I have been with airtel for past 3 years and still the network is very bad.
Under corporate plan.
Mobile means connectivity during move however there is no connectivity at all.
Call gets dropped in middle. Mobile internet speed is not at all 4g. However money being charged every month as it is a postpaid one. No standard regulations set yet? Can trai remove these kind of cheaters from markets?

      I would like to raise a voice for your pathetic service over number of visit at your peninsular corporate branch, lower parel for the complaint subject.

      I have recently converted my postpaid to prepaid number and i have been notified by your executive that since it was a loop number, we will send an official email and your outgoing call facility which is not operational will be resolved within 2 days.

      However, that 2 days stretched to 15 days with number of visits taking time from my office hours and still the issue remains unsolved.

      What do you need at the end, a customer submit port request to better networks available in the market??

      I am going to be extreme and comment on several sites about your poor service as a i am unable to make outgoing calls, using only single sim for my daily activity, and i received no response till now.

      I look forward for your call & help to resolve the matter on priority basis.

        Fake call from pakistan at least country code say so (+92)
        I got call from number [protected] on 28th march 2018. When he told me that i won a lottery of 25 lacs. He said he is calling from mohali head office airtel sector 11. Say about my name. But i say if all record u have then must have name. Then disconnected.
        Please lodge my complaint about this
        This is very dangerous.

          Hi senior executive,

          How are you doing? I have been looking for you from past 45 days, calling like a mad clingy girlfriend at airtel customer care because according to your executives only you have the solution to my problems.
          I have even started dreaming about you! Please call me it's urgent. My network just doesn't work without you and they have disconnected my services so i can't even contact you.
          Hope you're listening to me. It's been long since we are committed and you should atleast respect that enough to call back once so that we are on the same page. They say you look at every complaint closely that passes your desk, i suggest you to clean your lenses and have a look at this situation too.
          I count on you, i need a closure to this complaint.

            My sim is not working for 5 days still response from airtel even after regular calls to customer care. Airtel customer care is soo irresponsible
            There is no reason for disconnecting my sim ([protected]).
            Even i have raised complaint on trai website.
            I am even paying my bill properly.
            Due to this problem i have suffered lot.
            Airtel very worst treating their customers very bad. Even customer care calss are getting disconnected inbetween without proper response.

              Dear sir,
              Ref. To your offer to upgrade hd set up box to internet tv box we have gone for it & your frenchisee royal associates, mandeveli had deputed someone to deliver the box @ payment of rs. 250/-. For demonstration.

              They told they will demonstrate the product & if we are convinced we can go for it. He also clarified that after 2 months of free viewing if you want to continue with your old package you can do that which was also confirmed by you phone executive & on his confirmation we have gone for it.

              Once the box was fixed they asked us to recharge for rs. 3000/- to activate, so that they can demonstrate the same.

              We fail to understand that before demonstration of your box how can you ask your customer to pay rs. 3000/-.

              Anyway we paid the same & then they said that your airtel wifi signals are not reaching the box, hence contact airtel broad band division & once it is done we will come & do rest of the work.

              Now it is rediculus that your airtel broad band wifi cannot cover atlest 4-5 meter of distance, but we managed to see that our set up box was able to receive wifi signals.
              We are trying to reach your franchise for more than 3 days but no one has turned up.

              Even your relay also is with disturbance every 20-30 minutes to upgrade your software.

              We are fred up & we request you to take back your box & return our old hd box & refund our 3000/- paid to you on last sunday. It is almost more than a week that box in unsusable form.

              We fail to understand that a company like airtel is so highly unprofessional in their approach & no proper dept. Is ready to listen to us.

              We are having association with your company & we are using you broad band / fixed telephone & your dth but now it is high time to look out for another service provider.

              We senior citizen & we do not have patience./ money / time to break our head with company like yours, above incident has shown the culture of airtel group.

              We have tried to contact your nodal people but no proper response & no one picks up the phone, it is just ringing.

