I have already registered my complaint for limited internet access on my prepaid 4g connection and followed the instructions given by the service executive to get proper coverage and internet access but still facing the same issue from past 10 days. I have airtel 4g with data plan of rs 399. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. Access to internet very much required.

    Hello,

    It looks like that airtel has chosen
    Me to be a lucky customer of not providing the services properly. I have written 5 emails within a week for the same internet issue. I am not able to use internet for a very long time. J have written emails to almost all the departments but noone has reverted till date. Can anybody sitting there explain me why am i not able to use internet? And how long does it take to fix an issue? It's torturous.

      I never activated services of game arena yet time to time money is being snatched from my number.
      This is a shameful act from such a big name. This has happened thrice.
      Today rs 35 got deducted from my number. I want the pack to be deactivated and my money to return back.
      Its my kindness that i am not asking for all the past debits that had taken place from my number.
      I want u all to take a serious look over it as a company's name is remembered by the services it provides and if this is the kind of service the company is providing then the day is not far that people will remember 'airtel' as a snacher of money and a company that performs transactions on their own will. This is a earnest request from my side to you all to credit my account with the money that has been deducted from my account.
      This is really a shameful act, this company is well known and widely used so it must make a good image in front of the world.

        I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was change from postpaid to prepaid on 12th april 2018. I have started facing this issue for 10 days now. Earlier i was able to recharge my number.

        1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. Message that i get is ‘invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number.

        2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number ([protected]), it is working fine with other airtel number.

        3. I tried with retailer asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

        Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number[protected].

        I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

          On 21april 2018, i checked tariff plan for reducing call rate to united states. I checked that on my number [protected] by dialling *121*51#, then reply to 3-2-4, and it showed rc28 for making call rate rs1.99/m to usa and canada. But when i recharged with rs28, wrong plan got activated. And airtel is denying that it's system is showing wrong information on dialling it's patent ussd code that is mentioned above.

          Money suckers. They won't refund my money back.

            Dear all,

            I am writing this in regards to my airtel digital tv (Consumer id - [protected] registered under my father's name) recharge of inr 5800.00 approx. On 08th jan18. Before making this transaction i spoke with an agent who advised that i can choose this particular recharge and it will be valid for an year which means that this is one time payment and don't have pay anything apart from this until the validity expires (Validity is for 1 year from the date of recharge). He also advised that this is an all-inclusive package and i will have access to all possible channels exist in airtel dth. Guess what!!!. This did not happen. It's been more than a month i am not able to access most of the hd channels and a channel called "fitness studio" under the category lifestyle. For fitness studio it states that this channel is not a part of my package.

            There could be more channels which i do not have access. I do not have time to keep checking the accessibility of channels and i believe it is your duty to provide service i have paid for without any faliure. I find this a major fraud. You lost me as a loyal customer big time and i am really pissed with pathetic customer service who doesn't even know how to talk what to talk. Their product knowledge is zero. They are simply not interested in helping customers neither they are willing to handover the call to their leads/supervisor on duty.

            On 05th apr18, i spoke with fauzia (A customer service agent). I explained her the problem and asked her to check what's the issue and why i am not able to access all the channels. I also requested to check the recharge date and the amount. She further checked in her system and confirmed that the said recharge was successfully done in the month of jan 18 and is valid for an year. However, i was shocked to know that i have to pay another inr 100.00 as my balance is zero. I mean seriously??? Then what did i pay inr 5800 for?? And why did the agent in jan advised that i dont have to pay anything extra???

            Fauzia advised me that she will raise it for the call listening and i will receive a call within 24 hrs to share the outcome but nothing of that sort happened.in fact i started receiving calls from sales team asking if i am looking for a new connection. This was another situation i could not believe my ears.

            It was really foolish of me that i still went ahead and made another recharge of inr100.00 because she said that i only have to pay once (Another lie) and asked to keep the tv and dth which i indeed followed. Nothing happened for may days. No call recording/outcome was shared. No calls received till date. My inr 100.00 also got wasted. I still do not have access these channels. The fitness studio still displays "this channel is not a part of your package". This is so frustrating. This issue continued.

            On 11th apr, i spoke with deepak from lucknow call centre and asked him to transfer me to his lead or supervisor on duty as i had enough. He provided me a reference number 73154191. I thank him for providing the reference number which fauzia failed to provide and said that there is no reference number for this call. Coming back to deepak, he could not let me speak with any higher authority and said that i will receive a call from them in 4 hours which never happened till date.

            This is a complete scam. You guys encourage customers to spend he'll lot of amount but do not provide a satisfactory service in return. You don't even care what customer is trying to say and understand the inconvinience. The customer service doesn't even bothered to resolve. I am 200% sure that i will be still ask to pay more and contunie to ask in future.

            How can i forget. Another instance, i would like to raise is that i received an email yesterday asking me to pay inr 195.00 and the deadline mentioned was 20th apr18. This is absolutley crazy.

            I don't think i have to explain any further. Kindly refund my 5800 plus100 and fix the issue. If this is not happened and you failed to fix the issue. I would like have to money refunded anyways and withdraw the membership. I am happy to switch to a different company. I cannot take this incompetency any longer.

              We have been using airtel for many years.I am using 10 airtel numbers .Nearly 2 months worst network in our area.we have already called ur customer care and complaint about dis.Till now solved.we are thinking we have to change ur network.PLZ resolve the network issues in our area
              For this we made complaint againest ur network at National cosumer help line.So PLZ take this complaints seriously and make your airtel customers happy.

