This is such a ridiculous response from airtel..
One employee is asking to call on 121 when called on [protected] and another employee is asking to call on [protected] when called on 121 for gujarat prepaid query..

    Hello,
    I have taken airtel postpaid no on 03.04.18 however no is still not activated. I have provided airtel adhaar card copy, i have received call from customer care but still it is showing no network emergency mode only
    It really sucks! Such extremely poor and 3rd class service from airtel!
    They even confirmed for postpaid plan 299.00
    Airtel really sucks,

      I have tried sabkuch and now i can say that you are right airtel is most stupid network ever. Airtel claims that it is fastest network. But can someone tell me that why this so called fastest network is not even able to make phone calls on at top location like udyog vihar phase 4 gurgaon. And why it shows 3g sign in notification bar and works like gprs on old tata mobile network.
      And why just they don't reply on complaints.
      Now i can say that my rs.584 recharge for airtel is worth for sh#t.
      If anyone want to listen more praise about airtel can call me on this no. [protected] if this stupid network allow to connect calls.

        I had link my airtel no. [protected] in the month of november 2017. As per the new rules of govt of india my gas subsidy will be transferred to that account which was last updated by aadhar. As i last had link my airtel no. So the three subsidy amount automatically transferred to my airtel account the amount is approximately 750 rs. I also wrote 10-15 mails regarding this but no action they had take till now when almost one month passed away. Sir i had mentioned that please don’t call me at [protected] as this no. Is in bihar and i m in delhi so i am unable to pick ur call and the my grandmother is there who can’t even know hindi language and i also give below no. To contact me but didnot contact me at all [protected], [protected]. I also try to share my problem with 400 and [protected] but they show any options to talk with your executive. Today i had tried to send my money through my airtel app but your company had freeze my debit option. Therefore i request you to credit my subsidy amount in my bank account or enable my debit option so i can able transaction my amount. Please take some immediate actions regarding it. Immediate means within hours only else my 12 year trust on your company would totally broken.

          I have moved from chennai to karnataka, so i wanted to change my postpaid airtel to prepaid airtel karnataka circle, on feb 26th i gave request for porting, i got network after 2 weeks, they have not given incoming calls or msgs, i have mailed so many times, and i went to the airtel shop where i have submitted for porting (More than 5 times), really its disgusting,
          Still i am facing the same issue,
          1. First they asked us to wait for 7days to port, it took more than 15days
          2. They removed postpaid sim network, but prepaid sim network was not there
          3. After complaining they said that have to pay bills, we paid — even though same issue continued
          4. They asked us to buy hlr sim — no use
          5. They asked us to get duplicate sim — while buying its gave error that circle dint matched.
          6 again gave complaint, no use,

          I thought that airtel customer care people resolve the issues quickly, its really high time now, i don't want to continue with airtel anymore, and i port all my family members mobile network to some other network,

          I am really frustrated with this issue,
          Always they will call and ask for 24hrs of time, so many 24hrs went like that, still i am facing the same issue

            Made a call for transfering my Airtel broadband from Bangalore to Kerala contacted on [protected].. but the noob executive put my call on hold for over 15 minutes en kept on mute saying will transfer the call to some other person for my query (you can see the screenshot attached with this mail).. this really a cheap action ever done by an Airtel executive, shocking. Really disgusting.
            If Airtel has stopped caring for its customers, I would prefer going with some other network.
            You can see I have recorded the call as well as have the screenshot with me. If I don't get any respond in regard with this I would love to post it on consumer court en disconnect all my Airtel connection asap. Really irated.

              A person claiming to be from airtel office visited our house and had done porting of our tata docomo sims. We had reminded him continuously that we want pre-paid sims. The person assured that the sim was pre-paid but now after one month we have got reminders of our bill due towards our postpaid sims. This is a total scam and dirty business tactics from airtel and since we are on the receiving end of it, we feel betrayed. Kindly look into the matter.

