This is regarding portal change issue i am using an idea postpaid network due to network issue i wish to change my number for your network plan under 399 in postpaid. I went and changed on 24th of march it is in ethiraj salai mount road chennai but it is more than 13 working days gone to change a simple network portal and today again i went and asked your team they told that idea company is not approving your portal change so they cancelled your upc request so again we are reboosting your request to them in front of me if i called CUSTOMER CARE number in idea they are tell such different ### stories do you guys think i dont have any other work and again i have to wait for another 7 working days itseem i need to be finished within tomorrow evening i least bother about your procedures you people dhould take action on this kind of issues. I am hoping that it will be sorted out please.

      Sir,
      My phone number is [protected]. Today I recharged my balance with 50 Rs. When I came home I got text message that Modelmaniaw service is being activated for 35Rs due to which 35Rs were deducted from my account. This service was activated without my consent. I never requested for this service. I have deactivated my service.So this is my request for refund of 35Rs.

      Please take this matter into consideration.

        W are using airtel prepaid for the past 13 years. From last 3 months we are not getting the signal inside our home. So please do clear my issue as four persons are using airtel in same home. It has become a great issue with our office, friends and relatives. They think that as if we are purposly rejecting calls. So please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.           Dear nodal officer,
          This is bhaskar kundu, one of airtel postpaid customer, using airtel service since 2009. My airtel postpaid number - [protected]

          Last thursday 29th march - i got a call from airtel call centre and they told, they are offering me 2 sim free of charge. These 2 numbers
          Airtel mobile numbers [protected] and [protected].

          They told they are offering free to test airtel network by existing customers. I told them very clearly (Also sent a mail on that day 29th march) that i will use it if and only if it is free (Otherwise please cancel it)

          Now today airtel replied me that it is not free and i told them cancel immediately (As i already told) and i will not pay anything however they told to pay pro rated rental. (See below mail)

          I never asked for any additional connection from airtel and still they forced activated these 2 number in my name and surprisingly told me to pay prorated bill.

          Please take necessary action

            Hi airtel dth,

            I am naresh Kumar, actually I raised complaint multiple times, issue is not coming dish, I will call and give the complaint technician tried something not came, finally told me issue with the set box, that is new setup box, which is I got for new connection, he is changed setup box, now its working, but compare to my first setup box, this box video clarity and picture not up to the work, I given complaint about this issue, technician not came, simply they closing the complaint with out solving the issue. With out solution how they are close the complaint.

            Please if you able give good service than only appoint this type of technicians

            I need new setup box, which is I got when I got new connection, I want same features

            Or else please refund my amount, if not I will go with consumer complaints

              Unable to reach customer care my data was not credited i tried calling 198 half and hour no body on phone. After getting fedup i changed my service provider . When will these companies learn customer centric approach.

              Still reaching these people is mess . I think anyone can call 198 and reach no body half an hour of faltu plans .
              Which are of no competetive advantage

                I have ported my number to airtel postpaid and paying the bill on time and without fail. And the services i receive is not worth the bill amount i pay. My callers are frequently complaining me about the disconnection. I am using a good phone and the network is making it very bad. I have to dial twice or thrice to get connected to a number. And even though that too not more than 2 minutes the caller can listen to my voice, and the quality of internet i receive is also very poor. Hope this will get resolved.

                  They keep updating my plans without knowing me and there is no 3g nd 4g network in my area from whenver they have launched near by Mumbai. As well customer care person make fool to us this time they told me they are going to wave off my bill but they haven't and they are still looking for more frauds agian and agian airtel is only making money by making bogus ads and marketing tricks please stop these and please make us happy everything they say is just fake.

                      Ours is a corporate connection through sireesha geo granites .
                      we pay a bill of almost 60-80k per month.
                      out of many connections 4 numbers we are using at tirupatri.
                      Me being director of the company, made many complaints to airtel that we donot have network neither at home properly nor at office .

                      Our house is located at heart of the town ( New balaji colony, but the reason told by your executives surprised me that may be tower issue.
                      If that is the case how could your advertisements show that your network work even in mountains???

                      Even through 121 I coudn't hear properly. That's the reason I am filing complaint online.
                      I just need one single answer whether it can be rectified or should we drop all 40 connections and move to other network.
                      Actually another 10 connections we took fr0m idea recently due to the issue.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I had a reliance number [protected] which i applied to airtel for porting it from reliance to airtel.
                        I had submitted all the required documents and was provided with porting code. I did send sms with porting code as per the process.
                        However my number never got activated. Once checked, it was found my number was allotted to some other user by airtel.
                        How can airtel allot my existing number to someone else when i had applied it for porting. On complain with airtel customer care they deactivated that number but never returned it to me which actually belongs to me. So many mails to airtel appellate and visits to airtel gallery is yet not giving any results.
                        Such act of misuse of my number and lapse in the service by airtel is to be taken a note of and to be resolved without any further delay.

