      Sir i have recharged the wrong number via phonepe. Please help me to recharge the correct number as it is a huge amount. Sir i have recharged amount of rs. 448

        Rs. 35.0 has been deducted in my airtel prepaid mobile ([protected]) in the name of service VEMES. I have not subscribed for this service and for no reason they deducted my money.
        Thai is the message I got:
        "VEMES service has been activated @ Rs35.0 for 7day(s).Txn ID N[protected], 07Apr18 01:02. Service will be renewed after validity expiry.To use, click http://bit.ly/2btlwZJ (data charges apply).To deactivate, call or SMS STOP to 155223. More services? Call 56789."
        This is very devastating, deducting Rs. 35.0 for no reason.

          I did the recharge for Rs 199 unlimited calls and 1.4gb data.but in this internet is not working...airtel is cheating the peoples...i have raised the complaints in 198.but there also no response..i called many times to 121 and 198.but still now no response..later i called to nodal office in that Service request number is invalid ( that number received from 198 care )...

          i have all call records .198 person told me that we have requested nodal office to contact you with in 24 hours...but its almost 3 days got over...

          Airtel is cheating the peoples...Fraud network..

          Note : i am going to wait for only 2 days, , later i am going to register complaint in court.

              My Airtel TV (btw one of the most expensive but incompetent and pathetic service provider) is not working from last month. I had been contacting the customer care from a lot of time - instead of trying to help they try to show it was my fault - you should have contacted technician/customer care even though I followed up everytime. The service is still not working.

              Once a technician came and told me you need to replace the cable - it is not taking the signal (btw it is less than an year I moved into a fresh new flat). I changed the cable still the service did not start & same story of pathetic responses from the customer care.

              I would not suggest this service provider to any sane person. BAD SERVICE PROVIDER AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE.

              The customer care people are one of the most rude and ill mannered in talking to the customers. I spoke with of them today named Mohammad something & would say it as the ugliest experience of my lifetime. These guys seriously are uncultured and need schooling to be workable in their current duties.

              I had the problem solved today after one month and it was not due to the cable but the previous technician could not identify the issue. The cable which was there earlier is as it is and the technician that came today found some issue with loose contact or something in the outside connector. I spoke with the customer care then for extension of service for the period the service was down (due to the issue was not found by the previous technician) - the customer care supervisor was extremely ill-mannered and told me it was my mistake and the extension could not be provided. I am not expecting any further support from this FRAUD customer care team and chosen to terminate Airtel connection. This has perhaps been the most negatively shocking experience from any service providers to me.

                I have an Airtel postpaid connection for past 1years. Everything is working fine but for the past 3 months Airtel charging me an incorrect billing. Also, the My Airtel App isn't working and updating properly. I've raised complaints with the customer care number severally but no resolutions found.

                Also, recently I've raised an MNP request on 18th of March 2018 to port out my number from Airtel Postpaid to Vodafone Prepaid. But, without any intimation, they have rejected it on 22nd March 2018.

                This month also they have charged me incorrectly 700Rs. Which is not been cleared till now.

                I just want to port out my number from Airtel Postpaid to Vodafone Prepaid.

                Please help with this.

                  Airtel at it again !!! They have looted as much as 200 rupees in 2 days without my consent.

                  Here is the detail:
                  On April 3 2018 4:49 - Activated SUPER STORE value added service for Rs 99/-.Transaction ID : S[protected]
                  On April 5 2018 1:35 - Activated UPLAYPORTAL service for Rs.75/- Transaction ID : N[protected]
                  Again on April 5 2018 4:51 - Activated ASKADOCTOR service for Rs.30 Transaction Id : N[protected]

                  I have no idea about ANY of these services.I havent used my mobile at all during the time that is listed in the transaction. I dont use internet in my phone at all, the "mobile data" option is always switched off and mobile usage shows 0 KB . Yet the call center guy claims that i have activated it via internet and talks as if i am lying.Me and my family members have been with airtel for 10 YEARS !!. This is the WORST EXPERIENCE ever.

                  I checked the internet forums and i see a lot o[censored]sers have been looted by this SUPERSTORE SERVICE offer since 2015. SHAME!
                  If they have any concern for their customers at all, they should reach out and provide a refund for my harrowing experience .
                  I have written this for the benefit of other users and i shall continue to write in all forums, trai included and consider all options to bring this gross UNETHICAL behaviour to light.

                  Needless to say, i shall be porting out to other telecom providers, 6 aritel numbers in my family. THANKS !