                Sir,
                I have recharged Rs 25 on my Airtel phone no[protected] on 22nd March 2018 vide Provider transaction no,[protected] (State Bank of India Rewards Ref no. CAB1/FR/[protected]. Till now I have not been able to make a single call. Always message is No service only emergency calls. It is unfortunate you are not able to pr0vide phone connectivity but only bombard with a large number of offers. A wasteful effort on your part. If I do not get back this amount in my bank account I shall be forced to take up this complaints to all concerned authorities. Hoping for early response.

                  A mobile phone (i phone 7plus) was ordered on 30/03/2018. Customer id for the order is 10024587. The phone was expected to be delivered on 03.04.2018 but it has not been delivered till date. Status of delivery has also not been updated for tracking purpose.
                  An AIRTEL executive today called and said that due to problem in system delivery could only be made after 5-6 working days.

                    Voice calls are poor, actually worst. Even if there is full network in my house I will not be able to make a call to receive a call.
                    Call quality "minus" 10 out of 10.
                    Such a horrible network Airtel has become.
                    Thanks for making us fool and wasting our time. Reaching customer care is such a pain. you always deceive us.

                      I have been using Airtel Post paid connection for more than 5 years now and did not face any problem. This month, 05 VAS worth Rs175 activated in my account without my prior permission... Also added in my monthly bill. I have also checked online that this issue has been faced by many customer in recent past also which indicates that it's a nexus of cyber crime from your end.
                      Today, when I spoke to one of your customer care executive Sugandha and explained her my problem, she did not pay much heed to it and informed me that we can't help it. The tone and language she used was ridiculous.. (Reference ID [protected], time : 1608hours on 04 April 2018).
                      If this is the services you are providing & the abnoxious behaviour of your staff, then I must say, I will be forced to port my number to some good service providers as there are better network companies available.
                      Please investigate the matter ASAP and reimburse the amount failing which the court of justice will be followed.

                          [protected], I cant able to send SMS for the past three months. I have contacted the customer care executives and explained the problem, more than 3 times. But the issue seem to be unresolved. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. I have resetted my mobile and have tried to send SMS, nothing happened. Also tried in different mobile phones.

                            I have submitted my request to port sim card from aircel to airtel 2 months back but have still not received any signal on my airtel sim card. I called the customer care about the issue and they told me to go to the nearest airtel office. When i went to the office they said the problem will be rectified in a few days but nothing was fixed. This process has repeated six times. Every time i call customer care they tell me to go to the office and after waiting in the queue and wasting more than 1 hour each time they tell me the problem will get rectified in 2 days. I have now waited for 2 months and am very disappointed with airtel service.

                                This is happening for last many months, i came to my notice only when i went through the details in this month details.
                                The Airtel net is very very slow. I have recharge of 509 4G speed . But the speed very very very slow. Please fix this problem
                                The speed of airtel4G net is max.30kb/s only. Please fix this problem.
                                I am using infinity 399 pack but signal coverage in our area is very very poor even though a small picture also can't download in website.data usage is totally dropped

                                I already compliant in December 2017 on tht time from call centre madam told tht our tower work is started it will complete in February 2018 but now also ur network has not came in our area kisan nagar road no 22 wagle estate thane.
                                Mobile no. [protected] bangalore (vidyaranyapura) . for the last 2 weeks, i've been getting "channel busy" for all my outgoing calls after 7:00 pm. Its like i try for 15 min repeatedly and somehow get my call right finally...plz solve tis irritating scenario.
                                I have recharged for rs49 with benefits of 1gb/1day.
                                But even after 2 hours of recharge duration, no data is given by Airtel.
                                Even the validity of pack is completing but no data or no refund is given.
                                At last, they have provided before 1 hour of validity to use which I cannot even use 100 MB.
                                I am in Philippines..now I don't get network in Airtel sim..what can I do..

                                It's the only way ...if I can get the network I can activate roaming .