              Very bad experience with your company

              Kindly revert on the above subject or else we will have to approach consumer court for proper legal action.

                I was having two tatadocomo dongles with me. I used to get messages from them that their services will be discontinued in march, 18. On 3.3.2018, airtel representative visited me and told that they have got tie-up with tatadocomo for services, took those dongles back and put their 4ghotspot dongles instead. Now i have got bills from tatadocomo for period upto april, 2018 and a message that they have extended services upto 27.4.18. They are pressing to make payment for the advance bills.
                I discussed with airtel customer care who now tell us that the bills after 3.3.2018 are to be paid to them and it was my duty to get the tatadocomo dongles disconnected. Airtel rep didn't tell anything that time and took back tatadocomo dongles quietly. It appears both companies have tied-up just to befool public to charge doubly for march-april, 18 period as to why airtel rep did not tell to get the tatdocomo services that time before installing his dongles? This is a clear cheating by these big companies and action is required.

                  Hi team,

                  I have recharged on my mother's mobile for rs. 179/- on 21st march'18.in which unlimited calls and 1 gb 4g data was offered per day for 28 days. There after from last 3 to 4 days internet stops working. For that i crossed check in airtel gallery as well and they confirmed to logged a complaint with airtel customer care but there phone always comes busy as usual. So i have sent a mail to them on "[protected]@in. Airtel.com" but no replay.

                  Request you to intervene here and get this resolved and let them compensate me for 4 days loss in internet.

                  As per the below attached sms, you will also understand that I should get 1 gb data for 28 days but airtel executives are not that much qualified to understand the message or not able to accept their mistake. Don't understand that.

                  Benefit: Unlimited Local+STD calls + 1 GB data with roaming Outgoing free + 100 SMS/day

                  Validity: 28 days.

                  Also every time their executives calls me and ask to transfer Rs. 100/- in my account balance and let this complaint to be closed. Don't understand when they are right then why they are asking for such bad statements.

                  I don't want any extra money or bribe from them I just want my benefits to be reactivated again and my 5-6 days which has been lost has to be credited in my account.

                    Bill: settled for feb from my side.
                    Status: connection still not disconnected.
                    Fraud: bill for march also generated against me
                    Security deposit: still not refunded to me
                    What customer care says: they are insisting on payment of the bill. And say that my disconnection request was cancelled by me :). I have never given such a consent.

                    I have written email when i have raised a disconnection request —

                    As discussed with you on your mobile number *, your request for cancellation of your airtel fixed line service is already registered with the reference number 93640640. Your request will be actioned within 07 days from the date of registering request i. E, 24-feb-2018. Request you to note that rental will be seized from the date of registering your request i. E, 24-feb-2018.

                    Incoming and outgoing calls would be barred within 7 days of placing the request.

                    Further, the final bill will be generated on 27-feb-2018 and will include the rental on a prorate basis along with usage charges.

                    There is an excess amount of rs. 312.48/- in your account which will be adjusted in your forth coming bills.

                    There is a deposit of rs. 500/- on your account which will be adjusted towards the outstanding amount and the remaining amount, if any will be refunded through cheque within 45 days from the date the services are stopped.

                    We hope to have you as our customer soon again.

                      Past ten days i am not able to make calls or receive calls and i have visited local airtl stores multiple times. Irresponsible staffs have no idea what to do about it. Worst experience ever. If anyone in airtel knows how to resolve this issue here's my number. [protected]. I have a calling and data pack active but i guess it's just to make airtel richer. No words to describe how terrible i feel about airtel. Not all are rich like u. Please understand that.

                        Multiple complaints has been raised as there is no network in the region being in central part of bangalore at embassy tech village, bellandur.
                        Just by giving ad's and telling india's fastest network and fooling customers that even in remote areas also airtel is better. First give proper service in cities and then cover remote areas.

