Dear sir/madam,

On the date of 17.04.2018, i had received a fraud call from the number:[protected] and said me that my sbi card is going deactivate and to reactivate share the card details, as he gained my trust he asked all the details of of my sbi card while then he asked me an otp and then he made a transaction of about rs.19566.0, as i request you to please stop the transaction and refund my money in to my account deatils of transaction are given below:-

Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx4950 for a purchase worth rs.25, 000.0 on pos airtelmoney at airtelmoney txn#[protected].

As i have already filed the case on cyber crime police station and may request you to please do the needful it would be really greatful if you help in this matter.

    My mobile number has been automatically subscribed for miniplex services for ₹50 for 10 days on 5.01 am today. But i actually had not opted for this service. Please return my deducted amount or else i will make my mind to switch to other mobile operator. I got the following message from the operator.

    *"miniplex service has been activated @ rs50.0 for 10day (S). Txn id s[protected], 17apr18 05:00. Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, click http://bit.ly/2ngjtfy (Data charges apply). To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services? Call 56789"*

      I have been using airtel for 10 years and it has provided decent services until a few weeks back when it automatically activated multiple value added services on my number and drained all of my mobile balance (About 300 rupees) in a matter of 4 days. I made numerous attempts to deactivate the services but they automatically activate the next day. Mulitple attempts were made to call the so called customer care. Worst service ever not even once did it connect me to a representative. I kept my number at 0 balance for a week so that you cannot activate such unwanted services. But as soon as i recharged, i was drained of my balance and left with 4 rs now. I work very hard to earn money and pay my bills. I am on the verge of discontinuing airtel's horrible service. Stop activating unwanted services.

        These are the services activated automatically without prior consent:
        1 : connecttheclock on[protected]
        2 : lifestyle on[protected]

        I have sent the deactivation texts to the number 155223 and, also called customer service representative, but he told me that it is not possible to refund the amount deducted under "lifestyle" service.
        And he only did refund for the amount deducted under the service"connecttheclock".

        I want these automatic services be "permanently" stopped. Also i request refund of the deducted amount under "lifestyle" service.

        More over the other data services like, rs19-unltd loc std roam, 100sms/day, 200mb_2day are also getting renewal without any prior notice and are deducting the amount from my balance.

          Am facing problem when i enable my mobile data and make outgoing calls using normal calling mode.. The calls are getting dropped very frequently and i am thinking this was due to my handset but later i came to know that it is with mobile data and calling issue.. Also, there is frequent voice break while talking.. The other person not able to get my voice properly... If this issue is not resolved i have no option left to port to other service provider.

            I requested only 10 days roaming packages in airtel and clearly informed to your customer care team call charge should be as per roaming charges.
            For 11th and 12th day, total usage amount is Rs 1725. Change my bill amount as per usage. Total amount should be Rs 7220.
            Expecting your reasonable reply.

            Auto activation of any feature or any value added services should be approved by customer as customer is paying the bill. This is not acceptable to add auto update in my account.

              I am a regular customer of airtel. On 16th april 2018 some services get activated on my number without my permission and balance has deducted. I got 2 messages that whatsmob service has activated in my account for which Rs.75 was been deducted from my account. When I called the customer care they said user must have click on pop up and have activated the services. And I din’t get any pop msg regarding that and I have never activated such type of services on my number.
              I want you to refund my whole balance which has deducted...or else I have to take a serious action regarding this..!!

                Today at 04.53 in the morning, Airtel has deducted Rs.150/- from my talktime balance towards WHATSMOB service which I never asked for. Though I complained to Airtel customer care, I was informed that they will not refund the amount of Rs.150/-.
                Kindly take action on Airtel for deducting Rs..150/- from my balance talktime without my permission and also forcing me to use a value added service which I am not even aware of, nor am I interested in it.
                Also take action on Airtel for refusing to refund my money inspite of my clarifying to Airtel executives of customer care that I do not want the service yet Airtel have deducted my talktime balance without my permission and knowledge.

I got 2 messages that two services activated in my account one was classyandglamvideos for which rs.99 deducted and other was erosnow for which rs.35 has been charged. I have also activated dnd service on my number. I never activated such type of serviceson my number.
                  I humbly request please go through this issue and remove all such services from my number and refund my whole balance which has deducted unnecesarily and help me to continue my services in future.

                    Airtel secure is used a great upselling product but when we claim, you reject it with completely unacceptable reason.
                    Hi,

                    This is Shekar Prakash mob [protected].

                    I'm completely not happy with your Airtel secure team and frustrated. I raised a claim mentioning accidental damage of my phone as my legs slipped and unfortunately my phone was dropped which resulted in damage. Now your team says, as I didn't mention " legs slipped" in description my claimed has been DECLINED.

                    THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. I'm looking for help and support. Please call me for more details.

P., want to say that i got a phone call from an unknown person on 14 march 2018 and it was picked up by my younger sister and the person on call asked her about my sbi atm details. He said that my card has been blocked. She gave him my details. After that i continuously got a message about transactions of 5, 000 rs. with some code as OTHPG[protected] AIRTELMONEY Mumbai.Here, with the complaint details i am attaching my bank details and transaction details in image format.
                      I request you to please look into this matter and and kindly cancel this transaction and refund the money into my account.

                        It is showing under 'best offers for you' section of my airtel app, that rs 149 recharge would provide following benefits:
                        1) unlimited local/std/roaming calls
                        2) 1gb/day
                        For 28 days.