                I want to port my aircel number [protected] to airtel. I did it twice already but the porting is not successful. Can you please look into this problem or atleast let us know the reason for the porting failure so that i can atleast port into some other network. I have been checking the mnp porting status constantly but all i get there is your request is not even initiated yet. It has been nearly one month and the porting is not even started. Please respond to this asap.

                  I have recharged the mobile number [protected] from my airtel app. But recharge is not done and also cash back also not added in the valley. This is the first time i have recharged from airtel app. Could you please resolve this issue asap.
                  I tried to call customer care number 121 & 198, but no use. The customer care is very pathetic and you guys are making your service from bad to worse. If the same thing continue i guess ine day airtel will not exists in india. Be responsive to customers, then only you will stay in thid domain.

                    I did a recharge today for a particular pack including 1gb/day and unlimited calls txn id[protected] but received wrong benefits. Pls help so that i receive the recharge which i should get.
                    The date is 22/07/2018 at 2:00 p. M approx. And i am very much annoyed about the company. Pls resolve it so that i can get benfit otherwise i will file a court case.

                      I did a recharge of rs 399 on my airtel number from my airtel app on 17th of april but the recharge was unsuccessful, i did not receive the services but my account was debited with the amount. Since then i have contacted their customer care multiple times via phone and email but for no use. When you call them they tell you to call some other number or email and when you do that, they don't even reply. This has happened to me once before and i never got the refund for that too.

                        Please be informed that i have purchased a sim card on my wife name from ak communication, mahavir enclave, new delhi on 21.04.2018. As informed by shopkeeper it will be activated in 30 minutes, i have saved the airtel number to check it's activation and found that the number is already activated to other person.
                        When checked with customer care it was found that sim is already activated since 08.04.2018 with other name.
                        It is requested to investigate the issue, how two sim card of same mobile number can be available for sale in market by airtel. It's a case of cheating with customer. Please find the details of sim card below:

                          Sir my balance is deducted from my phone number last night as i dont do anything wrong. And your customer will not support me as well .i call to your customer service provider there behaviour is not as well to talk or understand a customer . Kindly provided a good and cooperative customer service and also rectified my problem as soon..a hope from my side.they are meking fool as i don't know about my usage of my plan.                             Started mobile services without permission and taken away all the mobile balance. On 12april2018. It is so bad attitude of airtel. I am an old man and i am very poor i recharged 100 rupees to my phone on thursday 12 april 2018 afternoon 12 pm and when i call to my daughter in evening who is admitted in hospital. I can't contact her. It is very bad. Pls solve my problem

                              On march 13th i ve applied for mnp from my aircel number to airtel but they have shown no response
                              Its not activating customer service replied to wait for some more time or visit store
                              I visited store they replaced with new sim and ask me switch on after 4 hours by the way its not working even after 4 days
                              They even called and referrals are over
                              They even visited home for confirmation long back but the sim is not activating so far
                              Poor response from airtel
                              Highly inconvenient for customers
                              There are other services who take thier customers seriously and fix their problems as soon as possible

                                I am a tourist here in india. So the story goes like this: i bought an airtel sim a week ago in pondicherry with the 90gb plan all pre paid. Its a week after and i still have no signal. 3 times i called each time i call the service center they tell me to try re inserting the sim and waiting 3-4 hours until it starts working. Feel like i have been ripped of and the sim will never get reception. Please help me

                                  Airtel has deducted whatsmob service activate charge which I don't even know. They have deducted @ Rs 150/- per month with consent of the consumer, which is not only unethical but tantamount to committing fraud. Gullible customer are being taken for a ride for which company must be hauled up and subjected to heavy financial punishment.

                                    I have an airtel bihar number which was in postpaid plan. I requested to change it to prepaid. Prepaid is done on 10th april 2018, from that time till now i m not able to recharge it in any way. Airtel store people sent a mail to higher authorities but couldn't get resolved. Customer service suggest to go to airtel store but nothing happened. I m stuck with this sim. I need to recharge so that i can make call/messages. Airtel twitter service also say, it will be done in 2 days then 4days but nothing happened. Urgent resolution is required.

                                      I had launched a complain to airtel almost a month ago and then i mailed them too and then also contacted via telephone again but my problem with upload speed is not solved yet.
                                      In a 4g enabled phone with a 4g connection i am getting almost 350kb/s upload speed in youtube which is horrible. My pincode is 700124 and this is a 4g covered area and airtel's open network program also shows this area as a 4g covered area.in my house i am getting this slow upload speed where my download speed is upto 4mb/s and when i told these to airtel they said it is a issue with indoor connection. Airtel said they will solve this problem within 1week but they didn't.

                                        The # network ever seen... It gives add for world's fastest 4g network... My a*...

                                        Couldn't even open google chrome for like a min.

                                        Google maps are still loading for half n hour to calculate the route in the city...

                                        Like right besides the tower which it showed in open network there is no signal at few times..

                                        Even if i let them see what's the issue... Those urls are also not working...

                                        And because of that i have lost many clients while dealing with them... Just because bad reception..

                                        I had idea... And i was so happy with it...

                                        Airtel has made it miserable... I hope if it doesn't resolve it i am going back to idea asap