                                  I requested for an Airtel broadband connection through my Airtel app. I got a call from couple of executives. One of them(not sure of his name) asked me for my ID proof and house address. I have sent the same through WhatsApp. He gave me different plan details to choose from. I told him to activate 999 plan for 6 months as he told me that installation charges, WiFi router and landline is free with 6 months activation of the plan. Today[protected] an Airtel broadband technician came to my house to install the broadband connection and to my surprise he told me that 1 month plan has been activated and there is no free landline connection with it. I immediately called the executive who took my address proofs and asked him why 1 month has been activated. He gave me all stupid reasons and lied to me that now there is no free landline with 6 months plan. I spoke to the technician regarding the same and he told me that there is still a free landline with 6 months plan.
                                  Till now I had a good trust on Airtel, but with this incident my entire trust on the brand has gone. My husband and I have been using Airtel postpaid from very long and that is the reason we chose to go for the broadband connection also. Now we are thinking to terminate this broadband connection after a month. This is not the way to deal with customers by lying to them. Trust is very important. Please escalate the issue to the higher management and kindly take an action on the executive who lied to me.

                                  I have dropped the above mail from my registered email id to airtel and it has been more than 48 hours but I haven't got any reply from them.
                                  I have made a call to the customer care as well SR: 94843330.
                                  Within two hours I got a message saying your service request has been closed as we have provided a resolution. But i haven't got any call or mail regarding the resolution.

                                    It is with great regret to inform about the inferior quality of service standard at your Airtel outlet in the corporate peninsular, lower Parel, Mumbai.

                                    I wish to inform for your record about the incident that is more than 20 days remains unsolved by your front end desk officer for the subjected matter.

                                    I feel pity on customers like me who are loyal since many years and being treated unfavorably with number of follow ups at the stores from the official timings of my work.

                                    I came here with a request for unsuccessful recharges at several times on my conversion post from postpaid to prepaid request which is crossing my patience of pathetic uneducated staff at the stores with no professionalism i am facing from past 20 days.

                                      Airtel telecommunication company has activated 6 value added services on my mobile no. [protected] without my prior permission and charged me rs. 466. My relationship no. With same company is [protected]. Incident took placed between 8.3.2018 and 14.8.2018. As i have not subscribed any service from company since i have refund my money from company. When i had not any request to the company then how it can be possible to activate any service on my mobile number.

                                      Airtel has requested me to port in my number ([protected]) by promising a better plan and once the port in is completed they have activated my SIM.
                                      They have deactivated all the services on 28-March-2018 saying the address verification has failed.
                                      Airtel has not taken enough efforts to do the verification.

                                      This is Ashfaque From Umbergaon (Pin: 396170). Have moved into a new house where we get the signals outside the house but not Inside. Need the same to be corrected before I opt an MNP.
                                      Sir my no.is [protected].In the head, there has been a call drop and call break since the last few days, which I have given to your service center executive,
                                      I am recharging with unlimited internet pack every month...but your service is worst .. even for sending what's up message I am not able to send...I am using airtel since 5 years but very bad services u r giving now a days
                                      My phone number [protected] has a 4g connection but i m not receiving data connection since last 8 days.. very bad service from Airtel i have also talked to customer care, they told me that your paroblem will be solved in 2-3 days but this problem is still continuing

                                        I have made a porting request from vodafone karnataka to airtel assam since i was shifting my base. I got a confirmation text from airtel on 16th of march 2018 that my documents were verified and are forwarded to vodafone and after which i got a confirmation text from vodafone that port out is accepted and it will be initiated on the 3rd of april. Now my vodafone number stopped working and as per protocol i inserted my airtel sim and i am not receiving any signal and i am stranded without any network. Please look into the matter as i am facing trouble without phone.

                                        I m using 4g sim in my 4g handset but we are unable to use 4g service on my No.[protected], we have already many time complains but no resolve my issue. kinldy consider as same.
                                        I have ported my SIM from Airtel Delhi to Airtel Haryana and also inserted the new SIM. Even, after calling 59059, its offering me hello tunes and what not except option for tele verification or conversation with customer care. Plz, look into the matter.
