Sir/madam, received a call from no.[protected] introducing himself from sbi manager stating that my atm card will deactivate on 27/3/2018 so in order to reactivate he asked the card number for verification, soonafter a text came.. Thank you for using your sbi debit card no.[protected] for a purchase worth rs.10, 000, 15, 000, 20, 000 & 4, 000 on pos [protected] at airtelmoney txn#[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] respectively. So please cancel the delivery because the disputed purchase not order by me but from fraud person/ agency. Pls refund the amount
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Airtel's customer care is extremely arrogant and ignorant. They act as if they are providing service by paying out of their pockets.
My immediate plan after my SIM activation is to go for MNP.