                    I chose airtel because it is an indian company but regretting it now as network is damm poooooor people can not reach me, call drops.. I think airtel only invests money in tv and print advertisements and make false claims rather than investing in network improvement. Jio haa juat launched and giving amazing network to theirr users so what is the excuse airtel has now??? Will soon port if no action taken...

                      My complient is that airtel has a short range in my villege. The tower is situated atleast 10 km from my home
                      There is very poor network coverage around.

                      So large number of people dislike your network and change to airtel, vodafone
                      I like my airtel. So please take further steps to recover this problem.

                            We have 03 numbers of airtel. Before 4-5 days i have lost my phone in balaji yatra. Than your reputated store which is situated in new mandi, near jain sweet corner, muzaffarnagar not gave me duplicate sim of my no.[protected] due to not matched of biometric.

                            The store owner says that update ur biometric even u can't take duplicate sim & i will go to meerut head office than he will give me duplicate sim on my application.

                                This is a corporate plan 499Rs/- having 40GB per month. For April 2018, I never received 40GB data into my account and all I am left with is previous month's left over data i.e. 25GB
                                CURRENT PACK DATA is 0GB (No data credited to my account in April)
                                DO NOT SAY, that I consumed 15GB data in 4 days and 40GB data is already credited. I am attaching screenshots to prove 40GB was never credited AND my usage in April is less than 3GB.

                                Phone number : [protected] No internet credited for April 2018. Only data available is the left over data for me. It should be 25+40=65GB data available to me this month. Whereas it is only 25GB available to me.

                                    Sir,
                                    We have airtel Dth connection, customer id no [protected] in name of Anita valecha (Mob No [protected])at our residence. We have two TVs in our home and both are arranged with setup boxes. Out of which the second number TV is not in operation for quite a long time and we are using only the first TV Dth service and are also paying regular monthly subscription for one base number @299/pm. Last such monthly subscription of Rs 299 for the month of March 2018 is paid by us as per demand issued by your message received on 24th March 2018 and same confirmed by us by your customer care executive on 24th march itself.We have clearly intimated them to use only one base connection. They suggested us to pay exactly 299 (neither less nor more) and we followed. We got a message too from airtel (AD-AIRDTH) on 24th March confirming the amount they received along with a remark intimating us for next due date 25 April 2018.
                                    Now today I am getting a message from airtel to pay further amount immediately to continue my service. I am unable to understand how they can demand violating their term of one month. I tried to contact the customer care number today many time to register my grievance, but they are not replying and disconnecting my call. Please help me and instruct your division to provide me service till 24th April 2018 as per their term of service.

                                    We have two set boxes at our home for two different Tv's. One out of this TV is not in operation for last few months. We are using a single base tv no 1 only and accordingly are paying the monthly subscription. Last monthly payments was done on 24.03.2018 after confirming the amount. We were informed to pay exact Rs 299 (neither more or less as the monthly subscription) by your customer care department on 24.03.2018 and same amount we paid on 24th March. We received the SMS also confirming the amount received and were informed to pay further on due date 25.04.2018.
                                    I tried to contact your customer care for my grievance but they are not responding and disconnecting my call. My service has been dis-continued and I have been asked to pay a fresh amount. It is requested my second number be kept cancelled and the present service be made active as per your own term received by me on 24.03.2018 after my payment.l have also lodged my complaint at National consumer forum on dated 08.04.2018 with my complaint no 678977, after my services stopped by you and no response.
                                    Hopefully you will activate my service as per your terms.

                                      I have complained 3 to 4 times about my network... I am not getting 4 g networks and i am unable to send text messages also... The worst network i have ever seen is airtel... You guys are going to have a very big loss in future if you don’t listen to their complaints and solve it... I am facing this issue since 2 months and every time ur cce says mam ur issue will be resolved in 7 days... I think u guys take 7 years to solve an issue.

                                      They give 30GB free data but with the speed i get, i could consume only few GBs in a month. Such a scam. I used to get very good speeds when the price was high. now they slashed the price, giving freebies and went from good to worse in their network service. Such a losers. Time to switch to jio or vodafone. After using airtel for the last 13 years, I am quitting airtel because of their poor network.

                                        I have paid my airtel postpaid bill from payments bank but have not received cash back for two months. I thought initially i will be recieving little late but this repeated for two months
                                        Request you to please look into this and resolve this as early as possible otherwise we would lose faith in airtel
