounts for next 6 months etc etc. When all my answers are not favourable, inspite of doing doing something, they simply disconnect the line.

                                        What do i do now?
