I have purchases an airtel sim from airtel gallery, location khopoli.
The airtel store representative told to pay rs. 50/- for sim. I paid rs. 50/- and after 30 mins. I got a call from airtel store representative (The senior representative) from same location that i have to pay more rs 100/- for sim, or else it will be blocked. So i asked for bill receipt/invoice for sim purchase. So the person replied there is no bill receipt/invoice for sim.
This is to be solve to stop the corruption.

    to maine bola ki agar aap aisa pahle bol dete to main deposit hi nahi karta aapne ham se juth q bola tha aur mere daatne se hi call rakha tha aur maine bola ki aap pahle nahi bata sakti thi ki kab aur kaisa process hain aur fir aap ne to hame bataya hi nahi

    aur main claim karna chahta hu ki shadab ke account main jo pahle paise deposit kiye the wo 5 day main aane wale the lekin abhi tak paise hi nahi mile hame aur main chahta hu ki ek baar mera deposit kiya hua paisa mil jaye bas itna hi

    aur is baar 50 times chahiye q ki jo muje jalil hona pada sab logo ke saamne aur sab dost abhi gaali dete hain hame ki aisa q kiya aap ne ???

    itne question hain ki pucho hi mat aaj to kamane ki wajah kuch aur badal diya hain bas paise wale logo ko dhundhte hain aur paise kaise nikalwaye wahi sochte hain yahi hain kya india ka future jo answer sahi se dete nahi hain

      My old SIM (bearing mobile no. [protected]) stopped working suddenly on Monday.

      The new SIM 4173U I got issued on Tuesday from Airtel store but it did not get activated until yesterday 12 noon and then I went to Airtel store again yesterday at 12 noon and they gave me new SIM 5662U and it has not been activated yet either.

      I contacted Airtel store again few minutes ago and they said that due to some technical problem SIM activation will take some more time.

      I do not understand what the problem is and why you are taking so long time to activate new SIM. My old SIM stopped working suddenly on Monday at 7 pm and it’s been more than 48 hours now since I am in constant touch with your Airtel store and customer care but all in vain. This type of poor service was not expected by a renowned company like Airtel.

      Please do the needful today and activate my SIM 5662U today positively or else I will have to shift to some other network. You can contact me on my other Mobile No. [protected]

        I have been using [protected] phone number from last 10 years and travelling out of country from last 7 months.

        Without any notification to me, my phone number has been issued to some other user which has resulted leakage of my confidential details like banking, whats app group etc.

        Absolutely unacceptable from trusted service provider like airtel.

        These Airtel people... they tell they give 40mbps speed and provide 2mbps speed.. i told i will go to consumer court and their reply is your wish... I’ll give a big headline in news paper . Bloody cheaters.. I’ll make sure this becomes a big issue in this country.
        Under guaranty stuff they are asking money although person did Not carry the receipt book.
        And company forced me to pay him.
        This is company rule.
        Strugglingbfrom last 20 days but no one responsible person contacted to me.

        i suggest you plz dont buy airtel sim

          I am having issue with my dth connections from last 48 hours there was no response from airtel manager and employee. As i logged complain over call as well sent mail and i have complaint number as below. They are not at all providing any support to customer over call as well any technician.

            Dear sir,
            I have biiked tickets on irctc connect app, date of ticket purchased 04/03/18 mode of payment was airtel payment bank.
            Tickets were cancelled on 13/04/18 & refund was rs 3680.
            On 15th april, i have received mail that money was refunded to me with following details.
            Date of cancellation of e-tickets-13/04/18
            Refund processed date-14/04/18
            Refund amount-3680/-
            Refund reference no-zp56692e047f899
            Payment gateway used - zaakpay pg.
            For net banking it takes 3-4 working days & for card it takes 3-4 working days.
            Previous to this cancellation, i have got refund in 3-4 days, only meaning i am getting that for large amount time for refund is more, it clearly shows company is holding my money to earn interest.
            Kindly resolve the issue as early as

              I have generated a request for porting of state circle from west bengal to karnataka.in place of porting they that deactivated my sim, i am following up from pas one week and issue is not resolved. They have raised request for repair of the sim and resolution time is 72 hours which is actually completed and still sim is not working.

              I need resolution for the sim on priority.

