I had lost my old sim card, after which new was issued. But while feeding data initially my name was typed wrongly. Now when I issued new sim card, my adhar biometrics are matching but name is not and hence it is not getting activated.i have visited Airtel office several times but nothing has been done. Very poor response. Whenever I visit I am told that it is software issue . if everything is computerised and human intervention is not possible then why customer care centres have been opened

      Airtel is the worst of worst network luring us to by there fraud product on the name of india's fastest network. i request every indian to never buy this company useless product. the network coverage is ### the internet speed is worst the service is fraud. useless company must get ban in india particular in jharkhand. because if you go out of town airtel shows its true colour that how stupid dump useless garbage service it is. it lures us to by there product with false commitments and provide useless network to us. the internet speed sucks the network coverage ### useless. I request every indian to never buy this telecom useless service by lured by there useless false commitments. i am the customer of airtel since 9 years and in these 9 years i have seen airtel has become useless garbage of ### dustbin and soon i am kicking out airtel from my life forever and suggesting everyone to kick it off if you want best speed good network coverage area without interruption and inconvenient. choose telecom services wisely test it then accept it. never lured by fraud companies false commitments who says that there ### service is india's fastest network.

        How can vemes be activated on my phone without permission??
        I fail to understand how my money can be deducted from my balance without my approval.
        I have not answered any customer service call nor have i called or requested for this service.
        What the hell is vemes? Why has my money be deducted for this? Now i don't have any balance for my hello tune? This is ridiculous!!
        I want a refund of the deducted amount immediately. Please arrange that.

          I have one mobile connection of airtel (Postpaid) from j&k. My family is residing in bangalore. She also has a airtel connection (Prepaid). I got to know of the family connection plan of airtel and went to one of the airtel store. For this i had to transfer my connection to bangalore, and got one new sim which was activated in no time. They added my wife number as family number and gave me one more number as child number, which they told that it will be coming under my present plan (799* without taxes)
          But now when i checked my bill it was unusually high, which when enquired they told that it is the previous balance amount. I dont understand this logic.
          Please help me out

            I did the recharge of 448 it was not successfull, Payment has been dibited from PayTM, Once I go to airtel site using my number ([protected]), Get the messeges there payment is hold from bank. Let me know one thing once made the payment from PayTM then how it has been hold from bank?

            Airtel is very populur brand in India, so don't make the fool to customer. I am waiting for my refund since 7 days still no luck.

            Please refund my mony ASAP.

            It was first recharge for me after porting from Idea to Airtel.It seems I took the wrong decision.

            I suggest to everyone don't go with Airtel.

                I want to seek a speedy resolution to the delayed release of the salary of a deo. The employees salary are already 2 months late i. E march - april. I have already aired this concern to your department earlier but there has been no action until now. Thus i decided to write an official complaint in a hope of receiving a faster response. I know the company recognizes the importance of its employees and i hope that our rights will continuously be upheld by the company..

                  Dear Sir, I have received a phone call at about 5.15 pm from your call center.Ms Vidhya informed me that there is overdue Of Rs.1650 /-.against my Land line no.[protected].She informed me that on[protected] the amount was reversed and credited back.She also asked me about mode of payment by me.I informed her that I have given STANDING INSTRUCTIONS to AIRTEL to claim my monthly payment from STATE BANK OF INDIA CREDIT CARD on 04/04/2016.Every month Airtel receives my payment thru SBI Credit card.Last month also Rs 941.28 was paid by SBI on 11.07.2018.there is no reversal in my SBI Credit Card account.She told me that my plan is of Rs 899. She also changed my plan to Rs 399 p m.

                      I got message on 20 apr that some fun music service has been activated on my number and 30 rs is been deducted for that. After 4 days i again got meaase that it is been renewed and again 20 rs was deducted from my balance. Is this the way airtel is earning money. Without customer's permission how services get activated, i dont understand. This kind o[censored]nproffesional behaviour was not expected by airtel

                        Don't fool the customers. I have recharged my account with INR 100 on 24th April 2018 and still my account is not credited. As per transaction detail through my Airtel app it is clearly mentioned that the amount will be credited to your post paid mobile account with in 02 days of working.

                        Go through the attached file of transaction detail for your kind ref.

                        I have contacted (Airtel customer care) number of times to get it rectify but no resolution came up every time. Soon after the conversation they registered new complaint with saying that attached transactions details are mismatched. Big harassment from Airtel.Very Pathetic service.

                          It is been 4 days, my connection is yet done and the corresponding representative is not picking up the phone.

                          Airtel is neither responding to my query sent to them by mail, nor refunding my amount.

                              I've migrated my Airtel Postpaid connection to prepaid yesterday and It's been almost more than 26 Hours, My Prepaid SIM has not been activated and I lost all my incoming calls.
                              I've raised all the complaints and mentioned all my importance o[censored]rgency, though I didn't get any resolution till now.

                              I was supose to receive an International call yesterday on this specific mobile number ([protected]) and now I've been wiped out of my project without getting proper communication.
                              Also I just raised an consumer complaint regarding the miscommunication, Since there's no proper response saying that at certain time the problem will get resolved.

                              You can refer all my below email thread about my concern, Will they be able to repay my loss?

                              But I can't even transact money or some other task which require OTP service without my mobile connection as I donot have any alternate mobile connection.

                                Their was recharge option of 199 rs to activate a plan and mistakenly i recharged it for 198 and another plan got activated
                                I called the customer care and asked them to refund it they denied
                                Also when i asked them to activate it by deducting 1 rs from my main balance they said no
                                The manager also said their is no option
                                The 198 recharge is no way benifiel to me

                                  Hi,

                                  I had raised the complaint for DTH Error Code: B001 nearly 10 days back and trying to call in customer care daily. I am always getting answer back from them that will resolve by today but issue is still pending. This is really a loss of my money for me as well as mental harassment to not watch any program.

                                  Now I think I don't have any option other than to switch other operator.

                                  Its really very big disappointment as a customer for me from Airtel like prestigious company.

                                    30gb data dodged from getting added to my data balance. I made 3 customer calls after registering on 51111 and following up for 5 days!! They keep saying wait for 48 hours! Without adding 30gb data. It's not respectable to make a customer follow up and keep begging for something you promised to offer. Most disheartening experience!                                       Hi,

                                      This is mampi from qapitol qa services pvt. Ltd. We had submitted all documents and given installation cheque in last week but still there is no response from installation guys even from sales guy who came here in our office and taken all the documents and cheque.

                                      Kindly look into and let us know when we can expect installation and proper response from airtel though it was promised and installation will be done within 4 days but sorry to say the airtel service is not at all good. None of them are responding to my calls.

                                      You should provide better service and customer satisfaction.