                        But after doing the recharge i received message saying :
                        1) unlimited local /std airtel calls
                        3) 300 mb data

                        How can airtel give false information? Rectify it at the earliest.

                          I have submitted documents to convert from airtel postpaid to prepaid but the prepaid is not activated even after stipulated time. Airtel store representative asked me to call 59059 to activate but the call to 59059 gets disconnected every time and the number is not getting activated.

                          Airtel seems not to help people who convert from postpaid to prepaid. While submitting the form itself the airtel representative cautioned me that i will lose many services but i didnt expect that the connection itself will be put on hold.

                            I have deposited Rs. 1600 on dated[protected] around 5:49 Pm in my Airtel Bank Account linked with the mobile No. [protected] with Tnx ID.[protected] from KUNCHAM BHOOPAL Shop, VIKARABAD District, Telangana State, India.

                            On[protected] around 6 Pm I have transferred Rs. 1500 from my Airtel Money Account to another Bank Account State Bank Of India, Savings Bank Account No. [protected], IFSC Code: SBIN0018549, Account Holder Name: Arepali Pavana but unfortunately the cash was not deposited in the above said State Bank Of India Savings Account.

                            On[protected] around 7:54 Pm I got an SMS stating that Hello your IMPS transfer of Rs. 1500from your airtel payments Bank A/c No. XXXXXX4581 to a/c No. XXXXXXX0709 is in process. We will inform you shortly. Tnx ID IMPS[protected]. Please note effective 13th Feb charges will be revised to 1% of transaction amount.

                            After that, I have logged a complaint to the Airtel Money people by dialed 400 many times and done Emails many times to resolve the issue.

                            On Saturday around 7:54 AM I got an SMS that Your complaint Reference number 1817293 is registered with us. Your complaint will be resolved within 2 Days i.e. up to Sunday[protected].

                            After that when I contacted Airtel Money Customer Care people on Monday[protected] Morning many times by phones and Emails they said that again we need 2 days.

                            After waiting 2 days again I have contacted Airtel Money Customer Care people on[protected] Evening many times by phones and Emails again they are telling that we need extra 3 more days to resolve the issue.

                            These Airtel Money people are playing with the Customers and Customer Hard Earn Money. Like me, thousands of people are suffering in all over India. As I request every one to be very cautious about this Airtel Money People and don't lose your hard earn money in any manner.

                            I advise the Airtel Money people at first you please rectify all the problems in the software then only you please give the apps to the public and I request not to play with the public and public Hard earned money too.

                            I request the concern authorities to do justice for me immediatly. Thank you.

                              We are completely shocked and appalled that even after paying the recharge subscription for the tv connection of rs. 14510/- (On annual basis for my multiple connections) via your airtel app, following the instructions exactly as given therein. Even so airtel digital have not activated our connection... Even 10 days after the payment was made! The bank has already debited that transaction, clearly indicating the payment made to airtel

                              This is nothing short of theft of the most terrible magnitude... By supposedly a reputed company like airtel and disgraceful... To say the least!!!

                              Airtel digital is urged either to activate the connection... With additional credit for the missed days or refund the entire amount asap!

                                I have raised complaint twice this month, Following are the complaint numbers:
                                COUTL[protected] - on 7th april, 2018
                                COUTL[protected] - on 12th april, 2018

                                against pathetic voice quality and i cant even understand what the other person is speaking. I have raised complaint twice and some temporary fix happens after one day and today (17th april, 2018) the problem is back.

                                I am frustrated on how many times i have to call airtel and report this issue.
                                I stay in yemlur area in bangalore and my number is [protected].

                                Didnt expect such a thing from airtel or should i migrate to other vendor.
                                This problem started from VOLTE and i dont understand i cant even make a call if i switch off VOLTE in mobile.

                                    Many of my friends and family have been complaining to me for quite a while that whenever they try to call me, an unknown person picks up the call. Last week my phone broke down as a result of which my phone was switched off for the whole weekend. Instead of giving a message that my phone is switched off, it automatically redirected my number to (May be the same) unknown person. I also heard that this man got really pissed off and even threatened to file a police compalint if he gets a call in my name again.

                                    This has been causing inconvenience to me and people who call me for a while now. Please try and resolve the issue asap.

                                      Airtel opened saving account without my permission and then gas subsidy start transferring in this account instead of my sbi account.
                                      After some days i got message that airtel is closing your saving bank account and your subsidy is transferred into your sbi account but it is not transferred actually.

                                      I wrote many mails to airtel but they did not replied initially and after so many mails they replied and said that they have transferred it to your account and we closing this issue.

                                        I received new sim for existing mobile number from my company with corporate plan, as per the procedure i submitted all required documents, old sim deactivated 5 days before and new one is not functioning till now. I am following up with concern team continuously but still not resolved. As assured, it should happen within 4 hours of old sim deactivation. I have been facing issue without any access and this is very crucial, if transfer to cocp is not possible i requested to activate to my personal account itself. Still no update.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        My sim does not work while in roaming.my college is in MODINAGAR and it is very much important for me to assess with my family in NOIDA.but my sim does not work there.i have changed my sim but it is not working either.please suggest

                                        This is obeseved that no proper data and network issue lying while I am at home.
                                        4G/3G data failure at Kille Dharur Dist.Beed, Maharashtra since 4.5 hrs.