                        Today its completely dead and not even possible to call customer care number and complain.

                          4 value added services were activated on my airtel postpaid number [protected] without my consent. Even after asking airtel customer executives on helpline number twice they didn't tell of any such services. Some additional charges were also being shown on my airtel app account but no customer
                          Executive ever told me what that was for, they just said that it's the plan charges pro rata billing. Now i know what that was. Whatever scam is that, if that's the way you want to treat your customers then be it that way. If charges of any of those services is added to my next bill, i will be extremely happy to port my number to vodafone. Was not really expected from "the fastest network" in india. Surely it may be the fastest, but not certainly most reliable. (Pfa the images of your scam, and yes one of those useless services was reactivated on my number even after i deactivated it once earlier.)

                            I Got my aircel sim ported to airtel .But its not yet activated..guys what is the problem.?i need the same number and its not just these 17 days its more than that.. Please find a solution for this. I have already paid an amount to activate the plan and the person told me it will tak 7 days max... I need a solution for this asap.

                            I only got it into airtel as i thought its a trust worthy company.

                                Subject: unable to do prepaid recharge for [protected]

                                I am an educated person and i myself work for a software company. When i raise a complaint you need to understand i would have tried multiple ways. Instead of doing your basic checks you are providing timepass measures.

                                Coming to the issue, i have converted from postpaid to prepaid because of such service and again the same issue is coming for prepaid. I am trying to do online recharge via airtel app/airtel website/amazonpay/freecharge but i am getting 'recharge unsuccessful' error.

                                I have raised a complaint by calling to 121 on friday (23/3/2018) which is still open until now. Even before writing the mail i have spoke to one of your executive 'pavan kumar' and he disconnected the call without proper reply. Befoe that i have spoken to multiple supervisors like parvez/padmapriya/kumari and everyone promised to solve the problem by half a day but its not solved.

                                The basic sla that you say to solve an issue is 48 hr. Now its approx. More than 72 hrs but still the issue is open and none of the customer team has a clue about it. When i ask them to contact the technical team they say that they have dropped a mail and its out of their hands. Such a helpless answer.

                                Are you able to solve the issue or not? I have complete proof's of mails/call recordings which i am going to use. Because of your nasty service i have lost approximately 10 l of business and i am going to loose more. I will sue you for my loss as i am going through severe mental torcher.

                                  The network issues of Airtel is increasing day by day..
                                  For the past one month receiving calls and making calls have become a big problem
                                  Calling the same number from Airtel and other network has different response ..from Airtel it says not reachable but from other network it gets through in the first dial
                                  Is Airtel also closing down like aircel and relieance that the network issues is increasing day by day
                                  Will they solve the problem or we have to Port to other network
                                  Comsumers have to face so much problem due to the telecom industry .. how many times we have to keep posting and facing problems

                                    My airtel number [protected], plan activation charges are deducted even though i haven't bought any... Constantly data charges are deducted even though my data connection is switched off.. Any plan is activated on my number without my approval and charges are deducted for the same... This issue started right from when i switched to airtel... Also there was no complaint box in my airtel app... Kindly look forward to my both the complaints and solve it asap

                                      Hlo airtel wakeup just not only telling that world best network in my district and in my mandal still airtel 2G and in my village no signal at all before it use to come very well one day I called to customer care on of your representative said that because we provided good offers so many people will be in call are u giving free of cost. I already given complaint about network problem in my village 2 weeks back still nothing has been done.
                                      Good bye to airtel anyway u won't take action
                                      Atleast connect one 4g airtel network there is already jio 4g in our village I don't no when u will wake up

                                        It is intimated that you have opened my airtel bank saving account having number [protected] without my consent and also have transferred my indane gas subsidy having cosumer no. 4987 from my bank account to your airtel bank account. You are advised to reverse the same gas subsidy to previous bank account and it should not be happen in future. Otherwise matter will be refer to higher authorities/rbi.