                Hi,

                I received the message from airtel that i port request is approved and my number will be ported.
                My old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.
                If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don't have any solution also, they even said i[censored] wish u can port your number to another network.
                Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim

                Hoping this time my issue will be resolved

                  This is to inform you that i have done recharge through retailer for rs 19/- for call rate as i got the message but till date this was not incorporated, hence we have asked the retailer he said he has received the message & the amount was deducted from his account so he asked to launch a complaint.                     I would like to convert from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid. I initially contacted your cutomer service who asked me to visit nearby store for conversion. So i stepped into 1. Beml last bus stop, channasandra store on 23/04/2018, your staff there straight forward informed that all their ids are blocked and will not be able to take the request. Next i stepped into 2. Kumarswamy layout police station road store on 24/04/2018, staff their was not concerned about the query and said concerned person is not available and will need to come back another dat. Next i stepped into chikkalasandra, bangalore intl. School store on 25/04/2018, your staff says there are no sim stocks and have to wait for 2-3days. Is this the way each and every store provides customer service? Is it so difficult to convert within same operator.

                      Theres no network in most of the public places even and 4g or 3 g speed is hopelessly bad. I ported my number from vodafone thinking airtel is good but this is my biggest disappointment as i was a good loyal customer of airtel before jumping to vodafone. When calling a person, it doesn't ring for me and gets disconnected. Hopeless bad bad bharti mittal for poor airtel.

                          My requirement was so simple, to change sim from karnataka to tamil nadu circle. You guys made my life miserable. I was not having access to my number for 4 days. On top of that 3 days only with outgoing calls. I missed lot of important calls because of this. As an it professional, i am expecting some important career oriented calls. Because of your "technical issue" i don't even know who called, you guys can't provide a call redirect facility either.

                          If anyone tries to call my number it says please check the number you have dialed!

                          My mobile number is [protected]. Please fix it asap. I'm losing out on lot of important calls.

                            They say airtel is best network... Here i am getting too bad network even watsup status doesn't load fast. And videos also. When i called to center they said they will make good connection here. But those fkers not yet made good connection. But jio is wonderful here y come airtel not good.. Nooobs..😑😑.. U know in speed test it has good net but while playing games it sucks.. While jio guy in same roof plays the same game very well.. And he will be teasing me... Your net was soo good at strting but day by day it's bcmg worse. Nd it makes me very angry upon ur # fking network

                              My phone number is [protected], it is using into a feature phone, suddenly airtel activated a self video service and started deducting money every day. This has been activated automatically and without user intervention. Now while talking with customer service executive they are saying it might have been activated automatically but they are not able to refund the amount. Wow, what a cheating doing by indian largest telecom operator, they are leading the market picking pocket of normal subscribers.
                              Arrange for refund and penalties asap, unless will go to consumer forum.

                                Hi i have opted to port my aircel to airtel prepaid card with one month pack. I have submitted aadhar card and also recharged for porting to airtel before a month. But still now, the number is not activated and verified from airtel. I didnt get any response and its showing only the atdsa error when the sim is tried to activate. I need to fix this at the earliest as my number is not reachable still now.

                                  On 25.04.2018, i activated international roaming for usa for one day by paying 649 rupees through internet banking for mobile no [protected]. But the subject number is not getting any network in usa. On contacting customer care call transferred from postpaid to prepaid and to different circles but problem not resolved.
                                  Since you failed to provide international roaming services kindly refund the amount of 649.

                                    I am facing network issue from last one month in bangalore krpuram area. I have raised compaint also, but still i am facing issue. Due to bad networks, no one is able to call me, and if i call, call drops happens. I called multiple time to customer care, but they are not giving proper answer and timeline.
                                    I have raised two complaints 24582579 and 84449314 for network issue, and both complaints they have put on hold with reasoning network team working. As a customer i am feeling cheated because i am paying the monthly amount but i am not able to make a call properly.in today's digital world think if your phone is not reachable and you are not able to make a call properly. So i wanted either return back my monthly amount or fix is within month.

                                      My airtel mobile number is [protected]. But today when i was recharging it online by mistake i entered my vodafone number. My rs100 was deducted from my account but neither my airtel number nor vodafone number is recharged till now. So i request u to revert my money back in my account. Please solve my problem as early as possible.
                                      I am also posting photo ofmy trnsection id along with it.

                                        1) डियर सुनील मित्तल ग्राहक प्रतिनिधि से बात करना हो तो उसके लिए सिंपल कोई नंबर क्यो नहीं है। जिससे कम से कम समय में आपसे बात हो सके?

                                        2) मुझे 198 पे कॉल करके ग्राहक प्रतिनिधि से बात करने के लिए 15 मी. ऑप्शन (Ex. 1, 2, 3, 4,) दबाते रहना पड़ता है।
                                        क्या आपको हमारे समय की कोई अहमियत नहीं है क्या?

                                        3) क्या आप को 4जी ग्राहक ही चाहिये 2जी, 3जी आपके ग्राहक नहीं है क्या?
                                        अगर है तो नेट स्पीड बढाइये।