                          I have received a message stating that 35 rupees have been debited from my account for activation of airtel masti pack on 2nd april, 2018. But i didn't opt for this service and this service has been activated without my consent. So i request to return my money as soon as possible and stop harassing people like this. I also request to deactivate this service as soon as possible.in future i would like to avoid this kind of harrasment. Please take the required steps in this regard.

                            I ported from bsnl to airtel on jan 6th. From then on recharge to that number is always failing. Tried recharging through retailer and online as well. Nothing worked. Raised this issue with customer care multiple times. They assured that issue will get resolved in few days and i waited for around 20 days. It's of no use. Visited airtel relationship center at 7th main, btm stage 2 around 20 times. This also is of no use.

                            Finally relationship center guys suggested me to move from airtel prepaid to postpaid. I accepted and did submit the application for the same on 16th march. Until now the number is prepaid only. It hasn't changed to postpaid. Not able to recharge it also.

                            This mobile number is my main contact number and have shared it with many people. Just because i don't want to lose this number, i had to bear all this.

                            This is such an unexpected bad experience i had with airtel. I'm fed up of talking to so many customer relationship people with no proper outcome of it. No one is even able to tell me what exactly is the issue and why the recharge to that number is not working.

                            I expect a quick action on this complaint.

                                My airtel 4g card has suddenly stopped working and shows up as 'no service - emergency calls only'. It was working fine, all this while but suddenly stopped giving the network signal. May i know what's the matter it's a pre-paid number and i have sufficient balance to make calls. I tried swiping the slots too but the problem is with the card itself. Please help.

They say that we cant take 10 rupee coin bcz its not easy to carry or any thing to coperate.. I sopke with the retaler boy he said our distributer dose not accept couns.. So i spoke with distributer mr. Agarwal the too said we cant take.. And after speaking lot he gave me favore of taking 5 coins... Bcz the cant accept more coins.. They know its illegel not to accept coin then to. Dose not accepted coins

                                    Whatsmob service has been activated on my airtel number [protected] without my consent or permission. On recharging for rs 200 i was surprised to see my balance got deducted immediately to the extent of rs 100. This is the main reason we prefer to maintain low balance because as soon as you recharge one or other services get active automatically. Just called the customer care and they have deactivated the service now. But its really a matter of concern how can the service providers active the services without the consent of customers or which the customers don't require.
                                    Now on calling and confirming for the reasons of deducting the amt them they say that the now they have deactivated the service
                                    But what about my amount will they refund. Requesting to refund the amount asap

                                    Rs. 150 has been deducted from my balance for WHATSMOB service. This was never ever asked to me. All of a sudden I just got a message "WHATSMOB service has been activated @ Rs. 150 for 30 days. Txn ID N[protected], 28MAR18 04:41. I immediately visited the Airtel Customer Care Centre at Adajan, near Bejanwala Complex, in Surat. And they are saying it's the thing by middlemen, the company doesn't do that. I was shocked to hear this reply. The service was immediately deactivated because the message, shamelessly, said that the service will be renewed after the expiry. This is very very shameful of the company to activate a service without the customer's consent and this will force me to switch to another service provider.
                                    Airtel is cheating all its customers like this. They have activated that nonsense whatsmob services on my both numbers.
                                    No business ethics.
                                    Same here on my number. Called customer care and they refunded only the last deduction (out of 4 such deductions that happened without my notice). Switching away from Airtel now.
                                    Similar issue. From my prepaid account rupees were being deducting since April 18 per month. I somehow missed these messages or by default was it going to "already read" category since I never saw those messages until today when I suddenly realised another deduction.

                                    Airtel has found a way to compensate losses due to rise of JIO by cheating existing customers by activating these services which we haven't even heard the name.

                                    Also it's nearly impossible to talk to Airtel customer care for exact issue. I can bet my money on that.

                                    Also they say that they can refund only last deduction. Just cheating people.

                                    I am just worried about all old people or other poor people who are using airtel prepaid numbers, just think. It's not a small deduction also.

                                    Simply one word for Airtel "Frauds".
                                    Whatsmob service has been activated on my airtel number without any permission also deducted my main balance.

                                      Iam not able to recharge my sim through the airtel app. Whenever i enter my number, the network operator isn't available for north east hence not able to select data plans. Whenever i type the required amount for recharge and click on "ok" button, there is always a problem.
                                      Recharge can be done from shops but not through online from the app.
                                      Please look into the matter and correct is asap.

                                        I had recharged rs.93/- for plan unlimited calls and 1gb and 100 sms for validity of 28 days.

                                        I do not remember date of recharge but not more than 10 days but from last two days msg. Recd. That your plan rs.93/- expired today.

                                        Through call service center no proper reply and inform that no information regarding your recharge where i am using free call services since last nine ten days.

                                        Pl let me know the date of expiry of plan.
